Situational leadership plays an important role in improving the performance of teachers because of situational leadership is the ability of a leader to direct subordinates in carrying out tasks according to their readiness but in fact the principal still participate less in giving examples of how to work right on subordinates. The focus of the problem is knowing how to apply situational leadership in education. Become subjects in this study is a teacher with a population of 46 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaire as the principal method while the method of observation and documentation as a complementary method. Further data analysis is the method of statistical analysis with Simple Linear Regression formula. Based on the analysis of data obtained value of 7.438 t_count further the value of consultation with t_table value of 1.679 at significance level of 5% with N = 46 The facts demonstrate that t_hitunglebih value greater than the value tcount > ttable or 7.438 > 1.679.  Keywords: Situational Leadership in Educatio

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, questionnaire and interview. The results of the study, the Fcount obtained was 10.982> Ftable = 3.25 and the significance level simultaneously significance was 0,000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 40 -2 - 1 = 37 was 3.25. This study aims to determine the effect of academic procrastination on academic dishonesty in teaching and education faculties students in Indonesia. Respondents in this study were 260 students (N=260). The data collection method used the procrastination assessment scales-student (α = 0.88) and dishonesty academic scale (α = 0.93). Data analysis in this quantitative study uses Simple Linear Regression. The results of the analysis show that academic dishonesty affects student procrastination. F value = 53.078 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the output of Rsquare = 0.175, this value means that the effect of academic procrastination (x) on academic dishonesty (y) is 17.5%. In comparison, 82.5% of academic dishonesty is influenced by other variables that do not positively impact increasing academic procrastination carried out by a student. It will affect the increase in academic dishonesty in the student. So it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence between academic procrastination and academic dishonesty on students of the faculty of teaching and educational sciences at University X Purwokerto.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of assertive training techniques on the adaptation of class X students at SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram. This research method uses experiments. The population in this study were all students of class X SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram, amounting to 16 students. In this study using purposive sampling to determine the sample and produced 6 students to study who experienced low adjustment. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis with the t-test formula. In accordance with the results of the calculation of tcount obtained from the results of the study showed 12,156. While the t-test value in the table with db (N-1) = 6-1 = 5 with a significance level of 0.05 or 5% = 2.015. So the results obtained in this study are greater than t table (12,156> 2,015), thus the conclusion obtained in this study is that there is an influence of assertive training techniques on the adjustment of class X students in SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

Purchasing decisions made by consumers in Tauko Medan have decreased, this can be seen in the number of sales in Tauko Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of e-commerce, product prices and product design on purchasing decisions in Tauko Medan. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach by distributing questionnaires. The population of this research were 399 people of Tauko Medan customers who had made  online purchases. The number of research samples were 80 people. The method of data analysis used descriptive analysis and statistical analysis of multiple linear regression. Research results showed that simultaneously e-commerce, product prices and product design have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Tauko Medan. Partially e-commerce has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Tauko Medan. Likewise, the price of products partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Tauko Medan. Partially product design had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Tauko Medan. Of the three variables e-commerce was dominant in influencing purchasing decisions in Tauko Medan.

This study aims to determine the effect of education provided by parents in realizing rational economic behavior of students. The method used is a quantitative approach with a population of 659 students and a sample of 70 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. This study aims to determine the affect of: 1) Motivation on teacher performance Vocational Secondary School (SMKN) 6 Padang, 2) Discipline working on teacher performance SMKN 6 Padang, 3) Leadership style on teacher performance SMKN 6 Padang, 4) Style of leadership to moderate relationship between motivation work with the performance of teachers in SMK 6 Padang and5) Leadership style in moderating the relationship between the discipline of work with the teacher's performance in SMKN 6 Padang.This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 6 with population of all permanent teachers status of Civil Servants (PNS), which amounted to 75 people. Statistical analysis techniques used in this research is to test the validity, reliability test and classical assumption. To test the hypothesis used statistical analysis techniques with simple linear regression, linear regression stratified and t test were mixed with IMB SPSS.v 20.0The results found: 1) Motivation is positive and significant affect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 6 Padang, 2) Discipline work is positive and significant affect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 6 Padang, 3) leadership style is positive and significant affect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 6 Padang, 4) Style of leadership has strong influence of motivation work on teacher performance SMK Negeri 6 Padang and 5) Style of leadership has storng influence of labor discipline on teacher performance SMK Negeri 6 Padang.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect ofincentives on employee discipline at the Office of Housing and Settlementsof Bima Regency. The type of research used is associative, with a sampleof 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scalemeasurement. Data collection techniques by questionnaire, observationand documentation. Data analysis methods used were validity test,reliability test, simple linear regression, coeficient correlation, coeficientdetermination and t test (two part). The results of this study conclude thatincentives have a significant influence on employee discipline asevidenced by the t test value of 9,429 and Sig 0,000. The degree ofinfluence of incentives on employee discipline at Bima Regency Housingand Settlement Service Office is strong.Kata Kunci: Incentives, Employee Discipline

The research method is an associative method that uses questionnaires as a data collection tool that is distributed throughout the respondents. The population in the study were all employees. The number of samples taken was 35 respondents. As for analyzing and calculating the overall effect of the independent variable Situational Leadership Style on the dependent variable Employee Productivity that is processed using a computer program SPSS for Window. The results of Simple Linear Regression analysis show that the hypothesis testing proves that the Situational Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity in PDAM Kota Kupang, it means  the higher the Situational Leadership Style, the higher Employee Productivity.   Keywords: Situational Leadership Style, Employee Productivity
