This study aims to determine the affect of: 1) Motivation on teacher performance Vocational Secondary School (SMKN) 6 Padang, 2) Discipline working on teacher performance SMKN 6 Padang, 3) Leadership style on teacher performance SMKN 6 Padang, 4) Style of leadership to moderate relationship between motivation work with the performance of teachers in SMK 6 Padang and5) Leadership style in moderating the relationship between the discipline of work with the teacher's performance in SMKN 6 Padang.This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 6 with population of all permanent teachers status of Civil Servants (PNS), which amounted to 75 people. Statistical analysis techniques used in this research is to test the validity, reliability test and classical assumption. To test the hypothesis used statistical analysis techniques with simple linear regression, linear regression stratified and t test were mixed with IMB SPSS.v 20.0The results found: 1) Motivation is positive and significant affect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 6 Padang, 2) Discipline work is positive and significant affect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 6 Padang, 3) leadership style is positive and significant affect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 6 Padang, 4) Style of leadership has strong influence of motivation work on teacher performance SMK Negeri 6 Padang and 5) Style of leadership has storng influence of labor discipline on teacher performance SMK Negeri 6 Padang.

This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of leadership style and discipline to employee performance that is mediated by the motivation to work on Tanah Datar District Education Office. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of a number of statements about leadership style, work discipline, employee performance and motivation. This study used a sample of incidental sampling, where the entire population is taken overall research officer working as many as 72 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a simple linear regression test multilevel linear regression. Simple linear regression test is used to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of labor discipline on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and for linear regression stratified namely the effect of leadership style on employee performance mediated by motivation and influence of labor discipline against employee performance mediated by work motivation. The results showed that the leadership style positive and significant impact on performance, discipline, positive and significant impact on performance, motivation positive and significant impact on the performance, leadership style positive and significant effect on performance mediated by motivation and discipline positive and significant impact on performance mediated by motivation.this research is exspectedto further research.

This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance mediated by motivation at PT. Semen Padang. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of a number of statements about leadership style, work discipline, employee performance and motivation. This study used a sample of saturated, whereby the entire study population will be selected into the sample as many as 95 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a simple linear regression test. Simple linear regression test is used to determine the effect of leadership style on motivation, work discipline influence on the motivation, the effect of performance on motivation, leadership style influence on the performance mediated by motivation and influence of labor discipline on performance mediated by motivation. The results showed that the leadership style positive and significant effect on the motivation, discipline positive and significant effect on the motivation, performance positive and significant impact on motivation, leadership style positive and significant effect on performance mediated by motivation and discipline positive and significant impact on performance mediated by motivation.

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of coordination on employee work effectiveness at the Regional Secretariat of Kendari City. By using questionnaire data collection techniques, documentation and interviews with informants who are considered potential to provide information about the coordination system and work effectiveness at the Kendari City Regional Secretariat.Then to test the hypothesis, statistical analysis techniques are used through simple linear regression, which is to find out the relationship between the independent variables (X), namely coordination and non-independent variables (Y), namely the effectiveness of employees in Kendari City. Testing the hypothesis is used version 22 of the Statistics Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that coordination has a significant influence on the effectiveness of Employee Work in the Regional Secretariat of Kendari City. The results of testing the Spearman-Brown Correlation coefficient indicate that coordination has a relatively large contribution to work effectively in the Regional Secretariat of Kendari City. This means that the better the coordination is carried out, the higher the work effectiveness of employees. In this study, it was also found that the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the ten sections and twenty-nine sub-sections had not been implemented properly.

The purpose of this research is to know the leadership style’s compatibility level which including task behavior  and relationship behaviors, the maturity of the members and the relationship with the  with the participation of members of the Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) in Gorontalo province. This study use 52 sample of KUD chairman and 140 sample members of KUD.  The calculation of the sample used proportional sampling. Data were collected by interviews and distributing questionnaires to respondent. Method of anayisis using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative methods. Hypothesis test using Kruskal Wallis different test and the Chi Quadrat. Based on the statistical analysis results can be concluded: (1) the existence of the leadership styles differentiation of the chairman, (2) there are differences in maturity level of members, (3)  there is no leadership styles compatibility level of chairman toward the maturity of members in KUD at Gorontalo Province, and (4) there is a relationship of the chairman leadership style with the maturity of the members indicated from the participation of members.

Adequate work facilities with suitable conditions that are well maintained and will help smooth the work process in an organization. This study aims to determine the use of work facilities, on the performance of employees in the section of the Regional Financial Management Agency Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province. Therefore, to achieve these objectives researchers used data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, and documentation with a population of 35 people. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis using percentages and for inferential statistical analysis techniques using data normality tests, product moment correlation analysis, and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the work facilities in the section of the South Sulawesi Provincial Financial Management Agency Secretariat are in a good category, in terms of indicators: machinery and equipment, infrastructure, work equipment, land, and buildings. For the quality of employee performance in the section of the South Sulawesi Provincial Financial Management Agency Secretariat in a good category, which is viewed from: quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence. Based on the product moment correlation test analysis, there is a positive and significant influence on the use of work facilities on the performance of employees in the section of the Regional Financial Management Agency of South Sulawesi Province at 17.00%, stated to be accepted with a moderate level of influence. From the results of simple linear regression analysis shows that there is an influence of work facilities on employee performance in the section of the Regional Financial Management Agency Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province.

This study aims to determine the affect of: 1) Professional Certification on teacher performance in SMK 6 Padang, 2) Work commitment on the performance of teachers at SMK 6 Padang, 3) Motivation of teachers performance at SMK 6 Padang, 4) Motivation as moderate relationship between certification profession and teacher performance in SMK 6 Padang, 5) Motivation as a moderate relationship between commitment and teacher performane at SMK 6 Padang.The population study was a teacher with the status of civil servants (PNS), which already passed the certification in SMK 6 Padang as many as 60 people. The results found: 1) Certification is positive and significant affect on the teacher performance at SMK 6 Padang, 2) Work commitments is positive and significant affect on the teacher performance at SMK 6 Padang, 3) Work motivation is positive and significant affect on the teacher performance at SMK 6 Padang, 4) Work motivation moderate relationship between professional certification and teacher performance in SMK 6 Padang, 5) Work motivation moderate the relationship between job commitment and teacher performance at SMK 6 Padang

Situational leadership plays an important role in improving the performance of teachers because of situational leadership is the ability of a leader to direct subordinates in carrying out tasks according to their readiness but in fact the principal still participate less in giving examples of how to work right on subordinates. The focus of the problem is knowing how to apply situational leadership in education. Become subjects in this study is a teacher with a population of 46 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaire as the principal method while the method of observation and documentation as a complementary method. Further data analysis is the method of statistical analysis with Simple Linear Regression formula. Based on the analysis of data obtained value of 7.438 t_count further the value of consultation with t_table value of 1.679 at significance level of 5% with N = 46 The facts demonstrate that t_hitunglebih value greater than the value tcount > ttable or 7.438 > 1.679.  Keywords: Situational Leadership in Educatio

The competitor that must be faced by the Mie Sedaap Company is that the Noodles should move aggressively to increase consumer awareness in order to increase customer growth. For this reason, this research focuses on the issue of how advertising can shape brand awareness and repurchase interest. To answer the problems that have been formulated, it is necessary to obtain data relating to the research variables. Data on advertising, brand awareness, and repurchase interest were collected from 30 respondents using a questionnaire. The collected data is then analyzed using Simple Linear Regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, then In accordance with the results obtained in this study from the descriptive statistics seen from the value of F = 19,197 (p = 0,000), while advertising and interest in constant repurchase (a) obtained 0.837 results, regression coefficient (b) obtained 0.866 results , prediction of the relationship between the effect of advertising on the repurchase interest. This can be seen from the value of F = 111,807 (p = 0,000). The results of this study can be seen that respondents strongly respond positively to sadaap noodle products, and advertising is indeed very influential on the formation of brand awareness and interest in repurchasing delicious noodle products. This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership Style on Employee Motivation at PT. Matahari Department Store at Mega Mall Manado. The research method used in this research is quantitative associative and data collection carried out by survey. The population in this research is all employees who work at Matahari Mega Mall. The sample determined in this study was using Slovin formula as many as 44 respondents using Correlation Analysis, t Test, and Simple Linear Regression. The results of R show 0.370 means that the relationship between Work Leadership and Motivation Style is Quite Strong, R Square shows 0, 137 which means Work Motivation Variables are influenced by 13, 70% by Leadership Style Variables and the remaining 86.30% are influenced by other variables not used in this study. The t test shows a significant value of 0.013, which means that the Leadership Style Variable has a Positive and Significant effect on the Employee Motivation Variables. The Simple Linear Regression equation obtained is Y = 25,521 + 0,607.X1. From these equations, the Constants show that if the Leadership Style is worth Zero, then Work Motivation is equal to 25,521. The Coefficient of Leadership Style is 0.607, meaning that if the other variables are fixed and the Leadership Style increases by 1 point or 1%, Work Motivation will increase by 0.607 per one point / unit. From the results above it can be concluded that the leadership style has a positive influence on Employee Work Motivation, it is expected that the company maintains and improves the factors that influence Employee Work Motivation.

The purpose of study was to determine the influence of organizational culture on the learning process quality, the influence of teacher performance on the learning process quality and the influence of organizational culture and teacher performance on the learning process quality at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri in Bandar Lampung City. The research data is in the form of numbers which the answers to the respondents' questionnaires. Researchers conducted validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests as prerequisite tests for variable instrument items. The results showed that the simple linear regression of the organizational culture variable on the quality process was 9.560> 2.104 with an R square of 0.67 or 67% classified as moderate with a relationship of Y = 12.527 + 0.783X. Simple linear regression of organizational culture variable on quality process is 4.813>2.104 with R square of 0.34 or 34% classified as low with the relationship Y=23,663+0,577X. Multiple linear regression of organizational culture and teacher performance variables on the quality process of 59.220>3.20 with an R square of 0.729 or 72.9% classified as high with the relationship Y=3,900+0.667X1+0.269X2, meaning that a 1% change in the value of the Y variable affects the variable X1 is 0.667 and X2 is 0.269.
