Background: the Religius courts of Malang city is a Judicial Instution that intended for Muslims in seeking justice because Malang Including areas with high cases than that was the background of rapid trial in addition it is also influenced by deficiencies related to limited courtroom and a small number of judges and in the trial practice there is something new, namely the trial process by examining two direct witnesses without being summoned one by one and related to the legal status of the decision in a speedy hearing, it is valid and legally binding. Methods: In this study using descriptive research with qualitative methods that are more inclined to the analysis. The data collection process was carried out in several ways, namely by Interviewing, Documentation and Observation with 4 research subjects. Results: The results of the study showed that there was a fast trial practice in the Malang Religious Court related to the background, practice and legal status of the verdict in the trial with the fast system. Conclusions: the conclusions include the reasons behind the quick trial, their practice and the legal status of the decisions in them.Keywords: Background, Practice, Legal Status of the Verdict in a quick trial

The aim of this study is to apply Sharaf  learning to students after using the Inquiry model with Tashrif Snowball method. The study was conducted at Department of Arabic Education in UIN Malang. This study used quantitative and qualitative methods with the Classroom Action Research / PTK  approach. The data collection process used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument used the observation sheet of accomplishment. The results of this study  the feasibility of seeing from the processes in cycles 1 and 2 and the results are; 45.5% to 81.8% understand the material, then from 36.4% to 13.6% do not understand the material yet and 18.1% to 4.6% do not understand the material. In conclusion, the implication of the Inquiry method is students' results have improved and have become accustomed to thinking critically about the sub- material of sharaf learning. In addition. It can be concluded that the inquiry learning model with the Snowball Tashrif method is good to be applied in Sharaf learning.

This study examines how cooking class plays a role in the development of aesthetic attitudes in early childhood with the aim of this study is to improve and develop aesthetic attitudes of early childhood. The data collection process was carried out by interviewing related teachers through Whatsapp media accounts and analyzing learning videos. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The subject in this study is the child of RA As-Shofa class b. Interviews were conducted with educators about the cooking class learning model and how the learning was carried out. The development of aesthetics through cooking class activities at RA As-Shofa for grade b children makes children feel more confident in showing their aesthetic attitudes.

Abstract: Secular leadership is not the same as leadership inherited from the Lord Jesus. The leadership of Jesus is a historical and inspiring leadership model for every Christian leader from time to time. The superiority of Jesus' leadership model stems from the communication of the Father's vision to his followers with a touch of compassion which is the basis of His leadership.In this study the authors used qualitative methods. While the data collection process, the method approach used is literature study. Through a series of research conducted, there are various leadership models that are found, but the Christ leadership model provides superior characteristics and models, especially in times of crisis like today.Keywords: Leadership, Jesus, Christian.Abstrak: Kepemimpinan sekuler tidak sama dengan kepemimpinan yang diwariskan oleh Tuhan Yesus. Kepemimpinan Yesus di dunia merupakan model kepemimpinan yang  bersejarah dan menginspirasi bagi setiap pemimpin Kristen dari zaman ke zaman. Keunggulan model kepemimpinan Yesus bertolak dari komunikasi visi Bapa kepada para pengikut dengan sentuhan belaskasihan yang menjadi dasar kepemimpinan-Nya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sementara proses pengumpulan data, pendekatan metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Melalui serangkaian penelitan yang dilakukan, terdapat beragam model kepemimpinan yang dijumpai, namun model kepemimpinan Kristus memberikan ciri dan model yang unggul, terutama dalam masa-masa krisis seperti saat ini.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Yesus, Kristen.

Pendataan yang bersifat manual menjadikan permasalahan pada proses dilakukannya pendataan, hal ini juga terjadi pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan dimana pendataan masih bersifat manual dengan keterbatasan jumlah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ditugaskan untuk melakukan pendataan, oleh karena itu pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pelatihan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan waktu pendataan dan mengurangi kompleksitas dalam proses pendataan pada pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan. Pelatihan sistem informasi yang dimaksud adalah sistem informasi pendataan berbasis masyarakat, yang berisikan data dasar yang diperlukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam rangka penyusunan rencana pembangunan. Data informasi tidak akan memberikan manfaat jika tidak dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam penyusunan rencana pembangunan sehingga pelatihan dan pendampingan perlu dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Masyarakat, PendataanABSTRACT Manual data collection causes problems in the data collection process, this also occurs in the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office where data collection is still manual with a limited number of Human Resources (HR) assigned to collect data, therefore this service activity is carried out information system training to increase data collection time and reduce complexity in the data collection process for employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office. The information system training referred to is a community-based data collection information system, which contains basic data required by the Regional Government in the framework of formulating development plans. Information data will not provide benefits if it is not used as a reference in the preparation of development plans so that training and assistance are needed to achieve the goals.Keywords : Information System, Community Based, Data Collection

This article introduces the latest iteration of the most widely used dataset on interstate conflicts, the Militarized Interstate Dispute (MID) 5 dataset. We begin by outlining the data collection process used in the MID5 project. Next, we discuss some of the most challenging cases that we coded and some updates to the coding manual that resulted. Finally, we provide descriptive statistics for the new years of the MID data.

Currently collector businessmen are experiencing problems, namely the absence of data collection for suppliers and collapsed transaction activities. In addition, the administrative data collection process is still carried out manually by the admin, , one of which is using notes when making junk transactions and when partners make payments to collectors, there are often communication errors in junk transactions between suppliers and partners often occur. In order to overcome the existing problems, this research proposes the development of a collector administration information system named SIKEPUL using the laravel framework. The method in developing the system used is the waterfall method. The results showed that the SIKEPUL information system could solve the problems faced. The overall results of the questionnaire for 30 respondents were that 20% said it was very good, 52% said it was good, and 28% said it was enough for this system.

The Relationship

The purpose of this study was to examine the mathematical concepts of students in solving the problem of polyhedron of cubes and cuboids with assisted of Schoology media. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive approach. This study describes the ability to understand mathematical concepts that owned of students with Schoology media. Research subjects is three students selected by purposive sampling based on conditions and situations that occured during the current co-19 pandemic. The data collection used consists of tests of understanding the ability of mathematical concepts. Based on the results of research showed that the ability to understanding students' of mathematical concepts with Schoology-assisted able to provide understanding of material polyhedron of cubes and cuboids by the average results of students getting value 91,67. Where the first student is able to reach an understanding indicator of mathematical concepts from given by agreeing to the concept, classifying objects according to certain properties, giving concepts in various forms of mathematical representation, explaining the relationship between one concept with another concept, and applying the concept in problem solving . While the second and third students can only reach four indicators from the second indicator given. Due to the energy limitation in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), most researches related to data collection in WSNs focus on how to collect the maximum amount of data from the network with minimizing the energy consumption as much as possible. Many types of research that are related to data collection are proposed to overcome this issue by using mobility with path constrained as Maximum Amount Shortest Path routing Protocol (MASP) and zone-based algorithms. Recently, Zone-based Energy-Aware Data Collection Protocol (ZEAL) and Enhanced ZEAL have been presented to reduce energy consumption and provide an acceptable data delivery rate. However, the time spent on data collection operations should be taken into account, especially concerning real-time systems, as time is the most critical factor for these systems' performance. In this paper, a routing protocol is proposed to improve the time needed for the data collection process considering less energy consumption. The presented protocol uses a novel path with a communication time-slot assignment algorithm to reduce the count of cycles that are needed for the data collection process with reduction of 50% of the number of cycles needed for other protocols. Therefore, the time and energy needed for data collection are reduced by approximately 25%and 6% respectively, which prolongs the network lifetime. The proposed protocol is called Energy-Time Aware Data Collection Protocol (ETCL).
