Preliminary: A medical resume is a summary of medical service activities provided by health workers, especially doctors during the treatment period until the patient is discharged either in good health or in death. Incomplete filling of medical resumes can be caused by negligence of officers or lack of understanding of the importance of completing patient data. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In this study there were 4 medical recorder and 50 medical resume form. Method: The sampling technique used is the total sample. The data analysis used is descriptive data analysis. Results: Based on the results of the study, the incomplete medical resume form for inpatients in 2021 with a sample of 50 medical resume forms, the average percentage of medical resume completeness was 66.7%, while the incomplete medical resume was 33.3% of the 50 samples of medical resume forms. The highest percentage of incompleteness is the doctor's signature (52%). And the highest percentage of completeness is no medical record (76%). The problem that usually arises is that there are still many incomplete components of a medical resume. Conclusion: to overcome the problem usually requires more optimal socialization and collaboration between doctors and medical recorders, to further improve health services regarding the completeness of filling out medical record documents in order to improve the quality of health services, and the head of medical records needs to hold meetings or directives to the unit concerned so that the resume is filled out. can be carried out properly. Diperkirakan jumlah balita di Indonesia mencapai 30 % dari 250 juta jiwa penduduk Indonesia, dan menurut Survey Kesehatan Rumah Tangga (SKRT) nasional diperkirakan jumlah balita yang susah  mengontrol BAB dan BAK (ngompol) di usia sampai prasekolah mencapai 75 juta anak. Fenomena ini dipicu karna banyak hal, pengetahuan ibu yang kurang tentang cara melatih BAB dan BAK, pemakaian popok sekali pakai,  hadirnya saudara baru dan masih banyak lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu yang mempunyai anak usia 1-3 tahun tentang toilet training  di Desa Batu Bersurat Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas XIII Koto Kampar 1. Desaian penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif . Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu ibu yang mempunyai anak usia 1-3 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan besar sampel sebanyak 142 orang. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kuisioner yang terdiri dari 20 pertanyaan. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu tentang  toilet training sebagian besar kurang  yaitu sebanyak 81 orang (57%). Disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk  memberikan penyuluhan atau pendidikan kesehatan tentang toilet training sehingga ibu dapat menerapkan ilmu yang didapat tersebut kepada anaknya.   It is estimated that the number of children under five in Indonesia reaches 30% of Indonesia's 250 million people, and according to the National Household Health Survey (SKRT), it is estimated that toddlers are difficult to control urination and defecate from age to preschool to 75 million children. This phenomenon is triggered by many things, lack of mother knowledge about how to train urination and defecate, disposable diapers, the presence of new siblings and many others.This study aims to know the description of knowledge of mothers who have children aged 1-3 years about toilet training in Batu Bersurat Village Working Area Puskesmas XIII Koto Kampar 1. Desaian research used is descriptive research. The samples in this study were mothers who had children aged 1-3 years. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique with a sample size of 142 people. The data collection tool used in this research is a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions. Data analysis used in this research is univariate analysis. The results showed that the mother knowledge about toilet training is mostly less that as many as 81 people (57%). It is advisable for health workers to provide education or health education about toilet training so that mothers can apply the knowledge gained to their children.

AbstrakUsia anak SMP umumnya mengikuti suatu kegitan hanya didasari dengan ketertarikan atau hanya meniru teman saja tanpa tahu tujuannya. Kenyataanya seseorang melakukan suatu aktivitas atau kegiatan selalu didasari dengan adanya motivasi dan minat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi minat siswa memilih ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis di SMP Purwokerto, yang terdiri dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Purwokerto dan SMP Al Irsyad Purwokerto yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis dengan total sampel sebanyak 65 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuisoner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat siswa memilih ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis di SMP Purwokerto, dari faktor internal sebanyak 36,05% dengan indikator rasa senang sebesar 18,14% dan indikator ketertarikan sebesar 17,91%. Sedangkan untuk faktor eksternal mempengaruhi minat siswa memilih ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis sebanyak 63,95%, terdiri dari indikator pelatih 16,22%, indikator lingkungan 16,27%, indikator fasilitas 15,71% dan indikator keluarga 15,75%.Kata kunci: Faktor, Minat Siswa, Ekstrakurikuler, BulutangkisDETERMINING FACTORS OF INTEREST IN MIDDLE SCHOOL EXTRACURRICULAR STUDENTS IN PURWOKERTO AbstractThe junior high school student’s generally follows an activity only based on interest or just imitating friends without knowing their purpose. In fact, someone doing an activity or action is always based on of motivation and interest. This study aims to determine the faktors that influence students' interest in choosing badminton extracurricular at Purwokerto junior high school, which consists of internal faktorsand external faktors. This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study were students of Purwokerto junior high school 1 Muhammadiyah and Al Irsyad Purwokerto junior high school who participated in badminton extracurricular activities with a total sample of 60 students.  Sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Data collection techniques was using questionnaires / questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach.  The result and conclusion showed that the faktors that influence student’s interest in choosing badminton extracurricular at Purwokerto junior high school were 36.05% from internal faktors with 18.14% pleasure indikators and 17.91% interest indikators. Whereas for external faktors affect the interest of students choosing badminton extracurricular as much as 63.95%, consisting of 16.22% coach indikators, 16.27% environmental indikators, 15.71% facility indikators and 15.75% family indikators. The medical record department is one of the most important parts in the hospital's effort to provide excellent service to patients. The medical records section is indeed a part that is not directly involved in patient care, but other health workers need a medical record section in order to serve patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze internal customer satisfaction related to the service of the medical records department at Muhammadiyah Hospital Ponorogo. The research design used a descriptive quantitative research design. The sampling technique used was snowball sampling. The results showed that several obstacles were found, namely the speed of providing medical records, the accuracy of providing medical records, the management of KLPCM (Incomplete Filling Of Medical Records) and medical record officers who had medical record competence were still very limited. Improved services provided by the medical record department can increase internal customer satisfaction, and of course will have a direct impact on service to patients. nurses and hospital BPJS healthcare officers.

Service Quality can be obtained if what is expected by the patient to the service provider is in accordance with the patient's requirements. This study aims to determine the quality of patient health services by health workers at the Sonimanu health center in 2019. The sample in this study was all In patients with a total sample of 73 people the sampling technique in this study was totally sampling. Data collection was carried out with 20 items of hope and reality questionnaire, which is a quantitative description of this type of study. The analysis conducted is univariate using Importance Performance Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the value of conformity between expectations and quality of inpatient services of health workers to the tangible dimension is 97.28% (Very Satisfied), reliably 95.27% (Very Satisfied), responsiveness 86.38% (Satisfied), assurance 98.14% (Very Satisfied), empathy 97.21% (Very Satisfied). There is one attribute of inadequate quality of service that is a good nutrition officer providing and helping patients with dietary needs (58.42%), it is expected that the health staff at the Sonimanu health center need to prioritize and be more responsive in paying attention to the rights or needs of Inpatients. It is recommended that the quality of inpatient health services by health workers need to be further improved, especially in the dimension of responsiveness.

AbstrakKeselamatan pasien merupakan dasar dari pelayanan kesehatan yang baik. Pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan dalam sasaran keselamatan pasien terdiri dari ketepatan identifikasi pasien, peningkatan komunikasi yang efektif, peningkatan keamanan obat yang perlu diwaspadai, kepastian tepat lokasi, prosedur, dan tepat pasien operasi, pengurangan risiko infeksi, pengurangan risiko pasien jatuh. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien pada petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Kedaung Wetan Kota Tangerang. Metode Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar kuesioner. Teknik analisa diatas menggunakan analisa Univariat dan Bivariat. Hasil Penelitian ada Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Penerapan Keselamatan Pasien pada Petugas Kesehatan, dengan hasil, p value sebesar 0,013 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Penerapa Keselamatan Pasien pada Petugas Kesehatan. Kesimpulan penelitian ada Hubungan Pengetahuan dengan Penerapan Keselamatan Pasien.. AbstrackPatient safety is the basis of good health services. Knowledge of health personnel in patient safety targets consists of accurate patient identification, increased effective communication, increased safety of the drug that needs to be watched, certainty in the right location, procedure, and precise patient surgery, reduction in risk of infection, reduction in risk of falling patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and the application of patient safety to health workers in the Kedaung Wetan Health Center, Tangerang City. The research method uses descriptive correlation using cross sectional approach. The population is 50 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. The analysis technique above uses Univariate and Bivariate analysis. The results of the study there is a Relationship of Knowledge with the Implementation of Patient Safety in Health Officers, with the result, p value of 0.013 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a Relationship between Knowledge and Patient Safety Implementation in Health Officers. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of profitability on firm value. (2) The effect of earnings quality on firm value. (3) The effect of investment decisions on firm value. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. While the sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 300 samples. The data analysis method used is multiple regression using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) earnings quality has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.757 > 0.05. (3) investment decisions have a positive effect and not on the value of the company with a significance of 0.418 > 0.05

This study aims to analyze the application of marketing strategies that have been carried out to increase the number of patients in Sumberglagah General Hospital Mojokerto. The research design used qualitative. The social situation was all the structural teams of Sumberglagah Hospital in Mojokerto. The sampling technique used Purposive sampling with the number of informants 7 people. Triangulation was carried out on 3 speakers. The research instrument was the researcher himself and the indeep interview and FGD guidelines. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, data verification and data validity test. The results of the study showed that in general Sumberglagah Hospital Mojokerto in compiling a marketing plan followed the pattern and strategy of the marketing process aimed at improving quality and complete health services. The implementation of the Marketing Strategy includes types of public services with excellent services for modern leprosy care and reconstructive surgery and prosthetic services. Quantity increases occur during general patient visits. Hospital BOR has increased in general patient visits in the last 3 years. In 2016 the BOR of general patients was 67%, 2017 was 67.5% and in 2018 was 71%. While BOR for leprosy patients decreased, in 2016 amounting to 53.8% in 2017 amounting to 40.8% and in 2018 amounting to 38.08%. The increase in the number of general patients does not go hand in hand with leprosy patients. The number of leprosy patient visits actually decreased. Influence factors due to the number of leprosy, the increase in trained personnel and the stigma of the community towards leprosy. The hospital's efforts to further improve and design the promotion of health services and to innovate regarding empowering health workers that are owned related to efforts to increase the quantity of patients both non-leprosy and leprosy. Especially for leprosy cases, the mobile unit program is intensified so that privacy of leprosy clients is more accommodated

This study aims to obtain information on: first, the obligation to create and conceal Electronic Medical Record and its juridical consequences; Secondly, due to the law of absence or error in the manufacture of Electronic Medical Records and the position of Electronic Medical Record as a tool in the theoretical transactions.The research method used is normative juridical approach method, analytical descriptive research specification, research phase is done through literature study to examine primary law material, secondary law material, and tertiary law material. Data collection techniques are conducted through document studies, conducted by reviewing documents on positive law. Furthermore, the method of data analysis is done through normative qualitative.The results of the study indicate: Legal aspects of Medical Record or Electronic Medical Record   in Teurapetik Transactions related to: first, the obligation of health workers in coaching and health services to make Medical Record or Electronic Medical Record correctly and responsible for secrecy because it is the opening of Medical Record or Electronic Medical Record without With the permission of the patient having the consequences of criminal law. The absence or misuse of the Medical Record or Electronic Medical Record means that health workers may be subject to criminal, civil and administrative sanctions. Second, the position of  Medical Record or Electronic Medical Record is evidence in the form of a letter (if given outside the court), and expert information (if delivered in court).

The Covid-19 pandemic demands changes in health services that focus on social restrictions. The use of digital technology is key in efforts to combat the Covid-19 virus through online homecare. Health workers play an important role as leaders in supporting the optimal implementation of online homecare. The leadership of health workers is identified through the behaviors shown during homecare services to patients. The purpose of this study is to analyze the leadership behavior of health workers in providing health services through the online homecare www.excellentcare.id during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive survey method.The population in this study were all online homecare health workers www.excellentcare.id.com with a sampling technique in the form of a total sampling of 43 health workers. The results showed that most of the health workers with adults, most of the health workers were female, most of the health workers with a nurse professional education level and almost all health workers had good leadership behavior. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that health workers will demonstrate and continuously improve leadership behavior through education and training in order to show exemplary, inspire patients to be able to face challenges, cooperate among health workers and provide support for patients and families.
