ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran usaha  kecil dan menengah  (UKM) pada era digital di kota Bekasi. Disamping itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi pasar, inovasi produk, daya saing produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada era digital. Penelitian dilakukan melalui survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 114 pelaku  UKM di kota Bekasi. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap daya saing produk . Orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, daya saing produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran  UKM di kota Bekasi.Kata kunci:   Orientasi Pasar, inovasi produk, daya saing , kinerja pemasaran, era digital, UKM. ABSTRACTThe objective of this study was  how to increase market performance micro and small medium enterprises  in Bekasi..This study olso examines the effect of market orientation, innovation on market erformance  and  competitivness as moderating variabel .The survey method was conducted by distributing the qquesioneries to 114 micro and small medium enterprises  .The sampling method used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive technique. The results indicate that market orientation and innovation  were influanced significantly  on competitiveness. Maraket orientation was influencend on market erformance. The purpose of this study is to find out 1) To find out whether entrepreneurship skills have an influence on the performance of micro and small businesses in the culinary field in North Jakarta.2) To find out whether market orientation has an influence on the performance of micro and small businesses in the culinary sector in North Jakarta. 3) To find out whether sales orientation has an influence on the performance of micro and small businesses in the culinary sector in North Jakarta. The population in this study were entrepreneur in Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 40 respondents from micro small medium enterprises in North Jakarta. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sample with purposive sampling sampling  method. Overall the results of this study are 1) Entrepreneurial skills have an influence on the performance of micro and small businesses in the culinary field in North Jakarta, 2) Market orientation has an influence on the performance of micro and small businesses in the culinary sector in North Jakarta, 3) Sales orientation has an influence on the performance of micro small and medium enterprises in the culinary sector in North Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) Untuk mengetahui apakah keterampilan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha mikro kecil dan menengah pada bidang kuliner di Jakarta Utara. 2) Untuk mengetahui apakah orientasi pasar memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha mikro kecil dan menengah pada bidang kuliner di Jakarta Utara. 3) Untuk mengetahui apakah orientasi penjualan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha mikro kecil dan menengah pada bidang kuliner di Jakarta Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wirausaha di Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu 40 responden wirausaha di Jakarta Utara . Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu nonprobability sample dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Secara keseluruhan hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) Keterampilan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha mikro kecil dan menengah pada bidang kuliner di Jakarta Utara, 2) Orientasi pasar memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha mikro kecil dan menengah pada bidang kuliner di Jakarta Utara , 3) Orientasi penjualan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha mikro kecil dan menengah pada bidang kuliner di Jakarta Utara.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of market orientation, technology orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of small and medium enterprises in Jakarta. The sample was selected using the non-probability sampling method, amounting to 100 respondents who are entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs in the field of small and medium scale enterprises. Data processing techniques using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between market orientation on organizational performance, there is a significant influence between technology orientation on organizational performance, and there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi pasar, orientasi teknologi dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja organisasi usaha kecil dan menengah di Jakarta. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode non-probability sampling berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan pelaku usaha atau wirausaha dalam bidang skala usaha kecil dan menengah. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan antara orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja organisasi, adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara orientasi teknologi terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja organisasi.

This study aims to calculate the elasticity of consumer demand for changes in the price of SME chips in East Baturaja District, and calculate the elasticity of consumer demand for chips products in East Baturaja District. The study was conducted from March to May 2017 in 3 (three) small and medium enterprises. The research method used is survey method. Sampling method / sample using non probability sampling. The results show the demand for price changes for Rempeyek and banana chips on the changed prices is in elastic or (Ed <1) and the type of sweet potato chips to the changing price are elastic. demand for other products all types of chips have substitution properties similar to those seen in the above explanation are all positive substitutes but the difference is only the percentage of cross elasticity, or has the property (Eq> 0).

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai potensi sangat besar untuk kemajuan perekonomian Indonesia, karena tersebar diseluruh wilayah Indonesia. Mensejahterahkan UMKM akan berdampak besar bagi perekonomian negara indonesia. Penelitian mengenai strategi untuk meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Pangan di Kota Palembang ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Strength, Weaknes, Opportunity, and Threats (SWOT) dan Analisis Hirarki Proses (AHP).Sampel usaha UMKM Pangan di Palembang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan SWOT dan AHP diperoleh hasil bahwa strategi prioritas yang harus dilakukan oleh UMKM pangan berdaya saing di Kota Palembang adalah penggunaan peralatan yang lebih moderndalam proses produksiagar variasi makanan dapat dibuat secara lebih efisien dan efektif; serta pemanfaatan manajemen modern agar pengolahan UMKM dapat mencakup ekonomi lokal (dalam negeri) dan juga luar negeri. Untuk itu kontribusi dan kerjasama yang baik antar pemerintah dan UMKM akan membuat UMKM bisa melakukan perannya dengan baik dan menciptakan UMKM pangan yang berdaya saing. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) has a large potential for the economic progress in Indonesiasince it has been widespread throughout the country. Prospering the SMEs will bring a major impact for the economy of Indonesia.The research about strategy to improve the competitiveness of Food Micro Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Palembang City was done by using the Strength, Weaknes, Opportunity, and Threats (SWOT) analysis and Hierarchy Analysis Process (AHP). The sample of SMEs food business in Palembang was taken by using purposive sampling technique.The result shows that the priority strategy that should be done by the SMEs are using the modern equipment in production process in order to make the food variation more effective and eficient;and  utilizingthe modern management for SME’s processing can cover the domestic and international economy. Therefore, good cooperation between goverment and SMEs will lead to a better function of SMEs which creates high competitiveness in SMEs.

This research aims to identify the effect of fairness, socialization, and understanding on the Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) taxpayer compliance towards Government Regulation number 23/2018 regarding income tax from business received or accrued by taxpayers who have certain gross turnover. This research used a quantitative approach, and data were collected using the Likert scale questionnaire. In this research, the population was 283 SME actors registered at the Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Office, Bandung. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. Based on the partial test on the first regression model hypothesis, tax fairness and tax socialization are positively and significantly associated with the tax understanding. The second regression model hypothesis's partial test indicates that tax fairness does not affect, while the taxation socialization and understanding of taxation positively affect MSME taxpayers' compliance.

This study aims to reveal the influence of education on entrepreneurial orientation,  the influence of business experience on entrepreneurial orientation, the influence of education on market orientation, the influence of business experience on market orientation; and the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on market orientation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 168 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in East Java. Samples were taken using simple random sampling method, research data were taken through a questionnaire, and data analysis using SEM. The results of the study revealed that the higher the education and business experience, the higher the entrepreneurial orientation, the higher the education, business experience and entrepreneurial orientation, the higher the market orientation; and market orientation can be improved through improving education and business experience by paying attention to entrepreneurial orientation

The purpose of this study is to find out whether Entrepreneurship Skills, Market Orientation, Sales Orientation, and Entrepreneurship Competence have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field. The population in this study is SMEs in the culinary sector. The sample used in this study were 50 respondens who owned MSMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. Overall the results of this study are that Entrepreneurship Skills have an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Market Orientation has no effect on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. 19, Sales Orientation has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, Entrepreneurship Competence has an influence on the performance of SMEs in the culinary field in Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The interplay between strategic orientations has received limited attention in manufacturing small and medium enterprises (SMEs).The existing studies have repeatedly called for investigating the impacts of multiple strategic orientations on organizational performance. Moreover, prior research called for disintegrating the strategic orientation and assessing their effects on organizational performance. Thus, this study is the first of its nature – disintegrating the market orientation (MO) construct and using data from 213 SMEs of Pakistan, collected through survey method, which reports on how the deployment of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) as moderator produces synergistic effect and strengthens the MO dimensions –organizational performance links. The results indicate that the MO dimensions are positively and significantly related to organizational performance. Moreover, EO significantly and positively moderates the MO dimensions and organizational performance relationships. The study provides avenues for future research.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the development of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation and their effects on the marketing performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Bengkulu Province. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used non probability with judgmental techniques (purposive) with a total sample of 270. The results showed that SMEs in Bengkulu Province had run their business with market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation in good categories. When viewed from the marketing performance, most of them have achieved a fairly good level of performance as well. For this reason, if we look at the influence between variables, market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect at the marketing performance of SMEs in Bengkulu Province. This means that the better market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation, the better marketing performance for SMEs in Bengkulu Province. Thus, the hypothesis which states that market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) can be accepted.

Purpose-the increasing of SME number in Indonesia is not followed by the increasing of business performance, although various managerial and entrepreneural tranings, as well as busniness advocations has been given intensively by government. The objective of this research is to analise the impact  of entrepreneural orintation, market orientation, managerial  skill,and entrepreneurship training on SMEs business performance. Design/methodology/ approach- the approach used is survey method. Data gathered from 200 respondents accross for districts or city in Jambi Province,  and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) used as analysing tool.  Findings- this research find  that the business performance is influenced  by the level of entrepreneural orientation and the attending of entrepreneurship training. Management skill is the intervening variable between entrepreneurship traning and business performance. The result also find that market orientation is an intervening for the relationship between entrepreneural orientation and business performance.
