Education is an agenda for designing the country's development. Implementation in the field of education is a joint responsibility of both the government and the community, educational institutions are one that plays an important role in the ongoing learning process activities one of which is the examination activities. The test is an evaluation of the learning process to obtain learning outcomes as a form of achievement recognition or completion in an educational unit. The test is still cheating, it is triggered by the lack of confidence in working on the exam questions and the same type of exam questions will provide an opportunity to chat and work together. The author aims to provide a solution in the form of the application of online-based online test applications using question weight classification techniques, grouping and randomization. This mobile-based online exam application was developed using the waterfall model. The results obtained from research on this mobile-based exam application has features to prevent screen capture or screenshots, prevent video recording or video recorder and prevent switching applications that can run multiplatform on Android and iOS. This application has been through the process of testing the user and distributing questionnaires to determine the feasibility of using the weight classification technique with a percentage of 80% so it is suitable for use in examination activities.

Arabic is generally taught in official educational institutions such as schools and institutions under the auspices of the government, the object of learning usually includes the age of school children. There is an institution called Imam Al-Bukhari, which conducts Arabic learning for adults, especially mothers. This study aims to reveal the process of learning Arabic for mothers at the Imam Al-Bukhari Islamic boarding school. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. Because in this study, the results will be presented in the form of descriptive sentences. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis process goes through several stages. including data validation, presenting data, concluding. The result of this research is the method used in learning Arabic level 2 and level 3 is a mixed method. In level 2 learning it was found that mothers had mastered the material during the learning process. Likewise, mothers for level 3 have mastered the learning material provided during the learning process.

Digital technologies have drastically changed the mindset of communities and compelled them to function smartly. It is a must for everyone to keep updated and acquire the technical know-how for sustenance. Information and communication technology (ICT) and its capability to impact teaching-learning processes have enforced the educational institutions to apply it in pre-primary education to higher education and research. Such technologies have been explored as beneficial in variety of situations. Government is also investing a smart amount of funds to support institutions for creating appropriate ICT environment. The present study attempts to explore the factors responsible for successful integration of information and communication technology in teaching-learning process. Keeping in view the explored factors emerged from the study, it suggests to the government and policymakers how to design and develop the training programs in the area of ICT incorporation in the teaching-learning process.

Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas masyarakat. Pemerintah melalui pendidikan pada usia dini memiliki visi untuk meningkatkan kualitas masyarakat. Meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan sudah menjadi faktor penentu untuk menunjang meningkatnya kualitas masyarakat, semakin baik pendidikan yang diberikan maka semakin baik keluaran yang dihasilkan. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualiats pendidikan salah satunya dengan mengembangkan pengelolaan dalam lembaga pendidikan, pengelolaan yang dimaksud adalah pengelolaan administrasi. Pengembangan pengelolaan ini dilakukan dengan mengembangkan sistem informasi terpadu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model waterfall. Sistem informasi dikembangkan dengan framework Laravel dan Android Studio. Sistem dapat berjalan online maupun offline sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari lembaga pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi terpadu yang dapat diakses dengan komputer pada server dan smartphone android pada client. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem informasi bekerja dengan baik. Sistem dinilai mampu untuk membantu masalah adminisrasi dengan presentasi nilai yaiitu 84,67 %. Sistem mendapat respon yang positif dari pengguna.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Android, Client Server, Pendidikan, Akademik Education is a conscious effort carried out to improve the quality of society. AbstractThe temporary closure of all educational institutions as an effort to prevent the spread of an outbreak of Covid-19 worldwide has an impact on millions of students, including in Indonesia. Disturbances in the teaching and learning process directly between teacher and students as well as the termination of the assessment of learning have an impact on the psychological of students, causing a decrease in the quality of skills. This burden is the responsibility of all elements of education, in particular the government, in facilitating the continuity of schools for all stakeholders in education to conduct distance education. Understanding of the material in science subjects class 4 at MIMA Karangpucung is currently only theoretical and only sees pictures. Therefore students are not easy to understand the learning of the theory. So that student learning outcomes decline or are not satisfactory. So it requires the use of natural media that can be found in the environment around Madrasas. The goal is to be able to revive the spirit of students in the process of learning Natural Sciences. The results of the study are expected for the teacher to be able to develop knowledge and skills and arouse self-confidence so that they will always be excited and eager to improve their learning. For students to improve understanding in absorbing the material being studied so that the learning process and outcomes will be further improved. As an educational institution that is superior in terms of religious education and creativity, SMK Terpadu Al-Islahiyah Singosari – Malang, always got praises and awards from various competitions and performances. This things certainly makes proud of all the components that are in SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah. But since of corona virus or commonly called covid - 19, the institution of education is predicted is the easiest place for covid - 19 to spread, because of the activities that are always done in groups. This is what makes the interest of the author to investigate this issue further. The existence of covid – 19 pandemic seems to be a test for educational institutions. All educational institutions in Indonesia is required to be able to keep running the learning process in this pandemic situation. The government decided to do online learning because of this situation. as what SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah has done, they are also implementing online learning in this pandemic situation.This study uses a qualitative method in the form of interviews, in addition, this study also carried out by way of review of the literature to corroborate the explanation of the results of the interview. This is done to determine how the application of management students in the learning process in the middle of the pandemic of covid - 19 in SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah. As well as the impact or what obstacles are given Covid - 19 to the learning process of learners.

Since the COVID-19 outbreak is increasingly widespread in Indonesia at the beginning of the year 2020, the government considers taking policies that focus on implementing the learning and teaching process at all levels. This research focuses on identifying the perception, interests, and challenges of online learning for informatics’ students at AMIKOM University Yogyakarta during the global pandemic. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach using a survey instrument. This research has succeeded in capturing an overview of the ease, obstacles, and challenges of the informatics’ students in joining online learning from the study results. Discussions and contradictions to these results will undoubtedly be different if they are carried out on different student entities and with various subjects. This research contributes to higher education institutions, especially AMIKOM Yogyakarta University, to evaluate the online learning process. Although the case study presented in this research cannot represent other subjects, students' perceptions can be used as essential feedback for educational institutions.

In 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic has become a global problem and has an impact on all aspects of life, including education. The learning process in all educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the educational institutions affected by this pandemic is the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ). The Covid-19 pandemic made the government try to suppress the spread of Covid-19, with that the government issued a policy to all educational institutions to close, then switched to Distance Learning (PJJ) and Learning From Home (BDR). Many of the educational institutions carry out an online learning process (online), but not all levels of society are able to adapt to the online learning process, especially those in rural areas. So this research aims to obtain information about the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the learning process at TPQ. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. In this study, 5 respondents were selected, namely TPQ teachers in Kutelintang Village, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. The results of this study obtained information that the learning process at TPQ took place face-to-face, and generally the learning process at TPQ was less effective because there were too many holidays. So that it has an impact on students, teachers and parents. In addition, TPQ also played an important role in disseminating the Covid-19 pandemic to students.

The continuity of learning programs during the COVID-19 pandemic found educational institutions, especially Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah (MI) temporarily closed the learning process in schools. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 that is currently engulfing Indonesia. Lack of preparation, readiness and learning strategies have a psychological impact on teachers and students. Declining quality of skills, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Learning from home (online) is an effort by the government program to ensure the continuity of learning in the pandemic period. The research method uses participatory action research (PAR), which focuses on understanding social phenomena that occur in the community and mentoring efforts on the problems faced. The assistance effort is to help the children of MI Sulursewu, Ngawi in participating in online learning related to; 1). Preparation of activities, 2). Counselling participants offline method, 3). Offline activities method. Results of the study show that the mentoring activities following the target of achievement; first, the activity can be carried out following the schedule that has been set. Second, students are always on time for the online learning hours that have been set. Offline methods show that efforts can help ease the burden on parents, but can also make it easier for students to receive subject matter.
