This study is aimed to determine the effect of stand location and booth design on purchasing decisions through positive emotion. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive approach. The research sample is 100 respondents. The research setting is at wedding events that held in Icon Mall Gresik, MOG Malang and CITO Surabaya. The sample was taken by accidental sampling method, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire, documentation and observation. Data analysis technique using Path Analysis. The results shows that; 1) Stand location had an effect on positive emotion, 2) Booth design had an effect on positive emotion, 3) Positive emotion had an effect on purchasing decisions, 4) Stand location had an effect on purchasing decisions, 5) Booth design had an effect on purchasing decisions, 6) Stand location affects the purchasing decisions through positive emotions, 7) Booth design affects purchasing decisions through positive emotions.

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of store layouts, display interiors, and promotions on purchasing decisions at the Café On Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram. This research is included in quantitative research with survey methods. The type of data in this study is quantitative data. Data sources or information are obtained from primary and secondary sources. The data collection technique used in this study is in the form of primary data obtained from the results of respondents' responses to a list of statements in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population used is the person who ernah buys at Kamila Caffe. The sample taken was 100 people from the Faculty of Economics and Business (S1 Management). The data analysis technique used in this study is regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Store layout factors affect consumer purchasing decisions at Kamila Caffe Mataram, meaning that if the store layout is getting better then the purchase decision is increasing. (2) The interior factor of the display is influential in the face of consumer purchase decisions at Kamila Caffe Mataram, meaning that if the interior display is getting better then the purchase decision is increasing. (3) Promoosi factor affects the consumer purchase decision at Kamila Caffe Mataram, meaning that if the promotion is getting better then the purchase decision is increasing

This research aim to determine the effect of brand image, advertising and word of mouth on Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions in UNIBA surakarta. This research uses quantitative research type. Population of this research is UNIBA female students majoring in economics and taken 100 people as samples. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were obtained by giving questionnaires to student who use or ever use Wardah cosmetic at least once. Data analysis technique using multiple linier regression. The result of data analysis found that brand image, advertising and Word of mouth have effect to purchasing decision simultaneously or partially. This study aims to determine celebrity endorsers, brand image, and E-WOM on consumer purchasing decisions on Sunco cooking oil (study in Sedati Gede Village, Sidoarjo Regency). This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are customers of Sunco cooking oil. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 18 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the celebrity endorser variable has an effect on purchasing decisions, the brand image variable has an effect on purchasing decisions, and E-WOM has an effect on purchasing decisions for consumers of Sunco cooking oil (study in Sedati Gede Village, Sidoarjo Regency).

Business competition in today's globalization era is very tight, where every company is required to be able to meet consumer needs and strive to create a product that has advantages and creates different products from competitors. Data recorded according to the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2014 - 2018. That the number of motorbikes has increased each year. With the increasing number of motorcycle users, there are also more helmet users and other accessories. This study aims to examine the effect of price, product quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions (a study on students of the Nahdlatul Ulama University Surabaya who used the INK brand helmet). In this study using quantitative research, which uses a research sample of 120 respondents. Using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling approach and the method used in analyzing the data in this study using SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the results of the analysis and hypothesis testing on the data carried out, all variables obtained the result that the price had a positive effect on the purchase decision, while the product quality had a positive effect on the purchase decision, and the brand image did not have a positive effect on the purchase decision

<p>Impulsive purchases is one factor, which are considered by retailers and manufacturers. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of positive emotions in mediating the store atmosphere on impulsive purchases. The population in this study is the community in Cilandak West district which often make impulsive purchases in Matahari Cilandak Town Square. The size of the samples which are taken by as many as 50 people, with a non-probability sampling method particularly purposive sampling. Data is collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) method of analysis. These results indicate that the store atmosphere has a positive and significant impact on impulsive purchases at 0.387. Indirect effect store atmosphere of impulsive purchases through positive emotion at 0.431. Hence the indirect effect has more impact on the direct effect.</p><p><br />Keywords: Impulsive Purchases, Positive Emotion, Store Atmosphere</p>

This study aims to determine the role of materialism to moderate the perception of value and consumer innovaativeness to purchase decisions (Study On iPhone Products in Denpasar) with the number of samples taken as many as 128 people. Using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data of this study were collected through questionnaire. The analysis technique used is MRA (Moderate Regresion Analysis). Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that the perception of value have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Consumer innovativeness has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Materialism as a moderating variable weakens the influence of value perception on iPhone product purchase decision in Denpasar City, and Materialism as a moderating variable reinforces the influence of consumer innovativeness on iPhone product purchase decision in Denpasar City. It is important for companies to pay more attention to consumer perceptions of value and consumer innovativeness, with that in mind, manufacturers will be able to improve consumer purchasing decisions.

This research aims to understand the Influence of security, privacy, and reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer. The purpose of this research are: (1) the effect of security toward trust in online shopping consumer, (2) The effect of privacy toward trust in online shopping consumer, (3) The effect of reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer, (4) The effect of security, privacy, and reputation toward trust in online shopping consumer. The type of research used in this study was a causal quantitative research. The population in this study was citizens of Padang city, that has been to online shopping. The sampling technique employed in this study was purposive sampling method with the total samples of 100 people. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire that has been tested for validly and reliability. The data analysis technique employed in this study to answer the hypothesis was multiple regressions. The result of this study shows that partially independent variable security (X1) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer, privacy variable (X2) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer, and reputation variable (X3) significantly influenced the trust in online shopping consumer. Simultaneously, variables security, privacy, and reputation significantly influenced trust in online shopping consumer.Keyword: Trust In Online Shopping Consumer, Security, Privacy, and Reputation.

Issues are spread about environmental conditions to develop and many become the topic of discussion. One prevention that can be done is to use green products. this study aims to explain environmental concern and social media influence on purchase decisions by mediating green product awareness. The population in this study is the people of Semarang City. The number of samples used was 100 respondents who had bought Lock & Lock products at least once. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the path analyst and Sobel test. The results of the analysis show that environmental concern and social media cannot directly influence purchasing decisions, but rather must be mediated through green product

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.
