This theoretical and bibliographic work aims to discuss the Psychology of personality development in the System of Developing Education of D.B. Elkonin and V.V. Davydov. This system outlines the problem of the perception of the concept of development in society, the lack of a common understanding of what a person is, its functions, essential characteristics and stages of personality development in different areas of psychology. The reasons for the emergence of a tendency aimed at the early development of a child in society are analysed. A brief description of the personality theory of A.K. Dusavitsky and G.K. Seredais also provided. A brief analysis of the history of the concept of developing learning is also given. The article describes the vision of the role and place of a developmental psychologist in education, based on the author's 20 years of experience as a practical psychologist in education. This vision is based on the ideas of L.S. Vygotsky, the provisions of the activity approach in psychology. This vision is reduced to the following points: 1. The psychology of personality development arises when social and\or educational environment demand for the child's personality development. The System of Developing Education of D.B. Elkonin and V.V. Davydovis initially aimed at forming the subject's position of the student and perceives the child as an integral personality. 2. The main task of a psychologist of personality development is psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process. The support is carried out in various forms and advice. The advice is related to participants in the educational process: teachers, children, parents and school administration. The methods are chosen depending on the tasks: reflection regarding the educational process, monitoring of the development of the personality at different age stages, examination of the educational process from the point of view of personal development, joint design of the developing environment, seminars and training aimed at solving various development problems and so on. 3. Requirements for the professionalism of the developmental psychologist in the first place is the ability to perceive the child holistically. The developmental psychologist helps all participants of the educational process to reformulate emerging problems into development tasks at each age stage. 4. Psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process is carried out according to the plan, and each form of work is tied to the stage of the educational process. 5. The psychologist concludes that the development of the child in the presence of their problems is age-appropriate. The main task of the developmental psychologist is to correctly and regularly monitor training activities and personal development according to a certain algorithm. 6. The psychologist of personality development, along with the functions described above, performs the function of organizing a dialogue or moderating a discussion between all participants in the learning process.

The purpose and tasks of the work are to analyze the contemporary Ukrainian mass culture in terms of its value and humanistic components, as well as the importance of cultural studies and Ukrainian studies in educational disciplines for the formation of a holistic worldview of modern youth.Analysis of research and publications. Scientists repeatedly turned to the problems of the role of spirituality in the formation of society and its culture. This problem is highlighted in the publications by O. Losev, V. Lytvyn, D. Likhachev, S. Avierintsev, M. Zakovych, I. Stepanenko and E. Kostyshyn.Experts see the main negative impact of mass culture on the quality approach, which determines mass culture through the market, because mass culture, from our point of view, is everything that is sold and used in mass demand. One of the most interesting studies on this issue was the work by the representatives of Frankfurt School M. Horkheimer and T. Adorno «Dialectics of Enlightenment» (1947), devoted to a detailed analysis of mass culture. Propaganda at all socio-cultural levels in the form is similar in both totalitarian and democratic countries. It is connected, according to the authors, with the direction of European enlightenment. The tendency to unify people is a manifestation of the influence of mass culture, from cinema to pop. Mass culture is a phenomenon whose existence is associated with commerce (accumulation in any form – this is the main feature of education), in general, the fact that it exists in this form is related to the direction of the history of civilization.Modern mass culture, with its externally attractive and easily assimilated ideas and symbols, appealing to the trends of modern fashion, becomes a standard of prestigious consumption, does not require intense reflection, allows you to relax, distract, not teach, but entertains, preaches hedonism as the main spiritual value. And as a consequence, there are socio-cultural risks: an active rejection of other people, which leads to the formation of indifference; cruelty as a character trait; increase of violent and mercenary crime; increase in the number of alcohol and drug addicts; anti-patriotism; indifference to the values of the family and as a result of social orphanhood and prostitution. Conclusions, perspectives of research. Thus, we can conclude that modern Ukrainian education is predominantly formed by the values of mass culture. Namely, according to the «Dialectic» by Horkheimer and Adorno, «semi-enlightenment becomes an objective spirit» of our modern society. It is concluded that only high-quality education can create the opposite of the onset of mass culture and the destruction of spirituality in our society. It is proved that only by realizing the importance of cultivating disciplines in the educational process and the spiritual upbringing of the nation, through educational reforms, humanitarian knowledge will gradually return to student audiences.Formation of youth occurs under the influence of social environment, culture, education and self-education. The optimal combination of these factors determines both the process of socialization itself and how successful it will be. In this context, one can see the leading role of education and upbringing. It turns out that the main task of modern education is to spread its influence on the development of spiritual culture of the individual, which eventually becomes a solid foundation for the formation of the individual. Such a subject requires both philosophical and humanitarian approaches in further integrated interdisciplinary research, since the availability of such research will provide the theoretical foundation for truly modern educational and personal development.

The article attempts to comprehend the essence and possibility of forming discourse competence among foreign and Russian students with simultaneous immersion in patriotic discourse. It is highlighted that the addition of the humanitarian series of “History of Civilizations” and “Features of Russian Civilization” to the educational process at the university creates the necessary pedagogical conditions for organizing a special linguo-ethno-cultural environment that forms active social interaction of authors within the framework of the medical and patriotic linguistic scenario. The authors of the article conducted a semantic and historical analysis of interpretations of the concept of “patriotism” that were studied from the point of view of traditional and liberal culture. The article presents the results of a socio-pedagogical study of students' perceptions of this concept. The article describes various theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of the concepts of “discourse” and “discursive picture of the world” as well as psycholinguistic features of the method of semantic differential. Special attention in the article is paid to the typologies of discourse presented in the scientific literature. The authors of the article present the principle of genre and the principle of thematic correlation as the basis for distinguishing between types of discourse and highlight differences in language and discursive pictures of the world. The tasks of educators is to form not only purely medical discursive competence, but also to immerse the listener in “correctly” interpreted picture, saturated with verbal patterns that allow to create statements of patriotic content.

IFNMU actively uses educational innovations in various pedagogical processes, determining adequate mechanisms for the transformation of higher education. After all, innovative education is a constant desire to re-evaluate values, preserve those that are of undeniable importance, and discard those that are already outdated. In the practice of IFNMU, the diversification of educational technologies allows effectively combine them through the modernization of traditional education and its reorientation to distance education. With this approach, teachers focus on the personal development of future professionals, the ability to master new experiences of creative and critical thinking, finding solutions to educational problems. Therefore, we consider the innovative educational technology as a general didactic process, which consists in using a set of methods and techniques of joint activities of the subjects of the educational process aimed at achieving the goal of learning, personality development and creative and professional acquisition of knowledge and competencies in accordance with the tasks of training specialists of modern times. The process of forming the professional competence of future doctors consists of a set of consistent, purposeful actions that contribute to the renewal, modification of purpose, content, organization, forms and methods of teaching and education, adaptation of the educational process to new socio-historical conditions. Innovations in medical education do not arise spontaneously, but arise as a result of systematic scientific research, analysis, generalization of pedagogical experience. The basis of these processes is the implementation of the achievements of psychological and pedagogical science in practice, study, generalization and dissemination of advanced domestic and foreign pedagogical experience in training doctors. At the present stage, the integration of knowledge in pedagogical theory is seen as a synthesis of interacting sciences on the basis of some basic discipline. The mechanism of interdisciplinary integration is to implement the explanatory, constructive and prognostic functions of academic disciplines, in their transformation into a methodological, theoretical and technological means of building holistic models of the researched phenomena and processes, solving cognitive and professional problems. As the practical experience of synchronizing the study of related educational material from different courses has shown, as well as the maximum use of multidisciplinary knowledge to study complex objects and concepts of medicine is an important condition for the effectiveness of the educational process. Productive integration of knowledge covers such ways as solving interdisciplinary problems, performing complex practical tasks, conducting educational and research observations, conducting lectures and practical classes, applying problem situations in one discipline to classes in another.

Psychoanalysis is: 1 A personality theory, and, more generally, a theory of psychological functioning that focuses particularly on unconscious mental processes; 2 A method for the investigation of psychological functions based on the exploration of free associations within a special therapeutic setting; 3 A method for treatment of a broad spectrum of psychopathological conditions, including the symptomatic neuroses (anxiety states, characterological depression, obsessive–compulsive disorder, conversion hysteria, and dissociative hysterical pathology), sexual inhibitions and perversions (‘paraphilias’), and the personality disorders. Psychoanalysis has also been applied, mostly in modified versions, i.e. in psychoanalytic psychotherapies, to the treatment of severe personality disorders, psychosomatic conditions, and certain psychotic conditions, particularly a subgroup of patients with chronic schizophrenic illness. All three aspects of psychoanalysis were originally developed by Freud whose theories of the dynamic unconscious, personality development, personality structure, psychopathology, methodology of psychoanalytic investigation, and method of treatment still largely influence the field, both in the sense that many of his central ideas continue as the basis of contemporary psychoanalytic thinking, and in that corresponding divergencies, controversies, and radical innovations still can be better understood in the light of the overall frame of his contributions. Freud's concepts of dream analysis, mechanisms of defence, and transference have become central aspects of many contemporary psychotherapeutic procedures. Freud's ideas about personality development and psychopathology, the method of psychoanalytic investigation, and the analytic approach to treatment gradually changed in the course of his dramatically creative lifespan. Moreover, the theory of the structure of the mind that he assumed must underlie the events that he observed clinically changed in major respects, so that an overall summary of his views can hardly be undertaken without tracing the history of his thinking. The present overview will lead up to summaries of his final conclusions as to the structure of the mind and how this is reflected in personality development and psychopathology. Psychoanalysis will then be described as a method of treatment, as seen from the point of view of resolution of conflict between impulse and defence, and from that of object-relations theory. We shall explore significant changes that have occurred in all these domains, and conclude with an overview of contemporary psychoanalysis, with particular emphasis upon the presently converging tendencies of contemporary psychoanalytic approaches, and new developments that remain controversial.

The present research features the basics of pedagogical support in the system of continuous education in the structure of actualization and generation of various pedagogical constructs and pedagogical constructors that facilitate a holistic understanding of the importance of personality development in the hierarchy of age-appropriate methods, forms, and technologies of educational and socio-professional activities. The authors clarify the concepts of "pedagogical construct", "pedagogical constructor", and "basics of pedagogical support in the system of continuous education". These concepts are described in the context of the adaptive-acmepedagogical, personified-productive, and functional-labor approaches that provide traditional and innovative models of the study and research of scientific-pedagogical phenomena and events, thus improving the quality of pedagogical solutions on micro-, meso-, and macro level. The implemented methods and technologies optimize the quality of production and facilitation, cooperation and self-realization, socialization, and self-actualization. The multidimensionality of the approach reveals the prospects for a teacher who would contribute to the personal development (construct "I want, I can, I must, there is"), as well as holistic and system-mobile formation of the student. In this research, a student is understood as a product that unites all the components of education: science, art, culture, sports, and other areas of socialization and self-realization. Pedagogical constructs and pedagogical constructors in the studies of the basics of pedagogical support in the system of continuous education are determined in various simulated and realized conditions, where productivity, personification, and health saving technologies determine the integrity of the choice of opportunities and results of pedagogical practice and pedagogical activity.
