Abstract. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of learning organization on employee performance with knowledge sharing as mediating. This research can be classified as explanatory research, the research explains about the correlation between several variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used is census technique where the whole population of PT Telekomunikasi Tbk Lumajang as the research sample which is 40 employees. The research method is path analysis. The result showed that Learning organization has a significant impact on Knowledge sharing, Learning organization has a significant impact on employee performance, Knowledge sharing has a significant impact on employee performance, and learning organization has a significant impact on employee performance with Knowledge sharing as mediating. Further research is expecting to analyze another variable a mediating such as organizational culture, service quality, and organizational commitment.   Keywords: employee performance, Knowledge sharing; Learning organization Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari Learning organization terhadap Kinerja melalui knowledge sharing. Penelitian ini dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai exsplanatory research, yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal dan menguji keterkaitan antara beberapa variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis atau penelitian penjelasan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Telekomunikasi Tbk Lumajang yaitu berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sensus,yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel karena pada penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan PT Telekomunikasi Tbk Lumajang. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Path analysis atau analisis jalur dan alat hitung yang digunakan yaitu SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Learning Orgnization (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Knowledge sharing(Z), Learning Orgnization (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), Knowledge sharing(Z) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), Learning Orgnization (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) melalui Knowledge sharing(Z). Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan menambahkan variabel mediasi misalnya budaya organisasi, kinerja kualiltas pelayanan dan komitmen organisasi. Katakunci: Knowledge sharing; Learning organization, Kinerja karyawan

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing, Learning Organization, and Individual Innovation Capability variables on the improvement of Employee Performance. The data used in this study were primary data in the form of questionnaires totaling 50 respondents of functional functional employees in the Center for Agricultural Technology Study in Central Java.The section consists of instructors, researchers, technicians and librarians. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Testing of this study used path analysis and to test the effect of intervening variables used the sobel test. The results showed that (1) knowledge sharing has a positive effect on employee performance,(2) knowledge sharing has a positive effect on individual innovation capability,(3)individual innovation capability has a positive effect on employee performance,(4) learning organization has a positive effect on employee performance,(5) learning organization has a positive effect on individual innovation capability,(6) learning organization has a positive effect on knowledge sharing. In this study, of the 4 variables that have the most influence in relation to one another. Namely the Individual Innovation Capability variable with a beta amount of 0.530. This shows that the real employees in their hearts need support to explore themselves. Then get the freedom to express new innovations they find and be given training in new technologies. The growth of online taxi service recently becomes the threats for PT Lombok Taksi to still survive against the competition in the business this research is aimed at analyzing the significant effect of work satisfaction on the service quality of drivers of PT Lombok Taksi, at analyzing the significant effect of work satisfaction on organizational commitment, at analyzing the significant effect of organizational commitment on service quality of drivers PT Lombok Taksi. This research is associative-causal the population is all 532 drivers of  Lombok Taksi from which 84 samples (rounded to 100) were selected as respondents by applying the Slovin formula. The samples were selected through propotional random sampling technique. The hypothesis test was conducted using path analysis using SPSS program version 16.00 for windows.Keywords : work satisfaction, organizational commitment, service quality.

<em></em><p><em>Based on preliminary studies it was found that employee performance has not been optimal. Some of an important factor that was found supposedly competency and organizational culture is an important factor that is most dominant. As a </em><em>prominent factor of employee performance, </em><em>organization culture and competency has been given much attention, as well </em><em>as the influence of competency</em><em> and organizational culture to employees performance either partially and simultaneously. Research method used in this research descriptive survey and explanatory survey. The sample in this research is </em><em>employees</em><em> of PT PLN (Persero) Area Karawang. The sampling technique </em><em>used is</em><em> stratified proportional </em><em>method whereas</em><em> the method of analysis used is path analysis. The result of research </em><em>shows that there is</em><em> a strong correlation among competency and organizational </em><em>culture. The hypotheses for the partial impact of </em><em>competency and organizational culture toward employee performance </em><em>employee are all accepted. Simultaneous</em><em> influence competency and organizational culture toward performance of employee </em><em>gives</em><em> a significant effect.</em></p>

The objective of this research is to determine the extent of e-service quality and e-trust influence thee-loyalty in online shopping by combining two research models. This research employs survey by usingpurposive sampling technique to 120 internet users in Magelang, Central Java. The respondents of the research are customer that ever doing transaction more than 2 times in the website. The data analysis was done using SPSS 21.00 and hypothesis testing was through Path Analysis. The research identifiesthat four hypotheses are supported that are the relationship between of e-service quality, e-trust toe-satisfaction and e-satisfaction, e-trust to e-loyalty are positive and significant and one hypothesis isnot supported that is the relationship between e-service quality to e-loyalty is positive but not significant.

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on OCB and employee performance, OCB on employee performance, and analyze the effect of organizational commitment through OCB as an intervening variable on employee performance. The population is all employees who work at SPMI units of Private Universities in West Sumatra, amounting to 241 people. Of the 241 people taken 30 as a sample of validity and reliability so the remaining 211 people still exist. While the number of samples taken using the saturation sampling technique, which is a sampling technique by taking the entire population that is 211 samples. The data collection method uses the survey method, followed by the statistical method to test the hypothesis by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB and employee performance, so does OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, organizational commitment through OCB also has an influence on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to understand and explain the impact of Prophet Leadership and organizational commitment on motivation and its implications on employee performace of the PT.Bank Syariah Al Salaam. The research method used a quantitative approach, which the population in this study was 80 employees of the Bank Syariah Al Salaam Sample selection was done by sampling technique all population 80 respondents were determined. Data collection techniques using interview and questionnaire. The questionnaire survey instrument was delivered to employees of the Bank Syariah Al Salaam. Data were analyzed by using structural equation model (SEM) with the Smart PLS3.0 software program. This study reveals that Prophet Leadership, organizational commitment and motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Besides that, the motivation partially mediate variable of the Prophet Leadership variable and organizational commitment on employee performance and has a significant effect

This research is more towards a strategy in increasing motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in the Pesisir Selatan. Respondents in this study amounted to 75 people who are motor vehicle taxpayers in the Pesisir Selatan Regency and the sampling was done by accidental sampling technique. This research method uses multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing with a t-test and f test. Compliance with motor vehicle taxpayers in the Pesisir Selatan is influenced by taxpayer awareness and service quality. Partially found that awareness of taxpayers and service quality affects the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers. And it was found that service quality has the most influence in increasing taxpayer compliance. This means that by increasing the quality of service from the One Roof System office at Painan, it can increase the amount of regional revenue from motorized vehicle ownership.Keywords: compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers, taxpayer awareness, service quality

This research aims to describe and analyze The Influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance in The Library and Archives Service in Tangerang District. The population in this study amounted to 48 respondents, the sampling technique used was the saturation sampling technique (census). Respondents in this study were the Library and Archives Service in Tangerang District. The research method used is a quantitative-associative method. Then the data were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) for windows version 21.0 using the correlation technique with the Pearson product moment method and then proceed with regression and hypothesis testing. The results in this study are "There is a Positive and Significant Effect Between the Work Environment on the Performance of Employees in the Tangerang District Library and Archives Office". Based on obtaining the calculated t value of 7.141 while the value in t table is 2.013. Thus, according to the calculation of the statistical hypothesis if the value (7,141)> (2,013), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords : Work Environment, Employee Performance, Library and Archives.

The objective of this research is to find out the effect organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior towards service quality at Universitas Kristen Indonesia. The research method used was a quantitative method wiht using path analysed design.  In collecting the data, 71 employees were chosen from 243 employees randomly to be the sample of this research. The data of the this research were obtained by distrubuting questiinnaires and analyzed them using path analysis. The result shows that there exists a positive direct effect of (1) organizational commitment towards service quality, (2) organizational citizenship behavior towards service quality, and (3) organizational commitment towards organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, as the conclussion to this research, to improve the service quality of the employee at Universitas Kristen Indonesia, the organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior should be improved.

Penelitian bertujuan mengukur  pengaruh pelatihan dan berbagi pengetahuan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui pengetahuan manajemen. Sampling jenuh digunakan pada penentuan sampel. Data diambil dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan Bank Maybank Indonesia Area Lippo Cikarang yang berjumlah 100 orang sebagai responden. Analisis jalur digunakan sebagai alat analisis diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui pengetahuan manajemen. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja melainkan dimediasi oleh pengetahuan manajemen. This study aims to measure the effect of training and knowledge sharing on employee performance through knowledge management. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees of the Bank Maybank Indonesia Lippo Cikarang Area as respondents. This study uses path analysis as an analytical tool that is processed using SPSS software. The results showed that training had a direct effect on performance and indirectly through knowledge management. Research also found that knowledge sharing does not have a direct effect on performance but is mediated by knowledge management.
