Abstract : The current boom in startup is directly or inversely proportional to company profit. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Viral Marketing and Turbo Marketing simultaneously influence the Purchasing Decision in startup business, especially in the type of cafe or culinary place. The method in this study uses a type of correlation research, with a sample of 100 people, data collection techniques using questionnaires between 16:00 and 20:00 for people who visit Insomnia Café with age around 15-20 years. This study uses statistical analysis techniques, namely by using Correlation and Regression Analysis, F test and T test by using SPSS to minimize the error rate. The result that viral marketing and turbo marketing influences the purchasing decision in Insomnia Café. The next researcher should choose objects with more diverse populations so that the results are more specific, or can also use other variables as intervening so as to enrich the findings. Keyword : Viral marketing; turbo marketing;purchase intention.  Abstrak : Boomingnya usaha startup saat ini apakah berbanding lurus atau berbanding terbalik dengan keuntungan perusahaan. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Viral Marketing dan Turbo Marketing berpengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di usaha startup terutama berjenis kafe atau tempat kuliner. Metode yang dipakai jenis correlation research dengan sampel yang berjumlah 100 orang, teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kusioner atau penyebaran angket antara pukul 16.00 sampai 20.00 terhadap masyarakat yang berkunjung ke Insomnia Café dengan usia sekitar 15-20 tahun. Untuk mengurangi tingkat kekeliruan maka SPSS digunakan untuk analisis korelasi dan regresi , uji F dan uji t. Hasilnya viral marketing dan turbo marketing berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Insomnia Cafe. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya hendaknya memilih objek dengan populasi yang lebih beragam sehingga hasilnya lebih spesifik. atau bisa juga menggunakan variable lain sebagai intervening sehingga bisa memperkaya hasil temuan. Kata Kunci : viral marketing; turbo marketing;pembelian ulang.

The chief aim of this article is to examine the emotional intelligence (EI) and personality traits as the predictors of job performance of IT employees in India. To obtain this, the data was collected from 158 middle management employees working in Indian IT sector through random sampling method with the help of three scales such as DKEIT, JPI, and MPI. After data collection, the study carried out a different statistical analysis which includes frequency, correlation and regression analysis through SPSS 23.0 version. The study findings reported that both EI and Personality Traits impact the performance of job of IT employees, i.e. both Personality Traits and EI operate as a predictor of Job Performance of Indian IT employees. Based on which, the article gives few recommendations to future researchers.

The research purposes were testing and analysis the effect of perceived quality and price to the purchasing decision of Apotek Karanggede customers with brand awareness as intervening variable.The research type is explanatory research. The research population are Cutomers of Apotek Karanggede. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results were shown that 1) Perceived quality significantly effect the brand awareness of Apotek Karanggede customers; 2) price significantly effect the brand awareness of Apotek Karanggede customers; 3) Perceived quality significantly effect the purchasing decision of Apotek Karanggede customers; 4) Price significantly effect the purchasing decision of Apotek Karanggede customers; 5) Brand awareness significantly effect the purchasing decision of Apotek Karanggede customers; 6) Brand awareness are able as intervening variabel in the effect of perceived quality to the purchasing decision of Apotek Karanggede customers; and 7) Brand awareness are able as intervening variabel in the effect of price to the purchasing decision of Apotek Karanggede customers Keywords: perceived quality, price, brand awareness, purchasing decision

This study examines factors affecting the interest of state civil servants to undertake whistle-blowing action on local governments of Papua Province. The population in this study is the State Civil Servants (ASN) on local governments of Papua Province, with 120 number of people as sample in this research. Multiple regression analysis techniques is used to analysis, discuss and testing the hypothesis from the data collection. This research find that variabel of organization commitment has a significant and negative effect on the interest of state civil servants to undertake Whistle Blowing action. Thus it can be explained that, in high and low commitment of organzation environment which dominated by employees at SKPDs in government of Jayapura city that have lowered interest to undertake Whistle Blowing action. Then, varibale of Attitude has a significant effect on the Interest of Whistle Blowing action, which the attitude of the existing employees will increase the interest to Blow the Whistle at the SKPDs’ employees in the government of Jayapura city. Similarly, Personal Cost variabel has a significant affect on the interest of state civil servants to attempt a Whistle Blowing action, it can be seen that when there is a sufficient personal cost in the employees of SKPD in the government of Jayapura city, it will increase the interest in Blowing the Whistle. While, the degree of seriousness also has a significant influence on the employees to attempt a Whistle Blowing interest. This means that the increasing interest in Blowing Whistle among employees are required to enhance the degree of seriousness in conducting Interest of Blowing a Whistle at SKPD in the government of Jayapura city.

The research purpose was determined the effect of renumeration, obedience to the rules, and motivation to the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research type is explanatory research. The research population are teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Sampling technique was used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were used statistical analysis including of multiple linear tests, F-test, and t-test. The research results showed that 1) remuneration has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 2) obedience to the rules has no significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 3) motivation has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; 4) remuneration, obedience to the rules, and motivation simultaneously has significant effect to the performance of teacher of SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Friendly service is a key to being able to maintain a retail business in the midst of many emerging retail types. To be able to survive and be able to provide customer-friendly services, the company is required to be able to create employee satisfaction in working through the arrangement of shop layouts and visual merchandising stores in outlets. In line with this, this study aims to determine the effect of shop layout and visual store merchandising on employee satisfaction at the Tiara Dewata Denpasar Supermarket. This research was conducted at the Denpasar Tiara Dewata Supermarket using a sample size of 88 people with a saturated sample method. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires at the Denpasar Tiara Dewata Supermarket using as many as 16 indicators and the indicators were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple regression analysis and accompanied by classical assumption and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that shop layout and visual store merchandising partially had a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. In addition, shop layout and visual merchandising stores simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. This result confirms that to improve employee satisfaction the company is expected to be able to create a comfortable and safe atmosphere of the office environment through structuring shop layout and visual merchandising stores. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of social media, location, store atmosphere on purchase intention at the friend's cafe in Sampang. This type of research is quantitative research using a conclusive classification: data collection techniques using non-probability sampling classification and judgmental techniques. The number of samples used in this study was as many as 100 respondents who knew and had accessed the Instagram account of Teman Sehati café. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 program. The results show that social media positively and significantly affect purchase intention at Teman Sehati cafe in Sampang. There is a significant influence of location on purchase intention at the Teman Sehati cafe Sampang; the store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of a Teman Sehati café in Sampang. Café Teman Sehati is expected to be able to design outlets in such a way as to increase customer convenience with a positive store atmosphere. In addition, it is expected to consider the location to increase consumer purchase intention. Further research can use newer variables such as convenience, promotion, or service quality.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, morality, and the role of village officials on community compliance in paying rural and urban land and building taxes with tax sanctions as a moderating variable. The population in this study is individual taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. The sample in this study is an individual taxpayer who owns land and buildings domiciled in Bantul Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with criteria (1) taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, and (2) taxpayers who own land and buildings. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents who met the criteria. Respondents in the study numbered 127 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. This study found that community compliance to pay PBB P2 was influenced by the motivation and role of village officials. Meanwhile, morality has no effect on community compliance to pay PBB P2. The study also obtained the results of the taxation sanski variable moderating the influence of motivation on taxpayer compliance, and moderating the effect of the role of village officials on tax compliance. However, tax sanctions do not moderate the effect of morality on taxpayer compliance to pay PBB P2.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of assertive training techniques on the adaptation of class X students at SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram. This research method uses experiments. The population in this study were all students of class X SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram, amounting to 16 students. In this study using purposive sampling to determine the sample and produced 6 students to study who experienced low adjustment. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis with the t-test formula. In accordance with the results of the calculation of tcount obtained from the results of the study showed 12,156. While the t-test value in the table with db (N-1) = 6-1 = 5 with a significance level of 0.05 or 5% = 2.015. So the results obtained in this study are greater than t table (12,156> 2,015), thus the conclusion obtained in this study is that there is an influence of assertive training techniques on the adjustment of class X students in SMAS Darul Hikmah Mataram.

This study aims to determine: 1) How is the discipline of Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang Madrasah teachers, 2) How is the learning motivation of students in Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, and 3) How is the influence of teacher discipline on the learning motivation of students in Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang. This type of research is classified as quantitative with the approach used is the ex post facto approach. The population/sample of this study is high class students. Furthermore, the data collection method used was a questionnaire. Then, the data processing and analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and statistical statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that: 1) Discipline of teachers in Muhammadiyah Labakkang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at intervals of 61-65 which is at a frequency of 16 or 40%. 2) The students' learning motivation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang is at intervals of 61-65 which is at a frequency of 20 or 50%. 3) There is a significant influence of teacher discipline on student learning motivation in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, it can be known based on the coeeficiens table (α), the value of tcount = 6.952 is obtained. The value of ttabel can be found obtained 1,684 so comparing ttabelandtcount turns out tcount = 6.952>ttabel = 1.684, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted so that there is an influence between teacher discipline (x1) on learning motivation (y) in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang.
