This study aims to analyze e-learning-based learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic used by SD / MI teachers in Jember and the factors that support and hinder the e-learning based learning media. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Respondents in this study were SD / MI teachers in Jember. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires and online interviews. The results showed that during the COVID-19 pandemic, SD / MI teachers in Jember conducted e-learning based learning. The e-learning-based learning media that is most widely used is Whatsapp as the main media for e-learning based learning. Then as supporting media, SD / MI teachers also use Google Classroom, Edmoodo, Zoom, Quizizz, and other e-learning based learning media. In using e-learning based learning media, the biggest obstacle is the internet quota, then there are other inhibiting factors such as internet network access, facilities / infrastructure, time, skills in using learning media. While the factors that support SD / MI teachers in using e-learning-based learning media are e-learning features, facilities / infrastructure, internet quotas, skills in using learning media. Keywords: e-learning, learning media, COVID-19, teachers.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning di masa pandemi COVID-19 yang digunakan oleh guru SD/MI di Jember dan faktor yang mendukung seta menghambat media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SD/MI di Jember.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan wawancara secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saat pandemi COVID-19 membuat guru SD/MI di Jember melakukan pembelajaran berbasis e-learning. Media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning yang paling banyak digunakan adalah Whatsapp sebagai media utama pembelajaran berbasis e-learning. Kemudian sebagai media pendukungnya guru SD/MI juga menggunakan Google Classroom, Edmoodo, Zoom, Quizizz, dan media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning lainnya. Dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning yang menjadi hambatan paling besar adalah kuota internet, kemudian juga terdapat faktor penghambat yang lain seperti akses jaringan internet, fasilitas/sarana prasarana, waktu, skill menggunakan media pembelajaran. Sedangkan faktor yang mendukung guru SD/MI dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis e-learning yaitu fitur-fitur e-learning, fasilitas/sarana prasarana, kuota internet, skill menggunakan media pembelajaran. This study aims to determine the learning strategies during the pandemic at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman, namely learning from home or distance learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of online learning during the Covid19 pandemic has various problems experienced by teachers, students, and parents. The problems of teachers are in the form of weak mastery of IT and limited access to supervision of students, from students in the form of inactivity in participating in online learning, limited supporting facilities and internet network access, while parents have limited time to accompany their children during online learning.

The goal of this study is to find out to what extent the Use of Vokoscreen as a Learning Video on students’ speaking skill in E-Learning at SMP Yapidh district Jati Asih. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The participants are 35 students on grade IX at SMP Yapidh. These students are chosen because they would have practical examination. The instruments are observation and interview. The result showed that the most students answered paid attention to the researchers’ explanation, they used vokoscreen application well, they joined actively in learning activity, they made an interesting presentation based on a topic, felt happy using vokoscreen as a learning video, and more confident in speaking English activity. Only a few students could not maximal in this learning because their internet connection and some private problems. The interview result showed that all students said positive answer about their opinion used vokoscreen application on speaking activity. There are 35 participants answered “like” and 2 participants answered dislike. Based on the results of this investigate could conclude that the foremost students on grade nineth at SMPIT Yapidh are propelled and appreciated on speaking activity in e-learning using vokoscreen  as learning video, in reality the result of this inquire about demonstrated that the students more certainty and incremen their briefly speaking English.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the obstacles of e-learning, especially for students, and to find out students' perception in facing e-learning during coronavirus disease pandemic (covid-19). The rapid spread of coronavirus urges universities on a world-wide scale to do e-learning, including universities in Indonesia. This study uses online interviews and questionnaires to obtain the data, and descriptive qualitative method is used to analyse the data. The respondents in this study are 126 students with different majors from 21 universities in all across Indonesia, consisting of 6 state universities and 15 private ones. The results of the study reveal that e-learning has been carried out by universities in the country. It also shows there are several aspects such as the availability of online learning facilities, the use of facilities, learning processes, and some more points that need to reconsider or to optimize conducting the e-learning for the long term.Keywords: e-learning; students; pandemic

Abstract: The current study entitled “A Morphological Analysis of Slang Words Used by Characters In Ralph Breaks the Internet Movie” aimed to investigate the morphological processes of constructing slang words and its meaning of the  found slang words used by the movie characters. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with content analysis design. The findings revealed that there are 42 slang words categorized into different morphological processes included compound (14,28%), clipping (11,90%), blending (14,28%), affixations (16,66%), reduplicative (7,14%), backformation (2,4%), abbreviation (2,4%), conversion (4,76%), alternation (14,28%), extension (4,76%) and word manufacture (7,14%). This study demonstrated the meaning changes of the slang words that have been affected through certain morphological processes by modifying their word category. Consequently, some slang terms have preserved the original meaning despite the changes in their spelling. In the meantime, certain slang words get abbreviated or shortened and retained their original meaning. Meanwhile, some slang words change their meaning by deriving their word category. Besides, there were certain slang words that change their meaning depending on word usage.Key words: morphology, Ralph Breaks the Internet, slangAbstrak. Penelitian yang berjudul “Analisis Morfologi Kata-kata Slang yang Digunakan oleh karakter dalam Film ‘Ralph Breaks the Internet’” bertujuan untuk menelaah proses morfologi dalam membangun kata-kata slang dan maknanya yang digunakan dalam film tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain analisis isi. Data temuan menunjukkan  42 kata slang yang dikategorikan ke dalam proses morfologi yang berbeda, yaitu ‘compound’ (14,28%), ‘clipping’ (11,90%), ‘blending’ (14,28%). , ‘affixations’ (16,66%), ‘reduplicative’ (7,14%), ‘backformation’ (2,4%), ‘abbreviation’ (2,4%), ‘conversion’ (4,76%), ‘alternation’ (14,28%), ‘extension’ (4,76%) dan ‘word manufacture’ (7,14%). Hasilnya beberapa istilah dalam kata slang tetap mempertahankan makna aslinya meskipun ejaannya berubah. Sementara itu, kata-kata slang tertentu disingkat dan tetap mempertahankan arti aslinya. Beberapa kata slang lainnya berubah makna dengan mengubah kategori katanya. The Online Learning During Pancemic Covid-19 At MI Ma’arif NU Ngadirejo Kaligesing Purworejo Central of Java, the research of study is (1) to describe the online learning during pandemic covid-19 at MI Ma’arif NU Ngadirejo Kaligesing Purworejo (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors of online learning during pandemic covid-19 at MI Ma’arif NU Ngadirejo Kaligesing Purworejo. This reseach employs qualitative approach, the data get by the observation, documentation, and interview. The subject of research is theachers, parents and students of MI Ma’arif NU Ngadirejo Kaligesing. The analyze of data is triangulation of data with qualitative approach. The result of reseach is implementation online learning during pandemic at MI Ma’arif NU Ngadirejo Kaligesing Purworejo less effective because of several inhibiting factors, and not all of students have smartphones and the internet network is less stable.

Wakaf memiliki kontribusi solutif untuk mengatasi persoalan sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Namun realitanya, potensi tanah wakaf di Kabupaten Jember yang mencapai 141, 06 hektar yang tersebar di 1.495 lokasi masih dikelola secara tradisional. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada implementasi kebijakan wakaf dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, faktor-faktor penghambat, serta alternatif solusi untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu tata kelola wakaf di Kabupaten Jember belum terlaksana dengan baik, yang disebabkan karena belum dibentuknya BWI; ego ahli waris dari wakif yang ingin menguasai tanah wakaf dan merasa tidak cocok dengan nâzhir; sistem kenâzhiran yang kurang professional; kurangnya sosialisasi kebijakan wakaf; dan diperparah dengan ketidak-patuhan sebagian masyarakat terhadap kebijakan wakaf. Oleh karena itu, setiap nâzhir perlu mewujudkan Good Waqf Governance dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) berbasis Islam, karena GCG konvensional saja tidak cukup apabila tidak didukung dengan pelaku-pelaku yang jujur dan amanah. (Wakaf has a solute contribution to overcome the socio-economic problems of the community. However, the potential of waqf land in Jember which reaches 141.06 hectares spread over 1,495 locations is still managed traditionally. This research is focused on the implementation of wakaf policy in improving community welfare, inhibiting factors, and alternative solutions. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research is that the management of waqf in Jember is not well implemented, which is caused by the lack of establishment of BWI; the wishes of the heirs of the wakif who want to control the land of waqf and feel incompatible with nâzhir; less professional system of kenâzhiran; lack of socialization of wakaf policy; and the non-compliance of some people to the wakaf policy. Therefore, every nâzhir needs to realize Good Waqf Governance by applying the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) based on Islam, because conventional GCG alone is not enough if it is not supported by honest and trustful actors)

The e-learning study reflects a trend in the integration of information and communication technologies in universities. This trend evokes a new form of teaching and learning and a new form of relationship between students and teachers. In fact, information and communication technologies, such as e-learning, call into question the ways of thinking and the ways of acting of individuals in the representation of learning. This paradigm shift requires introspection and the renewal of skills. In the face of these changes, higher education institutes must develop and make essential the courses that allow students to adapt to the new demands of the labor market. on the other hand, information and communication technologies and computer networks, These objects from daily life, are part of the immediate environment that is both professional, educational and personal of each one. With the massive arrival of personal and accessible digital tools (computers, nomadic equipment such as mobile phones and digital tablets, etc…), multiple online spaces are emerging on the Internet (discussion forums, e-learning platforms, blogs, messaging, chats, social networks like Facebook, online information sharing sites, etc…). E-learning offers features that differentiate it from others media objects such as books or television. e-learning offers quick, even instant, access to a multitude of information sources. They make it possible to store them and facilitate the possibilities of networking between individuals and groups of individuals whatever the time and place. Access to the Internet information network is "universal". You only need to connect to a computer on the network to access almost this entire network. Access is also "simultaneous" because each Internet user exists on the network in the form of information by "his digital presence", by the data that he moves or deposits and the interactions caused. We can also say that access is independent of time and distance since it is a space permanently open to human activity. Developing an e-learning application for each technology requires a lot of human resources and technical knowledge. To solve this problem we propose a development of an e-learning application according to a model-driven architecture approach. This paper is a development of our work in paper [Srai,2020].

Abstract: This research is intended to find out how effective this PSC program is in improving emergency services in Tulungagung Regency and the inhibiting factors in providing services to the community. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a deductive approach. The research data was collected using interview techniques, documentation and observation. Based on the research that has been done, the author concludes that the Effectiveness of the Public Safety Center (PSC) Program in improving emergency services in Tulungagung Regency, East Java Province has been effective enough, seen from 5 dimensions namely Production, Efficiency , Satisfaction, Adaptation and Development has been going well, although there are still some problems in terms of cross-sectoral cooperation that has not been maximized and facilities that are still not fulfilled.  Keywords: Efectiveness, Emergency, Public Safety Center, Services.

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan, apa saja upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin dalam mengelola yayasan serta apa saja faktor penunjang dan faktor penghambatnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana metode ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan sejelas-jelasnya hasil dari penelitian tersebut. Adapun hasil penelitiannya gaya kepemimpinan ketua yayasan bersifts demokratis dan mengutamakan kerjasama yang membedakan dengan pemimpin yang lainnya ibu ketua yayasan memberikan perhatian lebih seperti seorang ibu terhadap anaknya, adapun upayanya selain mengadakan kegiatan yang mengikutsertakan seluruh anggota yayasan beliau memperbarui sistem planning serta kepengurusan yayasan  mempunyai relasi yang luas karena beliau aktif di berbagai organisasi, menjadikan kelebihan tersebut sebagai jalan untuk usaha baik dalam segi keuangan dan segi publikasi yayasan. This study describes how leadership style, what are the efforts made by leaders in managing the foundation and what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method where this method is used to describe clearly the results of the study. As for the results of his research, the leadership style of the chairman of the foundation is democratic and prioritizes cooperation which distinguishes the other leaders. The mother of the foundation leader gives more attention to a mother to her child. As for her efforts in addition to holding activities that involve all members of the foundation, she is renewing the planning system and managing the foundation. broad because he is active in various organizations, making these advantages as a way for business both in financial terms and in terms of foundation publications.

The education sector is one of the sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. There is a  government regulation that limits activities outside the home that impacting to education activities by eliminating face-to-face lectures replaced with online lectures or learning from home. This research contributed directly to the Muhammadiyah Organization, especially regarding the implementation of service governance policies in the University of Muhammadiyah Sorong. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the services provided, both administrative and academic services, since the stipulation of the Covid-19 pandemic period were carried out online. Furthermore, the use of technological facilities and infrastructure to implement has been maximized. In addition, information was obtained that there were two inhibiting factors in service governance policies during the Covid-19 pandemic at the University of Muhammadiyah Sorong, namely the lacking of technological infrastructure and limited internet network access. Sektor pendidikan menjadi salah satu sektor yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Adanya peraturan pemerintah yang membatasi kegiatan di luar rumah yang berdampak pada kegiatan pendidikan dengan menghilangkan kuliah tatap muka diganti dengan kuliah online atau belajar dari rumah. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi langsung kepada Organisasi Muhammadiyah khususnya mengenai implementasi kebijakan tata kelola pelayanan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, ditemukan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan, baik pelayanan administrasi maupun akademik, sejak ditetapkannya masa pandemi Covid-19 dilakukan secara online. Selanjutnya, penggunaan sarana dan prasarana teknologi untuk implementasi sudah dimaksimalkan. Selain itu, diperoleh informasi bahwa terdapat dua faktor penghambat kebijakan tata kelola pelayanan selama pandemi Covid-19 di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong, yaitu kurangnya infrastruktur teknologi dan terbatasnya akses jaringan internet.
