As one of the provinces that widely in culinary diversity, South Sumatera is start to be one of tourism destination. This research was conducted in South Sumatera and selected by purposive sampling. The population in this study is tourists visiting South Sumatera. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and parametric inferential statistics for hypothesis testing using Multiple Linear Regression through a SPSS 22 computer program. Based on the t test results obtained smaller t value t table (-4,811 <1,985), this shows that the price variable food (X1) does not significantly influence the level of selection (Y) of Restaurants in South Sumatra. Based on the t test results obtained by t count greater t table (3.570> 1.985), this shows that the service quality variable (X2) has a significant effect on purchase decision (Y) of Restaurants in South Sumatra. Based on the t test results obtained t value is smaller than t table (3,464 <1,985), this shows that the accessibility variable (X3) has a significant effect on the level of selection (Y) of Restaurants in South Sumatra. Based on the t test results obtained by t count greater t table (6.766> 1.985), this shows that the food quality variable (X4) has a significant effect on purchase decision (Y) of Restaurants in South Sumatra.

This study aims to determine the effect of store's atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions Nick Coffee Consumers in Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 100 respondents, using accidental sampling technique . Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression test with calculations are performed using SPSS, the comparison between  the  (n-k-1) = 100-2-1 = 97 (1.9826).) . From the results of hypothesis testing that Store's Atmosphere (X1) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions on Nick Coffee consumers in Bengkulu City , with T test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.050 and Product Quality (X2) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions on Nick Coffee City consumers Bengkulu , with the T test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.050 . Testing the hypothesis of the T test and F test shows that the Store's Atmosphere and Product Quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level <0.05. This means that Ho was refused Ha was accepted. In other words Store's Atmosphere and Product Quality have a significant effect both partially and jointly on purchasing decisions at Nick Coffee Bengkulu City . This is evidenced by the f test showing a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of the customers’ experiences and Trust on KFC customer loyalty in the city of Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 100 respondents, and used accidental sampling techniques. The data was collected through observation and questionnaires. The data was analyzed through descriptive analysis, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing. The results of this study showed that from the multiple linear regression test using SPSS it was obtained Y = 2,244 + 0,292X1 + 0,675 X2. The results of hypothesis testing showed that Customer Experience (X1) has a positive effect on KFC customer loyalty in Bengkulu City, with the T-test results of significance value 0.000 0.05, Trust (X2) has a positive effect on KFC customer loyalty in Bengkulu City, with T-test results of significance value 0,000 0.05. The testing of the T-test hypothesis and the F-test showed that customers’ experience and Trust significantly affect customers’ loyalty with a significance level 0.05. This means that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. In other words, customers’ experiences and Trust have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on KFC customers’ loyalty. The purpose of the research was to know the affect of many factors which affected to the production volume in PT. Kelola Mina Laut Gresik. What the price of raw materials was and the used of raw materials partially and simultan eously affected on the production volume. The analysis tool which used was a model of multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing used t test and F test, both at the significant level 5%. Based of the analysis of research on PT Kelola Mina Laut Gresik. Partially, inventory raw material price had not significant effect on the production volume, consumption of raw material inventory affected significantly of the production volume. Inventory of raw material price and the use of raw material simultan eously affect significantly to the production volume.

At the time of onset of regional autonomy in the hope that emerges is more independent local governments in the implementation of government activities and conduct development in their respective areas. Government Regulation Number 24 of 2005 Government Accounting Standards neighbor besides achieving good governance is also the answer to anticipation the financial reporting guidelines that can be generally accepted.The research was conducted at the head and the staff involved in the process of financial management in the Government District Talaud Islands. This study aimed to determine the effect of financial statement presentation and accessibility to transparency and accountability in government financial management goverment Talaud Islands.Data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression, descriptive statistics test, test validity and reliability testing, test assumptions of classical, hypothesis testing  ( F test and t test ) , the coefficient of determination  ( R ² ) . To complete the overall data analysis used SPSS 20.0 software.The results show the financial statement presentation and accessibility significantly affect the transparency and accountability of financial management. It can be seen from the equation Y = 5,425 + + 0.579X1 0.094X2. Of multiple linear regression equation shows that the financial statement presentation and accessibility positive effect on transparency and accountability in the management of the financial statements. The correlation coefficient  ( R )  obtained for 65.3% and the coeffi cient of determination  ( R ² )  of 42.7% and the remaining 57.3% or other variables not examined in this study. Results of hypothesis testing  ( F test )  showed a significance value of 0.000 at the significant level α = 0.05 level test results mean F states H0 rejected Ha accepted. And  ( t test )  showed for the variable X1  ( Regions Financial Statements )  significant value for 0000 with a significant level of α = 0.05 then H0 is rejected means-Ha is accepted, it means the area of financial statement presentation variables significantly affect the transparency and accountability of financial management. For the variable X2  ( Aksesibilitan Regional Financial Statements )  significant value of 0.526 with a significant level of α = 0.05 then H0 is accepted means Ha rejected, meaning that the variable with Regional Financial Statements do not significantly affect the Transparency and Accountability of Financial Management.

<p><em>This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, product innovation and promotion to product purchase decision of "Hi Jack Sandals Bandung". Data were collected by questionnaire distribution technique using Likert scale. The population in this study was obtained from the transaction data "Hi Jack Sandals Bandung" in January-July 2017  amounted to 3,033 transactions.The sample wasselected using purposive sampling obtained100 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study usingclassical assumption test, multiple linear regression with α 0,05, whichdetermine, fit test model (F test), and t test with SPSS Program version 24. The results of this study indicate that variables of product qualityand promotion have significant positive effectson purchase decision,while variable of product innovation has no significant effect on purchase decision. </em></p>

This study aimed to determine the effect of emotional quotient (EQ) and communication skill(CS) on student academic achievement (AC). This quantitative studyis explanation type using quota sampling and the analysis used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis.The result of t test showed that both independent variableX1 (EQ) and independent variable X2 (CS) had no effect on dependent variable Y (AC) as evidenced by significance value X1=0.185 (e”0.05) and value significance X2=0.398 (e”0.05). F test results showed that there was no effect between independent variable X1 and independent variable X2 to dependent variable Y simultaneously known from F significance value that is equal to 0.410 (e”0.05). The conclusions are: EQ has no effect on academic achievement; communication skill has no effect on academic achievement; and simultaneously EQ and communication skill have no effect on academic achievement.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of own capital and the number of members partially and simultaneous on the growth of cooperatives (SHU) in Pematangsiantar City Cooperative in 2017-2019 periods. Data collection in this study is conducted by interview, observation and documentation methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 17 cooperatives with the 2017-2019 periods with population of 86. The analysis techniques have been carried outusing simple and multiple linear regression, with the program SPSS 21. The partial test results of the t test show that own capital has a positive and significant effect on SHU while the number of members has a negative and significant effect on SHU. Meanwhile the results simultaneous testing hrough the F test shows that the own capital and the number of members have a positive and significant effect on SHU. The results of the determinant test have an adjusted R square (R2) value of 0.227 which means that the effect of own capital and the number of members on SHU is 22.7% and the remaining 77.3% is explained by variables or other factors not examined in this study, such as loan capital, total deposits, business volume and total assets. This study aims to determine whether the leadership the principal influence on Teacher Performance in School MAN 1 Medan . To determine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable we used the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) . It is also used partial test (t test) to determine whether it is still the independent variables significantly influencing variables . Filing is done at the 95% confidence level or confidence level α = 0.05 % error ( 5 % ) . The number of objects or samples of multiple linear regression. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.082 or 8.2% indicates that the variable Leadership able to explain the variations that occur in the performance of teachers in the School of MAN 1 Medan, while the remaining 91.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study , Based on hypothesis testing (test T) obtained tcount Leadership for smaller 0.847 leadership variables in the appeal ttabel 1.671 and 0.421 significance value greater than 0.05, then H0 is accepted and H1 is declined, thus partially leadership variable does not affect the performance of teachers in school MAN 1 Medan

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the level of local financial independence in the province D.I. Yogyakarta (2) the influence of the local revenue of the level of local financial independence in the province D.I. Yogyakarta, and (3) the effect of general allocation funds to the level of financial independence in the region D.I. Yogyakarta province. This research is quantitative. The population in this study is D.I. Yogyakarta province of 2008-2013. The data used in this research is secondary data. Secondary data used was obtained APBD Realization Report of DPDPK city of Yogyakarta and BPS. The data have been collected and analyzed by the method of data analysis first conducted classical assumption test before hypothesis test. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. The analysis showed local revenue positive and significant impact on the level of local financial independence with 15.661 t-test results with a significant level of 0.000, t-test bigger than ttable (15.661> 2.0639, general allocation funds do not affect the level of independence the financial area, with the t-count is smaller than t-table (-0.216

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the promotions and price direct significant effect on purchasing decision of Railway transport service. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 96 respondents from a population of 2,000 passenger railway service. Data for this study were collected using questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive methods, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing is used partially t-test and F test to test simultaneously with a significance level of 5%. Results from this study are the promotion of a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously sale prices and promotion have significant influence on purchasing decisions.
