One of the education problems in this country is the zoning policy in the new student admission system (PPDB). This is in accordance with the policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) in 2016 which began with the use of zoning for the administration of national exams. Then in 2017 the zoning system was implemented for the first time in implementing PPDB, and was refined in 2018 through Permendikbud Number 14 of 2018. The first problem faced is the zoning system organized by State Junior High Schools in Medan and the Education Office which still causes unrest for the community, especially parents, where the implementation has not been carried out in a transparent manner, both the number of prospective students who have registered at the school and the scoring system based on distance, the achievement of prospective students and the transfer of parents' duties. The second problem is the system for announcing the acceptance of prospective students who have passed a certain school is not generally published. The solution offered to deal with problems that occur to partners is by transferring science and technology in the form of management information system-based applications and services to partners in the form of a new student admission information system (PPDB), training related to the use of the PPDB system, and assistance to partners. . The result of this community service program is to increase insight and knowledge of skills for partners in optimizing the use of information systems and information technology to support PPDB operational activities, improving partners' skills and abilities in using school service management applications designed to facilitate the school PPDB process and implementation of PPDB. which is organized by schools and education offices to become more transparent to the public.

Acceptance of new students is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions every year, the number of prospective students who register causes the new student admission committee cannot manage everything properly so that it is less effective in handling it. In this study, the new student admission system used by Al-Basyariah Vocational School Bojong Gede still uses the system manually, which still uses paper records, so that minimal damage and even data loss occurs. Making a new student registration information system is expected to facilitate new prospective students in registering by saving time and costs compared to coming directly to school and with the information system of new student admissions, it is expected to help and simplify the processing of students in this school.

New Santri Admission (Penerimaan Santri Baru) is an administrative process for the selection of new student candidates. The PSB process is always carried out manually at each school institution, especially the Islamic Boarding Schools, which will cause various difficulties from several related parties. Therefore the New Santri Admission System was created online or the term can be called the online PSB. . An idea emerged to create a new student admission information system based on the SQL database. With this system, pesantren or administrators can manage the implementation of student registration for web technology using the PHP programming language and new languages. such as rapid registration and announcements.

Community service, is the mandate from the Ministry of Education and Culture, to close the distance between the world of education and the daily life of the community, this activity is a manifestation of the implementation of Community Service activities based on the scientific expertise of Architecture. The implementation of this community service activity is in the form of an introduction aimed at various groups in urban communities, conveyed online through Instagram social media. The purpose of this outreach implementation activity is to provide knowledge to the public about the importance of the values ​​of the imaginary axis of the heritage area as the city identity. The implementation of this counseling is related to the material and learning process in the KOKA (Kuliah dan Observasi Kajian Arsitektur) course which has been routinely programmed in each lecture process. On this occasion, which was still in a pandemic condition, the exposure of counseling materials related to the KOKA learning process was transferred in the form of online material exposure through Instagram online social media. As an embodiment, on this occasion the material preparation was carried out based on the direction of the Lecturer Team by involving the student team to produce the online poster. With the implementation of online, the exposure material will continue to be conveyed to the target community automatically since the material is broadcast.

Abstract Purpose of the study. The legal basis of training of specialists for the public health system and to determine the general methodological approaches and problems during the preparation of masters with specialization in «Public health» was study. Materials and methods. Materials: Legislation basis and statistics of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on admission of students with specialization in «Public Health». Methods: systematic approach, structural-logical analysis, content and statistical analysis. Results and methods. In order to ensure the effective functioning of the system in the country, «Public Health» specialty was approved and there was started the training of specialists of the first level – bachelor, and the second educational level – master. National educational standards for the training of specialists in the public health system have been approved. Licensed volumes of preparation of specialists have been approved. The enrollment of students in 2019 for the public health speciality (bachelor's degree 6,9% of licensed admission, master's degree 7,0% of licensed admission) clearly shows that this specialty does not have prestige with prospective students. The low demand for public health specialty among prospective students can be justified by the lack of information about postgraduation employment. Conclusions. Preparation of future pofessionals is carried out in accordance with the state standard, but there is no modern educational and methodological support in educational institutions. Socialization is a process, in which a new member of society learns the norms and values of which he or she is a member. This socialization is done as a form of effort from universities to be able to provide information about the admission of new students. This aims that information about this can be conveyed properly in accordance with the Mandate of the Ministry of Education and Technology which expects that there is an increase in the Gross Participation Rate (APK) of Higher Education in Indonesia, especially in bandar Lampung City. The low Gross Participation Rate (APK) of Higher Education in Indonesia in 2018 showed a figure of 33.37%. This figure shows the lag when compared to some other communities in ASEAN. Seeing this, Lampung University as one of the universities also organizes socialization of new student admissions every year. The new student admission system is carried out through the test path determined by the Ministry of Education and Technology. In addition, Lampung University also held student admissions through the achievement path as a form of appreciation of Indonesian students who have ability both in the academic and non-academic fields. Socialization of new student admissions of Lampung University to increase the Gross Participation Rate of Universities in Bandar Lampung City is generally done through online and direct socialization on a limited basis while still complying with health protocols. This socialization activity is also continued with evaluation and monitoring so that the activities run well and the desired essence and objectives can be achieved.

Abstract: In the era of digital media development, which is increasingly rapid, almost everyone of all ages is in dire need of digital media that is connected to the internet so that people can provide and receive information quickly. With the implementation of school closures since March 16, 2020 due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, schools are carrying out online learning activities. With these conditions, the school must have an appropriate marketing strategy, the school must be able to carry out the process of admitting new students. So that many prospective students will register at the school even though the school is still not open. The solution that can be done is to develop a website-based school information system where prospective new students can access the website anywhere and anytime so that they can receive information about the school quickly, precisely, and accurately and carry out the registration process as prospective students without having to come to school. The development of a new student admission information system is designed using the Waterfall Method with the stages being carried out, namely needs analysis, design, programming, testing, and support or maintenance.Keywords: Program Design, Student AcceptanceAbstrak: Di era perkembangan media digital yang semakin pesat saat ini hampir setiap kalangan dari berbagai tingkat usia sangat membutuhkan media digital yang terhubung dengan internet sehingga masyarakat dapat memberikan dan menerima informasi dengan cepat. Dengan diberlakukannya penutupan sekolah sejak 16 Maret 2020 dikarenakan pandemi global Covid-19 sekolah melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran secara online. Dengan kondisi seperti ini sekolah harus memiliki strategi marketing yang sesuai, sekolah harus dapat menjalankan proses penerimaan peserta didik baru. Sehingga banyak calon siswa yang akan mendaftar di sekolah tersebut walaupun sekolah masih belum dibuka. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi sekolah berbasis website dimana calon peserta didik baru dapat mengakses website tersebut dimanapun dan kapanpun sehingga mereka dapat menerima informasi tentang sekolah secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat dan melakukan proses pendaftaran sebagai calon siswa tanpa harus datang ke sekolah. Pengembangan sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru di rancangan menggunakan Metode Waterfall dengan tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain, pembuatan kode program, pengujian, dan pendukung atau pemeliharaan.Kata kunci: Perancangan Program, Penerimaan Peserta Didik

Community Service is carried out at the Office of National Unity and Politic (Kesbangpol) of Pekanbaru City, in the form of training of Pekanbaru Kesbangpol operators in managing Geographical Information System (GIS) on the mapping of registered and registered LSM. This dedication is a follow up to the research on the making of a Geographic Information System (GIS) on the mapping of LSM. It is hoped that by using this system, the data recording process of LSM registered at Kesbangpol will be more integrated and easily accessible to the public as mandated by the Law. This dedication is a form of real collaboration between the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Lancang Kuning with government agencies in this case the Kesbangpol Pekanbaru Office.

The registration information system at the BLK Surakarta enables data redundancy. It will be analyzed to avoid this. The process of registering student services into the system is limited to the number of prospective students but input data is still unable to implement policies so that when data input still occurs or data from the same data or many data often occur.           This study uses Cobit 4.1 to audit the registration information system available at the BLK Surakarta. The selected subdomain is the Delivery Subdomain and Support DS 10 and DS11, the purpose of which is to determine the maturity level value in the IT process that has been applied in the BLK Surakarta and provide recommendations that need to be corrected. Based on the maturity level statement in the Maturity Management Guidelines Control Framework.  The resulting output is the study indicate that BLK Surakarta must conduct system performance evaluations that are routinely carried out with those responsible for identifying and tracking problems so that they are aware of the current system conditions. In Domain 10 of Delivery & Support, the results of the Current Maturity Level calculation are 3.27 with conditions Determining the Process. While Domain Deliver & Support 11, the result of calculation of Current Maturity Level is 3.31 with the Requirements for Determining the Process. This Community Service activities are carried out using the substantive developing database approach to assertions - accounting management assertions of intangible assets recorded in the State - Owned Financial Management Information System (SIMAK BMN) of the Public Service Agency of Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The substantive developing database carried out includes assertions - occurrence assertions, completeness, valuation, right and obligation and disclosure. The results of the substantive developing will be used as follow-up material from the recommendations of the findings of the Republic of Indonesia Supreme Audit Agency to the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Technology and Higher Education where the Public Service Agency of Universitas Negeri Jakarta is one of the entities that sampling BPK RI. The Community Service activity is also an alternative discussion to be a guideline for the existence of a research gap in the implementation of the PSAK (Statement of Financial Accounting Standards) Number 19 concerning intangible assets that adopt the basis of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) where financial reports on assets become reliable, must be assessed based on fair value. PSAK 19 regulates the appraisal time to be carried out at the latest 3 years and at the latest every 5 years. This is where a phenomenon occurs, where if the appraisal is carried out in the 5th year while the amortization period of the intangible asset has been completed before 5 years, then the audit cannot be carried out based on the audit management assertions and make the asset the subject of audit findings potentially affecting audit opinion if material.Participants were given training on tips for managing a procurement of intangible fixed assets, both in the context of procurement by the university or by other units in certain circumstances, and systematically recording the SIMAK BMN UNJ after first carrying out asset reconciliation regular with the accounting and reporting section.

Online New Student Admission (PPDB) as a method or method that aims to register online for new prospective cadets at SMK Pelayaran Jakarta Raya. With the development of Information Technology (IT) today, information about schools to prospective cadets without being geographically restricted must be conveyed through the website so that the public can easily access all school information. Admission of new cadets at the beginning of a new academic year, in which in practice the admission of new cadets is still done manually so that it cannot be done efficiently. With the existence of a web-based computerized information system, it is hoped that it can help prospective cadets in registering and getting accurate information so they can find out the effectiveness of this system. This writer applies the waterfall design to the building sketch of the information system for new student admissions, the waterfall method is a method that describes the design of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), where the preparation begins with analysis, design, coding, and testing. Data collection techniques by conducting field observations, interviews, and literature studies. This new student admission information system was built using the PHP programming language using the MySQL database as the database server. The result of this writing is a web-based student admission information system that has effectiveness in providing convenience to parents of new cadets to receive all information regarding new student admissions and carry out the online registration process.
