Tawangharjo is a sub-district that is going to be developed as a new destination of Agrotourism. This agrotourism is classified as a new type of tourism in Grobogan Regency. This study aims to determine and analyze how the development of agrotourism in Tawangharjo District, as well as to explain the inhibiting factors and efforts made by the government and local agencies in developing the agrotourism area. This study used descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach, combined with observation, interviews, and documentation. Further, the authors analysed the data by creating a data map, exploring data presentation, comparing all data, then drawing conclusion. The results show that the indicators for the development of the Starfruit Garden Agrotourism Area, Tawangharjo Sub-district, were still not met, Amenities and Ancillary become the main problems because physical development required time and budget, while facilities were the main support for agrotourism activities. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic has further exacerbated the situation by refocusing the budget and significantly reducing the number of tourists. The quality of human resources needs to be improved, including the managers’ capacity and the community's ability to diversify, promote, and multiply the products. As a suggestion, the Grobogan Regency government should further optimize the tourism program and policies, in order to increase production capacity and develop agrotourism facilities. The negative impact of Illegal Gold Mining / IGM on the environmental sector in Batang Asai District, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi was investigated through a descriptive qualitative method. The purpose of this study was to determine the negative impact of IGM activities to several ecosystems, the effect of IGM on community activities, and some efforts to reduce IGM. The instruments of data collection included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analysed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results showed that IGM activity had a negative impact on the environment namely noise pollution, dust, degradation on the quality of Batang Asai River, forest conversion, river siltation, the emergence of large holes, overburden, soil abrasion, the disappearance of Meranti plants (Shorea sp. ) and Damar (Agathis Damara). Besides that, other impacts were the declining population of Semah Fish (Tor sp.) which had become the special characteristic of fish in the area. Some efforts were made by the government to overcome and foster IGM activities, e.g. by providing counselling and sanctions in a judicial and non-judicial manner that was carried out continuously.

This study aims to determine the impact of business planning for the development of MSMEs. The research method uses is a qualitative method with a descriptive and explorative descriptive approach. From the results of the research conducted, the results show that proper business planning and the application of a good marketing strategy have a positive impact on the sustainability of MSME activities. In addition, the quality of production that has a competitive advantage is also one of the driving factors. For the development of MSMEs, there are several obstacles faced, especially related to capital and guidance from the local government. With the development of MSMEs, it is expected to improve people's welfare, including helping the government in reducing unemployment.

Teacher welfare is indeed an important thing, because teachers need guarantees for the work they do. To Teachers need appreciation for their duties. Teachers have the responsibility to create quality learning in order to facilitate the achievement of the objectives of the subjects. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. Teacher welfare is a guide for teachers to continue to be enthusiastic in carrying out their duties. Teachers of Islamic Religious Education subjects, will be happy if the clarity of the welfare of their work is guaranteed either by the government, or by the private sector if they are committed. The indicators of learning quality consist of: appropriate learning design and focus on standards, delivery of high quality learning, learner-centered, increasing students' activeness in learning, evaluating students, implementing positive behavior management strategies, clarity of learning for students. Learning has clear objectives, if the teacher can organize it well, the learning objectives will be achieved, otherwise it will not be achieved. With the existence of teacher welfare prepared by the government and the private, teacher must be more enthusiastic in teaching, learning will be more interesting, not boring. Innovation in learning Islamic Religious Education needs to be done so that it is of higher quality.

Spatial planning can improve one’s quality of life by enhancing the environmental quality and its potential. Thus, the application of the concept of identity into the planning process is essential in emphasizing the significance of a place, especially in heritage tourism area, where tourist satisfaction is obtained from the tourism objects peculiarities that become the place identity. However, similar studies are still limited so that this study will contribute to filling the gaps. This study is conducted in Maimoon Palace District, a historic area in Medan. This study aims to examine the application of the concept of spatial planning based on the area identity. A qualitative method is used to collect the data about spatial planning elements in the area. The findings indicate that the existing spatial planning has already contained the place identity. However, many problems in spatial planning elements still cause a chaotic view of the area. Therefore, the government should improve the area not only by improving the physical quality but also increasing tourist satisfaction to enhance tourism attractiveness.

The Indonesian government requires a significant amount of funds for the national development process both at the central and regional levels. For welfare and prosperity, it can help, one of the efforts to realize national development as the case with domestic resources consisting of taxes. One of the taxes set by the government is the tax that is imposed on the tax that is said to be received in the tax year or can also be taxed on translation in part of the tax year. The taxation included in Article 22 of Income Tax is also not part of fiscal policy, because it is a type of tax requested by the government. Article 22 of the procurement tax on the procurement of goods in the municipal treasury office in Kotamobagu is in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, taxation regulations and transfers. Descriptive qualitative method used in this study with data collection techniques consisting of interviews, documentation and observation. Data that has been collected from informants is then completed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion completion. The results of the study found that KPPN at Kotamobagu City in the PPh article 22 was appropriate and some was not in accordance with Law No. 36 of 2008 concerning tax translation and Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 34/PMK.010/2017 concerning tax collection Learn article 22 regarding payment or delivery of goods and activities in important fields or business activities in other fields. KPPN is not consistent with Minister of Finance Regulation No. 34/PMK.010/2017 concerning tax collection which addresses article 22.

Along with the importance of the registration of marriage, the existence of Office of Religious Affairs is a part of a local government institution that is assigned to provide services to the community. In this matter, each state organizer has an obligation to provide excellent public services, meaning that the services provided by the government should be able to provide satisfaction to the community. This article aims at discussing some efforts to improve the service of marriage registration in the Office of Religious Affairs located in Sayung, Demak, Central Java. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method based on five service dimensions. The interview, observation and documentation are conducted to gather data. The result reveals that the quality of marriage registration service in the Office of Religious Affairs, Sayung has not been achieved ultimately. In fact, the Office of Religious Affairs, Sayung does not have a minimum service standard so that people cannot assess the service standard of marriage registration clearly. Therefore, in order to improve the service of marriage registration, the officers in the Office of Religious Affairs, Sayung need to improve the quality of marriage registration services that can be achieved by completing a clear minimum service standard.Keywords: Office of Religious Affairs, Service, Marriage Registration

The development of housing and settlement was not only intended for physical development but rather must be linked to the social, economic and cultural dimensions that support people's lives in a sustainable way. The settlement must provide environmental facilities for its citizens that accommodate the five basic elements; nature, people, society, places, and networks. The object studied was Kebonsari Village located on the southern border between Malang City and Malang Regency. Kebonsari village has an interesting topography because it is passed by two rivers, namely Mergan River and Sukun River which is located in eastern Kebonsari. However, a number of problems are encountered in Kebonsari urban village, including the unclean condition of Mergan River, poor condition of public facilities supporting settlements, such as arid and unkempt footpaths and lack of common space for residents. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with observational participatory technique.The outline of this study was the design concept of Mergan riverbank arrangement which includes the arrangement of paths and common space for the citizens who can improve the quality of settlements in Kebonsari urban village

Tourism has begun to develop in the village of Tablanusu. The community as a major component in tourism development plays an important role to develop the local potentialities of nature and culture. The purpose of this study is to identify the forms of community participation in tourism development in Tablanusu village. This study uses descriptive qualitative method, the technique of collecting data through observations, interviews and documents study. This study was conducted at the Tablanusu village. Informants in this study were 17 people selected by purposive sampling. This research uses the theory of participation. The results of the study reveal the form of participation in planning, implementation, and monitoring. The research results suggest the government to support the community to improve the quality of human resources, building infrastructures which are still lacking, and make good cooperation between tourism stakeholders including the local community in Tablanusu village.

Changes in financial governance of the Republic of Indonesia has always been done by the government to increase the quality of management, financial accountability and transparency of the country to the fullest. This is evidenced by the issuance of government accounting standards based on Government Regulation 71 of 2010 on the application of accrual-based government accounting standards. Government Regulation No. 71 of 2010 which confirms that the adoption of accrual accounting is implemented at the latest by 2015. This would require careful preparation so that the implementation of accrual accounting can be done well. The object of this research is Department Of Public Works In North Minahasa District. Data analysis methods used in this study is a qualitative method. From the research, explained that Department Of Public Works In North Minahasa District is ready to accrual-based SAP implementation.

Synergy of policies is important for the government to run its programs in order to achieve bigger gain. The aim of the research was to find out and analyze synergy of program policy “Makassar ta’ Tidak Rantasa’” (Our Clean Makassar) in Makassar City. The research used qualitative method. The data were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation to the informantion direction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research indicate that the Program Policy “Makassar ta’ Tidak Rantasa’” (Our Clean Makassar) is a 100-working-day pogram of mayor and vice mayor of Makassar abaut cleanliness. The programs coverning in this policy have not been maximally synergic one another. Consequently, Makassar is still “Rantasa’” (dirty) since there are some things that need improvement such as the formulation of problem solving, government’s role, and socialization to community. Sinergitas kebijakan penting bagi pemerintah dalam menjalankan program-programnya agar saling mengisi dan melengkapi perbedaan untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih besar dari pada jumlah bagian perbagian. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisa Sinergitas Kebijakan Program “Makassar ta’ Tidak Rantasa’” di Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data ditempuh melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap informasi yang terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut. Sedangkan analisis data melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Kebijakan Program “Makassar ta’ Tidak Rantasa’” adalah program 100 hari kerja walikota dan wakil walikota Makassar, mengenai kebersihan. Program-program yang ada dalam kebijakan tersebut belum bersinergi secara maksimal, akibatnya Makassar tetap saja “Rantasa” (kotor), karena ada beberapa hal yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan misalnya perumusan penyelesaian masalah, peran pemerintah dan sosialisasi kepada masayarakat.
