This study aims to determine the description of the Planning program preparation of counseling program especially PKO Services with the field of Tutoring and to know the extent to which the implementation of Tutoring Teachers Teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties in SMA Simpang Semambang. The subjects of this study are teachers, principals and students. This type of research is field research (field research), with qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by observation, documentation, interview and distribution of KPMP data. Data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of research and data analysis have concluded that Program Guidance and Counseling Service (Tutoring) in Simpang Semambang State Senior High School has been planned and made in accordance with the needs of schools and guidelines. In fact the implementation of tutoring in SMA Simpang Semambang sometimes not fully able to solve every problem of student learning difficulties that occur due to the service process or guidance is implemented minimal intensity and minimal continuity, it could be from other factors that influence it. The services are done with classical format that is in the classroom as for the service materials only in the form of advice and motivation, while the service with the field of tutoring is still minimal. Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual. With the development of technology and the emergence of various communication platforms, interaction can become easier. Especially in the online learning period, almost 90% of educational and non-educational interactions are carried out through WhatsApp Groups. The purpose of this paper is to find out directly the use of WhatsApp Groups in building communication between parents and teachers and to find out the obstacles faced by parents and teachers in using WhatsApp Groups at SD IT Teuku Umar. This type of research is field research (field research). Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the use of WhatsApp Group was used as a means to support student learning activities outside of school hours. So that it will make children enthusiastic about learning when they are at home. The obstacles faced by parents and teachers in the use of WhatsApp Groups are in the technical part, namely the package quota runs out and internet network disturbances, the ethics of using groups in the WhatsApp Group application, the lack of response from students' parents due to their busy lives and there are still parents who do not understand the information. given from the teacher to the parents of students

Research on the implementation of physical education learning at State Junior High Schools during the Covid 19 pandemic in Lubuklinggau City. The subjects of this study involved physical education teachers and students in state junior high schools in Lubuklinggau City. The data analysis technique used a qualitative descriptive analysis. Collecting data using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Based on the results of the research data analysis above, it can be seen from the implementation of Physical Education learning at State Junior High Schools during the Covid 19 pandemic in Lubuklinggau City, which has a percentage of (50.20%) for Physical Education teachers with moderate criteria and for students (67.03%) with criteria good. The results obtained through observation, questionnaires and interviews.

This study aims to determine the type of gharar practiced in cooperation between Small and medium industry exporters of furniture to the furniture in Jepara district.This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study strategy.Determinating techniques for informants in this study using snowball sampling. Data collected through interviews with research subjects and direct observation of the research object. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis by using the method of data analysis and describes the results of interviews and direct observation.The results of this study indicate that gharar is practiced in the cooperation between the Small and medium industry with the company exporting furniture is unclear at the end of the time limit on credit payments by companies exporting furniture to the Small and medium industry as suppliers of goods to the company.

Abstarct. The role of zakat is very important, for that the amil zakat institution is a mandate of responsibility in managing zakat. The purpose of this study was to determine, Firstly the Role of Zakat in Increasing Empowerment, Secondly the Role of the Amil Zakat Institution, Infaq and Sadaqah Muhammadiyah Banjarnegara in enhancing empowerment in carrying out its programs relating to the economic empowerment of the people, especially the poor.       The type of data analysis used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis, with field research specifications. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Amil zakat, infaq and shadaqah institutions in improving the economy of the poor is to use productive zakat funds as a program in the form of venture capital distributed by the LAZISMU Banjarnegara. And there is a change in economic improvement mustahiq after getting productive zakat funds with the qharhul hasan contract (benevolent loans).        Keywords: Productive Zakat, LAZ Role, Economy, Economic EmpowermentAbstraks. Peran zakat sangat penting, untuk itu lembaga amil zakat merupakan amanah tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan zakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, Pertama Peran Zakat dalam peningkatan pemberdayaan, Kedua Peran Lembaga Amil Zakat, infaq dan Shadaqah Muhammadiyah Banjarnegara dalam peningkatan pemberdayaan melaksanakan programnya yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi umat khususnya kaum dhuafa.        Jenis analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran dari Lembaga Amil zakat, infaq dan shadaqah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian kaum dhuafa yaitu dengan memanfaatkan dana zakat produktif salah satu program dalam bentuk modal usaha yang disalurkan oleh pihak LAZISMU Banjarnegara. Dan adanya perubahan peningkatan ekonomi mustahiq setelah mendapatkan dana zakat produktif dengan akad qharhul hasan (pinjaman kebajikan).        Kata kunci : Zakat produktif, Peran LAZ, Perekonomian, Pemberdayaan Ekonomi

Implementation of educative punishment for early childhood is the imposition of sanctions or punishments given in early childhood is children aged around 4-8 years of violating the regulations discipline, in order to achieve a goal that is rectifying incorrect behavior in children and apply the value -the value of discipline in early childhood. A and the child's condition multi characteristics, both are influenced by environmental factors and less variation in the implementation of educative methods or punishment can lead to problems of teachers in implementing educative punishment for early childhood, hence the need to study and look for solutions, or alternatively that the implementation educative punishment managed in accordance with the purpose of education. The methodology used in this research is to use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation to achieve results valid and representative data, and can be accounted truth. In this study, the data analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive analysis technique. While the purpose of this study was to find out from various problems, factors, as well as supporting and inhibiting solusi- solution, arising from research on problems of implementation of educative punishment for early childhood and attempt a solution in kindergarten Kusuma Mulya Sukorejo Karangbingun Lamongan.

In the practice of buying and selling crabs in the village of Meunasah Paya, the fishermen sell all the crabs they catch without sorting them out, whether they are small, large, laying eggs or not, and this is not in accordance with Permen KP number 12 of 2020 which only allows crabs above. 150 grams and crabs that are not in egg-laying condition. The formulation of the research problem is how the practice of buying and selling crabs in Meunasah Paya village, Manyak Payed district, Aceh Tamiang district and how is Sad Adz Dzariah's review and Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2020 on the practice of buying and selling crabs in Meunasah Paya village, Manyak Payed district, Aceh district Tamiang. The purpose of the study was to find out the practice of buying and selling crabs in Meunasah Paya village as well as a review of Sad Adz Dzariah and KP Ministerial Regulation number 12 of 2020 on the practice of buying and selling crabs in Meunasah Paya village, Manyak Payed district, Aceh Tamiang district. This research includes field research (Field Research) with qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study concluded that in Meunasah Paya village, crab fishermen sell all the crabs they catch to collectors without looking at the standardization of Ministerial Regulation No. 12 of 2020 which has been determined whether large or small crabs, laying eggs or not, will still be sold to collectors. According to sad adz dzariah, the law of buying and selling crabs in Meunasah Paya village is divided into two, namely some are prohibited because they are not in accordance with the candy and this will damage the crab population in nature and some are not prohibited. Meanwhile, according to Permen KP Number 12 of 2020, the sale and purchase of crabs in the village of Meunasah Paya is also divided into two, namely, some are appropriate and some are not.

The purpose of this study is to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. This type of research is descriptive, aiming to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. Respondents in this study were pre-prosperous families in Beran Village, Ngawi Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency, amounting to 57 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The research findings show that: (1) The level of welfare in the empowerment of women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (2) The level of access to women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (3) The level of connectivity in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (4) The level of participation in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (5) The level of equality of power in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good; and (6) Empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good. Keywords—: women's empowerment; family income.

The purpose of this research is to determine the application of e-filling during the pandemic in increasing individual taxpayer compliance in submitting annual tax. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely by collecting data, processing data, analyzing data, conclude and providing interpretation. The results of the study are Tax Service Office in West Mataram in implementing e-filling during the covid 19 pandemic has been in accordance with the procedures based on tax laws and regulations on tax administration. The implementation of social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic is one of the obstacles in disseminating the form of tax annual reports to taxpayers through e-filling. The compliance of individual taxpayers during the COVID-19 pandemic in reporting annual tax through e-filing is more constrained because individual taxpayers mostly report annual tax at the end of the reporting deadline, not all taxpayers understand technology such as computers, internet access and email, lack of knowledge of individual taxpayers in filling out annual tax report online so that there are many errors in filling out annual tax report. The network system on the website of the Directorate General of Taxes is often disrupted due to too many individual taxpayers accessing the website in the month of the annual tax report.

Each family member has a role in a family unit, including wives who have a central role in domestic territory but also sometimes work in the public domain. Technique of data collection is done by using observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research is using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that culture and belief in religious teachings is one of the factors behind the formation of work ethic of Balinese women in living their lives. Activity work is based on the belief in Karmapala's law which is believed to be a form of karma from the results of good and bad deeds that bring a high adherence attitude to the planting of virtue values in every act that is born through sincere devotion and sacrifice. To that end, Balinese women always attach great importance to good relations in their every action, hard work, willing to work hard, to sacrifice to slave workers only to achieve a better life later through the process of rebirth (Rengkarnasi) as a measure of deeds of every deed.Keywords: Value, Role, Bali Women
