This aims of the study is to analyze the evaluation of innovation successful of by data application system at modern beverage MSMEs (Ngombe) in South Tangerang City. Also to find out influence and benefits of using by data application system to increase sales of modern beverages. Alsoto know how the “by data” application system can help modern beverage business entrepreneursto achieve significant sales and to provide economic benefits.The method used in this study was descriptive analysis of qualitative method. The analysis technique uses observation, interview, documentation, forum group discussion and triangulation. The analysis data method was inductive that based on the accumulation of data, then developed in to hypothesis by organize the data in to category, outline into units, do synthesis, compile in to the pattern to get the conclusion. Based on the SWOT analysis, the EFI and EFE calculations obtained the EFI score of 3.65, meaning that the business has a good internal strength position. While the EFE score is 3.30 indicating that external factors are sufficient to support the business. By using the SPACE matrix, Ngombe is in quadrant III, which is an aggressive condition. The conclusion is that implementation of by data application system gives ease in the service to consumers and provides significant advantage to the owner. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis evaluasi keberhasilan inovasi sistem aplikasi by data pada UKM minuman kekinian (Ngombe) di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan manfaat penggunaan sistem aplikasi by data terhadap peningkatan penjualan minuman kekinian. Bagaimana sistem aplikasi ‘by data” dapat membantu para pelaku usaha minuman kekinian dalam mengembangkan usahanya sehingga tercapai penjualan yang cukup signifikan dan memberi keuntungan ekonomis Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang bersifat analisis deskriptif.Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, FGD dan triangulasi. Metode analisis data bersifat induktif, dikembangkan menjadi hipotesis, mengorganisasikan data ke dalam kategori, menjabarkan ke dalam unit-unit, melakukan sintesa, menyusun ke dalam pola, sehingga mendapatkan satu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis SWOT perhitunganan EFI dan EFE nilai skor tertimbang EFI sebesar 3.65, artinya usaha yang dikembangkan memiliki posisi kekuatan internal baik. Sedangkan skor tertimbang EFE diperoleh nilai 3,30 mengindikasikan bahwa faktor eksternal cukup mendukung usaha yang dilakukan. Denganmenggunakanmatrik SPACE,usaha Minuman Ngombe berada padaposisi kuadran III yaitu kondisi agresif.Kesimpulannya bahwa minuman kekinian yang menggunakan sistem aplikasi‘by data’memberikan kemudahan dalam penjualan, juga memberikan keuntungan yang signifikan bagi pemiliknya.   Kata Kunci:Produk, Profit, Inovasi, Sistem Aplikasi by data

Think-Pair-Share technique is one of the cooperative learning strategies that promote student involvement in the classroom. This strategy makes students engaged in in-class activities such as discussions and provides opportunities to share their ideas with others. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share strategy in teaching speaking skill for secondary students. A qualitative method with a descriptive analysis was undertaken in this study. The sample was twenty students of eighth grade. The data was collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The data analysis technique used was presented in a descriptive form. The results indicated the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique during the learning process took place following the stages that have been stated in the learning process plan made by the teacher. Appreciation for the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique both from students is quite good. Students stated that they can overcome the constraints in the learning process of speaking activity through Think-Pair-Share.

Abstraks Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesalahan-kesalahan umum yang biasanya ditemukan pada mahasiswa suku Sunda yang ada di jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Inggris tahun ajaran 2013 dalam mengikuti matakuliah pronounciation, khususnya pada masalah bunyi mendesis. Adapun fokus penelitian ini ditujukan pada mahasiswa baru yang berlatarbelakang budaya Sunda dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui keakurasian pengucapan kata-kata yang mengandung unsur desisan/desahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Peneliti sebagai pengumpul data melakukan hal-hal sebagai berikut: melalui observasi langsung terhadap mahasiswa suku Sunda. Merekam atau mencatat cara pengucapan (pronounciation) dan menganalisis kesalahan-kesalahannya berdasrkan konsep Error Analisis dari beberapa sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa yang berasal dari Sunda pada umumnya bnyak melakukan kesalahan dalam pengucapan kata-kata yang mengandung desahan. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan koreksi dan masukan bagi para pelajar atau mahasiswa yang berasal dari Sunda.---Abstract This study is aimed to find out the errors that commonly made by Sundanese student of English Letters Department in the year 2013 who already taken a pronunciation class, in pronouncing a fricative sounds. The reseacher focuses on freshman student who has Sundanese cultural background to know their accuracy in pronouncing some fricative’s words. The reseacher uses qualitative method on writing his thesis. He also analyzes the collected data through descriptive analysis technique in order to reach the objective of the research. The reseacher involves himself to collect data by observing the respondents, recording their pronunciation and analyzing the error on their pronunciation based on theories of error analysis which are taken from some relevant references. On the conclusion, the reseacher finds that Sundanese student of English Letters Department are made some error on their pronunciation. Error of omission and error of addition are found on the vowels and consonant sound except the fricatives sound. While error of selection, is occurred both on the fricatives sound and the rest of sound. The reseacher also finds that overgeneralization is one of the reasons why the Sundanese student made errors on their pronunciation.

Tabanan Regency has a high prospect in the development of tourism and its complementary facilities. Tourism village is the alternative tourism products that can provide the development of rural areas that are certainly sustainable for the future. Timpag Village is one of the villages which located in Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency which has several tourism potentials such as nature, cultures, and the local communities. The development of Rural Tourism in Timpag Village has a high value to be a tourist attraction but the reality this village has not been able to be a developed as a rural tourism. Based on these problems this research aims to determine “Development Strategies of Rural Tourism Based Local Community in Timpag Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency Bali.” The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis supported by IFAS and EFAS analysis in designing a strategy for developing local community-based tourism villages used SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques are using the method of observation, interviews, library research. The result show the design of alternative strategies to develop community-based tourism villages that can be applied in the development of Rural Tourism in Timpag Village. There are six altrenative strategys that can be applied such as attractions development based on tourism potential, local communities involvement , tourism facilities development, tourism organisation development, improve the traditional security system, and improve the ability of communities about tourism development. This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

Octopus Dive Penida is one of the first local dive centers in Nusa Penida that provides international diving facilities (PADI, ADSI,SSI) with professional instructors. This study discusses the marketing strategy adopted by Octopus Dive. The sample of this research is tourists who have visited and used the services of diving / snorkeling in Octopus Dive Penida. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling with 168 respondents. The technique of collecting data is done in several ways, discussing, observing, interviewing, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique was done by quantitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. Resulting in a marketing SWOT strategy from variable marketing mix 7 P that is, SO (Strengths – Opportunities) strategy  is doing Brand Positioning as a quality dive operator, doing good relations with the community and improving the quality of Human Resources. WO (Weakness -Opportunities) strategy is to expand business / office locations, educate tourists, re-conduct price analysis and participate in international and national events. ST (Strenghts -Threats) strategy is to innovate services / services for tourists, create dive tourism package programs that don't exist in other dive operators. WT (Weakness -Threats) strategy is to conduct a site analysis to complement offices and innovations in market price adjustments.

Kediri City is known by the name of the “Kota Tahu” because many tofu scattered craftsmen. There is a production center area know precisely in the village of Tinalan Kediri. Whose citizens produce tofu and dairy. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of the development of tofu village in Kelurahan Tinalan Kota Kediri become an educational tourism area to make various processed tofu. Researchers collect data in the field by acting as an active instrument. Researchers use data collection techniques through interviews, observations, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) and documentation. The data analysis used is an interactive analysis model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Analysis of data used include data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal conclusion/verification and validity of data is done with the trust test, acquisition, dependency and certainty and SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques are conducted with interviews, documentation and observations. Based on the results of the research, the development strategy can be concluded in the education tourism Kampung Tahu that promote promotion through mass media, social media and web. Building infrastructures such as providing adequate parking space, making the tourist attractions processed products know and involve the community in the management of tours. With the proper development strategy saw from increased strength and opportunities as well as minimizing weaknesses and avoiding threats, the educational tourism object of the tofu village that located in Kelurahan Tinalan subdistrict Pesantren Kediri City will be able to Compete with other attractions. This study, it is aimed to examine the views of the students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences on distance education with SWOT analysis and to evaluate the current circumstance. The phenomenology design was used in the study. The research group consisted of 62 students studying at Afyon Kocatepe University Faculty of Sport Sciences located in a town in the Aegean region in Turkey. In collecting the data, the personal information form created by the researchers and the semi-structured interview form was used, and the data obtained were analyzed by content analysis and descriptive analysis technique. As a result of the findings, it was seen that the views of the students studying in the field of sports sciences on the strengths of distance education provided the best conditions in the Covid-19 process, gained experience in synchronous-online courses and the online system, and to reinforce the knowledge by making use of projects and assignments. Views on the weaknesses of distance education were expressed as the inability of every student to benefit from the right to education under equal conditions, difficulties in accessing the internet, and lack of materials. Besides, the views on the opportunities of distance education were determined as good management of the process, planning the applied courses face-to-face, that is, choosing the hybrid system, motivating the students for the assignments and projects, and making up compensatory programs applied to solve the problems. Socialization of students, unsuitable working environment, anxiety, and negative views of the society towards the education system were recorded as threats and dangers.

This study aims to discuss the effect of perceived security, information quality on trust on online purchase intentions and the effect of brand equity on purchase intention. This type of research is quantitative, data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents aged 18-25 years. The analysis technique used in this study uses descriptive analysis. Data processing using SPSS 18 IMB, with the results of the study perceived security has no effect on trust, while the other variables affect each other.

This study was aimed to investigate the performance of the workers of the Liaison Agency of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government in delivering their services. This study employed the qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Data used in this studywere obtained through interview, observation, and document analysis. This study examined the performance of the workers in improving the quality of service and focused on the mechanism and strategy that the workers used in conducting their duties andidentification of the factors that affecting their performance. Then, all the datawere analyzed using the SWOT method and Litmust Test. The result of this study shows that the performance of the workers of the Liaison Agency of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government is not optimal. Some of the difficulties that are found to be the reasons of the dissatisfied performance of the workers are the low level of education and knowledge and the lack of experience. Furthermore, there is only a few numbers of workers that have the technical capability, limited opportunity to improve their capability through education or training either in structural or functional form, and the limited chance to pursue higher education that caused the poor quality of service.

In effort to prevent HIV/AIDS, condom is an alternative to prevent HIV transmission from sexual relations. As a prevention tool, condom has not been 100% safe yet. Moreover, there is a controversial information about porous condom.In marketing the product, that is condom, particularly for high risk group, Himpunan Abiasa applys social marketing strategy. In addition to knowing which marketing strategy is applied, the author can find out the volume of Kondom Sutra sales marketed via social marketing during the period 2009 – 2010. The research method used is Descriptive Analysis and SWOT Analysis. Data utilized are primary data and secondary data: looking for and collecting data from Himpunan Abiasa, NAC (National AIDS Commision), company profile, books, and literatures related to the study; besides that, by interviewing four experts having competence in their field. By using SWOT analysis, the researcher gets internal matrix score : 2626 and external matrix score : 2677. It shows that the company has growth and stabilization, the company keeps be able to maintain existing business in continuity. This writing is a form of acknowledgement and appreciation to the company on what it has been applied. Besides that, the author gets benefit by the fact that he can enlarge knowledge concerning the application of social marketing as a strategy of HIV-AIDS prevention program.   Keywords: marketing strategy; social marketing; sales volume
