This study was aimed to investigate the performance of the workers of the Liaison Agency of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government in delivering their services. This study employed the qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Data used in this studywere obtained through interview, observation, and document analysis. This study examined the performance of the workers in improving the quality of service and focused on the mechanism and strategy that the workers used in conducting their duties andidentification of the factors that affecting their performance. Then, all the datawere analyzed using the SWOT method and Litmust Test. The result of this study shows that the performance of the workers of the Liaison Agency of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government is not optimal. Some of the difficulties that are found to be the reasons of the dissatisfied performance of the workers are the low level of education and knowledge and the lack of experience. Furthermore, there is only a few numbers of workers that have the technical capability, limited opportunity to improve their capability through education or training either in structural or functional form, and the limited chance to pursue higher education that caused the poor quality of service.

This paper evaluated subscribers’ opinion on the Quality of Service (QoS) of GSM in Edo State, Nigeria. Four major GSM operators were used for the analysis. Data were generated through questionnaire administration. Information from respondents was analysed using descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the GSM respondents were not satisfied with the QoS provided by the network operators. The implication of this is that lack of attention to the improvement of QoS by GSM service providers would significantly decrease service use by subscribers in the chosen demographic region. The paper hence, aimed at identifying QoS problems in the selected region and proffering solutions to identified problems.

This research aims to determine the implementation and factors that become a barrier and supporter in the quality of service in the company's local pawnshop (Persero) Palangkaraya branch of central Kalimantan. The type of research used is qualitative research methods with descriptive analytical techniques. Researcher's position in qualitative research, the researcher is a planner, Data collector Executor, analysis, data interpreter and eventually, researchers become the reporter of the results of his research. The data source in this study is the employees of the company's limited pawnshop (Persero) Palangkaraya branch that serves customers and customers. Based on the results of the research can be explained that the service of the company's pawnshop (Persero) Palangkaraya Branch Central Kalimantan, a barrier factor encountered (1) the number of complaints from the customer about the timeliness that resulted in Quality of service to limited liability company. Pawnshop (Persero) Palangkaraya Branch still not quality. (2) Accuracy of service is not good, because there are still employees who are less thorough in the transaction to the customer. (3) Polite and friendly attitude given by the officers of the limited liability company (Persero) Palangkaraya branch to the community. (4) is still a lack of convenience in service so that customers feel complicated in dealing in the company of Pawnshop Limited (Persero) Palangkaraya branch. (5) Still lacks the support of existing facilities and infrastructures. (6) Still, the lack of participation in the community.

This research aims to know the Political Recruitment of Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) in Takalar Election 2017. The research method used qualitative method by descriptive analysis. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Informant of the research, namely the Management and Sympathizers of PKS Takalar and Nasdem Party Takalar, the couple of Syamsari Kitta - Achmad Dg. Se're, Regional Election Commission of Takalar Regency.The results showed that the recruitment of PKS in Takalar Election 2017 were: first, the couple of Syamsari Kitta - Achmad Dg Se're was promoted by the PKS 4 seats coalition with the National Democratic Party (Nasdem) 2 seats in the regional election. The coalition happened because both parties agreed that the couple is able to bring thoughts or ideas of change in the process of elections battle period of 2017-2022 in Takalar Regency. Secondly, the PKS chose Syamsari Kitta because of his strong ability and strong support-bases in Takalar as well as positive electability with the community. While Ahmad Daeng Sere chose as a candidate for vice regent because he can raise the electability to fight the duet of incumbent. Both have in common with the idea of change to make Takalar much better. Third, the recruitment of Syamsari Kitta as a candidate for regional head / regent because he is a PKS cadre who has experience and capability in politics, his personality is known as an easy person to associate and communicate with the community. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan.  This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

<p>Microwave backhaul networks are the dominant technology used to connect together access and core networks for their flexibility and cost-effectiveness in deployment. Unfortunately, microwave backhaul networks are susceptible to interference and are statically managed leading to poor Quality of Service (QoS) in the form of high delays and loss as well as being inefficient on energy. The use of Software Defined Networking (SDN) is proposed to address these problems by dynamically managing resources to work around the interference and remove static allocations. Two new algorithms, CUT and OptiCUT were designed to compute an optimal topology, to minimise loss and delay while at the same time reducing power consumption.</p>

Zaid Abdurakhman, 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisi pengaruh komitmen manajemen, perilaku positif tenaga kesehatan dan dukungan Dinkes berpengaruh  secara simultan terhadap kualitas layanan, Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisi pengaruh komitmen manajemen, perilaku positif tenaga kesehatan dan dukungan Dinkes berpengaruh  secara parsial terhadap kualitas layanan dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis diantara komitmen manajemen, perilaku positif tenaga kesehatan dan dukungan Dinkes yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kualitas layanan pada UPTD Puskesmas di Kabupaten Barito Selatan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.Populasi penelitian adalah tenaga kesehatan di UPTD Puskesmas di Kabupaten Barito Selatan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah 685 sedangkan sampel 87 responden dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasi uji hipotesis pertama diketahui bahwa komitmen manajemen, perilaku positif tenaga kesehatan dan dukungan Dinkes berpengaruh signfikan secara simultan terhadap kualitas layanan, uji hipotesis kedua diketahui bahwa komitmen manajemen, perilaku positif tenaga kesehatan dan dukungan Dinkes berpengaruh signfikan secara parsial terhadap kualitas layanan dan hasi uji hipotesis ketiga diketahui bahwa komitmen manajemen, berpengaruh signfikan secara dominan terhadap kualitas layanan pada UPTD Puskesmas di Kabupaten Barito Selatan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.   Kata Kunci : Komitmen Manajemen, Perilaku Positif, Dukungan Dinkes dan  Kualitas Layanan     Abstract: Setia Lestari, Npm.1911.32202.5182, The Effect Of Management Commitment, Positive Behavior Of Health Personnel And Dhopping Support On Quality Of Service At The UPTD Puskesmas In Barito Selatan District Province Kalimantan, Tengah. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of management commitment, positive behavior of health workers and the support of the Health Office simultaneously influence the quality of service, to determine and analyze the effect of management commitment, positive behavior of health workers and support from the Health Office partially affect service quality and to determine and analyze between management commitment, positive behavior of health workers and support from the Health Office which have a dominant influence on service quality at UPTD Puskesmas in South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The study population was health workers at the UPTD Puskesmas in South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, 685 while the sample was 87 respondents with multiple regression analysis. The results of the first hypothesis test are known that management commitment, positive behavior of health workers and support from the Health Office have a significant simultaneous effect on service quality, the second hypothesis test is known that management commitment, positive behavior of health workers and support from the Health Office have a partially significant effect on service quality and the results of hypothesis testing Third, it is known that management commitment has a dominant significant effect on service quality at the UPTD Puskesmas in South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province.   Keywords: Management Commitment, Positive Behavior, Health Office Support and Service Quality

The purpose of this research is to explain the authority of LPD financial management in Badung Regency, after the enactment of the Badung Regency Regulation No. 29/2013 and to find out the direction of the utilization of LPD coaching funds in Badung Regency. This research used normative legal research, with a statutory approach that specifically regulates the financial management authority of the LPD after the enactment of the Badung Regency Regulation number 29 of 2013. The data sources used were primary and secondary legal materials. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative method, namely the presentation by describing in detail certain aspects related to the problem being researched. The results showed that the authority to regulate the implementation of village credit institution activities in Badung Regency is still handled by the Provincial government because so far the Province has never handed over or delegated this authority to Badung Regency. Second, the utilization of village credit institution development funds is to provide guidance to LPDs in Bali and to improve the performance and quality of LPD management human resources.

Influence of health service quality to user satisfaction of social insurance provider institution (BPJS) at Bhayangkara Hospital Surabaya 2016. The hospital is as a public health care provide services that are effective, efficient and required to each patient. The patient satisfaction is as a benchmark level of quality health services. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the quality of hospital services Bhayangkara Surabaya to client satisfaction BPJS users as well as identify and analyze the application of Community Satisfaction Indicators according to the rules Menpan and Bureaucratic Reform Indonesia. The research method is descriptive used a questionnaire or questionnaires by interviews and observation. Mechanical analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. There are 20 respondents surveyed in this study by answering questions based on a questionnaire given to assess public opinion about the quality of sevice and its effects on people's satisfaction. Independent variables namely the quality of service and the dependent variable is community satisfaction. The results based on the results of the processing of qualitative data through interviews and observations in general satisfaction of the public regarding the quality of hospital services Bhayangkara especially give well satfisfaction to members of BPJS. This indicates that the RS Bhayangkara constantly working on providing the best service for society to improve and try to give satisfaction to the public.  Keywords: Quality of Service, Society Satisfaction, RS Bhayangkara

The role of a head nurse in optimizing of management function in supervision of nursing care documentation at X hospital in JakartaBackground: Nursing documentation is important thing that  is indicator quality of care. Since the nursing documentation is still a poor quality, it requires a supervision by the head nurse.Purpose: The head of nursing is responsible for the direction, organization and strategic planning collaborate with nursing staffs in ensuring the quality of nursing care to achieve accurate, effective and efficient documentation and to complete supervision.Method: A pilot project using questionnaire and observation methods was conducted at difference times on two hospital units in Jakarta.Results: The descriptive analysis results showed that among 18 nurses, 4 nurses believed that nursing documentation is an important, effective and clear way to  ease their job. Hence, supervision is continuity needed to support the improvement of health care quality. The innovative projects will be applied in health care.Conclusion:  Nursing documentation must show continuity and quality of  care nursing under the control and supervision of the head nurse and EMR is used as the instrument for documentation.Keywords :  The role; Head nurse; Management; Supervision; Nursing care; DocumentationPendahuluan: Dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan adalah hal yang penting karena menjadi indikator kualitas perawatan. Penerapan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan saat ini belum optimal sehingga membutuhkan arahan dan supervisi dari Kepala Ruang/Kepala Unit.Tujuan: Tercapainya supervisi dan keberhasilan pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan yang komprehensif, berkesinambungan, efektif dan  efisien.Metode: Metode pilot project di salah satu Rumah Sakit di Jakarta dengan pengambilan data melalui  observasi dan kuestioner. Instrumen diujikan pada dua ruangan dalam  waktu yang berbeda.Hasil: Analisis deskripsi pada  sejumlah 18 perawat, 4 orang menyatakan bermanfaat, penting dan mudah dalam penerapannya. Supervisi dilakukan untuk memberikan support terhadap kelangsungan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan yang berkesinambungan. Proyek inovasi akan ditindaklanjuti dan diaplikasikan dalam program kerja bidang pelayanan keperawatan.Simpulan: Asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas memerlukan adanya supervisi. Sarannya penggunaan Instrumen Supervise Dokumentasi Asuhan Keperawatan akan disesuaikan dengan penggunaan pencatatan asuhan keperawatan Elektronic Medical Record/EMR

Abstract. Sale and purchase is transaction that often done by individual or group because there is a transfer of ownership between goods and assets. In practice, sale and purchase is not only done by face to face but also can be done online, as in the case of the sale and purchase of suppliers data at Agen Fashion. This study aims to find out how the transaction practice is and how Islamic law and ITE Law point of view are, whether it is accordance to the laws or not. This research uses qualitative method with normative juridical approach and literature study. The main sources in this study are secondary data that support this research, such as Alquran, Hadith, and the ITE Law. The interviews as data collection techniques are conducted as supplementary data. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the transaction is not  accordance with the terms of sale and purchase in Islamic law because there is a lack of clarity (gharar) on the quality of the object and is not accordance as well as the clause no. 9 of the ITE Law because the seller did not explain the object completely.Keywords: Sale and Purchase, Islamic Law, ITE Law, GhararAbstrak. Jual beli merupakan bentuk transaksi yang sering dilakukan oleh tiap individu atau kelompok karena dalam jual beli terdapat perpindahan kepemilikan antara barang dan harta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Pada praktiknya, jual beli tidak hanya dilakukan secara bertatap muka melainkan dapat dilakukan secara online, seperti halnya pada jual beli data supplier di Agen Fashion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik jual beli data supplier di Agen Fashion serta bagaimana hukum Islam dan Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik memandang praktik jual beli data supplier tersebut, apakah telah sesuai dengan hukum yang menjadi pisau analisis dalam penelitian ini atau belum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan studi kepustakaan. Sumber utama dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang mendukung penelitian ini, yaitu Alquran, Hadis, dan UU ITE. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dilakukan sebagai data pelengkap. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu descriptive analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah transaksi yang terjadi di Agen Fashion tidak sesuai dengan syarat jual beli dalam hukum Islam karena terdapat ketidakjelasan (gharar) pada kualitas objek transaksi, dan tidak sesuai dengan Pasal 9 dalam UU ITE karena pelaku usaha tidak menjelaskan secara lengkap terkait objek yang ditawarkan.Kata Kunci: Jual Beli, Hukum Islam, UU ITE, Gharar
