The research objective in this study was to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance in Rempoa Village. Methods In this research is quantitative data analysis is an activity of collecting data from sources obtained. In this study, the population is the Rempoa Village employees, amounting to 33 employees. The results of the validity test show that all statement items in the discipline and performance variables obtained a value of rcount> from rtable and a positive value, then the statement item is said to be valid and the value of tcount> ttable or (7,615> 2,040), it is also strengthened by a significance of 0.000 <0 , 05. Thus, H0 is rejected and H1is accepted, this indicates that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee performance Rempoa Village. In conclusion, discipline on the Rempoa Village employees is manifested in the form of obedience to the work and time regulations set. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the level. AbstrakTujuan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap performa pegawai pada Kelurahan Rempoa. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif analisa data merupakan kegiatan pengumpulan data dari sumber-sumber yang diperoleh”. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah Pegawai Kelurahan Rempoa yang berjumlah 33 karyawan. Hasil uji validitas diketahui semua butir pernyataan dalam variabel disiplin dan Performa diperoleh nilai rhitung > dari rtabel dan nilai positif, maka butir pernyataan dikatakan valid dan nilai thitung > ttabel atau (7,615 > 2,040), hal itu juga diperkuat dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin terhadap performa pegawai pada Kelurahan Rempoa. Kesimpulannya disiplin pada pegawai Kelurahan Rempoa diwujudkan dalam bentuk ketaatan pada aturan pekerjaan dan waktu yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa tingkat disiplin kerja pegawai sudah dapat dikatakan baik, meskipun masih terdapat aspek yang belum optimal terutama menyangkut disiplin waktu dalam bekerja. Performa pegawai secara rata-rata dapat dikatakan telah memiliki performa yang cukup baik dilihat dari kualitas, kuantitas, dan pelaksanaan tugas. Performa pegawai yang masih belum optimal ditemukan ditemukan pada aspek tanggung jawab dan komunikasi menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan rapi. Kata Kunci : Sumber Daya Manusia, Kedisiplinan, Kinerja

This study aims to determine the effect of mutation issues, promotion issues, and other issues on the performance of the employees of the Panca Budi Medan University of Development. The method used in this research is quantitative. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that mutation, promotion, and organizational culture influence partially and simultaneously and on employee performance so that the variable that has a dominant effect on employee performance is promotion. This research was conducted at Rijan Mart III (Komplek PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto) Raya Polsek, Jl. West Pacet, Ledok, Pacet, Kec. Pacet, Mojokerto, East Java 61374, research time in August 2016. The population in this study were employees of Rijan Mart III (Komplek PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto). The sampling method used was saturated sampling because the population was only 40 people. Other terms of saturated sample are census, quantitative data analysis and statistical testing methods. From the research results it can be concluded as follows: 1) Knowledge has a significant effect on work motivation. 2) Skills have a significant effect on work motivation. 3) Knowledge does not have a significant effect on performance. 4) Skills have a significant effect on employee performance. 5) Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. 6) Knowledge does not have an indirect effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation. 7) Skills have an indirect effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation.

This study aimed to improve the ability to recognize letters in children aged 4-5 years through motion video and song. The type of this study was a classroom action research were conducted in two cycles. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, test, and documentation. Quantitative data analysis techniques used comparative data analysis, and qualitative data analysis used interactive model analysis. The validity of quantitative data used construct validity, while the validity test of qualitative data using triangulation and triangulation techniques. The results showed there is an increased ability to recognize letters that can be viewed through an increase in the percentage of completeness that in the first cycle of 65% and the second cycle by 82%.The increase was evidenced by the child's success in imitating / create form letters b,d,p,q,l,i, pronounce letter sounds b,d,p,q,l,i and distinguish the shape of the letter b and d, p and q, l and i. The conclusion of this study is the impression of motion video and song can improve the ability to recognize letters in children aged 4-5 years.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance through organizational culture variables at the Pasuruan City Civil Service Police Unit. This research is an explanatory research (explanatory research) which aims to test the proposed hypothesis about the effect of motivation on employee performance and organizational culture. This study uses quantitative data analysis with path analysis and classical assumption test using non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling (census). The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Pasuruan City Civil Service Police Unit with a total of 104 employees. From the results of this study indicate that (1) motivation has a direct and significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a direct and significant effect on organizational culture, (3) organizational culture has a direct effect on employee performance, and (4) organizational culture can mediate indirectly between motivation and employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of product knowledge and price on the customer purchasing decision of product The Capital. The population of this study is all consumers of product The Capital. Convenience Sampling is used to select 45 samples. This study also uses quantitative methods. SPSS 16.0 is used as quantitative data analysis tool.Quantitative research results show that Product Knowledge and Price significantly influence the Customer Purchasing Decision of The Capital. The significant influence show that consumer with higher product knowledge will increase potential of purchasing decision of products The Capital.

The success of the company is strongly influenced by the performance of its employees. Good performance is the optimal performance, that is, performance that conforms to the organization's standards and supports the achievement of organizational goals. Each company will strive to always improve the performance of its employees in order to achieve the goals set by the company.The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance Wangaya Denpasar Hospital; 2) To know the influence of leadership on employee performance of RSUD Wangaya Denpasar City; 3) To know the influence of work discipline on employee performance of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City; and 4) To find out whether the motivation, leadership and work discipline affect together on the performance of employees of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City. Data Analysis Method used in this research is quantitative data analysis and analyze by using program of SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science) for windows version 21.The result of this research is that the motivation has no significant effect to the employee performance at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar of 0,111 or 11% where significant value 0,106 or bigger than level of significant (α) 0,05 Leadership significant to employee performance at RSUD Wangaya Denpasar city sebersar 0,210 or 21% where significant value 0.000 or smaller than level of significant (α) 0,05. Work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar of 0,051 or 5% where significant value 0,477 or bigger than level of significant (α) 0,05. Motivation, leadership and work discipline together affect the performance of employees of Wangaya Hospital Denpasar City of 0.67 or 67% of the rest by 33% influenced by the variable not examined in this study. Where the significance value is 0.000 or smaller than the 0.05 level of significant (α)  0,05.


This chapter presents the results of the data analysis. The data was collected and processed in accordance to the problems posed at the outset of this research, which was to understand which determinants impacted on SPP. The results of both the quantitative and qualitative data are presented in this chapter. The quantitative data analysis comprises of descriptive analysis, cross-tabulation, regression analysis, and correlation analysis. SPSS, a commercially available statistical software package, was used to perform the analysis. In addition, this chapter also reports the findings of the qualitative data analysis where the key themes were noted. The findings are structured in line with the literature review: organisational determinants, personal determinants, and symbiotic determinants. The data is presented in both quantitative (numerical) and qualitative (non-numerical) formats, as per the selected research methodology.

<p><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em>Tujuan penelitian ini guna meningkatkan pengetahuan seksualitas melalui media lagu. Pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan selama dua siklus. Subjek penelitian yakni anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK At Tamyiz Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan unjuk kerja, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data kualitatif menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik, sedangkan uji validitas data kuantitatif menggunakan validitas konstruk. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan analisis data deskriptif komparatif dan analisis data kualitatif menggunakan analisis model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pada pengetahuan seksualitas anak yaitu persentase ketuntasan pada indikator membedakan laki-laki dan perempuan sebesar 100%, indikator membedakan organ intim laki-laki dan perempuan sebesar 77,78% dan indikator melindungi diri dari kekerasan seksual dan bullying sebesar 88,89%. Peningkatan tersebut ditandai dengan keberhasilan anak dalam membedakan laki-laki dan perempuan, mampu menyebutkan organ intim laki-laki dan perempuan, dan menyebutkan cara melindungi diri dari kekerasan seksual dan bullying. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendidikan seksualitas melalui media lagu dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan seksualitas pada anak usia 5-6 tahun.</em></p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci: </em></strong><em>pendidikan seksualitas, lagu, pengetahuan seksualitas, anak usia 5-6 tahun</em></p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of this research is to increase knowledge of sexuality through song media. Data collection techniques using performance, observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity test of qualitative data uses triangulation of sources and techniques, whereas the validity test of quantitative data uses construct validity. Quantitative data analysis techniques use comparative descriptive data analysis and qualitative data analysis using interactive model analysis. The results described that there was an increase in the knowledge of child sexuality that is the percentage of completeness in the indicators of distinguishing men and women by 100%, indicators of distinguishing intimate organs of men and women by 77.78% and indicators of protecting themselves from sexual violence and bullying by 88 , 89%. The increase was marked by the success of children in distinguishing between men and women, being able to mention male and female intimate organs, and mentioning ways to protect themselves from sexual violence and bullying. The conclusion of this research is the application of sexuality education through song media can increase sexuality knowledge in children aged 5-6 years.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword: </em></strong><em>sexuality education, song, sexuality knowledge, children aged 5-6 years</em><em></em></p>

XYZ is a company that produces apparel accessories that has been established for more than 30 years. However, there is a problem in decreasing of employee performance that can be seen on the attendance data of the employees. So, it is necessary to conduct a research to see what factors cause a decrease in employee performance. The purpose of this research is to see the relationship and influence between Competence and Work Environment on the Employee Performance. The method in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis in this study show that Competence has a significant influence on Employee Performance. The Work Environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Competence and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. In the determinant coefficient test (R²), the influence of Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance is quite high as many as 0.555 or 55.5%. This means that Competence and Work Environment have a contribution of 55.5% to explain the Employee Performance, while 44.5% of other variables are not discussed in this study. Based on the regression test, the variable that most affected Employee Performance was the Competency variable (X1) with a value of 0.486 (positive value).
