This study aimed to determine : 1).Factors that affect demand for broiler chicken eggs in Kendari city, 2) The empowerment of broiler breeders, 3) The correlation between demands for broiler chicken eggs and the empowerment of broiler breeders. The study employed an associative (cause-effect) design. Simple of chicken eggs consumers were determine purposively (purposive sampling) involving 50 consumers of broiler chicken eggs, whereas breeders empowerment was sample by using a census / total sampling method, thereby including all 5 breeders of broiler chicken. Data were collected by administering questioneair and study document. The data were analyzed by performing a descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. Result of the study concluded that : 1) consumers taste price of broiler chicken eggs, price of subtitusing goods, consumers, income, and the number of people and household were among the factors which collectively had a significant effect on the demand for broiler chicken eggs, 2) breeders of broiler chicken habe been increasingly empowered not only in the aspects of changes in worker, capital, productions but also income and profits, 3) demand for broiler chicken eggs had a positive correlations to the empowerment of chicken farmers, althougt the correlations only satisfied a very weak criteria.Keywords : Breeders, broiler chicken eggs, demand, , Factors affecting, empowerment.

This study aims to determine the effect or relationship between the increase in salaries of civil servants against corruption. The method used in this research is quantitative method using statistical analysis of descriptive and analytic statistics. Data used in this research is secondary data from 2008 to 2017 obtained from Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucracy Reform (Kemenpan RB). Data analysis using linear regression. Result of data analysis that is R Square: 0.085295 indicate that there is no correlation or influence of salary increase of civil servant with corruption. While Significance F: 0.44571782 this shows that the effect of pay increases on corruption is not significant. With this research is expected to have a more comprehensive strategy in eradicating corruption.

The objective of this study is to identify the factors affecting the taste of specialty fruits in the Mekong Delta of international visitors. The quota sampling method was used to interview 180 international visitors who have visited fruit orchards and enjoyed specialty fruits in the Mekong Delta. Applying the linear regression with the study has identified 4 factors affecting the preference for fruit specialties in the Mekong Delta of international tourists, namely "Culinary culture", "Information and experience", "Product features”, and “Perceived value". In particular, the factor "Information and experience" most strongly influences international visitors’ preference for fruit specialties in the Mekong Delta. This study aims to determine the relationship between halal awareness and halal labels certification on product purchase interest on Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) Business Practitioners in Gresik. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire filled by 52 respondents selected by purposive sampling method. All statistical analysis carried out with SPSS 22. The causative relationship between each independent variable, namely halal awareness and halal label on the dependent variable, namely purchase interest is determined by multiple linear regression. The simultaneous link between all variables on purchase intention is obtained significant results. The parsial test concludes that there was an influence of halal awareness on halal labels.On the parsial analysis of halal awareness and halal labels had a positive significant effect on purchase interest.

This study aims to prove the effect of knowledge, awareness and tax sanctions on vehicle taxpayer compliance in  Kabupaten Kerinci and Sungai Penuh City. Respondents who participated in this study were 100 respondents and the samples were taken using accidental sampling method. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the data was tested using descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that knowledge and awareness of taxpayers have a positive effect on tax compliance, while tax sanctions have no effect on  vehicle taxpayer compliance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership on work stress and to analyze the influence of leadership on work stress at PT. Karya Anugerah Bersama Permai (PT. KABP). The type of research used in this research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Karya Anugerah Bersama Permai (PT. KABP) totaling 36 people. The analytical technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of research conducted with SPSS 20.0 indicate that leadership has a significant influence on work stress as evidenced by a partially significant test (t test) with a significance value obtained 0.00 < 0.05 and a t value of t table 1.69, namely the t-count value of leadership is 11,053. The results of simple linear regression coefficients, obtained the equation Y = 3.389 + 1.050X with an R Square value of 0.782 so it can be concluded that the leadership variable has a positive and significant influence of 78.2% on work stress, while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by factors other.

Abstract Native chicken egg is one of the animal protein sources to meet the need for protein. This study analyzes what factors affect the demand for native chicken eggs in Surakarta City and examine the elasticity of demand for native chicken eggs in Surakarta City. The primary method of research is descriptive. This research was conducted in Harjodaksino Market, Jongke Market, Legi Market, Gede Market, dan Sangkrah Market. This study carried out the research location selection purposively and used 100 respondent end consumers of native chicken eggs. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that factors that affect the demand for native chicken eggs in Surakarta City are native chicken eggs prices, laying hen eggs prices, duck egg prices, native chicken meat prices, broiler chicken meat prices, and rice prices. Price elasticity indicates that the demand for native chicken eggs is elastic. Cross elasticity showed that laying hen eggs, duck eggs, and native chicken meat are substitute goods for native chicken eggs. In contrast, broiler chicken meat dan rice is complementary good for native chicken eggs.

This investigation was driven in Pelaga and Buyan-Tamblingan Area was organized using a research study that about 500 respondents for the start of 2020 and dictated by an accidental sampling method. The statistical analysis uses multiple linear regression, ANOVA, and R square to make an investigation conclusion. Main findings are simultaneously predictors variables consisting of beautiful scenery, most recently facilities, unique attractions, completeness of facilities, close distance, easy transportation, easy to reach location, and community hospitality significantly influence variable dependent intention to visit with influence strength of the determinant value at 0.539 or 53.9%. This study will enable the marketing practitioners to better understand the motivation of visitors to visit agritourism areas. Some predictor variables that significantly influence the intention to visit are the latest facilities, unique attractions, easy to reach location, and community hospitality.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya praktik akuntansi pada industri kreatif di Palu dalam meningkatkan akses pembiayaan bagi hasil. Dua analisis data dilakukan, pertama analisis statistik deskriptif untuk mengetahui sejauhmana praktik akuntansi dijalankan pelaku UMKM, kedua menggunakan regresi linear sederhana untuk mengetahui persepsi pelaku UMKM industri kreatif tentang akses terhadap pembiayaan bagi hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM di Palu belum mempraktikkan akuntansi sesuai SAK-ETAP, sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap akses pembiayaan bagi hasil. Tersedianya laporan keuangan sesuai SAK ETAP akan memudahkan bank menganalisis prospek usaha dan kemampuan calon nasabah dalam pengembalian pembiayaan.   Abstract  This study aims to determine the importance of accounting practices in the creative industry in Palu in increasing access to profit-sharing financing. Two data analyzes were carried out, firstly, descriptive statistical analysis to determine the extent to which accounting practices were carried out by MSME actors, secondly using simple linear regression to determine the perception of creative industry MSME actors regarding access to profit-sharing financing. The results of the study indicate that MSME actors in Palu have not practiced accounting according to SAK-ETAP, so that it will affect access to profit-sharing financing. The availability of financial reports in accordance with SAK ETAP will make it easier for banks to analyze business prospects and the ability of prospective customers to repay financing.Implementation of Accounting and Access to Profit Sharing Financing in Creative Industries.

The general objective of this study was to find and analyze empirically the effect of the I Care learning model on the students' metacognition. The method used in this research was the experimental method. The affordable population in this study was grade X students of SMK Assyafiah which is located at Jalan Bukit Duri No.29, South Jakarta 2016/2017 academic year. The sample of the study was 60 students obtained through random sampling method that the researcher mixed in the population so that all subjects were considered the same. Data collection was done by documentation techniques (learning model variables) and test techniques (student metacognition variables). The collected data was then analyzed using the t-test. Before the data was analyzed, first descriptive statistical analysis and data requirements test (normality test, homogeneity test) were carried out. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of the I Care learning model on the students' metacognition. In other words, students' metacognition who used the I Care learning model was higher than the students' metacognition who used constructivism learning model.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of own capital and loan capital on the acquisition of the remaining results of business at the cooperative in the city of padang. The sample in this research are 5 cooperatives in padang city, with observation year from 2012 - 2016. Sampling method using judgment sampling. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression. Result of research of t test using sig value obtained result of own capital variable 0,000 &lt;0,05 and variable of loan capital 0,123&gt; 0,05. The results showed that the capital itself positively affect the acquisition of the remaining results of business and loan capital does not affect the acquisition of the remaining results of operations.
