This study was conducted from October to November 2016 at the sub district of Wundulako in Kolaka regency. It aimed to analyze the finansial feasibility of hand-traktor operation at the sub district of Wundulako in Kolaka regency and to analyze the number of optimal hand-tractor needed to cultivate farm lands at the sub district of Wundulako in Kolaka regency. The study used a simple random sampling method involving 65 out of 180 farmers who owned a hand-tractor. Data were analyzed usingthe cost ratio revenue analysis (R/C ratio) and analysis of machinery needs. Types of data used were primary and secondary data. Results of the study showed that the financial feasibility of farmers who awn a hand-tractor to rent the showed an R/C ratio of 1,,46, so renting hand-tractor in the research site was beneficial with an R/C ratio of > 1. The results of a needs analysis conducted engine then obtained optimal machine to meet the needs of tractor engines with an average of 7.74 hectares of paddy processed that as many as 13 units of the machine with the efficient level of work machine 62%, and if the level of efficiency of the engine increases to 100% then tractor optimal requirements needed 7 units with the same processing area, while the increase in the work efficiency of 200% is obtained tractor engine 4 units. Further, if all tractors work the land with a total of 503 hectares processed at the rate of efficiency of 62%, 100%, 200%, the tractor is needed to optimize the needs of the 811, 503 and 251 units.Keywords : renting of hand-tractor, needs for hand-tractor.

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

The objective of this research is to analyze the income of rice farming based on the revenue sharing system in Wolaang Village, East Langowan sub-district, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 month, starting from January to March 2019. The Samples of farmers is using simple random sampling method (simple random). Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with 30 farmer. While secondary data obtained from BP3K East Langowan sub-district and BPS Minahasa Regency, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as google searching to access articles from various scientific journals and thesis from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially income analyze. The results showed that the income received by landowners was Rp.13,462,500 while the income received by smallholders was smaller than that of landowners, namely Rp.9,940,865.*jnkd+eprm*

This study aims to assess the management of coconut farms in village of Tolombukan district of Pasanmainly include land area, production, revenue, and marketing. The results could be input materials andinformation for farmers in increasing production and income of coconut farmers in of Tolombukan districtPasan.The research was carried on in the of Tolombukan district of Pasan which lasted from June 2010 untilAugust 2010. Data taken in this study are primary data that was obtained through interviews to farmersbased on a list of questions and secondary data obtained from agencies - agencies. Sampling method usedin this study is simple random sampling method with a sample size of 20 farmer respondents. Data is presentedin tables and is explained descriptively. The data are mainly in the form of costs, income, and revenue.Results showed that coconut farmers harvest pass once in 3 months so that in one year there are 4times the harvest with an average area of 1.59 ha. The other results of thisr studies are outlined below.The results of the average oil production in the village of Tolombukan district of Pasan of 2375.9 kg ofcopra per year with an average income of Rp4.891.948, 78 per year. In addition to plant coconut, farmersalso planted cloves between the coconut that provide an income of Rp11.734.695, 84 per two years orRp5.867.000 per year. The product of copra and cloves sold at traders in the village Tolombukan own.

The research aims to analyse the level of sustainability and the level of household income in the farming of rice on the peatland. The research location was determined by purposive sampling in Terusan Karya Village, Bataguh District, Kapuas Regency. The simple random sampling method was taken on 50 farmer household served as respondent. The data were collected in the form of primary and secondary data. To achieve the first research objective, it was conducted by an analysis of sustainability indicators of farming using Likert Scale system. The index of farming sustainability includes biophysical and socio-economic aspects in the rice farming on peatland. Meanwhile, to achieve the purpose of the second research, it was operated by using a simple tabulation to measure the level of farmer household income. The result of the analysis showed that farming sustainability of rice in the peatland found index by 76.10%, which means that the level of farming sustainability is a good category or highly sustainable. The result of the analysis of farm household income was 16.9 million rupiahs, which means that the farm household income has been categorized as good.  Keywords: sustainability index, peatland, income, rice, farmer householdJEL Classification: D10, Q01, Q12

Abstrak.tingkat kesejahteraan petani sering dikaitkan dengan keadaan usahatani yang dicerminkan oleh tingkat pendapatan petani. Penerimaan yang berkurang akan diikuti dengan semakin rendahnya pendapatan yang diterima petani., penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani karet rakyat di Kecamatan Langsa Lama Kota Langsa ditinjau dari aspek finansial dan aspek teknis.. Penarikan Pengambilan sampel dari masing-masing desa dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode acak sederhana (simple-random sampling). Dari 316 total populasi di ambil 10% maka sampel sebesar 32 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis kelayakan finansial.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani karet rakyat di kecamatan Langsa Lama Kota Langsa layak untuk diusahakan ditinjau dari aspek finansial dan aspek teknis.Kata Kunci :Usahatani, aspek finansial, aspek teknis.  Abstract. farmers 'welfare level is often associated with farming conditions as reflected by farmers' income levels. Reduced revenue will be followed by the lower income received by farmers, this study aims to determine to determine the feasibility of rubber farming in Langsa Lama District Langsa City viewed from the financial aspect and technical aspects .. Withdrawal Sampling of each village is done with using simple random sampling method. Of the total population 316 taken 10% then the sample of 32 people. The analysis technique used in this research is financial feasibility analysis. The results showed that rubber farming in Langsa Lama district Langsa City is feasible to be sought in terms of financial and technical aspects.Keywords :Farming, financial aspects, technical aspects.

This study aims to analyze the income of leek farming in Manembo Village, Passi Timur Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research lasted for 2 months, from November to December 2019. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling method with a number of respondents were 25 leek farmers. Primary data were collected through direct interviews using a list of questions (questionnaires) that have been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from the literature related to this research and related institutions. Data analysis used in this research is to use quantitative descriptive analysis and expenditure (production costs) to analyze the income of leek farming. The results showed that the income of onion farming in Manembo Village, East Passi District, Bolaang Mongondow District per farmer on average was IDR. 2,688,800.- *eprm*

Abstrack        The purpose of this research is to know the income and efficiency of sweet corn farm in Tanjung Agung Village, Seginim District, South Bengkulu Regency. The study was conducted in Tanjung Agung Village, Seginim District, South Bengkulu Regency from July 2016 to September 2016. The method used is simple random sampling method. Total population taken is 20% that is 24 people from 120 farmers sweet corn. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Data analysis method used in this research is analysis of production cost, revenue, income and R / C ratio. Based on the results of research on Sweet Maize Farming in Tanjung Agung Village, Seginim District of South Bengkulu Regency, its known that the average income earned by farmers with land area of ​​0.45 ha is Rp Rp 7,511,225 / ut / ut. The R / C ratio is 3.24 indicating that sweet corn farming is efficient or profitable.

This study was aimed to analyze the competitiveness of farming palm oil (competitive and comparative advantage), Random Sampling method was used to select 88 respondens was determined purposive. The reason for choosing of Subah District because this area is largest palm oil producers and largest and oil palm planting area in the Sambas Regensy . The data used primary and secondary data. The Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) method was used to analysis data. farming palm oil in Subah District has competitive and comparative excellence.Private propitability(PP) and Social propitability (SP)is positive value of,   Private Cost Rasio (PCR) 0,24, Domestic Resources Cost Ratio (DRCR) is 0,15. Transfer Output (TO) is value negatif Rp – 6.909.408,00/ha/year , it’s shows nothing transfer from consument to produsent, value 0,80 Nominal Protection Coefficient on Output (NPCO) or NPCO < 1,  output price not significant for farmers income.

This study aims to analyze marketing channels and the efficiency of onion marketing in South Tonsewer Village, west Tompaso District. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through a list of questions that have been prepared while secondary data obtained from BP3K Office District West Tompaso, BPS (Central Statistics Agency), Internet and previous research on Marketing. Farmer samples were collected using Simple Random Sampling method and for marketing institution using snowball sampling method. The number of samples of farmers is 25 people. The data are presented in tabular form and then analyzed descriptively. The concept of measurement of variables used is the selling price, the number of onion and marketing costs. The results showed that marketing channels in Tonsewer Selatan Village, Tompaso Barat District consisted of 4 (1) farmers - Kawangkoan market retailers - consumers, (2) farmers - seller retailers Langowan market - consumers, (3) farmers - collectors village - Tomohon market-consumer merchants, and (4) farmers - village wholesalers - wholesalers of Bitung port - consumers. Based on the value of price transmission elasticity, marketing margin, farmer's share, and profit-to-cost ratio indicate that four marketing channels are not efficient. an efficient marketing channel based on the value of price transmission elasticity, marketing margins, and farmer's share, two efficient marketing channels based on farmer's share and cost-benefit ratios, and three efficient marketing channels at farmer's share.

This research aims to analyze income farming and factors affecting production of red chili in Trimulyo Tegineneng Pesawaran Regency.  This research uses a survey method.  Location of this research is chosen purposively in Trimulyo. The respondents are 60 red chili farmers taken by using a simple random sampling method. The income farming is determined using revenue cost ratio, while factors of production are analyzed by using Cobb Douglass. The results of the study showed that the income per hectare  over cash costs obtained by farmers was IDR34,416,181.43 with R/C of 2.18 and income per hectare over total costs amounted to IDR24,520,886.39 with R/C of 1.63. Factors affecting production of red chili are land, seeds, KNO3 fertilizer, and pesticide. The R/C value that is greater than one means that red chili farming in Trimulyo Village Tegineneng Subdistrict Pesawaran Regency is profitable and feasible to be cultivated. Key words: income, production, red chili
