The purpose of this study will examine how the influence of service quality and price on the decision to buy a taxi service in the city of Malang. The research used is quantitative research. The research method used was survey research. The number of questionnaires collected in this study totaled 50 Gojek users. The analytical method used is multiple regression. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis used the F test and t test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the variable service quality (X1) and price (X2) on the purchasing decision of Gojek services in Malang City (Y). This is indicated by the results of multiple regression calculations, Y = 2.177 + 0.356 X1 + 0.215 X2 Service quality and price variables are able to be explained by the variable purchasing decisions of Gojek services in Malang by 15%.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on customer revisit intention of Golden Cafe dan Resto at Kota Padang. This is the causative research. The population of the research is Padang city community. The number of research samples as many as 100 people and selected using purposive sampling technique. The data used is the primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to Padang city community with established criteria. The analytical method is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16. The results indicate that (1) Store atmosphere and service quality advertisements have a significant effect on revisit, (2) Store atmosphere has a significant effect on revisit intention, (3) Service quality have a significant influence on revisit intention.       Kata Kunci: store atmosphere, service quality, revisit intention

This study aims to measure how much influence the retail mix to the purchasing decision. To measure, the study used 100 respondents to the Department Store buyer X. The analytical method used is multiple regression method. Based on the analysis results obtained under the seven aspects of the retail mix of Merchandising, Price, Location, Promotion, Store Design & Visual Product, Service, and Personnel, only two qualities that give them significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions of Price and Personnel. However, based on ANOVA, the overall of the seven aspects significantly influence consumer purchase decisions.

This study aims to determine (1) The influence of leadership on motivation. (2) The influence of organizational culture on motivation. (3) The influence of motivation on service quality. (4) The influence of leadership on service quality (5) The influence of organizational culture on service quality. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Hadeka Primantara which amounted to 91 people. The research method in this research is the quantitative research method by using the computer program Partial Least Square (PLS) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This thesis uses quantitative research through survey methods, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed significant influence on Leadership on Motivation at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 4,818 ≥ 1.96. There is a significant influence of Organizational Culture on Motivation at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 10,435 ≥ 1.96. There is no significant influence on Motivation on Service Quality at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 0.095 ≤ 1.96. There is no significant effect of Leadership on Service Quality at PT. Hadeka Primantara with the value of T Statistics 0.677 ≤ 1.96. There is a significant influence of Organization Culture on Quality of Service with the value of T Statistics 2,402 ≤ 1.96. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi. (2) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi. (3) Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan. (4)Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kualitas pelayanan.(5) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Hadeka Primantara yang berjumlah 91 orang. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program komputer Partial Least Square (PLS) dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Tesis ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif melalui metode survey, wawancara dan kuesioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi pada PT. Hadeka Primantara dengan nilai T Statistics 4,818 ≥ 1.96. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi pada PT. Hadeka Primantara dengan nilai T Statistics 10,435 ≥ 1.96. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Motivasi terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan pada PT. Hadeka Primantara dengan nilai T Statistics 0,095 ≤ 1.96. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan pada PT. Hadeka Primantara dengan nilai T Statistics 0,677 ≤ 1.96. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan dengan nilai T Statistics 2,402 ≤ 1.96.

Community trust in a health institution is fundamental. Trust is a number of specific beliefs about integrity (trustworthy party honesty and ability to keep promises), behevolence (trustworthy attention and motivation to act in accordance with interests that trust them), competency (the ability of trusted parties to carry out trusting needs) and predictability (consistency in the behavior of trusted parties). The purpose of this study is to influence the promotion strategies, brand image, service quality, and price on public trust (Studies in Soepraoen Hospital Malang). The research design used is quantitative research. The research method used is quantitative research method causal research. The sampling technique used proportional sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the descriptive results of promotion strategy variables showed an overall average value of 4.15 with a percentage of 26% and a good category, descriptive Brand Image variables had an overall average value of 4.05 with a percentage of 41% with good categories, in the descriptive variable Price Performance had a value the overall average of 4.10 in the good category with a percentage of 30%, in the Service Quality variable has a mean overall score of 4.07 in the good category of 36%, and the variable patient trust during treatment has an overall average value of 3.99 in the good category with percentage 68%. Of the 100 respondents studied in the promotion strategy have a significant influence on trust, in brand image has a significant influence on trust, at prices having a significant influence on trust, on service quality has a significant influence on trust, and simultaneously for each each promotion strategy variable, brand image, price, and service quality have a significant influence on trust. The trust variable is more influenced by the service quality variable than the promotion strategy, brand image, and price variable.

Taxes are among the highest income generated by the state originating from within the country. However, most taxpayers did not understand how and what the tax information system is like in Indonesia and how tax Sanctions are applied. So that in this case it tends to reduce taxpayer compliance. This study aims to determine the effect of tax information systems and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. This research method is quantitative research using primary data. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling. The sample in this study consisted of 26 respondents who owned cafes in the city of Palu. The analytical method used is descriptive and statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the tax information system has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. However, tax sanctions are positive but did not effect, that meaning tax sancations are not significant to taxpayer compliance, because they have a t-calculated value of less than 0,05 with a correlation value of 2,3% on taxpayer compliance.

This study aims to determine how much Influence of Differentiation, Promotion and Positioning Against Buying Decision Brands Asus Laptop, data collection method is to circulate a questionnaire with a sample of 100. The analytical method used is multiple regression regression analysis. The results obtained are: (a) Differentiation has an influence on purchasing decisions by 0.149. Then the differentiation has a positive and significant influence, with Ho rejected and Ha accepted. (b) Promotion of 0.405 has an influence on purchasing decisions. Then promotion has a positive and significant influence, with Ho rejected and Ha accepted. (c) Positioning has the effect of 0,032 on purchasedecisions. Then positioning has a positive and significant influence, with Ho rejected and Ha accepted. (d) differentiation, promotion and amounted to 19.520 psitioning have influence on purchasing decisions.Then the value of of 0,718 which means differentiation, promotion and positioning has a positive and significant relationship, so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Finally, the author suggests Laptop Asus is expected to increase differentiation by observing characteristic, value, image and price in order to give satisfaction to the customers so that they can be enjoyed by the wider community, can improve product promotion Asus laptop that is known by many people and can improve the positioning on the product Asus laptops are comprised of high tech and high touch positioning positioning.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Hotel Pekanbaru ''. The research method used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used incidental random sampling, with samples taken using the Slovin formula as many as 97 people. Finding Based on the partial test (test) it was found that there was a significant influence between service quality and Pekanbaru Hotel consumer satisfaction. It was also found that service quality contributed 95.3% to customer satisfaction while 4.7% was determined by other variables not included in this research.

The aim of the research was to analyze the service quality of drinking water companies using the servQual method. This research is a quantitative research with research method conducted in different companies in the city of Mataram, Lombok. Data analysis was performed using the service quality method (ServQual). The results showed that the customer satisfaction criteria on each service characteristic in general of the five components were on average very good, this is known from the results of the NKJ calculation which are results 1,022 that are classified as very good.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the welfare of the people of the City of Padang measured using the Human Development Index consisting of: 1) To determine the effect of the Per Capita Gross Regional Domestic Product on the welfare of the people in the City of Padang. 2) To determine the effect of number of Poor in community welfare in Padang. 3) To determine the effect of Unemployment Rate on the welfare of people in the city of Padang. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Data collection was performed using documentation and hypothesis testing techniques in this study using multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study note that: 1) The regression coefficient value of GDP per capita is equal to 0.0000002 with a probability of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05. 2) The regression coefficient value of the number of poor population is 0.156 with a probability of 0.526 which is smaller than 0.05. 3) The regression coefficient value of the Open Unemployment Rate is -0,00014 with a probability of 0.117 less than 0.05. The conclusions that can be drawn are as follows: 1) Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of the people in Padang City. 2) The number of poor people has no significant effect on the welfare of the people in the city of Padang. 3) Open Unemployment Rate has no negative and significant effect on the welfare of the people in Padang City.

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
