Short Cut Bedugul is a short road construction project on the Singaraja-Denpasar route. The short cut development includes the implementation of an occupational health and safety management system (SMK3). The 5-6 point short cut project includes the grade of a large project and places great importance on work safety. Field conditions with high rainfall make the area prone to landslides that can endanger workers, as well as environmental temperatures that reach 20oC which can affect work productivity. The objectives of this study are: To analyze the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) on the Short Cut project point 5-6 Bedugul. To find out the amount of costs incurred in implementing K3 on the Short Cut point 5-6 Bedugul project. To analyze the percentage of safety and health costs (K3) to the short cut project value point 5-6 Bedugul. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. and a quantitative descriptive of the construction of the Singaraja City Boundary Road - Mengwi (Short Cut Bedugul point 5–6) the use of K3 such as the use of safety helmets, light vests, masks, gloves, and safety belts is in accordance with the law and is very disciplined and obedient to existing regulations. set. The percentage of K3 costs to the project value refers to the CIRCULAR OF THE MINISTER NO. 66 / SE / M / 2015 Regarding the Cost of Implementing an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) Construction in the Public Works Sector is 0.7%.

Occupational safety and health are the main means of preventing accidents, disability and death as a result of work accidents. K3 aims to prevent, reduce, and even eliminate the risk of work accidents (zero accident). The application of this concept should not be considered as an effort to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases that cost the company a lot of money, but should be considered as a form of long-term investment that will provide abundant benefits in the future. This study aims to determine the implementation of the implementation and the level of success, as well as to determine the factors causing the delay in the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) in the construction project of the Hotel Santika Premiere Padang. The stage of this research is the study of various existing literatures to determine the variables to be used. The next stage is designing research questionnaires and then collecting data by distributing questionnaires directly to the field. The data obtained from the questionnaire will be analyzed for validity and reliability tests using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate that the success of the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system (SMK3), which is taken from the average sum of all variables, is 98.5%. So that it can be concluded that the level of achievement of the successful implementation of SMK3 in the construction project of the Hotel Santika Premiere Padang is based on the determination of the success value written in the Minister of Permenaker Number: 05/MEN/1996, eligible for a certificate and a gold flag. This is in accordance with category number 3, namely "where the level of achievement of 85-100% is given a certificate and a gold flag".

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is the main means for the prevention of workplace accidents, disabilities, and deaths for employees. One way to identify hazards is to use a work safety analysis or better known as the Job Safety Analysis (JSA), which can examine work methods and find hazards from the design of machines, tools, materials, environment, and work processes needed for workers to prevent interference with work safety. This study aims to analyze and determine the implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to reduce the number of work accidents at PT. Geoservices Sangatta. Job Safety Analysis (JSA) (X) is used as an independent variable while Work Accident (Y) is the dependent variable. Primary data obtained through interviews directly with 5 employees of PT. Geoservices Sangatta. Secondary data obtained through data that is already available at PT. Geoservices Sangatta. The results showed that in the process of carrying out the work of PT. Geoservices Sangatta had made a policy that was committed to implementing occupational safety and health, as well as identifying hazards and prevention at each stage of the job namely by Job Safety Analysis (JSA). The implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) at PT. Geoservices Sangatta can reduce the number of work accidents as seen from the decreasing number of work accidents that occurred at PT. Geoservices Sangatta in early 2020, although in the implementation there are still some lacking especially in the implementation of safety talk which only runs documents or administration, in practice, they are not routinely carried out. PT. Geoservices Sangatta should follow up with the socialization of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures to all employees, one of which is by conducting training on occupational safety and health so that all employees truly understand and realize how important K3 is to employee safety and health.

The activity of waste collection is fundamental for preserving human health and the environment. As the world population increases, so does the waste production, consequently leading to a higher number of professionals involved in the collection activity. The objective of this study was to identify the main causes of accidents in urban waste collection and to verify if the implementation of containers would reduce the number of accidents in the sector. The causes were identified by analyzing accidents in two waste-collection companies for 4 years. Company A had 3,859 employees with 756 registered accident cases, while company B had 2020 workers with 189 cases. In total, it was analyzed 945 accident cases from urban waste collection. One municipality from company A which implemented the highest number of containers was studied thoroughly to verify if the implementation of containers reduces the number of accidents. The analysis shows that the household collection had the highest accident rate, with 65.61%. Sharp materials and falls were the leading causes of accidents, representing 53% in the company A and 62% in the company B. After containers implementation, the number of accidents caused by sharp materials and falls decreased from 37 without the container in 2014, to 18 with the container in 2015, and 11 with the container in 2016. It was concluded that the implementation of containers improves occupational safety and health during the urban cleaning process. Further studies should be conducted in order to improve the working conditions in the urban cleaning sector.
