Background: Anemia is one of the factors causing increased maternal morbidity and mortality. Indonesia in 2018, prevalence anemia in pregnant women is still high at 48.9%, while Southeast Maluku Regency in 2019 (January-September) is at 22.7% while Puskesmas Kolser is 25.64%. ABSTRAKLatar Belakang. Upaya pemerintah dalam rangka pencegahan preeklampsia saat ini mendapatkan tantangan baru dengan adanya Pandemi Covid-19. Upaya pemerintah untuk mencegah peningkatan kasus Covid 19 adalah dengan kebijakan protokol kesehatan. Bidan sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan harus memiliki inovasi tepat guna dalam memberikan Pendidikan kesehatan sehingga informasi akan lebih efisien dan efektif diberikan. Tujuan.Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas dan umur kehamilan pada ibu hamil setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan melalui whatsapp group terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil dalam deteksi dini preeklampsia pada masa pandemi covid-19 di RSUD Simo. Metode Penelitian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment dengan desain one group pre test-post test design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil dengan usia kehamilan < 37 minggu yang terdiagnosa pre eklamsi dan memiliki nomor telepon yang terdaftar Whatsapp di Poliklinik kandungan RSUD Simo Boyolali periode 15 Agustus s/d 2 Sepetember 2020 sebanyak 45 orang. Sampel sebanyak 41 orang. Teknik sampling simple random sampling. Uji statistic bivariate denga Wilcoxon dan Multivariate dengan Regresi. Hasil. Umur ibu berpengaruh terhadap perubahan pengetahuan dengan p value 0,001. Pendidikan ibu tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan dengan p value 0,082. Pekerjaan ibu berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan dengan p value 0,024. Paritas ibu tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan dengan p value 0,089 dan umur kehamilan ibu tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan dengan p value 0,073. Sedangkan umur ibu berpengaruh terhadap sikap dengan p value 0,001. Pendidikan ibu berpengaruh terhadap sikap dengan p value 0,010. Pekerjaan ibu tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap dengan p value 0,100. To find out whether there is an effect of age, education, occupation, parity and gestational age in pregnant women after being given health education through WhatsApp group on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in early detection of preeclampsia during the Covid-19 pandemic at Simo Hospital. Research methods. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with one group pre-test-post-test design. The population in this study were pregnant women with gestational age <37 weeks who were diagnosed with pre-eclampsia and had a telephone number registered with Whatsapp at the Gynecology Polyclinic at Simo Boyolali Hospital for the period 15 August to 2 September 2020 as many as 45 people. A sample of 41 people.Simple random sampling technique.Bivariate statistical test with Wilcoxon and Multivariate with Regression. Result. Maternal age affects the change in knowledge with p value 0.001. Mother's education has no effect on knowledge with p value 0.082. Mother's job affects knowledge with p value 0.024. Maternal parity has no effect on knowledge with p value 0.089 and maternal gestational age has no effect on knowledge with p value 0.073. Meanwhile, maternal age has an effect on attitudes with p value 0.001. Maternal education has an effect on physical behavior with p value 0.010. Mother's job did not affect attitudes with p value 0.100. Dating violence is violence in a love relationship committed by someone to regulate their partners to obey their desires. If adolescents have a correct understanding of dating violence, adolescents will be able to understand the dangers and alternative ways to avoid and overcome them, so that they will develop attitudes that refuse dating violence. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on adolescent knowledge and attitudes about dating violence at the Abdi Persada Academy of Midwifery, Banjarmasin. The research design used was a pre-experimental design using one group pre-test-post-test design. Sampling used Porposive Sampling, namely 103 AKBID Abdi Persada Banjarmasin students. Data collection using questionnaires in the form of 27 knowledge questions and 16 attitude statements. Bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that before being given health education, there were 94 respondents in the sufficient category of knowledge (91.3%), and 82 respondents (79.6%) negative attitudes, after being given health education knowledge in the good category amounted to 103 respondents (100%), and negative attitudes as many as 54 respondents (52.4%). So there is the effect of health education on adolescent knowledge and attitudes about dating violence because the p value

<p>Low consumption of vegetables and fruit causes an increased risk of chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. The results showed that the majority of pregnant women (52.9%) rarely consume vegetables and fruit in sufficient quantities as recommended. Therefore, it is necessary to provide education about the importance of vegetables and fruits consumption, one of which is through the Information Motivation Behavioral Skill (IMB) approach. This study aims to determine the effect of health education with the Information Motivation Behavior Skill (IMB) approach to increasing knowledge and consumption patterns of vegetables and fruits in pregnant women. This research is a quasi-experimental study with pre-post test design with control groups conducted in pregnant women in the city of Bandung with 60 samples using the observation sheet and questionnaire instruments. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The result of this study indicates that there are significant differences in knowledge and patterns of consumption of vegetables and fruit in pregnant women between the control and treatment groups with a p-value&lt;0.05. Information Motivation Behavior Skill (IMB) Health Education Model approach has a role in increasing the knowledge and consumption patterns of vegetables and fruits in pregnant women.</p>

Background: Choking deserves attention because it often happens to children. The inappropriate handling of choking becomes a vigilance. Caution and handling of choking become crucial even to cadres of Posyandu (the centre for pre- and post-natal health care and information for women and for children under five) in Karangsari Village. Thus, providing them with health education is necessary.Objective: To identify the influence of health education about handling choking on children through booklet media on the knowledge level of Posyandu cadres in Karangsari Village.Research Methods: This is a quantitative research using pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test design approach. The research sample was taken through a total sampling technique. There were 30 cadres fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument consists of pre and post-test questionnaire, which was modified and had been tested for its validity and reliability.Research Result: The research result indicates that the knowledge average value obtained by the 30 respondents before being given health education is 61.50 and after being given health education is 88.00. The result of bivariate analysis using t-test sample paired test shows the p-value of 0.0001.Conclusion: There is an influence of health education about handling choking on children through booklet media on the knowledge level of Posyandu cadres in Karangsari Village.

Emesis gravidarum is a usual complaint that is often experienced by the first trimester pregnant women, and coul develop become hyperemesis gravidarum thus increasing the risk of pregnancy. Ginger is kind of herbs which has been known to prevent nausea vomiting. The purpose of this study is the effectiveness of giving wedang ginger to the frequency of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women trimester I. The design of this research is Quasi experiment with One Group Pre test-Post test design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the sample of 10 first trimester pregnant women who experience emesis gravidarum. This research was conducted at Work Area of ​​Air Lais Puskesmas of North Bengkulu Regency on January 5, 2018 until February 6, 2018. Analysis of difference of frequency of nausea vomiting before and after intervention using Paired Sample T-Test. The results of this study indicate the average frequency of nausea vomiting pregnant women trimester I before given wedang ginger of 9.30. While the average frequency of nausea vomiting trimester pregnant women I after given ginger wedang of 4.50. The result of bivariate analysis showed that there was difference of mean of nausea vomiting frequency before and after intervention of wedang ginger equal to 4,80 with p = 0.000. Expected for the community can take advantage of ginger wedang as an alternative treatment before using antiemetic drugs, and can process other variants of ginger plants that can be used to lower the emesis gravidarum frequency.

Abstrak Demontrasi perawatan payudara akan  membuat keterampilan ibu hamil semakin meningkat dan demonstrasi akan berpengaruhterhadap keterampilan perawatan payudara pada ibu hamil. Perawatan payudara bertujuan untuk melancarkan sirkulasi darah dan mencegah tersumbatnya aliran susu sehingga mempelancar pengeluaran ASI. Target pemberian ASI ekslusif adalah sebesar 80% sedangkan pencapaian di Kota Banda Aceh masih rendah yaitu  55,17%. Dari survei data awal yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Jeulingke Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh didapatkan bahwa jumlah ibu hamil sebanyak 31 orang dari lima desa dan mayoritas tidak bisa melakukan perawatan payudara. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh demonstrasi terhadap keterampilan perawatan payudara pada ibu hamil trimester ketiga diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Jeulingke Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan pre-test post-test desain. Dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jeulingke Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh, pada tanggal 25 Juni sampai dengan 2 Juli 2018. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian inisebanyak 31 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembaran observasi dan uji statistic menggunakan uji wilcoxon dengan taraf signifikasi α=0,05 (C1=95%). Hasil analisis menunjukkan dari 31 responden sebelum diberikan demonstrasi(pre-test) keterampilan responden mayoritas perlu perbaikan sebanyak 28 orang (90,3%) dan responden yang mampu sebanyak 3 orang (9,7%), sedangkan setelah diberikan demonstrasi (post-test) keterampilan responden mayoritas mampu sebanyak 16 orang (51,6%), mahir sebanyak 9 orang (29,1%) dan perlu perbaikan sebanyak 6 orang (19,3 %). Setelah dilakukan uji statistik, didapat nilai p-value 0,000. Kata Kunci      : Demonstrasi, Perawatan Payudara, Keterampilan Abstract Demonstration of breast care will make the skills of pregnant women is increasing and the demonstration will affect the skill of breast care in pregnant women. Breast care aims to improve blood circulation and prevent blockage of milk flow so that it smoothes out breast milk. The target of  the exclusive breastfeeding is 80% while the achievement in Banda Aceh is still low (55.17%).From the initial survey data conducted at the Community Health Center of Jeulingke, Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh, and the number of pregnant women is 31 people from five villages and the majority cannot breast care. This article aims to  know the effect of demonstration on breast care skill in third trimester pregnant woman in work area at Community Health Center (Puskesmas) of Jeulingke, Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. This research has aQuasi Experiment with pre-test post-test design. This research was Conducted in the work area at Puskesmas Jeulingke, District Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh, from 25 June to 2 July 2018. The samples in this research there were 31 people with total sampling technique. And the Data collection is used observation sheet and statistic by wilcoxon testwith a significance level α=0,05 (C1=95%). The results of the analysis show from 31 respondents before being given a demonstration (pre-test) the majority of respondents' skills were categorized as needing improvement as many as 28 people (90.3%) and respondents who were in the category of capable were 3 people (9.7%), while after being given a demonstration ( post-test) the skills of the majority of respondents are in the category of capable as many as 16 people (51.6%), proficient categories as many as 9 people (29.1%) and categories need improvement as much as 6 people (19.3%). During pregnancy, there are system changes that require adaptation, both physiological and psychological. With these changes, pregnant women must know and understand what they are experiencing, so they need health education during pregnancy and how to prepare for safe delivery. Mother class is a means of learning together about pregnant women's health, increasing knowledge, change attitudes and mothers' behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in health education with snowballing and brainstorming methods in pregnant women in the class to increase knowledge and attitudes about preparation for pregnancy and childbirth. This study's design was Quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design of two snowballing groups and a brainstorming group. The number of samples for each group of 30 pregnant women. Analysis with Chi-Square and T-Test. The study results showed significant differences in knowledge and attitudes on the snowballing method (p-value of 0.000) and the brainstorming method with a p-value of knowledge of 0.011 and attitude of 0.000. Health education using snowballing has a more substantial effect, especially on the attitudes of pregnant women.

Pregnancy and Childbirth are physiological. But normal pregnancy and childbirth can turn into pathology. One of the ways to prevent delays in handling is through the readiness of childbirth by means of health education using media and video media. Analyzing the differences in the effectiveness of Prenatal health education using Booklet and Video media in reducing anxiety and increasing maternity readiness. This type of research is Quasy Experiment with one group pretest posttest design research design. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the working area of the South Klaten Puskesmas in the February to September 2019 period with a sampling quota of 60 pregnant women, namely 30 booklet groups and 30 video groups. Data analysis uses paired t-test, Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney. Prenatal health education using the Media Booklet is effective in reducing anxiety and increasing readiness to face labor with a p value <0.05. Prenatal health education using Video Media is effective in decreasing the increase in readiness to face childbirth with a p value <0.05. Prenatal health education using the Booklet media is more effective compared to Video media in reducing anxiety and increasing labor readiness with a p value <0.05

Nowadays, many teenagers are faced with various challenges related to sexuality, such as the case of adolescent pregnancy enhancement, and high levels of sexually transmitted diseases (IMS) such as HIV/AIDS. This is hard for the teenagers to avoid because of several factors, such as the development of a child who is looking for a personal identity and always wants to try new things in their environment. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of adolescents ' health education through video media to change students ' knowledge of adolescent free sex impact in one of the high schools in Jogyakarta. This type of research is pre-experimented with a research plan of one group Pretests postest. The number of respondents was 97 students using total sampling technique. Bivariate analysis of the statistics of Wilcoxon, with an error rate of 5% (0.05). Most of the knowledge of respondents was pre Test 69 (71.1%), and post Test 61 (92.4%). The average level of knowledge of respondents pre test mean = 77.53 and the knowledge level respondent post test mean = 89.77 with the significance value of knowledge variable 0.000 (P value < 0.05) (α). There is a health education influence through video media to student knowledge about the impact of adolescent free sex age.

Background : Tetanus is still a leading cause of maternal and neonatal death and illness. Immunization of TT (Tetanus Toxoid) which is a process of building immunity as an effort to prevent tetanus infection. The estimated global incidence of tetanus is 18 per 100,000 population per year. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in immunizing Tetanus Toxoid. Method : The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. Conducted at Puskesmas Botania, Batam City, the study was conducted for 6 months, the population in this study were all trimester III primigravida pregnant women, with a sample of 30 respondents, using a total sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data presented in tabular and textual form, data analysis using Chi-square. Result : The results of the study of 30 respondents found that 20 respondents (66.7%) had less knowledge about TT immunization, it was found that 19 respondents (63.3%) had negative attitudes, based on bivariate analysis using chi-square. From the Chi-Square test with a significance limit (α) = 0.05 and the result of p-value = 0.000 which means p-velue <(α). Conclusion : It is said that the two variables have a relationship or Ha is accepted, this means that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and attitudes. in carrying out TT immunization at the Botania Health Center, Batam City. Research suggestions for pregnant women increase knowledge about TT immunization so that mothers comply with TT immunization
