This study aims to determine the effect of Knowledge (X1) and Attitude (X2) on Community Participation in Waste Bank Management (Y) in Batu Aji Sub-district, Batam City. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to the garbage bank management unit located in Batu Aji district. This study used a saturated sample of 38 respondents. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The conclusions of the results of this study indicate that: (1). Partially that Knowledge influence to Community Participation in Waste Bank Management (t count = 5,736 > t table = 2,030); (2). Partially that Attitudes not affect Community Participation in Waste Bank Management (t count = 1.176 < t table = 2,030); (3). Simultaneously Knowledge and Attitudes significantly influence the Community Participation in Waste Management Bank (F count = 16.666> F table =3.27)

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Net profit margin and total assets turnover on the growth of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that net profit margin and total asset turnover had a significant effect with the sig value (0.032) <α (0.05), while partially the net profit margin had a significant effect with the sig value (0.035) <α (0.05), whereas Total asset turnover has no significant effect on the sig value (0.812)> α (0.05), and the magnitude of the effect of net profit margin and total asset turnover on company growth is 0.092 or (9.2%), while the rest is 90.8%. influenced by other factors outside the research.

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). Influence of accountability, quality of service, belief Muzakki on loyalty Muzzak. This research aims to discuss the influence of accountability, quality of service, trust Muzakki against Muzzaki loyalty to the institution Muzakki Management Institute Infaq (LMI) Surabaya. The research method is using a quantitative approach. The Unit of analysis in research is to use respondents Muzzaki for 100 Muzzaki in the area of Surabaya, with the research instrument using the questionnaire in the area of Surabaya, and the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the simultaneous influence was positive and significant and partiality that accounting was influential towards Muzzaki loyalty, the quality of service was influential on Muzzaki loyalty, and Muzzaki's belief had an effect on Muzzaki loyalty.

ABSTRACTOne of the models applied by Denpasar City in waste management is the 3R Integrated Waste Management Site (TPST-3R) in Kesiman Kertalangu Village, Denpasar City. Some obstacles to the implementation of waste management at TPST-3R such as the lack of community participation in waste management. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the level of community participation in waste management in TPST-3R in Kesiman Kertalangu Village, Denpasar. The design of this study used analytic observational research, using a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The place of this study was in TPST-3R in Kesiman Kertalangu Village, Denpasar City, the sample size in this study was 84 heads of households. The results showed that the proportion of community participation in waste management was 38.10%. Factors that significantly influence community participation on waste bank are community knowledge and support from the community leaders (OR = 7.76; 95% CI = 2.19-27.58; p = 0.002) and (OR = 20.26; 95% CI = 5.10-, respectively.Keywords: Waste management, waste bank, level of participation.

The Purpose of the research is to determine the effect of fairness compensation on organizational commitment. Fairness of compensation is indicated by salary, incentives, bonuses, benefits, insurance and pension guarantees. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was nurses in one hospital at  Semarang City. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique is purposive sampling obtained 81 samples. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The research indicate that: 1) Salary has no significant effect on organizational commitment, 2). Incentives have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 3). bonuses have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. 4). Allowances have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 5). Insurance has no significant effect on organizational commitment. 6). Pension insurance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Government policy in waste management nowadays does not consider the aspect of environment and local wisdom. Whereas, community support either good will or political will is needed. This research was conducted in Purwokerto by applying qualitative (triangulation) and quantitative (survey, AHP) method. The result shows that keriganpattern-based green community participation in green waste management including institution, empowerment, activities, cooperation, and funding is not effectively implemented. The policy model of green community-based green waste management to support green city reveals that AHP indicates the green community participation is the main aspect to take into account. The policy strategy to be done should consider green community,the local wisdom revitalization of kerigan pattern, extend waste bank, city park, tree bank, management revitalization, socialization of ‘picking up waste’ movement, waste deposit, waste insurance by emphasizing on ecoliteracy, ecodesign, and mental revolution

This study describes the influence of the principal's leadership behavior and community participation on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. The method used is descriptive analytical survey method. Data collection techniques and procedures through, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion are 1) There is an influence of the principal's leadership behavior on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. 2) There is an influence of community participation on the implementation of education in SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. 3) There is an influence between leadership behavior and community participation together on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. Principal leadership behavior and community participation are able to influence the implementation of education with a contribution of 24.2%, while the remaining 75.8% is influenced by factors not included in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and career development on employee retention. The study was conducted at Batur Natural Hot Spring in Bangli, with 83 employees. Data collection is done by census method (saturated sample) from the distribution of questionnaires with data analysis tools using multiple linear regression. The results of the study are compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. The implications of this study expect leaders to be able to consider compensation to be provided in accordance with the targets and workload of employees, able to behave fairly and provide career development programs for all employees. The purpose of this research is to examine the capital effect and land area toward the coffee farmers income in Lewa Jadi Village, Bandar District, Bener Meriah Regency. This research based on quantitative approach. The sampel used is the communities of coffee farmers who the coffee ground about 73 respondents. The primary data as the instrument of collecting data utilized in this study. The primary data is obtained by distributing questonnaires to the coffee farmers. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, multicoliniarity test, heterokedasticity test, determinant test, T test, F test with spss version 16. The result of study shows that the variable of capital has the possitive and significant effect toward the coffee farmers income in Lewa Jadi Village, Bandar District, Bener Meriah Regency. Next, the variable of land area has the possitive and significant effect too on the income of coffee farmers in Lewa Jadi village, Bandar District, Bener Meriah Regency.   Keywords: Capital, Land area, Income.     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Modal dan Luas Lahan Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Kopi di Desa Lewa Jadi Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Metodelogi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif.Sampel yang digunakan adalah masyarakat petani kopi yang mempunyai lahan kopi sebanyak 73 responden.Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran angket (kuisioner) kepada petani kopi. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji multikoleniaritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji determinan, uji T, uji F dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa variabel modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani kopi di Desa Lewa Jadi Kecamatan Bandar kabupaten Bener Meriah. Dan variabel luas lahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani kopi di Desa Lewa Jadi Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Bener Meriah.   Kata Kunci: Modal, Luas Lahan, Pendapatan.
