Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a contagious virus that spreads exponentially across the world, resulting in serious viral pneumonia. Several companies and researchers have put their tremendous effort into developing novel vaccines or drugs for the complete eradication of COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2. Bionanotechnology plays a vital role in designing functionalized biocompatible nanoparticulate systems with higher antiviral capabilities. Thus, several nanocarriers have been explored in designing and delivering drugs and vaccines. This problem can be overcome with the intervention of biomaterials or bionanoparticles. The present review describes the comparative analysis of SARS infection and its associated etiological agents. This review also highlighted some nanoparticles that have been explored in the treatment of COVID-19. However, these carriers elicit several problems once they come in contact with biological systems. Often, the body’s immune system treats these nanocarriers as foreign particles and antigens. In contrast, some bionanoparticles are highlighted here with their potential application in SARS-CoV-2. However, bionanoparticles have demonstrated some drawbacks discussed here with the possible outcomes. The scope of bioinspired nanoparticles is also discussed in detail to explore the new era of research. It is highly essential for the effective delivery of these nanoparticles to the target site. For effective management of SARS-CoV-2, different delivery patterns are also discussed here.

Goal. The purpose of the research is to conduct a comparative study of the work of the Central Bank of the world with their governments in the context of forming a mechanism for synergistic interaction of its economic policy instruments to improve the level of economic development. Topicality. The actualization of this study is the need to establish effective formal and informal links between the central bank as a system-forming financial institution that shapes the monetary policy of the state and the government as a governing body that creates a virgin economic policy. There is a need for a systematic comparative analysis of the experience of developed and developing countries in order to form an effective tool for economic policy of the central bank with its government and make effective management decisions aimed at improving the level of economic development. Results. The system of relations between the central bank of developed and developing countries and their governments is described. Factors of positive and negative influence on the formation of economic policy tools of the central bank of the countries and their governments are revealed. Formal and informal links have been analyzed between the world country’s central bank and its government in the process of implementing the central bank’s economic policy. The mechanism of synergetic interaction of the tools of economic policy of the central bank of the countries with their governments is improved, which contains indicative indicators of the interactions of the central bank, ministries, government of the countries for the purpose of making effective management decisions. The necessity of systematic work of all stakeholders (central bank, government, other stakeholders) in the process of forming economic policy, the implementation of which can affect the level of economic development of the state, is substantiated. Conclusions. The comparative analysis with elements of benchmarking estimation is carried out The mechanism of relations of the central bank of the country with its government is improved. The role of this interaction of the country's central bank with its government and other stakeholders was assessed.

The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of translation Garcia Lorca’s verses from the series “Canciones para niños”. The author suggests to give up on understanding the work of the Spanish poet as tragic and pay attention on the phenomenon of “bright joy” in his works. The world of childhood is a core uniting many poems. “Canciones para niños” is distinguished by duality both at the level of structure and content, which is achieved by combining folklore motifs from the childhood with the adult symbolism of traditional images for Garcia Lorca. It should be noted that the "cold" color scheme, metal, monochrome are dominant: in this way the poet creates the mirror effect between the world of childhood and the world of adulthood. Light, weightless tunes are intended for children, and the cold world behind the looking glass is made for adults, for the “generation of 27” with whom Garcia Lorca determined the creative trajectories of the new era. А translator faces a difficult task: to convey the ambivalence of images, preserving the simplicity and playful laconicism of the form for young readers, revealing the deep tragedy of the disappointments of growing up for their parents.

The outbreak of Coronavirus across the world has fundamentally changed the way society functions. The pandemic has shifted the way a capitalist economy works for the state. Drastic measures have had to be put in place; for example, many countries have put extra investment into the health sector and generated support for people who cannot work due to the lockdown rules that have been implemented. More than ever before, the state is playing a vital role. Therefore, various institutions, from charities and non-government organisations, to the public/private sectors, are the driving forces in tackling this pandemic. The aim of this paper is to provide an overview of the ways forward and the ways in which social enterprise will be imperative in this global pandemic.

The policies formed by US leadership play a vital role in establishing US hegemony all over the world. The foreign policy of a state made according to the national interest. A rational decision of a leader plays a vital role in the effectiveness of the foreign policy. The challenges faced by Barack Obama in 2008 were somehow different from the challenges faced by Trump in 2016. Syzygium aromaticum commonly known as Clove is considered to be the most precious spice among others, which has been continued to be utilized for centuries for different biological and therapeutic purposes. It is a tropical tree which belongs to the Myrtaceae family and natively originated from Indonesia. However, in current times it is found in a few other places of the world including Brazil. Clove is viewed as perhaps the most extravagant source of phenolic mixes, for example, eugenol, eugenol acetic acid derivatives and so on. These mixtures have incredible potential for restorative, organic and other rural applications. In this review we have tried to figure out some of the important medicinal or therapeutic as well as phytobiotic and agricultural utilizations of the products prepared from Clove. We have tried to give an extra emphasis on the application of clove as a product of herbal contraception however for this purpose dose of the extract (either aqueous or ethanolic) of clove plays the vital role in this case. Although for establishing or making clove products commercially available as a safe product for herbal contraception or other medicinal impacts, more studies are required, and it could open a new era in the field of herbal medicine that would be much safer and feasible.

The article deals with the features of the Russian policy of agriculture support in comparison with the EU and the US policies. Comparative analysis is held considering the scales and levels of collective agriculture support, sources of supporting means, levels and mechanisms of support of agricultural production manufacturers, its consumers, agrarian infrastructure establishments, manufacturers and consumers of each of the principal types of agriculture production. The author makes an attempt to estimate the consequences of Russia’s accession to the World Trade Organization based on a hypothesis that this will result in unification of the manufacturers and consumers’ protection levels in Russia with the countries that have long been WTO members.

Climate change is a financial factor that carries with it risks and opportunities for companies. To support boards of directors of companies belonging to all jurisdictions, the World Economic Forum issued in January 2019 eight Principlescontaining both theoretical and practical provisions on: climate accountability, competence, governance, management, disclosure and dialogue. The paper analyses each Principle to understand scope and managerial consequences for boards and to evaluate whether the legal distinctions, among the various jurisdictions, may undermine the application of the Principles or, by contrast, despite the differences the Principles may be a useful and effective guidance to drive boards' of directors' conduct around the world in handling climate change challenges. Five jurisdictions are taken into consideration for this comparative analysis: Europe (and UK), US, Australia, South Africa and Canada. The conclusion is that the WEF Principles, as soft law, is the best possible instrument to address boards of directors of worldwide companies, harmonise their conduct and effectively help facing such global emergency.

Subject. This article discusses the issues of development of the Krasnaya Polyana resort area. Objectives. The article aims to assess the competitive ability and attractiveness of this resort area through developing indicators. Methods. For the study, we used a comparative analysis, and factor and ranking score techniques. Results. The article offers original methods to assess the competitiveness of the ski resort area and describes possible directions to increase and improve the competitiveness and attractiveness of ski resorts. Conclusions. Comprehensive development indicators help assess the competitive ability of the ski resort area. Modified expert, sociological, rating, and differential methods contribute to the effective management of the resort area's advantages.
