Sports management is booming, thanks to society’s growing interest in sports in general. This work provides an exhaustive review of the scientific literature of one of the variables most coveted by managers: loyalty. Antecedents positively related to loyalty are also conceptualized in this paper. The scientific literature search was limited to the last 15years to achieve a better fit with today’s context. The Web of Science database was the main search method used, along with other, secondary resources, for a total of 328 scientific articles obtained as a base for this review. The results of this study bring together the most representative data in a systematic review of the loyalty variable in the field of sports management: the antecedents of loyalty, the terms with the greatest presence in the theory, the most representative authors and sources of this topic, and so on. One of the most significant results obtained from the review of these 300 bibliographical references is that the factors to be borne in mind for marketing strategies in sports organizations are satisfaction, commitment, trust, and service quality. The literature reflects that these variables, present in studies on loyalty in general, can also be found in the literature on sports management – in particular, satisfaction and service quality. However, few papers include all these antecedents at once, making this an interesting field for future research.

Traditionally, marketing has been characterized by a lack of discrimination between tangible products and intangible services. Many marketing theorists presently subscribe to the view that the parameters of service exchanges are so different as to render conventional, product-based marketing paradigms invalid: However, definitive services marketing normatives remain limited in both range and scope. The author investigates specific services marketing strategies that have been prescribed in the services marketing literature. These strategies are assessed in terms of their actual usage amongst a sample of 44 advertising agencies. The research findings revealed that: (i) five marketing/managerial strategies were in common use - service quality, creativity, client-bonding, planning strategically, and operating efficiently; (11) advertising agencies freedom to adopt broader portfolios of services marketing strategies was constrained by their openness to client demands, and their emphasis upon having agency personnel serve as tangible service proxies. The implications of these findings and future research avenues in services marketing are discussed.

Technification in agriculture has resulted in the inclusion of more efficient companies that have evolved into a more complex sector focused on production and quality. Artificial intelligence, one of the relevant areas of technology, is transforming the agriculture sector by reducing the consumption and use of resources. This research uses a bibliometric methodology and a fractional counting method of clustering to analyze the scientific literature on the topic, reviewing 2629 related documents recorded on the Web of Science and Scopus databases. The study found significant results regarding the most relevant and prolific authors (Hoogenboom), supporting research organizations (National Natural Science Foundation of China) and countries (U.S., China, India, or Iran). The identification of leaders in this field gives researchers new possibilities for new lines of research based on previous studies. An in-depth examination of authors’ keywords identified different clusters and trends linking Artificial Intelligence and green economy, sustainable development, climate change, and the environment.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0in 0.6in 0pt 0.5in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">The article investigates the force field stakeholder structure of National Football League (NFL) sport organizations relative to those that provide the domain that governs the management of other medium to large commercial entities. Textual and visual images of the affiliations among the various NFL organizations&rsquo; stakeholder groups in the manuscript provide a framework of the stakeholder force field domain. The model presents comparative and contrasting data relevant to typical business organizations of similar size, expenses, and revenue capacity. Finally, the article identifies managerial practices in NFL organizations and provides explanations for these processes applicable to the force field domain under which they are governed. The authors conclude that managerial practices in NFL organizations are contrary to those adhered to in regular commercial enterprises; however, these managerial practices are appropriate for the particular stakeholder force field domain that governs these particular sport organizations, which fosters &ldquo;collaborative parity.&rdquo; Future research that delves into areas of major league football&rsquo;s and other leagues&rsquo; evolving economic constructs as they pertain to stakeholder issues such as controlling labor costs, the relocation of a particular team, and the necessity of increasing the volume of existing and emerging revenue streams is recommended. </span></span></p>

From a financial perspective, working capital represents the liquidity of firms that makes them able to deal with short-term liabilities in current assets (inventories, receivables accounts, and net financial resources). However, this concept is also considered in scientific literature as, among other meanings, stock of productive capital, or variables costs. Considering the importance of working capital in a firms’ dynamics, the principal objective of this study is to highlight the main gaps and insights in literature concerning working capital and to suggest future research. For this purpose, bibliometric analysis was carried out through bibliographic information from both the Web of Science Core Collection and from the Scopus for the topic of “working capital”. These data were first worked through bibliometric approaches, considering the VOSviewer and Gephi software and later surveyed through a literature review. As the main insights, it is worth highlighting that there are several gaps in related literature, where the most worrying is the weak reference to sustainability or sustainable development concepts. Finally, the majority of the networked research was focused on just a few authors, organizations, and countries.

Background. Intrauterine pathological processes, the most common medical conditions of which are leiomyoma, adenomyosis and infiltrative adenocarci- noma, currently represent a quite prevailing group of gynecological pathology, dangerous due to the potential of malignancy and recurrence. The development of an integrated non-invasive diagnostic approach that takes into account risk factors, symptoms, clinical examination and imaging, makes it possible to make an accurate diagnosis, which is essential to determine therapeutic strategy. Рurpose – to carry out a systematic analysis of the uptodate scientific literature regarding the use of imaging methods in diagnosis of pathological processes of the myometrium and determine the main directions of their development in these pathologies. Materials and methods. The material for the study were publications and results of clinical trials found in Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection and PubMed databases for the period from 2013 to 2020 based on the keywords like “adeno- myosis”, “leiomyoma”, “adenocarcinoma”, “sonography”, “sonoelastography”. Results and discussion. The complexity of diagnosing myometrial neoplasms, especially in case of combinations, initiates the search for new algorithms for diagnosing pathological processes of the myometrium, the purpose of which, ultimately, is to determine personalized strategy of treatment of female patients. According to the literature, recently sonoelastography potential has been increasingly used in diagnosis of the reproductive system diseases and assessment of the functional state of uterine tissues, contributing to differential diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of these diseases. Conclusions. Thus, there is a limited number of studies on the diagnosis of myometrium pathology along with insufficient general standards of technique for conducting and interpreting the findings of sonoelastography in the reproductive system pathology. Adding sonoelastography data to sonographic images in B-mode is useful for differentiating leiomyoma, adenomyosis, and normal uterus, which is reflected in increased accuracy and diagnostic consistency. Sonoelastography potential consists in increasing the accuracy of diagnosis, safety and availability of the method, its low cost. This contributes to the possibility of wider implementation of the technique in clinical practice in order to obtain additional diagnostic information.

Background. Sports organizations exist to perform tasks that can only be executed through cooperative effort, and sports management is responsible for the performance and success of these organizations. The main problem concerning sports organizations and making them implement modern management paradigms is the duality of functions, which divides a sports organization into units increasing the internal competition and reducing the possibilities to create new knowledge. This undoubtedly affects the insufficiently productive functioning of a sports organization under modern conditions of globalization. Organizational intelligence (OI) could be a way to promote innovations, create and share knowledge (McMaster, 1998; Winand, Qualizza, Vos, Zintz, & Scheerder, 2013b). Methods. Two questionnaires were used in this research: first, regarding the evaluation of organizational intelligence level, the second regarding the sports organization’s preparation for innovations. Results. One of the lowest evaluated OI factors was organizational openness and the highest rating was given to group work. Comparing OI internal dimensions score of sports organizations which implemented or not innovations during the last 12 months it became clear that there was a significant difference in the scores for organizational openness in sport organizations which implemented innovations and (M = 4.2747, SD = 0.82337) and for sport organizations which did not implement innovations (M = 3.5874, SD = 0.51288), p = .24 (two-tailed). Conclusion. Sports organizations having more features of intelligent organization more analyse innovation development opportunities in various aspects, but the level of intelligence and innovation ideas development has no relation, except for costs analysis. Sports organization becoming intelligent and developing innovations had advantage only in some phases of innovation development: situation analysis and decision making.

The purpose of this scoping review is to provide a timely update of available research describing parents’ perspectives of parenting pre-teen children of Generation Z (born 1997 through 2012). The databases of Ovid MEDLINE, CIHAHL, SCOPUS, Web of Science, JUSTOR, and PsyINFO were searched using a combination of key words for manuscripts published in English. A limited collection of scientific literature documented experiences of parents, practices of parenting, styles of parenting, and interventions that influence parenting of Generation Z pre-teen children among various groups of parents. Although an emerging body of literature on parenting pre-teen children of Generation Z was identified, future research should consider systematic sample selection to further explore the roles of cultural and psychosocial factors that influence parents’ perspectives of parenting “digital natives” in homes around the world.

According to the United Nations, 70% of the world’s population will live in cities by 2050, increasing the proliferation of areas of social exclusion and thus polarization and segregation. The establishment of multidimensional measures seeks to identify such situations of social exclusion to inform social policies and interventions. However, some concerns emerge: Are these measures catching the needs of people living in particularly disadvantages areas? Do they offer a human-centred approach or a territorial focus? Is the multidimensionality of such measures reflecting nonmaterial aspects such as health, access to liveable environments or political participation? To analyse how the scientific literature is addressing the measurement of social exclusion to tackle such urban challenges, a systematic review following the PRISMA guidelines was performed in the Web of Science database. After screening following the inclusion criteria, 28 studies were identified that analysed systems of indicators that multidimensionally examined social exclusion at the individual and/or family level in urban contexts. Despite studies being eminently limited to some Western countries, the results revealed a broad diversity. However, very few of them fully focused on the specific characteristics of marginalized urban areas, and most found serious difficulties in overcoming a material approach.

A systematic literature review (SLR) from 1991 to 2019 is carried out about EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) excellence model in this paper. The aim of the paper is to present state of the art in quantitative research on the EFQM excellence model that will guide future research lines in this field. The articles were searched with the help of six strings and these six strings were executed in three popular databases i.e. Scopus, Web of Science, and Science Direct. Around 584 peer-reviewed articles examined, which are directly linked with the subject of quantitative research on the EFQM excellence model. About 108 papers were chosen finally, then the purpose, data collection, conclusion, contributions, and type of quantitative of the selected papers are discussed and analyzed briefly in this study. Thus, this study identifies the focus areas of the researchers and knowledge gaps in empirical quantitative literature on the EFQM excellence model. This article also presents the lines of future research.

Consumer behavior research seems to play an big role in determining the wants and needs of an industry. This research helps to shape the way we market to the consumers and helps make marketing strategies more effective. In the 1950s grocery stores began to sell horticulture products in order to alleviate the growers' surplus. Supermarkets now have seem to found their niche in this market due to the fact that they can influence their consumers to buy their flowers right along with their bread, and get all of their shopping done at once. This new type of sale, commonly referred to as the impulse sale, can relate directly to how well the store is merchandised and maintained. A study was conducted at a local supermarket, to determine the following: good locations for impulse sales items, special conditions affecting impulse sales items, and what types of things could affect demand for impulse items. It was discovered that certain locations make better sales than other locations. Locations that were front and center and allowed easy access to seeing the mixed flower bouquet without having to touch it yielded the best results. The variables used to show a change in demand showed little to some variability and has raised some questions which may be used to conduct future research.
