In recent years, atmospheric ozone pollution has become more and more serious in many areas of China due to the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization. The increase in atmospheric ozone concentration will not only cause harm to the human respiratory tract, nervous system and immune system, but also cause obvious harm to crops, which will lead to reductions in crop production. Therefore, the study of atmospheric ozone pollution should not be ignored in research on the atmospheric environment. In this paper, we summarized the formation mechanisms of atmospheric ozone, the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of atmospheric ozone in some areas of China, the relationship between atmospheric ozone and its precursors, and the main factors affecting the concentration of atmospheric ozone. Then, the control countermeasures against atmospheric ozone pollution were put forward in combination with the actual situation in China.

Abstract The relevance of the topic of scientific research is associated with the use of new liquid fertilizers and a growth regulator in spring wheat crops to increase the yield and quality of grain in the central zone of the Orenburg region. Ensuring food security today is becoming one of the most urgent tasks set by the government of the Russian Federation for domestic agriculture. To solve this problem, it is necessary, first of all, to increase the yield of agricultural crops, rationally using all the factors affecting it. One of these factors is the timely and sufficient application of mineral fertilizers, the cost of which largely determines the size of the cost of production. The emergence of precision farming is associated, first of all, with the improvement of all types of agricultural machinery and technologies, as well as with the rapid development of computer technology, methods of computer modeling and information technology. The integrating basis of the technology is geographic information systems that allow registering and processing information characterizing the state of soil and crops. This information makes it possible to effectively use one of the most significant resources in crop production - mineral fertilizers.

Labor productivity is an important indicator of Chinese construction industry development, so it has a positive influence on study the factors affecting construction labor productivity for the sustainable development in construction industry. Since Chongqing became one of Chinese municipality in 1997, construction industry had a rapid development. But the construction labor productivity in Chongqing is still low. Thus, this paper selects construction labor productivity data in Chongqing as the research object, and indicates labor productivity is affected by eight specific factors from economy, technology, capital, labor and management aspects. Based on the data, this paper uses principal component analysis (PCA) method and multiple linear regression (MLR) to analyze the relationship between labor productivity and affecting factors. The result reveals labor productivity in Chongqing is affected by the average wage in construction industry, GDP and construction and installation engineering investment. Meanwhile, a low labor productivity in Chongqing dues to a lack of technological innovation.

The rapid development of science and technology has led to the emergence of a crisis in society. Science "pushes" religion, but does not offer a new moral code in its place. The definitions of "security" are almost as many and as controversial as postmodernism. For the purposes of this study, however, it will be sufficient to define security as "the functional state of a system that provides for the neutralization and counteraction of external and internal factors affecting or potentially damaging the system." This scientific article presents a study, which seeks to answer the question why the paradigm "security" is so important in the postmodern society, what are the roots of its influence and meaning, and to seek conclusions and guidelines for its increase.

The problem associated with the household behavior on solid waste disposal site in todays society is complex because of the large quantity and diverse nature of the wastes. Due increase the population, rapid development, global agricultural development has moved rapidly, limitations of financing, emerging limitations of both energy and raw materials and also add to the complexity of any waste management system, large quantities of wastes are being generated in different forms such as solid, liquid and gases. This research explored factors affecting the level of participation in solid waste segregation and recycling of households in Romania, as well as examining current Romania households waste management practices and their knowledge of waste management. This study investigated the solid waste situation and the organization of solid waste management in both urban and rural settings from the perspective of households. Solid waste management is a key component of public services which needs to serve the urban and rural municipalities in an efficient way in order to maintain a decent standard of public health.

In accordance with this, on the basis of work experience in the public administration system and analysis of civil service reforms in the countries of the region, the main challenges and possible solutions are shown. In the professionalization of the state apparatus, the importance of the merit principles in the selection and promotion stages of personnel through the empowerment of human resource (HR) management services, the integrity of tools and approaches at all stages of selection process, and the responsibility of the selection board are noted. The author focuses on the need to ensure a balance of powers, responsibility and resources, delimitation of powers between political and administrative civil servants, optimization of information flows. Particular importance is paid to corporate culture, which is one of the main factors affecting the efficiency of the state apparatus. It is noted that central values of corporate culture and leadership in state bodies of the countries of our region, along with generally accepted in the modern leadership theory, should be respect for the dignity, work and time of employees.

Based on the fundamental concept of sustainable development, this study empirically analyzes the spatio-temporal characteristics, formation mechanisms and obstacle factors of the urban-rural integration of shrinking cities in China, from 2008 to 2018. The conclusions are as follows: the overall level of the urban-rural integration of shrinking cities in China is low; the internal differences of urban-rural integration are also small, and the changes are slow. Next, the space difference is high in the east and low in the west, high in the south and low in the north. Moreover, differences exist among different levels of urban agglomerations. Urban economic efficiency, urban resources and environment, urban social equity and rural economic efficiency are the main factors affecting the urban-rural integration of shrinking cities in China. Urban and rural economic efficiency are the two most prominent shortcomings that restrict the urban-rural integration of shrinking cities. The spatial resistance mode of each city is more than the two-system resistance; the main resistance of shrinking cities with a higher level of urban-rural integration also comes from the non-economic field. This study expands the research scope that up till now has ignored the discussion of urban-rural issues in the research of shrinking cities at home and abroad, and provides practical guidance for the sustainable development of shrinking cities in China.

Plant nutrient is one of the limiting factors affecting crop production. Nitrogen and boron are major nutrients in case of broccoli. So, an experiment was carried out to evaluate the effect of nitrogen and boron in seed yield and yield attributing characters of broccoli in Rampur, Chitwan during winter season. The experiment was laid out in factorial RCBD design with four levels of nitrogen and two levels of boron. Each plot consists of 25 plants which were separated by 60 * 60 cm spacing. There are altogether eight treatments replicates thrice. Local variety Calabrese was used.  Significant effect of different dose of nitrogen and boron on yield attributing characters was found. Also interactive effect of nitrogen and boron in number of pods, pod length, seed yield and number of seeds per pod was found significantly different.Int J Appl Sci Biotechnol, Vol 3(3): 541-544

The combination of panel data regression consist of time series data, it was collected based on a characteristic at a certain time (cross section). This research aimed to analyze the affecting factors and dominant factors of Dengue Hemoragic Fever (DHF) cases in East Java using panel data regression. This research uses secondary data published by the East Java Provincial Health Office, namely the Health Profile and the East Java Provincial Statistics Agency such as documents of each Districts/City in Numbers of East Java on 2014––2017 using total research population that were collected in all districts/cities in East Java Province. The data of new cases of DHF and factors affecting the incidence of DHF including clean and healthy living behavior in the household, poverty, population density, rainfall in East Java on 2014––2017. Panel regression analysis is used to determine the best model of the CEM, FEM and REM using Chow test, Hausman test and Langrange Multiplier test. Based on the results, the best model of panel regression is FEM with affecting variables such as poverty, population density, and rainfall.
