This article proposes a methodology to measure the productivity of a construction site through the analysis of tower crane data. These data were obtained from a data logger that records a time series of spatial and load data from the lifting machine during the structural phase of a construction project. The first step was data collection, followed by preparation, which consisted of formatting and cleaning the dataset. Then, a visualization step identified which data was the most meaningful for the practitioners. From that, the activity of the tower crane was measured by extracting effective lifting operations using the load signal essentially. Having used such a sampling technique allows statistical analysis on the duration, load, and curvilinear distance of every extracted lifting operation. The build statistical distribution and indicators were finally used to compare construction site productivity.

Abstract: The purpose of this research at finding out empirical evidence concerning whether clustering technique and vocabulary mastery are effective or not for the student to write recount text. The research methodology used is an experiment. The sampling technique uses random sampling at Private Vocational High Schools in East Jakarta. Data collection is obtained by testing their vocabulary mastery and writing skills. Data analysis to test hypothesis is two ways ANOVA. The research results conclude 1) There is a significant effect of the clustering technique on students’ writing skills with the value (Sig) being 0.000 < 0.05 and F0 = 36.740. 2) A significant effect of vocabulary mastery on students’ writing skills with the value (Sig) is 0.000 < 0.05 and F0 = 72.161. 3) There is a significant interactive effect of clustering technique and vocabulary mastery on students’ writing skills. With the value (sig) is 0.018 < 0.05 and F0 = 5.921. Then all of H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. So, there is the effect of clustering technique and vocabulary mastery on students’ writing skills in recount text.
Keywords: Clustering Technique, Vocabulary Mastery, Writing Skill, Recount Text

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in intimacy, passion and commitment in married women judging from length of marriage. The theory used to explain intimacy, passion and commitment in this study is the Triangular Theory love proposed by Sternberg (1986). This study was conducted at 402 married women. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection devices are questionnaire, in the form of the triangular theory of love scale (STLS) adapted by the authors, with the reliability of the scale is 0.956. The results of the data analysis with the Kruskal Wallis technique, obtained value of Asymp. Significance is 0.026 (p < 0.05). The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant differences of intimacy, passion and commitment in married women judging from the length of marriage.

The population of this research was 52 people with purposive sampling sampling technique with 52 samples. data collection was done by using questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test.

The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824> 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 <0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931> 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 <0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.
