This paper presents a new algorithm based on model reference Kalman torque prediction algorithm combined with the sliding root mean square (SRMS). It is necessary to improve the accuracy and reliability of the pinch detection for avoiding collision with the height adjustable desk and accidents on users. Motors need to regulate their position and speed during the operation using different voltage by PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to meet the requirement of position synchronization. It causes much noise and coupling information in the current sampling signal. Firstly, to analyze the working principle of an electric height adjustable desk control system, a system model is established with consideration of the DC (Direct Current) motor characteristics and the coupling of the system. Secondly, to precisely identify the load situation, a new model reference Kalman perdition method is proposed. The load torque signal is selected as a pinch state variable of the filter by comparing the current signal. Thirdly, to meet the need of the different loads of the electric table, the sliding root means square (SRMS) of the torque is proposed to be the criterion for threshold detection. Finally, to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm, the experiments are carried out in the actual system. Experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can detect the pinched state accurately under different load conditions.

Based on the analysis of the working principle and the failure phenomena as well as their mechanism of a particular type of tracked vehicle hydraulic shift system, a model of the hydraulic system is established using the fluid simulation software AMESim. The responses of the system are then calculated through adjusting some of the parameters of the system and inputting various fault information into the simulation model, so as to find out the correspondence between the dynamic characteristics of the system abnormity and specific component failures. It can be concluded that such simulation can serve as an easy and reliable way to analyze all kinds of fault responses in order to provide a solid reference basis for the fault diagnosis of the actual system.

Abstract An application scheme of Poe based Ethernet technology in meteorological intelligent sensor system is designed. The working principle and implementation method of Ethernet power supply system (POE) based on IEEE802.3af Ethernet power supply industry standard are experimentally analyzed. The power supply part of the meteorological intelligent sensor makes full use of Poe technology to provide current on the network cable transmitting data, which greatly reduces the complexity of the power supply system and improves the reliability of the system power supply design. Through the test of the actual system, the function and performance of the meteorological intelligent transmission system have achieved the expected results.

For a student, determining how to choose from a set of courses is an important issue prior to learning. An appropriate learning guide can direct students toward an area of interest. The learning results produced by the student in this case are superior due to their strong interest in the subject matter. Although a number of methods have been proposed to address this issue, the effectiveness remains unsatisfactory. To this end, we created an effective system, called the personality-driven course decision assistant, to help students determine the courses they should select by mining and filtering learners’ personality patterns. For learner pattern mining, the relationships between the students’ learning results and the referred personalities are discovered to provide the learners with valuable information before learning. For filtering learner personality patterns, students with similar personality patterns are filtered to predict the potential learning results. Through the actual system, a number of subjective and objective evaluations were conducted, and the evaluation results reveal that the proposed system is highly effective and reliable.

The aim of this paper is to present the real-time implementation and measurements of a reduced switch count in space vector pulse width modulation for three-level neutral point clamped inverters (3L-NPC). We implement space vector pulse width modulation, which uses a prediction algorithm to reduce the number of switches in power transistors (switch count) by up to about 13%. The algorithm applies additional redundant voltage vectors. The method is compute-intensive and was implemented on a dual-core TMS320F28379D digital signal controller. The latest measurements of steady and dynamic states of electric drive, powered by a 3L-NPC inverter using this method, confirmed the possibility of using this method in practical implementation. The implementation and results of the measurements are presented in this paper.

A mathematical model is developed for calculating the pressures and flows in an artificial heart, its pneumatic drive unit, and a mock circulatory system. The system is divided into convenient subsystems to facilitate the analysis, and each subsystem is then analyzed separately. The set of independent equations developed is solved on a computer and corresponding experimental tests are made on the actual system. A comparison of the experimental and computer results shows good agreement for the mean flow rate through the pump and also for several instantaneous pressures and flow rates in the system.

This paper studies the automatic test system of bus dashboard EOL (end of line) based on machine vision. Based on machine vision theory, Identification and detection algorithm of panel signal indicator elements and tachometer pointer readings was studied combining single-frame still images and real-time processing of color video image, the automatic parallel detection of multiple dashboard was realized by distributed network architecture. This paper first describes the function requirements, the overall composition and working principle of automatic test system. Then, it proposes an automatic identification and detection algorithm of dashboard symbol sheets and pointer position. Finally, it shows the designing of automatic test software with a self-learning and auto-detection function, and describes the working process of the software. The tests prove that the system is capable of realizing fast and accurate auto-test of bus dashboard functions based on the non-contact of machine vision, which improves the overall efficiency of the bus dashboard line.

With the development of high voltage technology ,the inverter power is becoming higher and higher . The traditional two-level inverter capacity has been difficult to achieve high power requirements due to the limitation of the power electronic devices. Therefore, different new kinds of multilevel inverter topologies with high-performance are proposed by the scientist all over the world. This paper introduces the topology structure, characteristics and working principle of threelevel inverter, and makes a detailed description of space vector pulse width modulation principle. Finally, the simulation waveforms are presented with Matlab/Simulink, the results verifies the validity of the theoretical analysis.

According to the working principle of the Boost type switch converter, the small signal analysis method was used to model the Boost circuit. Its transfer function exists right half plane zero. The system is a non-minimum phase system. A PI regulator was designed. The boost circuit simulation model was built through matlab. The simulation result has a good static and dynamic performance. It verifies the rationality of the mathematical model and control strategy. It can conduct the actual circuit design.

To solve the writing and reading operation conflict to RAM in LED/LCD display control system, a new RAM operation conflict arbiter IC was proposed. Comparing the traditional dual ports RAM, the IC has the advantages of low-cost and high stability. By analyzing the working principle and structure design, the IC was designed in pure digital way with Verilog HDL, and passed the simulation verify. Finally the IC was realized by Alter FPGA chip and passed the actual test.
