Smart packaging of fresh produce is an emerging technology toward reduction of waste and preservation of consumer health and safety. Smart packaging systems also help to prolong the shelf life of perishable foods during transport and mass storage, which are difficult to regulate otherwise. The use of these ever-progressing technologies in the packaging of fruits has the potential to result in many positive consequences, including improved fruit quality, reduced waste, and associated improved public health. In this review, we examine the role of smart packaging in fruit packaging, current-state-of-the-art, challenges, and prospects. First, we discuss the motivation behind fruit quality monitoring and maintenance, followed by the background on the development process of fruits, factors used in determining fruit quality, and the classification of smart packaging technologies. Then, we discuss conventional freshness sensors for packaged fruits including direct and indirect freshness indicators. After that, we provide examples of possible smart packaging systems and sensors that can be used in monitoring fruits quality, followed by several strategies to mitigate premature fruit decay, and active packaging technologies. Finally, we discuss the prospects of smart packaging application for fruit quality monitoring along with the associated challenges and prospects.

The article is an attempt to reconsider the theoretical postulates related to multimedia in museum business through the prism of the exhibition experiences gained by the Ural Regional Institute of Museum Projects. The main issues raised in the article are the classification of digital technologies, their interaction with other elements of the exposition, the potential of using IT-technologies in museum space. The staff of the Institute review their mistakes made in project work, combining theory and practice. The most serious shortcomings in the creation of exhibitions with multimedia technologies are considered to be visual disharmony against the general design of the museum space, lack of multimedia technology unity and disengagement of digital technologies from the scientific concept. Consideration is also given to the current state of museum business in the current context of overall digitalization.

Today, more than ever, citizens expect value formoney, not only from their elected representatives, but also from the laws and regulations passed to protect them. As the European economy faces continued challenges and limited economic growth, citizens rely on policy-makers to encourage innovation and stimulate growth and jobs. This requires flexible legislation which fosters start-ups, encourages SMEs during those early days, but which also simultaneously maintains the high levels of consumer health and safety that they have become accustomed to.Public accountability is also increasing – and rightly so. Citizens don't just want legislation that delivers – they alsowant transparency and open dialogue. They want decision-makers to explain why certain policy choices weremade over others, and what benefits they can expect fromsuch choices. This requirement for information must also be seen against a backdrop of increasing demands on consumers’ time and a tendency to deal in “twitterati” style soundbites. This often results in consumers feeling the need for analysis and validation of information via a third party, sometimes a journalist, sometimes anNGOor government agency.

Russian scientific economic literature continues to discuss the problem of the modern evolution of political economy as a science and its return as an academic discipline in the number of mandatory university courses. In this regard, the article, firstly, examines the historical fate and the current state of Marxist political economy, emphasizes its fundamental difference from other economic theories. Secondly, — considerable attention is paid to neoclassical economic theory and an academic discipline called «economics». The historical circumstances of the emergence of this term are shown and the place of neoclassicism in the Western classification of economic sciences is characterized. Thirdly, — for a comprehensive analysis of the economy, it is proposed to use general economic theory as a combination (a special kind of aggregate) of all modern schools, directions and programs of economic theory, unified in the object, but differing in the subject and method of research. It is emphasized that the role of the basis and historically and logically the initial component of this theory is played by political economy.

Examines the history and current state of classification of vegetation based on the ecological-floristic criteria into the USSR and Russia. The method began to be introduced in practical work of the Soviet geobotanical in the 1970s, became popular in the 1980s. In the 1990s and the 2000s, the level classifications have increased and now meets international standards. Shows the role of the 6th All-Union conference on the classification of vegetation (Ufa, 1981) and the Journal «Vegetation of Russia» in the development of this classification.

This article gives a classification of securities. The investment activities and operations with securities of commercial banks, as well as the legal regulation of the activities of commercial banks in the securities market in Kyrgyzstan are examined. A review of the current state of the securities market in the Kyrgyz Republic is carried out. Volumes of debt securities are also presented. The volume of annual issue of securities for 3 years from 2017 to 2019, the volume of foreign investment in corporate securities is shown. During the review of the state of the securities market, it was concluded that commercial banks play a major role in the development of the securities market, acting as issuers, investors and intermediaries. A program for the development of the government securities market for both the medium and long term is proposed.

Cinema tourism as one of the specialized types of cultural and cognitive tourism is an innovative area where meeting cultural needs is the main goal. Cinema tourism can be represented by various qualifications and types of cultural and cognitive tourism (by duration, directions, purpose, way of travel, duration of stay, organizational forms etc.). The characteristics of the forms of cinema tourism with examples have been given. The classification of the destinations of cinema tourism has been indicated. The subject of the study is the film industry development in Ukraine, which directly affects the creation of destinations, that are one of the factors of the film tourism development, in the country. The purpose of the article is to analyze the film tourism development in the world and, in particular, in Ukraine. The main objectives of the study are: to analyze geographic aspects of the film tourism development in Ukraine; to quantify the availability of movies made in the territory of cities and regions of Ukraine as well as destinations, locations that were used in filming; to determine the prospects of the film tourism development in Ukraine. The research methods are: empirical and statistical analysis of actual data; analytical and comparative research method which means study of the current state of film tourism resources for film tourism in Ukraine; complex method which is a full description of the research object; generalizations about the current state of film tourism in Ukraine. The following results have been obtained: it has been determined that film tourism, as one of the specialized types of cultural and educational tourism, is an innovative approach, according to which meeting the cultural needs of tourists is the main goal. The cinema tourism influence on the economic growth of a number of countries has been analyzed, and Ukraine too. In recent years, the high increase in the number of moviegoers offers marketers a cinema product as one of the alternative means of promotion. Sites, studios, hotels, houses and especially places where movies have been or are being filmed become a tourist attraction. Today, the role of the cinema industry and tourism is constantly increasing, which allows many countries to effectively improve their economies and give international tourism strategic importance for stimulating employment. Conclusions: the preconditions for the development of cinema tourism in the world are, first and foremost, natural geographical features, socio-economic, historical and cultural tourist resources, which have become filming objects. Films give the opportunity of full usage of natural resources, that’s why cinema tourism satisfies these needs. Cinema tourism is quite difficult to be organized, because its object can be both a separate telephone booth and the landscape of the whole country. Literary works, which might be called an “ally”, have a significant influence on the development of cinema tourism as well because of a great number of movies based on books. This factor plays an important role in the development and popularization of cinema tourism.

The Internet of Things (IoT) has come of age, and complex solutions can now be implemented seamlessly within urban governance and management frameworks and processes. For cities, growing rates of car ownership are rendering parking availability a challenge and lowering the quality of life through increased carbon emissions. The development of smart parking solutions is thus necessary to reduce the time spent looking for parking and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The principal role of this research paper is to analyze smart parking solutions from a technical perspective, underlining the systems and sensors that are available, as documented in the literature. The review seeks to provide comprehensive insights into the building of smart parking solutions. A holistic survey of the current state of smart parking systems should incorporate the classification of such systems as big vehicular detection technologies. Finally, communication modules are presented with clarity.
