Economically useful traits of cows Australian breeding in the Amur region

Recently, a signifi cant number of livestock of specialized beef breeds is imported from abroad particularly from Australia. So the study of the adaptive ability and eff ectiveness of the use of Australian cattle of Hereford breed in the Amur region is relevant. The purpose of the work was to study the growth, development and reproductive capacity of Hereford cattle in the Amur region. Experimental studies have been carried out in the collective farm “Tomichevsky” in the Belogorsky district in the Amur region for four years. The reproductive ability of imported Hereford cows of Australian selection, as well as indicators of calving easy, live weight and height in the rump have been examined in the article. The assessment of similar indicators of progeny obtained from imported cows-dams and dams of local selection have been given. It has been found that the cows of the Australian breeding had a large live weight and were taller than the cows of Hereford breed the same age as the cows of Amur breeding. Fewer off spring were obtained from imported cows, a high percentage of dead calves were born, long open day’s period and calving interval, and a low coeffi cient of reproductive ability have been revealed. When analyzing the results of the study of the adaptive ability of Hereford cows obtained from imported Australian Hereford cows and Hereford cows of the Amur breeding, it has been found that all calving were successful in the cows, and no cases of dead calves were born. Indicators of reproductive ability were within the normal range, but were more optimal in the progeny of Australian breeding. The results obtained on base of researches we can conclude that the progeny of Australian Herefords have higher adaptive abilities in comparison with similar indicators of their mothers.

Изучено влияние возраста и живой массы при первом осеменении на воспроизводительные качества коровпервотелок чернопестрой породы в племенных заводах Удмуртской Республики. Исследования проводились в период с 2015 по 2018 гг. Для проведения исследований были сформированы 6 групп животных в зависимости от возраста первого осеменения. В I группу вошли коровы с возрастом первого осеменения до 13 мес, во II от 13,1 до 15 мес, в III от 15,1 до 17, в IV от 17,1 до 19, в V от 19,1 до 21 и в VI группу от 21 мес и старше. При этом живая масса телок в I группе в среднем составила 349,5 кг, во II 370,9, в III 387,7, в IV 400,2, в V 420,7 и в VI группе 440,2 кг. Анализ возраста первого осеменения в племенных хозяйствах республики показал, что средний возраст плодотворного осеменения в 2018 году составил 17,0 мес. с живой массой 394 кг. По результатам экспериментальных исследований нами получено, что лучшие воспроизводительные показатели и молочная продуктивность выявлена у коровпервотелок, которых осеменяли в возрасте 14,6 мес. В данной группе продолжительность сервиспериода составила 127,3 дня, коэффициент воспроизводительной способности 0,90, выход телят на 100 коров составил более 85,3. Удой за 305 дней лактации, у коровпервотелок второй опытной группы составил 6332,3 кг с массовой долей жира 3,65 и белка 3,15 .The influence of age and live weight at the first insemination on reproductive qualities of cowsborn black and white breed in breeding farms of the Udmurt Republic was studied. The studies were conducted between 2015 and 2018. For the research 6 groups of animals were formed depending on the age of the first insemination. Group I included cows with the age of first insemination up to 13 months, in group II from 13.1 to 15 months, in III group from 15.1 to 17 months, in group IV from 17.1 to 19 months, in group V from 19.1 to 21 months and in VI group from 21 months and more. At the same time, the live weight of heifers in group I averaged 349.5 kg, in group II370.9 kg, in group III 387.7 kg, in group IV 400.2 kg, in group V 420.7 kg and in group VI 440.2 kg. The analysis of the age of the first insemination in breeding farms of the Republic showed that the average age of fruitful insemination in 2018 was 17.0 months with a live weight of 394 kg. According to the results of experimental studies, we obtained that the best reproductive performance and milk productivity was revealed in cows, which were inseminated at the age of 14.6 months. In this group, the duration of the service period was 127.3 days, the coefficient of reproductive capacity 0.90, yield of calves per 100 cows. Milk yield for 305 days of lactation, in cows of the second experimental group was 6332.3 kg with a mass fraction of fat 3.65 and protein 3.15.

Goal. To assess the reproductive ability of inspected sows of different families of large white and Poltava meat breeds in breeding herds of Khmelnytsky region on the main selection signs using the evaluation indices of reproductive qualities. Methods. Comparison, zootechnical and biometric analyzes. Results. The reproductive qualities of sows of different families in breeding herds of pigs of large white and Poltava meat breeds of farms of Khmelnytsky region were evaluated. Among the families of large white breed, the best indicators for assessing the reproductive capacity of inspected sows were found in the family of the Sorceress, in which the main feature – fertility by modal class of distribution was 10.8 heads piglets per 1 farrowing, which is 2.8% more than the Taiga family of the same class. According to the modal class M+, the fertility of the Sorceress family (12.0 piglets per farrowing) was 0.3 heads higher than that of the females of this class of the Taiga family (11.7 heads per farrowing). The modal class М¯ of the firstborn family of the Sorceress was the best with a fertility of 9.7 heads, which is 3.2% higher than the Taiga family. Indicators of the number of piglets at weaning at the age of 30 days, the weight of the nest at weaning, the live weight of 1 head of piglets and preservation of offspring (9.5 heads; 94.1 kg; 9.9 kg; 87.9%), by class (М°), the Sorceress family was 3.2 heads bigger; 7.4 kg; 2.0 kg and 0.5% compared to the Taiga family. As a result of ranking sows by evaluation indices of reproductive qualities, I (evaluation index by a limited number of traits) and P (complex evaluation index) had an advantage by the most prolific sows of the Sorceress family of class M+, in which these indices were 43.0 and 96.1 points. In the process of research of reproductive ability of sows of Poltava meat breed of different families it was established that on the basis of fertility the Rosinka family is the best, whose fertility by distribution by class (М°) was 10.7 heads. piglets per 1 farrowing. It exceeds the average value for 5 families: 0.4 heads of Dorza and Vorskla families, 0.6 goals. Bystro's family and 1 goal. the Palm family. According to the modal class M+, the Rosinka family (11.8 piglets per 1 farrowing) has 0.3 heads more fertility than the Dorza and Vorskla families, 0.6 goals higher. and 0.1 heads than the Bistra and Palma families. The lowest fertility of sows in the class (М°) was recorded in the Dorza family (8.9 heads of piglets per farrowing). It should be noted that the Dorza family and the smallest Palma family in the M+ class have the best nest weight at weaning at the age of 45 days (138.7 and 144.2 kg), which is 18.6 more than in the М° class. and 20.7 kg. According to the indicators of the number of piglets at weaning and live weight of 1 head, the Palma's family of class M+ (10.6 heads and 13.6 kg) is distinguished. The best preservation of the offspring in the Palma's family of class M¯ = 94.7%. As a result of ranking sows of different families of Poltava meat breed according to the estimated indices of reproductive qualities, it was noted that the highest number of points in the modal class (М°) was obtained by the family Rosinka I = 40.8 and P = 94.8, which is more than the average for all families by 2.1 and 3.6 points. According to the evaluation indices (I) and (P), the best were sows of the Rosinka family of class M+, in which these indices corresponded to the values of 42.7 and 99.4 points. Conclusions. Among different families, the best results of assessing the reproductive capacity of sows on the main selection traits and evaluation indices were found in the families of the Sorceress of the Great White breed and the family of Rosinka of the Poltava meat breed, which should continue to be used for breeding in breeding herds of pigs. An important factor in increasing the productivity of sows, of course, should be the correct selection of the level of reproductive breeding traits and a significant increase in feeding and housing conditions.

Introduction. The significant and long-term increasing of milk yield is possible only with proper organization of heifer breeding. Therefore, now is important to study the ontogenetic patterns of living mass formation. It is known, that between the growth rate of heifers and their future milk productivity exists correlation. The young age’s animals, which have a high growth energy, in the first lactation give 5000–6000 kg of milk. The force of influence of the live weight the heifers on variability of milk productivity, in depending on the age and lactation, is concluded 8.21–42.87%. The aim of our research was to study the dynamics of live weight, reproductive capacity and the level of their interconnection of heifers and first-born cows of Ukrainian Red and Black-and-White dairy breeds. Materials and methods of research. The research was carried out on first-born, heifers of Ukrainian Red (UR) and Black-and-White dairy breeds (UBS) in SE «SH «Elitne» ISА NAAS». Groups of animals (n = 15) were formed for research by the method of analog pairs. Growth indicators were studied: live weight at 3-, 6-, 9-, 12- and 15-month-old age, at the first insemination. Reproductive ability was studied: age of the first insemination and calving, duration of pregnancy of heifers and first-born, duration of service and intercorporeal periods. Along with the main studied indicators, auxiliary indicators were calculated: reproductive capacity, fertility index and possible yield of calves per 100 cows. The biometric processing of the obtained data was carried out according to the method of N. A. Plokhinsky, using Microsoft Excel software. Research results. The studies of ontogenetic patterns in formation the live weight of repair heifers in controlled herds demonstrated a fairly high level of their cultivation. However, it was found that the growth rate of live weight of heifers in the studied breeds at different ages was different. Thus, at the age of six months, the animals of the Ukrainian Black-and-White dairy breed significantly outnumbered the analogues of the Ukrainian Red dairy breed. The interbreed difference in this period by live weight was 5.0 ± 1.70 kg (P < 0.01). At 9, 12, and 15 months their weight gaining was 15.0 ± 3.42 kg, respectively; 26.0 ± 4.08 kg; and 29.0 ± 6.48 kg, at P < 0.001. In general, during the growing period, the absolute increasing in live weight of UBS heifers by 7.0% exceeded that of UR heifers. At the same time, heifers of the Ukrainian Black-and-White dairy breed were more precocious and had the age of the first insemination, which was 14.5 months at a live weight of 400 kg, while the peers of the Ukrainian Red dairy breed were 15.4 months and 402 kg. Characterizing the coefficient of variation of live weight of heifers, we should note the tendency to decrease with age in both breeds. Thus, the level in the for Ukrainian Red reached 11.6% in three months, for Ukrainian Black-and-White – 15.0%, at the age of 15 months respectively 8.9% and 8.4%. It was established the significant coefficients of recurrence of live weight of heifers during the year with such at 9, 12 and 15 months of age with high degrees of probability. This indicates the possibility of effective early selection. The studies of the reproductive capacity of heifers and first-born demonstrated, that the age of first insemination and calving were significantly lower in heifers of the Ukrainian Black-and-White dairy breed. The difference was 26.0 ± 9.8 days (td = 2.65, at P < 0.05) and 22.0 ± 9.5 days (td = 2.31, at P < 0.05), respectively. However, in terms of duration of pregnancy and service period of first-born cows, Ukrainian Red animals had positively lower values in compare to the analogues of Ukrainian Black-and-White dairy breed, which provided a higher reproductive capacity at the level of (0.90 vs. 0.88) and estimated possibility yield of calves per 100 cows (90.3 vs. 87.7 heads). However, the fertility index for both breeds was at the same level 48.7–48.8. The interconnection of live weight of animals at different ages with the indicators of reproductive capacity was mostly the opposite in direction at an unreliable level in most cases. However, both breeds show a positive interconnection between live weight at 6 months of age and fertility index, between live weight at 1st insemination and age of 1st insemination, and between live weight at 1st insemination and coefficient of reproducibility Conclusions. It was found, that at different ages the heifers of the Ukrainian Black-and-White dairy breed significantly (p < 0.01) outnumbered the analogues of the Ukrainian Red dairy breed, and the coefficient of variation with age on this basis decreased for both breeds. The coefficients of recurrence of live weight of the studied heifers, which are quite significant at high degrees of probability, were revealed, which indicates the possibility of effective early selection. Thus, the live weight of Ukrainian Black-and-White heifers at 9, 12 and 15 months of age can be reliably predicted by its size at the age of three months after birth - heifers of Ukrainian Red dairy breed a little later. There was a positive interconnection between live weight at 6 months age and fertility index, between live weight at the first insemination and age of the first insemination and between live weight at the first insemination and кcoefficient of reproducibility.

В совершенствовании крупного рогатого скота важную роль играет обмен генетическими ресурсами между разными странами. Данная статья посвящена изучению продуктивных качеств и воспроизводительных способностей дочерей симментальских быков импортной селекции, поскольку для успешного ведения селекционно-племенной работы необходимо решить вопрос о выборе породы, обеспечивающей высокую эффективность производства при сохранении способности к воспроизводству. Исследования проведены в Республике Хакасия на трех группах коров: I контрольная (дочери симментальских быков местной селекции), II опытная (дочери симментальских быков немецкой селекции), III опытная (дочери симментальских быков австрийской селекции). Были изучены хозяйственно-полезные признаки симментальских животных новых генотипов с целью выявления лучших в условиях Хакасии. Установлено, что дочери быков импортной селекции превышали сверстниц отечественной селекции по удою на 359,7—375,5 кг (9,0—9,4%), содержанию в молоке жира на 0,01%, белка — на 0,02—0,03%, живой массе — на 26,9—34,1 кг (5,2—6,6%). Потомки импортных быков имели достаточно высокий коэффициент воспроизводительной способности (0,99—1,02) и средний индекс плодовитости (45,9—47,5). Для совершенствования симментальского скота рекомендовано на местном маточном поголовье использовать симментальских быков австрийской и немецкой селекции с целью повышения молочной продуктивности и живой массы коров. Установленные взаимосвязи между основными хозяйственно полезными признаками необходимо использовать в дальнейшей селекционной работе с целью повышения генетического потенциала симментальских животных. An important role in improving cattle is played by the exchange of genetic resources between different countries. This article is devoted to the study of the productive qualities and reproductive abilities of daughters of Simmental bulls of imported selection, since for successful breeding and breeding work it is necessary to solve the problem of choosing a breed that provides high production efficiency while maintaining the ability to reproduce. Studies were conducted in the Republic of Khakassia on three groups of cows: I control (daughters of Simmental bulls of local selection), II experienced (daughters of Simmental bulls of German selection), III experienced (daughters of Simmental bulls of Austrian selection). The economically useful traits of Simmental animals of new genotypes were studied in order to identify the best in the conditions of Khakassia. It was established that the daughters of bulls of imported selection exceeded the peers of domestic selection in milk yield by 359.7—375.5 kg (9.0—9.4%), milk fat content by 0.01%, protein — by 0.02— 0.03%, live weight — 26.9–34.1 kg (5.2–6.6%). The descendants of imported bulls had a rather high reproductive capacity coefficient (0.99–1.02) and an average fertility index (45.9–47.5). To improve the Simmental cattle, it is recommended that the Simmental bulls of Austrian and German breeding be used in the local breeding stock to increase milk production and live weight of cows. In the article are considered the effect of postpartum course and periodicity of manifestation of dystocia and reproductive capacity of Holstein cows of different age. The experimental part of the research was performed at the industrial complex for milk production of cows of Holstein breed of “Agro-Soyuz”. Assessment of ease of calving in cows of different age was determined in points (V. Berglund, J. Phillipson et al., 1987): 1 – easy calving; 2 – normal calving, only some help is required (slight dystocia); 3 – heavy calving, full intervention is required (dystocia). And was determined the live weight of the calves (kg). It is found that about 83 % of cows the calving pass easily enough. At the same time, more than 10 % of the calving, operators had to spend only the final help of the calves release from the animal's birth canal. However, almost 7 % of calving animals care required sufficiently substantial assistance, which included several operators. It is proved that the age of the cows is not crucial, which determines the dystocia. In this case, a direct relationship was established between the live weight of calves at birth and the display of dystocia during calving of cows. The live weight of the newborn at 37 kg causes a slight dystocia, and weighs about 39 kg – a dystocia. The live weight of the calves at birth at the level of 34 kg provides a normal course of calving. In 74.4 % of first-heifers there is a complication of recovery of the reproduction system after calving. The rate of cows in fourth lactation is quite high – 72.5 %. Close to this indicator are characterized by cows of the second lactation, in which symptomatic infertility is 69.6 %. The average index of insemination is 1.9 units is typical for cows with a normal postpartum period. Symptomatic infertility leads to a lengthening of the service period by almost a month, compared to calving cows and the postpartum period proceeded normally. Heavy dystocia during calving is characteristic of 12 % of the animals, which were predominantly cows of the first calving. Among the most important parts of improving breeding Ukrainian Red Dairy breed is not the most important place belongs to the intensive use of bull-sires with high breeding value, which is determined by the capacity daughters. Materials and methods of research. Studies conducted on materials zotehnichnoho primary accounting and breeding breeding farm "Zarya" Kherson region for the period 2010-2012. The object of the research was the daughter of the Ukrainian Red dairy bulls, Holstein (red and white suit), Angler and Red Steppe breeds. Studied cows milk production estimated by yields for the full complete (minimum of 240 days) lactation, content and output of milk fat and protein for 305 days and at higher daily milk yield. Results. The study revealed a significant level of intergroup differentiation and specificity for milk production, reproductive ability, soundings and indices of body structure cows daughters of different bulls. Specifically found that the highest milk yield inherent daughters bull V.Din Et Reda 5661918, which is almost twice prevailed worst analogues daughters Radar 4439 respectively 2484 kg of milk, 93.0 kg of milk fat and milk protein 66.9 kg. The highest daily yield characteristic daughters H.Ch.Herri 5839897, and the lowest - for daughters Radar 4439. The difference in this case was 9.4 kg of milk. Inter-group differentiation on fat and protein in milk is low and under 0.12 and 0.22% by live weight - 14 kg. The difference between  the grounds daughters play different bulls more clearly expressed and 232 days is the age of first calving for the daughters Zenit 1113 and at a rate of 0.201 reproductive capacity for daughters H.Ch.Herri 5839897. It should be noted that although the daughters Zenit 1113 and were the youngest among firstborn both had the lowest rate of reproductive capacity after the first calving. Research has found that the highest measurements of height at withers and depth of chest inherent daughters bull Sharpe 9713, prevailing daughters Zenit 1113 respectively by 5.8 and 2.9 cm. For indirect soundings chest width body length and chest girth advantage daughter had Grybka 696, and the largest width in maklakah typical for daughters of Napoleon 1647. Inter-differentiation daughters by different bulls metacarpus circumference small and is just 0.4 cm, due what difference the index kostystosti as insignificant and is only 1%. Conclusions. Found significant levels of intergroup differentiation and specificity studied groups of cows his father napivsester the main qualitative and quantitative characteristics of milk productivity, exterior, reproductive capacity and live weight.

One of the ways of increasing level of animal economically useful traits is selection work with farm families. In pedigree cattle breeding of Ukraine families are a statistical component of breed genealogy. Among the main scientific works on working with families, it should be noted minimum number of female ancestors, proposed by D. T. Vinnichuk, to determine the breeding value, different categories, classification and techniques for evaluating related groups of females. The aim of our research was to analyse importance of farm families for genealogical structure of the breed. The research was on basis of data of primary breeding records at the herd of Volyn Beef cattle of “Zorya” breeding farm, Kovel district, Volyn region. Akula 102, Galka 37 and Galka 1537 families belonging to Krasavchyk 3004 bloodline, Smorodyna 613, Korona 2382 and Visla 1016 families – Tsebryk 3888 bloodline, Kalyna 212, Verba 1536 and Garna 536 families – Yamb 3066 bloodlines, Kazka 433, Galka 421 and Bystra 1124 families – Buinyi 3042 bloodline, Rozetka 1313, Arfa 599 and Bulana 943 families – Sonnyi-Kaktus 3307-9828 bloodline, and Palma 275, Desna 870 and Veselka 444 families – Mudryi 9100 bloodline were characterized. Belonging to a bloodline was determined by the father's side of female ancestors. Structural units of families: branches, branching with identifying the best individuals on breeding traits were submitted to identify the best combinations and successful use of closely related breeding. Comparing assessment of related groups of females on the main breeding traits belonging to Krasavchyk 3004 bloodline, it was noted that the cows of Akula 102 family predominated in live weight at 5 years’ age, milk ability and economic use duration, whereas the cows of Galka 1537 family – on traits of reproductive ability. Smorodyna 613 family of Tsebryk 3888 bloodline had high duration of economic use and cows’ live weight at 5 years’ age compared with Korana 2382 and Visla 1016 families with equal values of the exterior traits (height measures) and coefficient of reproductive ability. The families of Mudryi 9100 bloodline in terms of reproduction (calving interval, coefficient of reproductive ability) had the highest figures of cows’ milk ability and live weight. The cows of Bulana 943 family had a considerable predominance over representatives of Rozetka 1313 and Arfa 599 families of Sonnyi-Kaktus 3307-9828 bloodline by main economically useful traits. High indices of reproductive ability were noted in these families. Heifers of the families of Buinyi 3042 bloodline had high live weight at 18 months’ age at average values of milk ability and cows’ live weight at 5 years’ age. More equal figures of growth rate, exterior and economic use duration were observed in the cows of Kalyna 212, Verba 1536 and Garna 536 families of Yamb 3066 bloodline. Breeding by families in beef cattle breeding is an important element of selection, because it allows to evaluate not only related group of female ancestor, but also to analyse a successful combination with lines and purposeful use of closely related breeding by the best representatives of a breed.

The results of studies of the reproductive ability of sows of different genotypes are given taking into account the polymorphism g.1426G> A of the MC4R gene, the factor of repeatability of characters is determined, and the economic efficiency of the research results is calculated. The experimental part of the research was carried out in the conditions of the «Druzhba-Kaznacheevka» LTD in Dnipropetrovsk region. The objects of research were sows of the Large White breed. It was determined that sows of the main herd, according to signs of reproductive ability, belong to class I and class elite. The experiment showed that sows of genotype AG exceeded their peers of others (GG and AA) in terms of “born piglets total, heads” by 1.6 and 0.7 heads, “Live piglets born (multiple births), heads - by 1 6 and 0.9 heads, “the mass of the litter at the time of birth, kg” - by 2.7 - 1.3 kg., “the mass of the litter at the time of weaning at the age of 28-35 days, kg” - by 5, 1 - 3.9 kg. The difference between animals of the indicated genotypes is: for large-foetus - 0.06-0.01 kg, the index "evenness of the sow’s litter in live weight of piglets at birth, points" - 1.05-1.84 points, index of N. D. Berezovsky - 3.75 -2.36 points. The index of the safety of piglets before weaning ranged from 84.4 to 93.0 %. It was proved that the minimum value of the index “evenness of the sow’s littar in live weight of piglets at the time of birth, points (7.76 ± 1,082 points) are characterized by sows of genotype AA, in which the rate of multiple pregnancy ranged from 8 to 14 pigs, and the value of the sign“ large-foetus, kg "equaled 1.37 kg. The repeatability coefficient for sows of the main herd and sows of the Large White breed of different genotypes for the melanocortin 4 (MC4R) receptor gene ranges from -0.916 ± 0.1418 (І-IV farrow, genotype - GG, sign - “piglet safety before weaning, %) to 0.978 ± 0.0738 (I-V farrow, genotype - GG, sign - “large foetus”, kg ”). The maximum value of the phenotypic consolidation coefficient was found in sows of genotype AA according to the following quantitative characteristics: “live piglets (multiple births), heads.”, “litter weight at the time of birth, kg”, “litter weight at weaning age of 28-35 days, kg "," the safety of piglets before weaning ,% ". The sows of the genotype GG belong to the unconsolidated group according to the signs of reproductive qualities. The use of sows of the genotype for the melanocortin 4 (MC4R) AG receptor gene provides additional products at the level of 5.15 %, and its cost is 165.41 UAH /head. The purpose of the work was to study and identify the main factors aff ecting the quantity and quality of beef produced and sold in the Southern Federal district. A comparative assessment of the growth, development, formation of meat productivity and quality of beef of young animals of beef, dual and dairy breeds with stall-pasture technology and intensive rearing in the industrial complex. Experimental studies have been carried out in farms in the Rostov region. The object of research was cows with calves of Kalmyk, Hereford, Aberdeen-Angus, Russian komolaya, Kazakh White-headed breeds, as well as young animals of the same breeds, in addition, Black-and-White and Swiss breeds. Removable live weight in Hereford steers at 18 months of age was 658,0 kg, and Aberdeen-Angus – 655,2 kg. Domestic steers of Kalmyk were 41–44 kg lower in live weight than their herdmates of two imported breeds. However, with intensive rearing at 18 months of age, steers of Kalmyk breed had a removable live weight of more than 613,7 kg and a carcass weight of 326 kg. The yield of hot carcass was 55,4 %, and the slaughter yield was 58,89 %, which was only 1–2 % lower than the world’s leading beef breeds. It has been found when analyzing the results of boning the half-carcasses of experimental steers that the biggest weight of half-carcasses and the content of muscle and fat tissue in them in absolute terms were in Hereford steers. Steers of Kalmyk breed took the third place in terms of weight of large-sized semi–fi nished products and signifi cantly lost to Aberdeen-Angus herdmates by 7,3 kg or 6,5 %, and Hereford steers by 9,2 kg or 8,3 %. The results obtained prove the expediency of using stallpasture technology in the dry-steppe zone of the Southern Federal district when rearing young animals for beef up to 350–400 kg live weight at 15 months of age and its subsequent intensive rearing under industrial technology, in order to obtain the live weight of more than 570 kg and produce cost-eff ective beef.

Экспериментальные исследования кормовых добавок Абиотоник и Чиктоник проводили на базе вивария кафедры эпизоотологии и организации ветеринарного дела, а ветеринарносанитарную экспертизу продуктов убоя цыплятбройлеров проводили на кафедре паразитологии и ветеринарносанитарной экспертизы ФГБОУ ВО МГАВМиБ МВА имени К.И. Скрябина и ФГБНУ ФНЦ ВИЭВ РАН, аминокислотный состав мяса перепелов в Государственном бюджетном учреждении Краснодарского края Кропоткинская краевая ветеринарная лаборатория . Из цыплят в суточном возрасте кросса Кобб500 было сформировано три группы по 10 голов в каждой две опытные и контрольная опытным группам выпаивали кормовые добавки из расчета 1 мл/кг живой массы птицы до 50 суток выращивания, убой птицы проводили на 56 сутки. Тушки птицы после 24х часов созревания в холодильной камере при температуре 4 С подвергали исследованиям по общепринятым методикам: ГОСТ Р 519442002. Мясо птицы. Методы органолептических показателей, температуры и массы ГОСТ 314702012. Мясо птицы, субпродукты и полуфабрикаты из мяса птицы. Методы органолептических и физикохимических исследований аминокислотный состав мяса исследовали согласно М 0438 2009. Корма, комбикорма и сырье для их производства. Методика измерений массовой доли аминокислот методом капиллярного электрофореза с использованием системы капиллярного электрофореза Капель. Применение кормовых добавок в дозе 1 мл/кг живой массы способствовало увеличению живой массы птицы при применении Абиотоника на 54,23, а при применении Чиктоника на 37,70 по отношению к контролю. Во всех исследуемых пробах количество ЛЖК находится в пределах нормы и составило: в 1й опытной 1,390,03 мг КОН, во 2й опытной 1,420,04 мг КОН и в контрольной группе 1,810,06 мг КОН, что говорит о свежести и доброкачественности мяса. Значение рН мяса цыплятбройлеров находилось в трех группах в пределах нормы и не превышало 6,0.
