Desde hace décadas en el contexto educativo, el debate nacional ha venido insistiendo sobre la necesidad de cambios y transformación de la universidad, debido esencialmente a la transición hacia sociedades con alto valor educativo. En estos nuevos escenarios, el concepto de “transformación” universitaria alude a procesos complejos y, por tanto, contrarios al pensamiento dicotómico, que a veces acompaña el discurso del cambio. La transformación de la universidad debe ser repensada considerando la hiper-complejidad de su organización, basada en un conocimiento cada vez más diferenciado, con elevadas demandas, en un contexto cada vez más globalizado. En este trabajo se muestran algunas reflexiones sobre la transformación universitaria y el rol el tutor en los estudios de postgrado como uno de los nudos críticos del proceso de transformación, sustentadas en la discusión y dialogo de saberes de docentes investigadores de la  Universidad  Nacional  Experimental  Politécnica  de  la  Fuerza  Armada Nacional, Núcleo Nueva Esparta y, los productos científicos de los participantes del curso Post-doctoral “Las Políticas de Transformación Universitaria Bolivariana: Aportes desde las ciencias pedagógicas”, Convenio Cuba- Venezuela. Las discusiones se fundamentaron en la importancia que caracterizan el rol del tutor y su desempeño. Las reflexiones permitieron diagnosticar el rol del tutor y detectar los elementos más importantes a ser considerados para diseñar, implementar y evaluar programas de tutorías y la supervisión de investigaciones, que puedan contribuir a elevar el rendimiento en los trabajos de grado de postgrado, tesis doctorales y la función tutorial. ABSTRACT  For decades in the educational context, the national debate has been insisting on the need for change and transformation of the University, due essentially to the transition to societies with high educational value. In these new scenarios, the concept of "transformation" University refers to complex processes and, therefore, contrary to the dichotomous thinking, that sometimes accompanies the discourse of change. The transformation of the University must be reparsed considering the hypercomplexity of your organization, based on a more differentiated knowledge with high demands in an increasingly globalized context. This work shows some reflections on University transformation and the role the tutor in the postgraduate studies as one of the critical nodes of the transformation   process,   supported   in   the   discussion   and   dialogue   of knowledge’s of researchers professors of the Universidad Nacional Experimental Polytechnic of the force Navy national, core Nueva Esparta, the scientific products of the participants of the course "the policies of transformation Universitaria Bolivariana Postdoctoral ": Contributions from the pedagogical sciences",   Cuba-Venezuela   agreement.   Discussions   are   based   on   the importance that characterizes the role of the tutor and his performance. The reflections enabled diagnose the role of the tutor and detect the most important elements to be considered for designing, implementing and evaluating tutoring programs and the supervision of investigations, which could contribute to raising achievement in degree of postgraduate, doctoral theses and the tutorial function. This article presents the results of the interdisciplinary collaboration of the authors, from their fields of research, to reflect on the guidelines of the three substantive functions of the university: training, research and extension, linked these last two with the social projection, to support the design of an architectural observatory at the Antonio Nari- ño University, Villavicencio headquarters, under the premise that a research scenario of this type, in addition to linking these functions offers a series of conditions and benefits in terms of the demands of university education and the role of the university in society.

Se presenta la contextualización de la habilidad para interpretar la resolución de los problemas químicos con cálculo matemático. En tal sentido se planteó como objetivo principal proponer un procedimiento didáctico en función de contribuir al desarrollo tal habilidad en la especialidad Biología-Química de la Universidad de Las Tunas. El mismo se caracterizó por establecer relaciones entre los diferentes tipos de cálculos y los procedimientos heurísticos de solución, desde la aplicación de reglas, estrategias y principios. Se integró la realidad contextual de manera que se incrementó el protagonismo de los estudiantes en la asimilación del contenido químico por estudiar. Mediante la implementación del mismo se demostró su factibilidad y eficacia, a partir del incremento de la calidad en los análisis, mostrándose mayores niveles de independencia en los razonamientos al comparar, valorar, y generalizar las relaciones que se establecieron para aplicar la teoría química en la resolución de problemas con cálculo matemático. Palabras clave: Procedimiento, habilidades, problemas químicos, cálculo Abstract: It is introduced the contextualization of the skill to interpret from solving chemical problems with mathematical calculation. The main objective was intended to propose a teaching procedure in order to the development of such skill in the students from the career Bachelor of Education majoring in Biology-Chemistry at the University of Las Tunas. The procedure is characterized by establishing relationships between different types of calculations and heuristic solution procedures, from the application of principles, rules and strategies. The contextual reality is integrated so that the role of students in the assimilation of chemical content is increased. By implementing the procedure feasibility and effectiveness is found during the teaching-learning process, starting from the increment of the quality in the analyses, with higher levels of independence in reasoning when comparing, assessing and generalizing the relationships to apply the chemical theory in the resolution of problems with mathematical calculation.  Key words: Procedure, chemical problems, mathematical calculations.

  El interés particular  de los autores se centra en el perfeccionamiento del proceso de las Prácticas Pre Profesionales y su aporte a la formación universitaria de los futuros docentes, de esta forma es ineludible el análisis de cómo se realiza su formación. Por tal motivo el objetivo principal de este trabajo se ajusta en cómo los fundamentos teóricos del constructivismo y el enfoque reflexivo aportan a tan importante proceso de formación académica. Se realizó un análisis teórico exhaustivo para extraer dentro de estas teorías aportes significativos que puedan orientar de una manera más adecuada el proceso de las Prácticas Pre Profesionales, previamente se realizó un estudio a los documentos normativos que rigen el proceso de práctica en la Facultad de Filosofía Letras y Ciencias de la Educación, de Filosofía, Letras y Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad Técnica de Manabí específicamente en la carrera de Pedagogía de los Idiomas Nacionales y Extranjeros (Idiomas). Como resultado del análisis teórico se recogió valiosa información que corrobora la importancia que tienen estas dos teorías dentro del proceso de PPP, esencialmente en el carácter activo del estudiante como ente y principal actor de su formación así también la reflexión como principal vía de interiorización de conocimientos hacia el aprendizaje significativo, elementos importantes dentro del proceso de prácticas los cuales hay que fortalecer y mantener.   Palabras clave  —  Teoría  constructivista,  enfoque reflexivo, Proceso de Prácticas Pre Profesionales.   Abstract ─ The authors' particular interest is focused on the improvement of the Pre-Professional Practices process and their contribution to the university training of future teachers, thus the analysis of how their training is carried out is inescapable. For this reason, the main objective of this work is adjusted in how the theoretical foundations of constructivism and the reflective approach contribute to such an important process of academic formation. An exhaustive theoretical analysis was carried out to extract within these theories significant contributions that can guide the process of Pre-Professional Practices in a more adequate way, previously a study was made of the normative documents that govern the practice process in the Faculty of Philosophy. Letters and Sciences of Education, Philosophy, Letters and Sciences of Education of the Technical University of Manabí specifically in the career of Pedagogy of National and Foreign Languages (Languages). As a result of the theoretical analysis, valuable information was collected that corroborates the importance of these two theories in the PPP process, essentially in the active character of the student as the entity and main actor in their training, as well as reflection as the main way of internalizing knowledge. towards meaningful learning, important elements within the internship process which must be strengthened and maintained.   Keywords— Constructivist theory, reflective approach, Pre- Professional Practices Process.

  En el mundo contemporáneo, cada vez con mayor fuerza, el conocimiento se convierte en un elemento fundamental para los procesos de desarrollo, lo cual ha ido transformando el rol de las universidades en sus vínculos con la sociedad. En este contexto, la participación del gobierno, así como del sistema empresarial, se torna igualmente relevante, dando lugar a diversos modelos de vinculación entre todos estos actores. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, el presente trabajo tiene como propósito fundamental la sistematización, desde el punto de vista teórico-metodológico e histórico, de las bases conceptuales para la vinculación universidad-empresa-gobierno, así como de los modelos de vinculación derivados de la experiencia internacional. Ambos tópicos son abordados en los dos apartados que conforman el artículo.   Palabras clave: Vinculación, Universidad, Empresa, Gobierno   ABSTRACT In the contemporary world, knowledge is increasingly becoming a fundamental element for development processes, which has been transforming the role of universities in their links with society. In this context, the participation of the government, as well as of the industry, becomes equally relevant, giving rise to diverse models of linkage between all these actors. Taking into account the above, the present work has as its fundamental purpose the systematization, from the theoretical-methodological and historical point of view, of the conceptual bases for the university-industry-government linkage, as well as of the linking models derived from the international experience. This chapter offers a didactic proposal on part of the degree of English studies syllabus in the University of Seville, the 19th century novel. It presents methodological guidelines underlying the inductive approach and a detailed breakdown of activities illustrating it. It aims to show the possibilities of the proposed approach, especially as regards advantages to replace traditional master session. The inductive approach offers a change in the role of the student within the teaching-learning process. It would also enhance students´ participation in the process of text analysis and, consequently, their learning. This role is developed in two ways: emotionally and cognitively. In order to develop main points, it is necessary, first of all, to consider what actions competent professional university training entails.

Talking about gender-based violence and sexual harassment at the Ecuadorian university has been considered by many as an uncomfortable subject, and for some years it has been silenced. It is only recently that this situation has become an essential topic to investigate, so that currently several universities have struggled to explore through studies the problems of gender violence, discrimination and sexual harassment in the university context. In this sense, the present study has tried to develop a review of all the investigations that have been carried out to identify cases or situations of gender violence in universities at international, national and local level, as well as to determine the role of education institutions superior in the prevention and eradication of this problem. Resumen Hablar de violencia de género y acoso sexual en la universidad ecuatoriana ha sido considerado por muchos como un tema incómodo por lo que durante algunos años ha permanecido silenciado. No es sino hace poco que esta situación se ha vuelto una temática imprescindible de investigar, por lo que actualmente varias universidades se han esforzado en explorar a través de estudios los problemas de violencia de género, discriminación y acoso sexual en el contexto universitario. En este sentido, el presente estudio ha pretendido desarrollar una revisión de todas las investigaciones que se han realizado para identificar los casos o situaciones de violencia de género en universidades a nivel internacional, nacional y local, así como determinar el rol de las instituciones de educación superior en la prevención y erradicación de esta problemática. El objetivo fundamental de este ensayo es socializar con la comunidad científica, las reflexiones y experiencias de resultados investigativos en la Carrera de Educación Básica de la UPSE, el controvertido tema de las competencias en el ámbito de la Educación Superior para el presente siglo XXI, donde se plantea la necesidad de un nuevo proceso educativo, fundamentado en los principios de excelencia, calidad y pertinencia, con una característica especial: la de integrar la educación a los procesos productivos y de los servicios, por lo que se precisa la necesidad de organizar e implementar nuevas formas de aprender, de enseñar y de organizar. En este trabajo se explicitan desde una perspectiva teórica los contenidos de los diseños curriculares que deben contribuir a la formación de competencias profesionales, ya que a través de ellas se promueven el desarrollo de conocimientos, habilidades, valores y actitudes que constituyen el campo del saber, el saber hacer y saber ser. Todos estos planteamientos han suscitado las siguientes interrogantes que se intenta dar respuesta en el presente reporte científico: ¿Qué entendemos por competencia?, ¿Cómo se adquieren?, ¿Qué tiene que hacer la universidad para favorecer su adquisición?, ¿Sugerencias metodológicas para la elaboración de los perfiles profesionales? In this paper the contents of the curricula that should contribute to the formation of professional skills are explained from a theoretical perspective, because they promote knowledge, skills, values and attitudes that constitute the field of knowledge, the know-how, and the know-how-to-be. All these approaches have raised the questions to be answered in this scientific report: What is meant by competency? Being a country with the fourth largest population in the world, but with an entrepreneur rate that only rank six at the ASEAN level, is a challenge for Indonesia. Entrepreneurship education plays an important role to increase entrepreneurial graduates of higher education. Global awareness of the importance of the role of entrepreneurship and innovation, in line with the growing awareness of higher education institutions, especially universities, to walk the entrepreneurial path. This study aims to form an entrepreneurial university model using a systems approach, where the university should not carry its own burden in carrying out the responsibilities of a third mission to help accelerate community development. The model produced using the Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) method describes the sub-elements as the driver factor that influence the transformation process towards an entrepreneurial university. The elements of the entrepreneurial university model are come from the elements in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. One of the results showed that in Indonesia, producing entrepreneurial graduates as entrepreneurs is a very important factor and will encourage other factors, such as product commercialization, patents, and realizing science and techno parks, as has been achieved by several leading universities in the world.   Received: 2 November 2020 / Accepted: 11 December 2020 / Published: 17 January 2021

In this article we shed light on the position of Finland in conversations on the movement of unprovenanced cultural objects, within the national, the Nordic and the global contexts. Finland’s geopolitical position, as a ‘hard border’ of the European Union neighbouring the Russian Federation, and its current legislative provisions which do not include import regulation, mean that nonetheless has the potential to be significant in understanding the movement of cultural property at transnational levels. In particular, we outline a recent initiative started at the University of Helsinki to kick-start a national debate on ethical working with cultural object and manuscripts. We analyse exploratory research on current awareness and opinion within Finland, and summarize our current work to produce robust research ethics to guide scholars working in Finland. Although Finland has a small population and is usually absent from international discussions on the illicit movement of cultural property (save a few exceptions), we argue that it is still possible — and important — to affect policy and attitudes concerning art crime, provenance, and the role of stakeholders such as decision-makers, traders and the academy.

La formación de valores en los jóvenes y, específicamente, el papel de la universidad en esta labor, es una necesidad imperiosa en los momentos actuales en que la sociedad se enfrenta cada vez más, a situaciones problemáticas que requieren de la toma de decisiones que involucran un comportamiento ético de las personas. El trabajo que se presenta, plantea las reflexiones de la autora acerca de la relación entre el desarrollo científico y el proceso educativo en general a la vez que incorpora argumentos que destaquen el papel que le corresponde a los investigadores en el progreso social, así como sus relaciones de interdependencia. La educación en su sentido amplio y la escuela en particular, tienen la alta responsabilidad de formar en sus egresados, elevados valores morales que les permitan involucrarse conscientemente en la construcción de la sociedad. Para su realización se ha utilizado básicamente la revisión de la literatura especializada y los métodos teóricos de investigación, entre ellos, el método histórico y lógico, el enfoque de sistema y el análisis, la síntesis, la inducción, la deducción y la generalización. Abstract Values-based education for young people and specifically the role of the University, is an absolute necessity nowadays when society faces increasingly problematic situations that require decision-making that involves an ethical behavior of people. The research presents the reflections of the author about the relationship between scientific development and the educational process in general while incorporating arguments that highlight the role of researchers in social progress, as well as their interdependent relationships. In its broadest sense, education and school in particular, have the big responsibility of teaching high moral values to their graduates so that they can consciously engage in the construction of society. Revision of specialized literature and theoretical methods of research have been made, such as the historical and logical method, systems approach, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, and generalization.
