Labor in pregnant women will result in various psychological problems for pregnant women, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety in pregnant women if not handled seriously will have an impact on the physical and psychological effects, both on the mother and on the fetus. One non-pharmacological therapy that can reduce anxiety is five-finger hypnosis, where this therapy can reduce muscle tension, help focus attention and reduce fear. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of five-finger hypnosis therapy on pre-partum maternal anxiety. This study uses the one group pre and post test quasy experiment method which aims to determine the effectiveness of before and after five finger hypnosis therapy on pre-partum maternal anxiety. The population was in this study were all pre-partum mothers of 180 people. The sampling technique uses a quota sampling of 15 people. The measuring instrument uses an anxiety questionnaire, the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale. Analysis is using the Wilcoxon test with p value <0.005. The results showed that the effectiveness of five-finger hypnosis therapy on pre-partum maternal anxiety resulted in p value = 0.001. It is recommended to the clinic to be able to provide information about the action of five-finger hypnosis therapy and can train pregnant women who will give birth so that the mother can know the benefits and the right way to eliminate anxiety at the time of delivery

Approach to PLWHA by providing interpersonal counseling is the right thing to do to overcome psychological problems including social, emotional and spiritual aspects of PLWHA. This study aims to look at the effect of interpersonal counseling on social, emotional and spiritual responses in HIV/ AIDS patients. This research is a type of non-experimental research with a cross-sectional approach. The sample is post-test people and tested positive for HIV in the Kediri region, which is 32 with purpossive sampling technique. Data on social, emotional and spiritual responses were obtained based on the results of data recapitulation from the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study with the non-parametric Wilcoxon test showed there were differences between social responses of HIV/AIDS patients before and after given interpersonal counseling with p value = 0,000, there were differences between the emotional responses of HIV/AIDS patients before being given interpersonal counseling and after being given counseling with p value = 0,000, and there is a difference between spiritual responses in HIV/AIDS patients before being given interpersonal counseling and after being given interpersonal counseling with p value = 0,000. It can be concluded that interpersonal counseling influences social, emotional and spiritual responses of HIV/AIDS patients. It is recommended that the mentoring of HIV/AIDS patients through interpersonal counseling can continue so as to enhance physiological responses that will have an impact on disease prognosis, prevention of opportunistic infections and reduce mortality rates for HIV patients/ AIDS.

Static positions during work such as sitting for too long can cause exercise loads, stretching muscles, ligament of the spine causing a feeling of comfort in the lower back. One of the non-pharmacological pain management used in pain reduction is by doing relaxation movements. This research wasa quantitative study with a quasi-experimental approach to giving relaxation be used one group pretest posttest. Population of the research is 65 workers with 32 workers as the sample (using purposive sampling technique). The instrument used was numerical rating scale. Data analysis was performed by using univariate and bivariate (using wilcoxon test with α = 0,05).The result of this study showed that the p-value is 0,0001. It was indicate that the value of p < 0,05. It could be concluded that the relaxation was that there is an effect of providing relaxation movements to decrease complaints of low back pain in ulos weaver workers in the gallery ulos sianipar medan. A suggestion to the workers is they should do a relaxation when before and after working and using ergonomic position.

 The incidence of dysmenorrhea cases in Indonesia was about 45-95% and 70-90% of cases occurred in adolescence. There are two types of treatment for dysmenorrhoea, namely pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. One of the non-pharmacological techniques is guided imagery by doing relaxation. The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of guided imagery on dysmenorrhoea intensity in adolescents. The research applied the quasi-experiment design with the one-group pretest-posttest design. The samples were students of Cimahi senior high school. The samples were chosen using purposive sampling technique. There were 28 respondents involved in this study. The data collection was performed by measuring the scale of pain with the Numeric Rating Scale and then giving intervention of guided imagery- relaxation technique. The interventions were applied base on the standard operating procedure. Intervention is done once a day on the first day of the menstruation period. The data were analyzed using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The univariate measured median of data and bivariate applied the Wilcoxon test. The univariate analysis found that the median before the result of dysmenorrhea pain scale before guided imagery- relaxation technique was 5.00 and after the interventions were 2.50. The statistical test found P value of 0,000 <α (0,05). The finding found Ha failed and rejected, it means there was an influence of guided imagery- relaxation technique on the pain intensity in adolescents with dysmenorrhea. It is expected that health institutions share this finding and apply this method to help the adolescent in dealing with dysmenorrhea.  Keywords: Adolescent, Dysmenorrhea, Guide Imagery, Relaxation.

ABSTRAKSeorang wanita yang sedang berada dalam masa kehamilan sering mengalami banyak perubahan, baik itu perubahan secara fisik maupun perubahan secara psikologis. Perubahan itu akan terus terjadi selama 9 bulan masa kehamilannya. Kondisi psikologis dengan kecemasan dan depresi pada ibu hamil akan berpengaruh terhadap timbulnya penyakit serta komplikasi kehamilan dan persalinan, baik pada ibu maupun bayi. Prenatal gentle yoga yang dilakukan selama kehamilan merupakan sebagai salah satu bentuk pengobatan non farmakologi yang dapat membantu wanita fokus pada proses persalinan, bersiap untuk mentolerir nyeri, serta mengubah stres dan kecemasan menjadi energy. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh pelaksanaan prenatal gentle yoga terhadap tingkat penurunan kecemasan Ibu Hamil Primigravida Trimester III Dalam Menghadapi Persalinan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-eksperimental design dengan rancangan one group pretest posttest design dengan menggunakan satu kelompok subjek kemudian pengukuran dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Populasi dan sampel sebanyak 30 orang dengan teknik sampling yaitu total sampling dan menggunakan uji statistik Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pvalue 0,000 < 0.05 yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh prenatal gentle yoga terhadap tingkat penurunan kecemasan ibu hamil primigravida trimester III dalam menghadapi proses persalinan. Kata Kunci : Prenatal Gentle Yoga, Tingkat Kecemasan, Kehamilan  THE EFFECT OF GENTLE YOGA PRENATAL TO THE PREGNANT LEVEL OF PRIMIGRAVID TRIMESTER III PREGNANT WOMENABSTRACTA woman who is in pregnancy often experiences many changes, both physical changes and psychological changes. Prenatal gentle yoga that is done during pregnancy is one form of non-pharmacological treatment that can help women focus on labor, prepare to tolerate pain, and convert stress and anxiety into energy. The purpose of this study is whether there is an effect of the implementation of Prenatal Gentle Yoga on the Anxiety Level of Primigravida Trimester III Pregnant Women in the Face of Childbirth. The type of research used is Pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design using one group of subjects and then measurements are taken before and after treatment. The population and sample were 30 pregnant women with a total sampling technique and using the Wilcoxon Test. The results showed that the level of anxiety before and after the implementation of prenatal gentle yoga there was a decrease in anxiety levels with a lower mean (mean) than before (25.4333) and after (19.5667). Statistical test results show that P-value 0,000 <0.05, which means that there is an effect of Prenatal Gentle Yoga on the Anxiety Level of Primigravida Trimester III Pregnant Women in Facing Childbirth. Keyword : Prenatal Gentle Yoga, Anxiety Level, Pregnancy

This study aims to know the effect of pregnancy exercise on the depression level of the third trimester of pregnant woman in the Kecamatan Sukawati. This type of research is analytic with a one group pre-test post-test design without control, the number of samples is 50 pregnant women who meet the inclusion criteria by using purposive sampling technique. The instrument data collection using depression anxiety and stress scale (DASS) questionnaire. Bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon test. The result of the data shows p value of depression level of pregnant women before and after the implementation of pregnancy exercise is 0.102 (>0.05), it can be concluded that there is an no effect of the implementation of pregnancy exercise on the depression level of pregnant women in the third trimester. From the result of research conducted, the effect of the implementation of pregnancy exercise on the depression level of pregnant women before and after of pregnant women in the third trimester.

Febrile seizure rate on toddler was quite high and tended to increase every year. This was because as toddler experiencing febrile seizures they were not properly handled by the parents. Febrile seizure in toddler if not treated quickly can affect the increasing in seizure frequency and can cause death. The capability of mother in handling febrile seizure must be based on the right knowledge of febrile seizure. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of the mother before and after health education based on 10 steps in handling febrile seizure on toddler in Bandar Lampung Adventist Hospital. Experimental research method with one group pretest-posttest designed with random sampling technique approach involving 80 mothers with 0 to 5 year old who had fever being hospitalized. The researchers prepared 10 images of steps in handling febrile seizures randomly and asked the respondents to arrange the pictures according to their knowledge. The results were observed to determine their knowledge rearranging as pretest data. Afterward, health education was given about 10 correct steps. Thereafter, reobserved was made and the knowledge in arranging 10 images was obtained as post test data. The knowledge score before health education was 20.75% and after was 83.75%. While the analytical test used paired t test. The results showed a significant relationship between knowledge before and after health education. p value = 0.00 < 0.05. The results showed that the value of tcount (14.26) > t table (2.26). Increased knowledge in mothers reduced the risk of recurrence of febrile seizures in toddler and the nurse who had not tought these steps needed to run regularly to the mothers whose child was being hospitalized.

Abstrak Terapi komplementer merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan. Hidroterapi dan relaksasi Benson merupakan terapi komplementer yang efektif terhadap tekanan darah dan nadi, namun masih jarang masyarakat yang memanfaatkannya. Diketahui ada pengaruh kombinasi hidroterapi dan relaksasi Benson (disebut hidroson) terhadap tekanan darah dan nadi. Metode penelitian pra-eksperimen, pre- and post- design dengan teknik purposive sampel pada 32 responden usia 26-65 tahun. Penelitian dilakukan dari tanggal 1-18 Maret 2019 di RT 19 dan 20, Sungapan V Desa Wahyuharjo, Kecamatan Lendah, Kabupaten Kulon Progo dengan tiap responden diberikan intervensi selama 3 hari berturut-turut. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah sphygmomanometer digital untuk mengukur tekanan darah dan nadi 5 menit sebelum dan sesudah pemberian terapi. Tekanan darah dianalisis dengan wilcoxon test dan paired t-test untuk nadi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tekanan darah sistolik sebelum terapi sebesar 118,25 mmHg dan setelah terapi sebesar 111,00 mmHg, sehingga disimpulkan terjadi penurunan sebesar 7,25 mmHg dengan ρ Value 0,0001. Tekanan darah diastolik sebelum terapi sebesar 81,25 mmHg dan setelah terapi sebesar 78,75 mmHg, sehingga disimpulkan terjadi penurunan sebesar 2,50 mmHg dengan ρ value 0,002. Nadi sebelum terapi sebesar 82,30 x/menit dan setelah terapi sebesar 80,64 x/menit, sehingga disimpulkan terjadi penurunan sebesar 1,66 x/menit dengan ρ value 0,003. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemberian kombinasi hidroterapi dan relaksasi Benson (hidroson) terhadap penurunan tekanan darah dan nadi di RT 19 dan 20, Sungapan V. Hydrotherapy and Benson's relaxation are effective complementary therapies for blood pressure and pulse, but still few patients utilize it. There is a known effect of hydrotherapy and Benson relaxation combination (called hydrosol) on blood pressure and pulse. The study method was pre-experimental with pre and post design with a purposive sampling technique on 32 respondents aged 26-65 years. The study was conducted from 1-18 March 2019 in neighborhood 19 and 20, Sungapan V, Wahyuharjo Village, Lendah District, Kulon Progo. Regency Each respondent was given intervention with hydrosol therapy for 3 consecutive days. The instrument used was a digital sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure and pulse 5 minutes before and after the administration of therapy. Blood pressure was analyzed by the Wilcoxon test while pulsing by paired t-test. The analysis showed that systolic blood pressure before therapy was 118.25 mmHg and after therapy became 111,00 mmHg, so there was a decrease of 7,25 mmHg with a p-value of 0,0001. The diastolic blood pressure before treatment was 81,25 mmHg and after therapy became 78,75 mmHg, so there was a decrease of 2,50 mmHg with a p-value of 0,002 mm. The pulse before therapy was 82,30 x / min and after therapy became 80,64 x / min, so there was a decrease of 1,66 x / min with ρ-value 0,003. There is a significant effect of giving a combination of hydrotherapy and Benson relaxation (hydrosol) on reducing blood pressure and pulse among 32 subjects in neighborhood 19 and 20, Sungapan V. Trimester III is the period of pregnancy which is calculated from the gestational age of the 28th week to the 40th week. Psychological changes in pregnant women are estimated to occur 80%. third trimester. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of hypnobirthing, yoga and pregnancy exercise on the anxiety level of third trimester pregnant women at BPM Griya Bunda Ceria in 2020. Research method: quantitative research, using the shapiro wilt test method with pre-test and post-test approaches. in this study were all third trimester pregnant women who checked their pregnancy at BPM Griya Bunda Ceria Palembang. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by means of observation using a questionnaire sheet. The results: obtained from a total of 15 respondents. Based on the results of the Shapiro Wilt test, the p-Value is 0.05 where >α = 0.05 means that there is a significant influence between before and after hypnobirthing is done.statistically, the p-Value is 0,000, meaning that there is a significant effect between before and after yoga. Thus the hypothesis which states that there is an effect of yoga on the anxiety level of pregnant women in the third trimester which is statistically proven based on the paired shapiro wilt test, the p-Value is 0.00 in yoga, p-Value is 0.00 in pregnancy exercise, and the statistical test results are said to be related if the value The calculated p-Value <= 0.05 then Ho is rejected, meaning that it is significant, so the conclusion is that the two variables have a relationship, on the contrary, if the calculated p-Value> = 0.05, then Ho is accepted, meaning that the two variables have no significant relationship.

Breastfeeding is a physiological process to provide optimal nutrition for babies and one of the first steps for humans to have a healthy and prosperous life. The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still a big problem for the State of Indonesia. There are several ways that can be done to increase exclusive breastfeeding, one of which is health education. The use of video as a means of education is now starting to be developed in line with current technological advances. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exclusive breastfeeding counseling with audio visual on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in the work area of Singgani Health Center. This research is a pre-experimental study with the design of one group pretest-posttest. The number of samples is 33 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The analysis used in this study was the Wilcoxon test. The results of the univariate analysis of data on pretest knowledge with good categories were 24 people (72.7%) and the poor categories were 9 people (27.3%) Knowledge of posttest with good categories as many as 21 people (63.6%) were less than 12 people (36.4%). The pretest attitude in the good category was 16 people (48.4%), the poor category was 17 people (51.6%). The posttest attitude in the good category was 21 people (63.6%) in the poor category of 12 people (36.4%). The results of the bivariate analysis of the knowledge of the pretest posttest knowledge (p-value 0.002). The posttest pretest attitude (p-value 0.363. The conclusion shows that there is the influence of exclusive breastfeeding counseling with video media on the knowledge of pregnant women in the Singgani Health. There is no effect of exclusive breastfeeding counseling with audio visual on the attitudes of pregnant women in the Singgani Health Center. The suggestion is that midwives are expected to further increase the use of increasingly developing technology, one of which is the use of audio visual to provide counseling

Anemia is one of the indirect causes of maternal mortality. The Government of Indonesia has made efforts to overcome anemia, including by giving iron tablets to pregnant women. To improve maternal compliance in consuming iron tablet healthcare workers should include family/cadres in the supervision of food and medicine. This study aims to know the effectiveness of accompaniment drinking iron tablet By Cadres Against Increasing Hb Level of Pregnant Women at Puskesmas Kota Palangka Raya. This research is a quasi-experimental design using "nonrandomized control group pretest-posttest design" approach. Sampling technique total sampling is with the number of samples of 62 people divided into 2 groups, 31 intervention groups, and 31 control groups. In the intervention group involving cadres as moderate blood-boosting drink companions in the control group without blood-boosting companions. The analysis technique used for the intervention and control group is using the Wilcoxon test. The result of intervention group statistic test get p-value = 0,000 (
