The exclusive role of culture and education in the modern strategy of sustainable development is emphasized. For so many centuries, culture and education had a distinct flavor of luxury and were available, as a rule, to a select few. Currently, there is a widespread expansion of culture and education, and indicators of upbringing and training have become the primary condition for the sustainable existence of society and the individual. The question arises: what is the hidden primacy of culture and education today? The authors call the answer to it moral postulates and enlightenment, which affect not only the human mind, but feelings and soul, giving rise to desires and actions that obey the will. It is concluded that ideals, beliefs and other qualitative characteristics of a person are the main regulators of sustainable social life. Thus, the role of culture and education is to implement social harmony and ensure the quality of life of people.

The author examines the concept of free time and such features as recreation, development of personality, fulfilling of needs, communication, transfer of experience. The attention is focused to the development of children and youth. In this connection the appearance and becoming of pedagogy of free time are investigated, in particular in Germany and Austria, and training for this area. It is an interesting reflection about sociocultural animation in France, Switzerland and some countries of Latin America. In the article the experience in implementation of «diversity concept» in the USA and Germany is studied. The findings of the research show that critical understanding of leisure needs its philosophical reflection and adequate perception in the context of modern pedagogy, which means empowering efficiency for children and the young, as well as personal development. It is worth considering the emergence and formation of leisure pedagogy and training experience for the sector, gained in various European countries, in order to analyze the problem. Moreover, the practice of leisure activities should be considered as well. The study stresses the fact that sociocultural animation is widely used for education. Certain attempts to recognize the pedagogy of free time as an independent pedagogical discipline have not found sufficient support yet. Thus, it is considered an integral part of social pedagogy.

The aim of this systematic review is to analyze how, after additional trunk-focused training programs (ATEP), motor recovery after a stroke is modulated by potential effect modifiers. Twenty randomized controlled studies that carried out ATEP were included. Results showed moderate-to-high effects in favor of ATEP for trunk function, balance ability, gait performance, and functional mobility. Studies with a higher initial trunk impairment obtained a higher effect on trunk function and balance; studies with older participants had a higher effect on trunk function, limit of stability, and functional mobility, but not on balance ability. Older and more affected patients were, as well, those who started the intervention earlier, which was also linked with higher effects on trunk function, balance, and gait performance. Longer ATEP found a high effect on trunk function and balance ability. The potential effect modifiers seem to be important in the modulation of the effectiveness of ATEP and should be considered in the design of rehabilitation programs. Thus, since potential effect modifiers seem to modulate ATEP effectiveness, future studies should consider them in their experimental designs to better understand their impact on stroke rehabilitation.

Rehabilitation measures lead to an increase in the duration and quality of life of patients. The current trend towards intensification of the treatment process, early discharge of patients from hospital, as well as the duration of cardio rehabilitation programs, raises the question about the place of their implementation. The purpose of this work was to assess the readiness of patients who have undergone acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and coronary revascularization to undergo rehabilitation programs, including the use of remote technologies. The study was multicenter, conducted in hospitals of Ivanovo, Voronezh and Omsk, using a single original questionnaire agreed by the researchers. 232 patients were examined, including 124 patients with myocardial infarction, 59 patients with unstable stenocardia and 49 patients who underwent coronary revascularization. The results of the study indicate that the majority of patients who have undergone acute coronary syndrome and coronary revascularization are ready to undergo cardio rehabilitation programs, but, as a rule, in hospital or sanatorium environments. Only half of the interviewed patients have access to the Internet and know how to use it, and only 15% of the respondents are ready to undergo rehabilitation remotely. Remote ways of communicating with patients and monitoring the implementation of rehabilitation programs require both improving the ways of their technical support and raising awareness and training of patients to work with mobile devices and registrars.
