<p class="Style4">Along with the increasing public awareness of higher education, it becomes a motivation to continue their education to higher education. Prospective students are faced with many choices of universities. Through promotions, it offers various study programs and displays its potential and advantages such as complete facilities and strategic locations. This study is to determine the factors that influence the decision of students to continue their education to higher education at STMIK Bani Saleh. The type of data used is primary data, namely STMIK Bani Saleh students majoring in informatics engineering with a total of 185 respondents. Data analysis used path analysis while data processing used SPSS 2.0. The results showed that the factors that influenced student decisions were cost of 26.2%, facilities of 7.1%, promotion of 2.7% and motivation of 17.56%.</p><p class="Style4"><strong>Key words:</strong> <em>Factors, Decisions, Costs, Facilities, Promotion, Motivation, Student Decisions, Path Analysis</em></p>

This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest through motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were 186 students of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta both from Accounting and Management Study Programs. The sampling technique used in this study was snowball sampling while the data analysis used in this study was path analysis. The classical assumption test used in this research are normality test, multicollinerarity test and heteroscedasticity test. The results of this study prove that self-efficacy has a positive effect on motivation. The results of data processing shows that motivation has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest while self-efficacy has no effect on entrepreneurial interest and self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest through motivation as an intervening variable.

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology now makes it easier for humans to do various jobs. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of individual taxpayer compliance that was influenced by the application of e-filling at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The method of data analysis uses path analysis. The research data uses primary data, namely the answers of individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Gianyar for the questionnaire given. The results of this study indicate that business expectations and knowledge possessed by users have a positive influence on user compliance. Security and confidentiality of data, the speed of reporting has a positive influence on interest in using e-filling. Keywords : E-Filling,  compliance, knowledge, security, confidentiality.

The research aims to study and analyze the influence of lecturer’s competence and learning process on study program competitive advantage either in simultaneous and partiality at private higher education in North Sumatera. This research was conducted by census methods over 44 S1 Management studies in Private Higher Education Kopertis of Regional I North Sumatera. The data used in this research were primary data collected by questioners. The research respondents were head and students of study programs.  The validity and reliability of the data was tested before hypothesis testing. The data analysis for hypothesis testing was the path analysis. This research concludes that: the role of lecturer’s competence and learning process influential significantly toward study program competitive advantage. Partially from both independent variables, the influence of lecturer’s competence toward study program competitive advantage is greater than learning process.

This study aims to find out and evaluate the influence of turnover intention, organization commitment and locus of control toward dysfunctional audit behavior. Based on the census method, th is research used samples of 64 respondents as auditors who work in Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of Aceh Representative. This study was conducted using primary data obtained through the questionnaire. The data analysis used multiple regression analysis with data processing using SPSS version 22. The result of the study shows that turnover intention does not have a significant influence on dysfunctional audit behavior. While organization commitment and locus of control have a significant influence on dysfunctional audit behavior.

To implement the good corporate governance as it was expected, especially in the BUMN Tbk. in Indonesia, it is important to optimize the  role of internal audit. The purpose of this research is to explore the influence of internal audit partly and simultaneously on the good corporate governance at the state-owned companies (BUMN Tbk) in Indonesia. The data used in this research were primary data collected by questionnaires. The data analysis for hypothesis testing was the path analysis. This research done with research method of census by 13 at the state-owned companies (BUMN Tbk.) in Indonesia.  The data used in this research were primary data collected by questionnaires. Result of this research indicates that audit factors partly and simultaneously has influenced significantly to exercise on the good corporate governance at the state-owned companies (BUMN Tbk.) in Indonesia.

The growth of coffee consumption in the community has a negative impact on the increase in the amount of plastic waste from coffee drinks. This condition is the focus of Starbuck's attention to produce green product reusable Color changing cups. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence buying interest in green product reusable color changing cups. The research method used is survey and the data analysis technique used is path analysis. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents who are Instagram followers @starbucksindonesia who use reusable color changing cups at the Sahid Sudirman Center. The results showed that Green Product had a positive effect on repurchase intention through green advertising. This research also shows that the innovation of reusable color changing cups as a green product launched by Starbucks, was received positively and in accordance with the needs of people who have started to care about environmentally friendly products. Starbucks consumers will reuse reusable color changing cups as containers or glasses when purchasing drinks.
