ABSTRACT PT. Sintech Berkah Abadi is one of the providers of software solutions in the global market, providing business-based and high-tech solutions for customers throughout Indonesia. At present in terms of archiving data that is accessed is still using a manual system and not yet computerized, the process of searching for archives is quite time consuming and making reports still uses Microsoft Excel. This study aims to design a web-based archival classification information system to make it easier to manage file management properly. In this study using data collection methods namely observation, interviews and literature study. In the system analysis method used is the SWOT analysis, the design method used is Extreme Programming (XP). The results of the system design by using a web-based system can facilitate users in inputting data, storing data, searching for data, and making more accurate archive reports, so that archiving can run effectively and efficiently. South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

Absrtak: Tulisan ini merupakan kajian dalam menindaklanjuti saran dari hasil penelitian penulis, tentang perlunya perancangan dan pengembangan model prototipe Sistem Informasi Jabatan Fungsional Dosen berbasis web. Implementasi jabatan fungsional tersebut untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung angka kredit, memudahkan pemasukan dan pencarian data sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma siklus hidup pengembangan sistem, meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka; analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan star Unified Modeling Language (UML), relasi antar file, struktur file, struktur program, rancangan masukan, rancangan luaran, dan struktur menu dengan menggunakan pemograman PHP & database Mysql. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya prototipe sistem jabatan fungsional yang dapat dimanfaatkan para dosen dalam memproses pengusulan dan perhitungan angka kredit secara mudah, cepat, dan efektif. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta) perlu mendorong pengembangan dan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi tersebut. Begitu pula para dosen perlu membiasakan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi berbasisweb dalam memudahkan mengimplementasikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Kata kunci : Dosen, Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, Jabatan Fungsional Dosen.Abstract: This paper is a study to follow up the recommendation from the result of the writer’s research, which was about the importance of design and development of information system prototype of web based lecturer functional job. The implementation of functional job will facilitate the calculation of credit rate, ease the data entry and searching to bring about accurate, appropriate and relevant information. This research used life cyclus paradigm of system development which include data collection phase via observation, interview and literature study; system analysis and design using star Unified Modeling Language (UML), interrelation among files, file structure, program structure, input design, output design, and menu structure using PHP and database Mysql. This study resulted that there is a prototype of functional job system which can be used by lecturers to proceed the proposal and calculation of credit rate easily, fast, and effectively. That is why colleges (public/private ones) need to encourage the develepment and utilization of such information system. Similarly, lecturers need to familiarize the utilization of web based information system in order to facilitate the implementation of lecturer functional job. Technology is increasingly sophisticated with over time competition in the business world such as E-Commerce has a positive impact on entrepreneurs to advance their companies, namely by creating online websites so that offerings and sales are easy among the public. By accessing the website page of PT. Daya Berkah Sentosa Nusantara buyers do not have to come directly to the place or company, and send offers according to admin needs.The purpose of this study is to make it easier for researchers to solve supply and sales problems based on problems that arise in the company. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, with data collection techniques used using observation, interviews and literature study. The desired result of this research is to be able to create a website for the company, to be able to expand marketing reach, buyers can view products through the website.

The purpose of this research is to design a database system that is implemented in a web-based academic management that can be used to support the information system and academic management at Muhammadiyah 4 High School Bandung. The proposed Method in system design includes 2 parts, such as system analysis and product design. Analytical methods include literature studies, interviews, and questionnaire. Meanwhile, the database design method used are three stages database design according to Connoly and Begg. The results achieved are web based academic and database management system at Muhammadiyah High School 4 Bandung. The conclusion obtained from this research is the system is able to provide information needs, faster, accurate, prevent duplication problem of data , to support decision making, to improve effective communication between the user, and to get the information easier.

<h1 align="center">Abstrak</h1><p><em>Pengolahan data kendaraan satuan jajaran Kostrad yang dilakukan oleh satuan Palkostrad dalam penyajian informasi datanya masih dalam bentuk konvensional meskipun telah menggunakan media komputerisasi yaitu dalam bentuk word dan excel, hal ini menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya overlaping data. Selain itu mobilitas yang tinggi dari satuan Palkostrad dan belum memaksimalkan dalam penggunaan media informasi ini dapat dilihat masih adanya keterlambatan dalam penyajian informasi data Alutsista bidang kendaraan satuan jajaran Kostrad. Guna mempermudah dalam pengolahan informasi data kendaraan di satuan jajaran Kostrad, diperlukan suatu sistem informasi berbasis web dengan struktur database yang terintegrasi dengan baik. Untuk mengatasi overlaping data dan ketepatan dalam penyajian informasi data Alutsista bidang kendaraan satuan jajaran Kostrad maka perlu dilakukan perancangan dan pembangunan sistem informasi data Alutsista bidang kendaraan disatuan jajaran Kostrad yang berbasis web. Terkait dat-data yang diperlukan pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen. Hasil yang di peroleh dengan pengembangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada penelitian ini.</em></p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The data processing of Kostrad unit vehicles carried out by Palkostrad units in the presentation of data information is still in the conventional form even though it has used computerized media in the form of word and excel, this is one of the causes of data overlapping. In addition, the high mobility of the Palkostrad unit and not yet maximizing the use of this information media can be seen that there is still a delay in the presentation of information on the defense equipment data of the Kostrad unit vehicles. In order to facilitate the processing of vehicle data information in the Kostrad ranks, a web-based information system is needed with a well-integrated database structure. To overcome the overlapping of data and the accuracy in the presentation of data information on vehicle units in the Kostrad line, it is necessary to design and construct a vehicle information system for vehicle systems in the web-based Kostrad line. Related data needed in this study were obtained through literature study, interviews and document collection. The results obtained by developing this system are expected to help solve the problems that exist in this study.</em></p>

Exports and imports are driving the nation's economy and state revenue sources. Customs as a state agency is assigned to manage the country's income. Customs and its staff are still experiencing difficulties in reporting receipt of export and import of plant or company. One of the policy is issued, each factory or company shall make the information system to determine information about the export of finished goods and raw material imports. The problem is the lack of standardization in the information that must be made by the manufacturer or company. This study makes the design of information systems based on web-based exports and imports that can be used by all factories or companies in Indonesia, particularly in PT.Windu Eka. The design method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Analysis, Design and Testing Prototype. This information system consists of web-based software with PHP programming and MySQL database that aims to provide information online, so the reports more accessible and faster made to be reported to Customs.

In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Abstract:The Department of Transportation (DISHUB) of Tegal Regency as the organizer of the highway has difficulties in monitoring road equipment due to the small number of personnel with a fairly large work area. Complaints by the public regarding maintenance of road equipment such as lacking or damaged road equipment are needed by DISHUB as input to be more effective and quick in collecting road equipment data. The main objective of this research is to create alternative solutions that can help DISHUB in maintaining road equipment. Data collection techniques by observation, interview, and literature study. The Extreme Programming method is used as a software development method. The results of this research are the Geographical Information System of the Highway that can be utilized by DISHUB of Tegal Regency and the general public who can provide information on the location of road equipment, as well as road equipment complaints services. Keywords:GIS; Geographic Information System; Extreme Programming
