The aim of this research is to explain and describe the relationship between reformed theology and the reform of European Christians' views on the nature of the church in life as followers of Jesus. The aim of this research is to explain and describe the relationship between reformed theology and the reform of European Christians' views on the nature of the church in life as followers of Jesus. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques, literature studies and data analysis is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that Luther's theology of vocations in all areas of life and Calvin's theology of predestination, sanctification, and justification became the basis for changes in the work ethic of European society at that time. They see work and the results of work are part of faith, therefore they work hard, value time, and appreciate the results of work or material. Therefore, work and work are part of the life of faith. In later developments, there was an excessive appreciation of material or capitalism because of the secularization of work culture, which was originally part of faith. In fact, this Capitalism is not in accordance with Christian ethics. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan hubungan antara teologi reformator dengan pandangan orang Kristen Eropa reformasi tentang hakikat gereja dalam kehidupan sebagai pengikut Yesus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan hubungan antara teologi reformator dengan pandangan orang Eropa Kristen tentang hakikat gereja dalam kehidupan sebagai pengikut Yesus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, studi kepustakaan dan analisis data adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teologi panggilan Luther di segala bidang kehidupan dan teologi predestinasi, pengudusan dan pembenaran Calvin menjadi dasar perubahan etos kerja masyarakat Eropa saat itu. Mereka melihat kerja dan hasil kerja adalah bagian dari iman, oleh karena itu mereka bekerja keras, menghargai waktu dan menghargai hasil kerja atau materi. Jadi bekerja adalah bagian dari kehidupan iman. Dalam perkembangan selanjutnya, terjadi apresiasi yang berlebihan terhadap material atau kapitalisme karena sekularisasi budaya kerja yang semula merupakan bagian dari keimanan. Padahal, Kapitalisme ini tidak sesuai dengan etika Kristen.

The objective of this research was to provide an understanding of cohesion and coherence in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia with title Kemenperin Jamin Serap Garam Rakyat. The research method used is the method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data tabulation, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results show that in the news text in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia there is a more dominant cohesion found pronouns, ellipsis, and conjunctions or hyphens. Then, the coherence that is found is the relationship of contradictions, general specific relationships, comparison relationships, causal relationships, review relationships, and referral relationships. This study aims to analyze the magnitude of the relationship 1) work culture towards organizational performance in BPSDM Jambi Province. 2) Coordination of organizational performance in BPSDM Jambi Province. 3) Work culture and Coordination of organizational performance in BPSDM Jambi Province. This study uses quantitative methods with the type of survey approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, the conclusions that can be drawn from this study are 1) Work culture (X1) has an influence on organizational performance because the significance value is 0.041 <0.05 and t count> t table (2.064> 1.66), meaning H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. 2) Coordination (X2) does not have an influence on organizational performance because the value of Significance is 0.109> 0.05 and seen from the value of t count <t table (1.615 <1.66), means H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected or coordination does not have a significant effect on organizational performance. 3) Based on F count 3.091> F table (2.92) and significance 0.049 <0.05% means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or work culture and coordination simultaneously have an influence on organizational performance. So the conclusion is that if the work culture and coordination are carried out together well, then the organization's performance will also increase and vice versa.

This reseach aims to determine the relationship between thanksgiving and happiness in honorary teachers. The research method is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used scale of gratitude and scale of happiness. The subjects of this research were 105 teachers of the State Elementary School in Masbagik sub-district, East Lombok district. The analysis technique used is Product Moment Correation analysis by using SPSS 23.00 For Windows. The result of data analysis showed that the coefficient of correlation was R = 0.690 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01). This research indicated that the contribution which is given by gratitude to happiness is 47,6 %, it means the relationship between the variables of gratitude and happiness for honorary is very significant.

The performance of an organization can be determined by the existence of a good organizational culture that exists within an organization. This work culture will not just appear, but must be pursued in earnest through a controlled process involving a controlled process involving all Human Resources (HR) in a set of systems, tools and supporting techniques. The objectives of the research carried out by the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng are: to find out the description of organizational culture and employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet, Soppeng Regency. To answer these questions, the stages of the research method were used, starting from the literature review and field study, proposal preparation, testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, data collection, analysis and discussion. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the work culture of the employees at the Alfamidi Prosperity Minimarket Outlet Soppeng was high, as well as the employee performance at the Alfamidi Prosperity Soppeng Minimarket Outlet showed that the employee's performance was very good in achieving organizational goals.

This study aims to determine whether the Industrial Relationship  Between Worker, Entrepreneur and Government  at PT. Aru Raharja Indonesia has achieved its goal.           This research method used an evaluative descriptive method. The object of the research was focused on the Industrial relationship  between worker, entrepreneur and government  On the outsourcing program of PT. Aru Raharja Indonesia          Data is collected through observatied, documentation studied, and indepth interview. Data analysis used descriptive evaluative techniques, through four stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification.          The results of the studied found that industrial relationship at the outsourcing program of PT. Aru Raharja Indonesia is classified as moderate. This indicates that the industrial relation to the outsourcing program of PT. Aru Raharja Indonesia still needs to be repaired in its implementation. It can be less effective in the process of communication between worker, entrepreneur and government in the form of coaching, supervision and coordination between the parties involved in the relationship industry

The purpose of this research was to investigate the direct influence of promotion and service quality on purchase decision to order Nasi Penggoda via Ojek Online (Ojol) during the Covid-19 quarantine period in Pontianak.  The research method was carried out causally by measuring the strength of the relationship between two or more variables. Through the distribution of interviews and questionnaires (Google Form),a total of 85 respondents were randomly selected for data collection. Multiple regression was used when conductiong data analysis from the said responses.  The results of this research carried out, the hypothesis was clearly accepted. It proved that both promotion (X1) and service quality (X2) influenced simultaneously and partially to purchase decision on ordering Nasi Penggoda through Ojek Online (Ojol).  On the other hand, partial research variables showed that service quality dominates more than promotion on the making of purchase decision.

This article will generally examine the naming convention of small objects lexemes (ism tagīr) in the Al-Munawwir Arabic-Indonesian dictionary. The approach used in this study is a linguistic approach, especially closely related to morphosemantics. In this case, the morphosemantic study involves the study of the structure and meaning of the lexeme in relation to small objects or what is commonly referred to in Arabic as ism taṣgīr. The research method consists of three important stages, such as: (1) the data collection and analysis using the observation method of linguistic units in the form of "words" in the al-Munawwir dictionary, (2) the data analysis used distributional methods in the form of techniques for direct elements and contrasting techniques, and (3) reports on results related to the rules for naming small objects in Arabic. The results of this study are expected to provide new insights on the relationship between morphological word formation in Arabic and naming rules in Semantic studies.

This study aims to determine the relationship between proactive personality and religiosity with marital satisfaction. the research method used is quantitative. The research subjects were married couples consisting of 128 couples, in Bethany church Surabaya Indonesia. Data collection uses: 1) the scale of Enrich Marital Satisfaction (EMS) developed by Olson and Fowers (1993), 2) the proactive personality scale developed by Parker (1998), 3) Religiosity using the RCI-10 scale developed by Worthington (2003). Data analysis used multiple linear correlation and partial correlation. Results of this study showed that proactive and religiosity personality together gave a significant relationship with marital satisfaction on husband and wife (p = 0.00, p <0.05). the contribution given to marriage satisfaction by the husband was 37.7%, and the wife was 32.1%. This study also shows that proactive personality by controlling religiosity in husbands is in the low category while those in wives are in the moderate category.

Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan ikon, indeks dan simbol yang terdapat dalam novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma karya Boby Julian. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah teknik baca simak dan teknik catat untuk mencari kutipan yang termasuk kedalam semiotik ikon, indeks, dan simbol, lalu menjadikan data tersebut sebagai bahan analisis. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan Reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan verifikasi. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dalam novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma  ialah ikon waktu, tempat, perasaan, keadaan alam, dan keadaan seseorang. Indeks yang terdapat dalam novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma yaitu indeks  hubungan antara alam dengan kehidupan, kehidupan dengan keadaan, dan segala perbuatan manusia dengan segala balasannya. Simbol yang terdapat dalam novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma yaitu berkaitan dengan hakikat kehidupan manusia sehari-hari.Kata Kunci: semiotik, ikon, indeks, simbol, novel Abstract: This paper aims to describe the use of icons, indexes and symbols contained in Boby Julian's novel: 121 Hari di Shimotsuma. The research method was descriptive qualitative using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were reading and note-taking techniques to find quotations that were included in semiotic icons, indexes, and symbols. The data then were used as material for analysis. Data analysis techniques were performed by data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of data analysis obtained in the novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma were icons of time, place, feelings, natural conditions, and one's condition. The index contained in the novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma was an index of the relationship between nature and life, life with conditions, and human actions with all reward and punishment. The symbols contained in the novel 121 Hari in Shimotsuma were related to the essence of everyday human life.Keywords: semiotic, icon, index, symbol, novel

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.
