Along with the times, technological developments that continue to develop make the rapid dissemination of information entire of society through various media. One of the results is from the field of information technology that has developed through the use of internet technology. The application of internet technology has entered several aspects of life, such as information services, government, education, to trade or business. Before the invention of the internet, humans tended to do various traditional businesses, where buyers and sellers met each other to negotiate and make transactions. The purpose of this research is to see the determination of the company’s image on consumer trust and its impact on online purchasing decisions on marketplace Shopee in Bireuen Regency. Population of this research is all people in Bireuen Regency who shop online on marketplace Shopee. Sample in this research amounted to 130 people. The sampling method using accidental sampling.Data analysis using SEM AMOS program.After regression using Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results showed that the company's image had a significant and positive effect on trust and online purchasing decisions at the marketplace Shopee in Bireuen Regency. Furthermore, trust partially mediates the relationship between company image and purchasing decisions.

Along with the development of the times, food and drinks also develop with new innovations and new brands that have their own characteristics. The existence of a new brand is intended to attract consumers by making purchasing decisions. In this research, researchers want to know how much the influence of word of mouth and brand awareness so that purchasing decisions occur. Researchers are interested in drinks with a new innovation, the bubble tea brand Xing Fu Tang in Indonesia. Researchers took consumer samples of Xing Fu Tang by using Google forms with a total of 120 respondents in three branches namely Lippo Mall Puri, Lippo Mall Kemang, and Pluit Village. Data analysis was performed by researchers using statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) version 15 and Lisrel 8.70 software as software from the Structural Equation Model (SEM). SEM in this study is used to determine the extent of the influence of word of mouth and brand awareness on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that word of mouth significantly influences the purchase decision with a t-value of 2.11 and brand awareness influences the purchase decision with a t-value of 2.38. With these results, entrepreneurs especially bubble tea drinks need to increase word of mouth and brand awareness to increase consumer purchases. Seiring berkembangnya zaman, makanan dan minuman juga ikut berkembang dengan adanya inovasi baru dan adanya merek baru yang memiliki ciri khas tersendiri. Dengan adanya merek baru dimaksudkan untuk menarik konsumen dengan melakukan keputusan pembelian. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh word of mouth dan brand awareness sehingga terjadinya keputusan pembelian. Peneliti tertarik dengan minuman dengan inovasi baru yaitu bubble tea merek Xing Fu Tang di Indonesia. Peneliti mengambil sampel konsumen Xing Fu Tang dengan menggunakan google form dengan total 120 responden di tiga cabang yaitu Lippo Mall Puri, Lippo Mall Kemang, dan Pluit Village. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan program statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) versi 15 dan software Lisrel 8.70 sebagai piranti lunak dari Structural Equation Model (SEM). SEM dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh word of mouth dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t-value sebesar 2.11 dan brand awareness berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t-value sebesar 2.38. Dengan hasil tersebut, para pengusaha khususnya minuman bubble tea perlu meningkatkan word of mouth dan brand awareness untuk meningkatkan pembelian dari konsumen.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the promotion mix on the decision to purchase Kaluna Living pillows with brand awareness as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was 96 Kaluna Living consumers, where the non-probability technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The independent variable was the promotion mix, while the dependent variables were brand awareness and purchasing decisions. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) path analysis using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the promotion mix had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness; brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; the promotion mix had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; and brand awareness was able to mediate part of the influence of the promotion mix on the purchasing decisions with a VAF value of 30.3%. Pada saat ini terdapat fenomena unik di kalangan Gen Y ketika teknologi membuat segalanya menjadi lebih mudah, yaitu terjadinya pergeseran perilaku dan pola berbelanja offline menjadi online.Fakta bahwa Pasar E-commerce ini begitu diminati, memberikan dampak yang baik bagi pelaku bisnis dan konsumen, dimana konsumen cenderung membeli barang branded melalui internet secara online di website E-commerce, Website yang akan dijadikan objek adalah Zalora. Penelitian ini mengacu pada penelitian terdahulu, menggunakan variabel social prestige, Internet technology readiness, Quality perception, dan Brand credibility, untuk mengukur pengaruhnya terhadap Susceptibility to Global Consumer Culture (SGCC) dan minat pembelian online konsumen. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah Generasi millenials dengan skala umur 18-35 tahun yang merupakan pengguna website E-commerce khususnya Zalora, yang tersebar di Jakarta, Semarang dan Surabaya. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Temuan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada variabel social prestige dan internet technology readiness terhadap SGCC dan SGCC memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Objective: This study aims to analyse the factors that influence online purchasing decisions through Pegipegi application.Research Design & Methods: This research method is quantitative with sample of 170 respondents of students of Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. The sample collecting technique is purposive sampling through questionnaires distributed personally using Likert scale. The technique of Analysis used is structural equation model. Findings:The finding results showed that 1) Electronic Word of mouth has a significant direct effect on purchasing, 2) price perception has a direct effect on purchasing decisions, 3) product quality has a direct effect on purchasing decisions, 4) brand awareness is able to mediate the influence of electronic word of mouth, price perception, and product quality on purchasing decisions.Implications & Recommendations:This research has managerial implications for the marketing policies implemented by the Pegipegi application in order to increase customer awareness, thereby increasing the desire to immediately make purchasing decisions when they need appropriate service products.Contribution & Value Added:This study provides a positive contribution to decision making on marketing policies in order to increase market share and company competitiveness in the industry.

Abstrak Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan petani dalam mengalokasikan dana ganti rugi konversi lahan, mengetahui besarnya pengaruh karakteristik petani dan kelompok acuan terhadap ganti rugi konversi lahan serta mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik petani, kelompok acuan dan ganti rugi konversi lahan terhadap keputusan petani dalam mengalokasikan dana ganti rugi lahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan AMOS. Teknik penentuan responden dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive) dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan petani dalam mengalokasikan dana ganti rugi lahan di daerah penelitian adalah karakteristik petani yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang (60,76%), kelompok acuan dalam kategori rendah (46,20%) dan ganti rugi konversi lahan dalam kategori rendah pula (47,20%). Sedangkan dari hasil analisis menggunakan AMOS diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel karakteristik petani dan kelompok acuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap ganti rugi konversi lahan. Namun variabel karakteristik petani dan kelompok acuan terlihat berpengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan petani, besarnya pengaruh dari variabel-variabel tersebut berturut-turut adalah sebesar 0.17 dan 0.68. Sedangkan variabel ganti rugi konversi lahan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan petani. Kata Kunci : Ganti Rugi, Keputusan, Konversi Lahan, PetaniAbstract The purpose of this research are to know the factors that influence of peasant in the alocation of compensation fund, to know how many the influence of peasant caracteristic and reference group to compensation fund on land conversion and to know the influence of peasant caracteristic and reference group to decisions of peasant in the allocation of and compensation fund. The Research methode use in this research is a kuantitatif descriptive. The analisis use is an Structural Squation Models (SEM) with AMOS. The tecnique use in this research for the determination of respondent is purposive sampling and the determination of sampling with solvin. The result of this research indicated that with use the descriptive analysis that influence factors to influence of peasant in the allocation of land compensastion fund at the research palace are the peasant caracteristic is medium (60.76%), the reference group is lowest (46.20%) and land conversation is lows too (47.20%). The result of AMOS analysis, the caracteristic of peasant and reference group is not influence indirect to compensation fund on land conversation. While the caracteristic of peasant and reference group are influence direct to decision of peasant, the size of factors influence both 0.17 and 0.68 and the compensation fund land conversion is not influence to peasant decision.Keywords : Decisions, Land Conversation, Peasant, Compensation.

Abstract: In the era of globalization, the progress of science and technology is growing very rapidly. In the field of marketing, one of them is by increasingly advanced payment methods and sales promotions. Promotions and digital payments are also strategies to attract consumers to make purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of digital payments and sales promotions on purchasing decisions for thirsty drinks. The population of this research is the consumers of the Haus drinks,  Binus branch in West Jakarta, and have made a purchase of Haus. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely the purposive sampling technique with 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation model with SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that digital payments and sales promotions have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Partially digital payments and sales promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Binus branch of Haus drinks.

This study aims to examine an integrated model of brand salience, perceived quality, buying decision, brand feeling, and brand resonance to the readers of Suara Merdeka Newspaper in Semarang. The sample of this study was 135 readers of Suara Merdeka Newspaper in Semarang. Exogenous and endogenous measurements have been approved using confirmatory analysis. Furthermore, it is analyzed with the Structural Equation Model to examine the causality relationship between the variables that influence and are measured by brand salience, purchasing decisions, perceived quality, brand feelings and brand resonance. Conclusions from the results of this study indicate that to increase brand resonance can be obtained through brand feelings obtained from the confidence of the purchase results due to brand excellence (Brand Salience).Keywords: : Brand Resonance; Brand Salience; Brand Feeling; buying decision; Perceived Quality 3Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model terintegrasi brand salience, perpsepsi kualitas, keputusan pembelian, brand feeling, brand resonance kepada para pembaca Surat Kabar Suara Merdeka di Semarang. Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Model untuk pengujian hubungan kausalitas antar variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi dan dipengaruhi oleh brand salience, keputusan pembelian, perceived quality, brand feeling dan brand resonance. The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred at the end of 2019 has caused an economic downturn in Indonesia and the government has also appealed to the public to immediately implement health protocols. As a result, many franchisees experienced a decline in revenue, including national and international franchises. The purpose of this study is to analyze the purchasing decisions of the community at the local franchise Martabak Roland in South Tambun, Bekasi, West Java. This local franchise brand image has a very good image, purchase intention is used in this study as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative study using an online questionnaire as a data collection tool, with a sample of 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that brand image and price had no significant effect on purchase intentions and food quality had no effect on purchase intentions. Meanwhile, the Purchase intention variable which is classified as moderate has a significant effect on the decision to purchase a local franchise during Covid-19

New product marketing through brand extension strategies that are supported by product quality which said to be successful if the extension products are acceptable and make better consumer decisions. This study aims to determine the direct or indirect influence of brand extension and product quality on customer purchasing decisions through brand image Enduro Matic G. Research using survey method conducted on 110 customers Enduro Matic G in Serang City. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model of Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) with the result of research obtained 1) brand extension have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision; 2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision; 3) brand extension has no effect on brand image; 4) product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image and 5) brand image has no effect on customer purchasing decision of Enduro Matic-G. Brand extensions and good product quality are proven to make better customer purchasing decisions, but can not make the Enduro Matic G brand image better in the eyes of its customers.

Art market or souvenir market can not be separated from the existence of Bali island, unlike a tourist destination. The development of modern souvenir market was very disturbing traders in the traditional souvenir market. Due to it was feared will turn off the traditional art market. In this regard, to ensure the factors that need to be optimized in order to increase tourist visits to traditional Art Market was very important to conduct research. Based on the background and the problem, this research has a purpose to analyze the influence of art market attribute, promotion and service quality to market image and purchasing decision with research location at Guwang Art Market. The present research was designed as a descriptive and analytic approach. It defined that was descriptive facts, followed by analysis of the significance of empirical facts found. The descriptions were included the facts of market attributes, promotion, service quality, and market image in purchasing decisions. The population in the study were tourists who visit Guwang Art Market. Data collection was conducted with questionnaires distributed to travelers visiting the Guwang Art Market in April-July 2015. Data analysis used Structural Equation Model.
