The purpose of this research is to describe liquidity,solvability, profitability and stock pricesand to know influence of liquidity, solvability and profitabilityto stock prices at the Companieslisted in LQ 45 Index.The research was using qualitative desriptive analysis and quantitative desriptive analysis. The data collection was using documentation. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, correlation coeffient, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing.The result of regression are liquidity, solvability and profitability have a negative effect on stock prices at the Companies listed in the LQ 45 Index.The results analysis of the correlation coefficient and determination coefficient is known that there is a medium relationship between liquidity, solvability and profitability of stock prices and stock prices are more influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The results of F testit is known that liquidity, solvability and profitability have a significant effect on stock prices at the Companies listed in the LQ 45 Index simultaneously. The results of the t test it is known that partially liquidity and solvability have a significant effect and profitability has no significant effect on stock prices at the Companies listed in the LQ 45 Index.The suggestion of this research is that the company should manage current assets optimally to increase revenue, control the use of debt, and distribute dividends to investors so that investors are interested in investing capital in the company.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of own capital and the number of members partially and simultaneous on the growth of cooperatives (SHU) in Pematangsiantar City Cooperative in 2017-2019 periods. Data collection in this study is conducted by interview, observation and documentation methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 17 cooperatives with the 2017-2019 periods with population of 86. The analysis techniques have been carried outusing simple and multiple linear regression, with the program SPSS 21. The partial test results of the t test show that own capital has a positive and significant effect on SHU while the number of members has a negative and significant effect on SHU. Meanwhile the results simultaneous testing hrough the F test shows that the own capital and the number of members have a positive and significant effect on SHU. The results of the determinant test have an adjusted R square (R2) value of 0.227 which means that the effect of own capital and the number of members on SHU is 22.7% and the remaining 77.3% is explained by variables or other factors not examined in this study, such as loan capital, total deposits, business volume and total assets. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of technical guidance, facilities and incentives to performance Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Deli Serdang. The population in this study was the entire personnel of the Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Deli Serdang amounting to 230 people. The sample is used as many as 40 personnel Bhabinkamtibmas who are the rank of Bripka. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and questionnaire list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from a partial test of guidance to significant impact on performance. Partial testing of facilities has significant effect on performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of technical guidance, facilities and incentives has significant effect on performance.

This research aimed to determine the influence of adversity quotient (AQ) on student mathematics learning achievement (MLA) of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Narmada academic year 2019/2020. Population in this study consisted of 379 students and sample of the research is consisted of 80 students which are selected by using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research using questionnaires and test. The instrument of this research using a closed AQ questionnaire consisting of 50 statements and essay of pattern and sequence mathematics number consisting of 4 questions. The data obtained was analyzed using correlation and simple linear regression. Correlation coefficient (r) equal to 0,799, which indicate that relation between AQ on student MLA including was strong category. The contribution of AQ on student MLA, coefficient of determination is 60,684 %. This indicated AQ also affect the student’s MLA of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Narmada academic year 2019/2020 shown by liniear regression equation in this research is Y=-20,592+0,577X

Presenter is a person whose job is to bring and convey information, or a narrative in a television program. Interest is defined as a feeling of liking or pleasure as well as feeling attracted to an object or activity without instructions and usually there is a tendency to look for the object that you like. Tonight Show is a NET TV talk show hosted by four presenters. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection using a questionnaire distributed to respondents who are members of the Tonight Mania community Whatsapp group. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that there is a strong influence from the Tonight Show host on the interest in watching the Tonight Show program in the Tonight Mania Community. This is shown by the results of the correlation coefficient test of 0.691 and the influence of 47% obtained from the results of the coefficient of determination test. Based on simple linear regression testing, the results show that the Tonight Show host gives a positive value to the interest in watching the Tonight Show program in the Tonight Mania community, and based on the results of the t test, the results show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Presenter adalah orang yang bertugas untuk membawakan serta menyampaikan sebuah informasi, atau narasi dalam sebuah program televisi. Minat diartikan sebagai rasa suka  atau  senang serta rasa tertarik terhadap suatu objek atau aktivitas tanpa adanya suruhan dan biasanya muncul kecenderungan untuk mencari objek yang disenangi tersebut. Tonight Show merupakan sebuah acara talkshow NET TV yang dipandu oleh empat pembawa acara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden yang tergabung dalam grup Whatsapp komunitas Tonight Mania. Berdasarkan peneltian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dari pembawa acara Tonight Show terhadap minat menonton acara Tonight Show pada Komunitas Tonight Mania. Hal itu ditunjukan dari hasil uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,691 serta adanya pengaruh sebesar 47% yang didapatkan dari hasil uji koefesien determinasi. Berdasarkan pengujian regresi linear sederhana didapatkan hasil bahwa pembawa acara Tonight Show memberikan nilai positif terhadap minat menonton acara Tonight Show pada komunitas Tonight Mania, serta berdasarkan hasil dari uji t didapatkan hasil bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

The existence of instability in the value of sales is an important evaluation that must be carried out by management. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling on Sales Targets at PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The location of data collection is done at PT. Setiawan Sedjati Bandung. The research method uses quantitative methods. This research is a descriptive correlation with sample data collection using the Slovin formula. A total of 67 respondents were used as samples in this study consisting of employees of the marketing division and customers of PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The existing samples were then processed using SPSS Statistic Software version 26. Based on the processed data, the results of the regression equation Y = 20.478 + 0.182x. Then the correlation coefficient value of 0.747, it can be said that these results have a strong relationship between variables. The value of the coefficient of determination is 55.8%. The calculated value of 9.068 > 2.6512 this result shows a significant increase between variables on the t-test. It can be concluded that H1 accepted and H0 rejected, namely the variable personal selling. The variable personal selling has an influence on sales.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of   tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy of service quality to consumer satisfaction of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The questionaires were distributed to the 100 respondent of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. Hypothesis testing using the T test. Result shows that  partially, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy variables has significant effect on consumer satisfaction  of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. Based on the analysis of known coefficient of determination value of Adjusted R Square is  0.477, this means 47,7% variable consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables service quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

This research is on CV. Netral Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of service quality and price simultaneously on customer satisfaction on CV. Neutral Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency; To find out the effect of service quality partially on customer satisfaction on CV. Neutral Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency; To find out the effect of prices partially on customer satisfaction on CV. Neutral Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study are all consumers who use the services of CV. Neutral Rengat Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency which is infinite in number, where visitors are teenagers to adults, the population used is 24,057 people. While the sample in this study amounted to 100 people with a nonprobability sampling technique. Thisr research used quantitative methods, namely by multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient and determination, and F test and t test. Based on the results of the research and discussion, some conclusions can be drawn as follows: From the quantitative calculations obtained using the multiple linear regression equation Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 obtained Y = 3.808 + 0.238 X1 + 0.528 X2, namely the constant coefficient value (a) amounting to 3.808 this means that if the value of service quality (X1) and price (X2) equals zero, then the level or amount of customer satisfaction (Y) is equal to 3.808. The coefficient value of X1 = 0.238 means that if the service quality (X1) rises by one unit, while the price variable (X2) remains, customer satisfaction (Y) will increase by 0.238 and vice versa if the service quality (X1) decreases by one unit, while the price variable (X2) remains, consumer satisfaction (Y) will decrease by 0,238. The coefficient value of X2 = 0.528 explains that if the price (X2) rises by one unit, while the service quality variable (X1) remains, the level of customer satisfaction (Y) will increase by 0.528 and if the price (X2) falls by one unit, while the service quality variable (X1) remains that consumer satisfaction (Y) will decrease by 0.528. Multiple linear correlation coefficient (R) that is 0.885 means that the relationship that has a very high correlation between service quality and price to customer satisfaction is 0.885. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.783, meaning that customer satisfaction can be explained by variations in changes in the independent variable (service quality and price) of 78.3%, while the remaining 21.7% is explained by other variables outside the research. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F value is 175,051 with a significant level of 0,000. While Ftable at 100% (0.05) is 3.09. In both calculations, F count> Ftable is 175,051> 3,09. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the t test obtained the value of tcount X1> t table = 2.101> 1.98447 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means the independent variable (X1) service quality partially has a significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction (Y). Furthermore, the value of tcount X2> t table = 4.268> 1.98447 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the independent variable (X2) price partially has a significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction (Y).
