Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Dalam pemilihan sumber data menggunakan purposive sampling karena pertimbangan tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa: Pertama, motivasi baca siswa SMKN 1 Omben masih tergolong rendah, yang disebabkan oleh banyak faktor, yaitu: faktor letak geografis (pedesaan); paradigma orang tua termasuk masyarakat pada umumnya; orang tua perantau (TKI/TKW); kurangnya kesadaran siswa; kurangnya hubungan atau kerjasama antara orang tua dengan sekolah; pengaruh perkembangan teknologi. Kedua, ada dua peran guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi baca siswa: peran sebagai motivator dan peran sebagai fasilitator, guru memberikan atau menyediakan berbagai fasilitas yang dapat memudahkan siswa dalam proses belajar. Ketiga, implementasi literasi sebagai kegiatan yang wajib untuk berkunjung ke perpustkaan sekolah selama 35 menit sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah ditentukan oleh pihak pengelola perpustakaan. Tujuannya untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya membaca dan untuk menambah wawasan ilmu pengetahuan.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, membaca, Literasi Abstract:This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection method uses observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. In selecting data sources using purposive sampling because of certain considerations. Based on the results of the study, that: First, the motivation to read SMKN 1 Omben students is still relatively low, which is caused by many factors, namely: geographical location factors (rural); the paradigm of parents including society in general; immigrant parents (TKI/TKW); lack of student awareness; lack of relationship or cooperation between parents and school; the influence of technological development. Second, there are two roles of the teacher in increasing students' reading motivation: the role of a motivator and the role of a facilitator, the teacher providing or providing various facilities that can facilitate students in the learning process. Third, the implementation of literacy as a mandatory activity to visit the school library for 35 minutes in accordance with the schedule determined by the library manager. The aim is to foster student awareness of the importance of reading and to broaden scientific insights.Keywords: Motivation, Read, Literacy

This article aims to determine the construction of the thoughts of preachers and preachers about the urgency of preventing corruption through religious forums at the Greater Malang Government mosque. In addition, this study also aims to identify and analyze the role of spiritual forums in the Greater Malang Government mosque in preventing corruption. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach by making in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the construction of preachers and preachers about the urgency of religious forums as a basis for preventing and fighting corruption in Malang Raya has strong potential as well as cultural capital to inject the awareness of the mustami', most of whom are officials. There are construction variants among the preachers and preachers at the Government Mosque of Malang Raya. The constructions in question include theological buildings, Sufism, jinayah fiqh, eschatological constructions, and qawaidul fiqhiyah. Meanwhile, the role of preventing and fighting corruption at the Baiturrohim Mosque in Malang City Hall through religious forums has been carried out. However, studies on the theme of corruption are not explicitly discussed but are tucked away in various themes of sermons and lectures. Likewise, what happened at the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque, Malang Regency, and An Nuur Mosque, Batu City, several momentums of religious forums that were used as the basis for preventing and fighting corruption were expressed in religious activities such as cults, weekly and monthly recitations, Friday sermons, and commemorations. Islamic holidays. Through religious forums, preachers play a significant role as spiritual generators to bring about social change. This effort is carried out as shock therapy for officials so that they can behave honestly and trustworthy.

This paper departs from the issue of the hidden curriculum that occurred during the last 10 years. Hidden curriculum is the practice of school education that contributes to education. Previous studies discuss the role of the state, the role of the school and the teacher's role in the practice of hidden curriculum separately.While in this paper, the researchers wanted to demonstrate the practice of hidden curriculum in a comprehensive manner by using thought Henry Giroux. This research is a case study with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in 2019 by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and documents. The findings in this study (1) there is a contestation of values ​​due to differences in ideology trustees and teachers that are implemented in the practice of hidden curriculum, (2) The practice of hidden curriculum is done by the board of trustees behind the development of a formal curriculum, and carried out by the teacher to maintain the old identity through daily practices, (3) impacted on the delay on student achievement, because it is generally the practice of hidden curriculum support the practice of the formal curriculum, but the opposite what happened.. advice in this study is need to agree and trust between the board of trustees and school teachers in order to get maximum achievement.

Selain sebagai ibu rumah tangga, biasanya perempuan memiliki peran sebagai pekerja. Tekanan ekonomi dan pendapatan yang tidak mencukupi merupakan alasan yang membuat perempuan memutuskan bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pekerja perempuan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga migran di Kota Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam (in- depth interview). Sumber data yang digunakan adalah informan yang berjumlah dua belas orang yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Peneliti menggunakan tahap credibility, transferability, dependability, dan confirmability untuk menguji keabsahan data, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan tahap reduction, display, dan conclusion. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerja perempuan berperan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga migran, seperti membantu memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari, menambah penghasilan, menambahan modal usaha dan investasi, tabungan serta biaya kesehatan dan biaya pendidikan.Aside from being housewives, women usually have a role as workers. Economic pressure and an inadequate income are the reasons why women decide to work. The present study aims to analyze the role of female workers in increasing the income of migrant families in Palembang City. The research method used in the present study was a qualitative method by collecting data through in-depth interviews. The sources of data were twelve informants selected by using a purposive sampling. To test the validity of data, the researchers used credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability, while data analysis used stages of reduction, display, and conclution. The present study reveals that female workers played an important role in increasing the income of migrant families, such as helping to meet the daily living needs, increasing the income, the business capital and investment, savings, as well as medical expenses and education costs.

Financial institutions are currently needed by all people because financial institutions are considered to be quicker in providing business capital loans. Previously, conventional banks were the only financial institutions operating in the financial sector or loans to the community before Islamic financial institutions, now with the development of financial institutions sharia society mostly prefers sharia finance rather than conventional, plus BMT which operates in the middle to lower class, this is what causes many people to take Islamic financial institutions because they prioritize family systems, so this study focuses on: 1). How is the application of murabahah financing at BMT As-Salam to brick businesses in the Ngreco Kandat Kediri village, 2). What is the role of murabahah financing at BMT As-Salam towards brick business in the Ngreco Kandat Kediri village, 3). How did the brick business increase in the Kandat Kediri Ngreco village after obtaining murabahah financing at BMT As-Salam. Research on the role of murabahah financing in brick business uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of case study research that refers to the interpretive postpositivistic thinking paradigm. The technique of collecting data is in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of murabahah financing at BMT As-Salam is very different where loans for business capital of bricks that should use mudharabah or musyarakah at BMT These salads use murabaha. Besides that the role of BMT As-Salam is very influential on brick business and before BMT As-Salam arrived, brick entrepreneurs still had difficulty finding capital to improve their business but after taking murabahah financing at BMT As-Salam, their efforts experienced an increase and prosperity life.

The literature is filled with numerous idiosyncratic definitions of what it means for consumption to be authentic. The authors address the resulting conceptual ambiguity by re-conceptualizing authenticity, defining it as a holistic consumer assessment determined by six component judgements (accuracy, connectedness, integrity, legitimacy, originality, and proficiency) whereby the role of each component can change based on the consumption context. This definition emerges from a two-stage, multi-method concept reconstruction process leveraging data from more than 3,000 consumers across no less than 17 different types of consumption experiences. In stage one, they take a qualitative approach employing both in-depth interviews and surveys (one conducted on a nationally representative sample) to identify authenticity’s six constituent components. The final components are based on themes emerging from consumer data that were integrated and reconciled with existing definitions in the literature. In stage two, quantitative analyses empirically estimate the six components and support the composite formative nature of the construct. While the authors document how certain components contribute to assessments of authenticity differently across contexts, they also show authenticity has consumer-relevant downstream consequences while being conceptually distinct from consumer attitudes. Their findings offer practitioners direction regarding what to emphasize in order to convey authenticity to consumers.

While therapeutic interventions involving music have been shown to have benefits for people with dementia, little research has examined the role of music and music-related activities in their everyday lives. This paper presents the results of qualitative research that explored this role in terms of: the meaning and importance of music in everyday life; the benefits derived from participation in music-related activities; and the problems of engaging with music. Data were collected during in-depth interviews with 26 people with dementia and their carers, who lived either in their own homes or in residential care in different parts of England. The paper illustrates the many different ways in which people with dementia experience music. As well as being enjoyed in its own right, music can enable people to participate in activities that are enjoyable and personally meaningful. It is an important source of social cohesion and social contact, supports participation in various activities within and outside the household, and provides a degree of empowerment and control over their everyday situations. The practical implications for the provision of care and support for people with dementia are discussed. The scope and implications for technological development to promote access to music are also discussed.

The migration of Chinese labours to Southeast Asian countries has become a huge issue lately. This study examines whether all Chinese migrants bring negative impacts to other countries. This research argues that Chinese migrants have a compelling part in support of development in the border area, particularly economic development. This research was conducted in Mong Cai, a border city between Vietnam and China. Using qualitative approach as methodology, the data are collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and review of the literature. The result found that Chinese migrants bring advantages in Mong Cai city, including support city development and improve the local economy.

This study analyzes the accountability of village funds and the key factors. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with informants at every stage of planning, implementing, administering, reporting, accountability, coaching, and supervision of village financial management. The results of this study indicate that village financial accountability is applied by law number 6 of 2014 with the critical factors of the effectiveness of the village government in managing finances independently but is accompanied by a less than the optimal role of the village consultative body (BPD).

<p>This research was conducted to describe the role of mothers in the delivery of teenage sex education in the Gandekan Village, Jebres District, Surakarta City. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with the case study method. Data collection uses participation collection, in-depth interviews, literature study, and documentation. The informants of this research are mothers who live in the Gandekan Village, Jebres District, Surakarta City. And having a teenage daughter. This study discusses the role that is carried out and which is carried out in the process of delivering the education section of their daughters. Using the AGIL theory (adaptation, goal achievement, integration, maintenance of latent patterns) put forward by Talcott Parsons, with four important basic elements that must be discussed in full and become a unity. The process is then processed. Data analysis techniques by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and gathering conclusions.</p><p>The results of this study indicate that there is a difference between the role of mothers who play a role and the role of mothers who are involved in the delivery of sexy education to girls in the Village Gandekan, Jebres District, Surakarta City. The ability of adaptation (Adaptation) by the mother regarding the development of the pattern of child relationships in the midst of technological development can be agreed to be adequate, the goal of achieving damage to the child's future. The way mothers provide sex education (integration) to children is done through advice, messages and rules or restrictions given to children. The mother's ability to support patterns (Latency) through implanting values is hardly adequate. This is evident from the fact that there are still many children who refute the advice given by the mother.</p>

<p>During the 1990s, governments and the education profession noticed that boys were lagging behind girls academically. Reading, or the lack or it was pinpointed as a major cause and it was observed in an Auckland high school library that significantly more books were issued to girls than boys over a six month period in 2004. The purpose of this study was to achieve a deeper understanding of how a purposefully selected sample of school librarians has successfully encouraged boys to read. A qualitative approach was employed using two methods of data collection: a questionnaire to gather largely statistical data and in-depth interviews to gather data about participants' experiences, knowledge and opinions. The study found that school librarians use a variety of strategies to promote reading to boys. A school library needs to be well stocked with a wide range of current, appealing, reading materials as boys are discerning, hybrid readers. Knowing the students and the library collection was central to matching boys with books and the library needs to be more than a book repository. It is concluded that Ranganathan's 'Five laws of library science' are still applicable today in the school library and school librarians need to be a professional, visible and approachable presence in the school.</p>
