Abstrak: Tradisi ben-ghiben adalah tradisi membawa barang oleh pengantin pria kerumah penganten wanita berupa alat-alat rumah tangga, yakni lemari, kursi, tempat tidur, dan semua jenis perlengkapan dapur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang tradisi ben-ghiben perkwinan adat Madura. Adapun metodeloginya adalah kualitatif dengan tahapan penelitian observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif-fenomelogis. Hasil dari penelitian adalah tradisi perkawinan di Madura berbeda dengan Tradisi perkawinan di jawa, kalau di Madura menganut mayoritas menganut tradisi matrilineal, dimana suami-istri setelah melangsungkan perkawinan dituntut untuk tinggal dirumah istri. Dan calon suami membawa bhen-gibhen (barang bawaan berupa lemari, kursi, tempat tidur dan perabotan rumah tangga lainnya). Dan istri menyediakan rumah untuk ditempati.   Kata Kunci: Tradisi, Ben-Ghiben, Perkawinan, Madura   Abstract: The ben-ghiben tradition is the tradition of bringing items by the groom to the bride's house in the form of household items, namely cabinets, chairs, beds, and all kinds of kitchen utensils. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the tradition of ben-ghiben Madurese traditional marriage. The methodology is qualitative with the research stages observation, interviews and documentation. For data analysis using descriptive-phenomelogical analysis. The result of the research is that the tradition of marriage in Madura is different from the tradition of marriage in Java, if in Madura the majority adheres to the matrilineal tradition, where the husband and wife after marriage are required to stay at the wife's house. And future husbands bring bhen-gibhen (luggage in the form of cabinets, chairs, beds and other household furniture). Marriage is a bond between man and woman which is also the religion of Islam is a way of worship, that in the community there is monogamy: one husband and one wife, but there are also polygamous marriage is one man with more than one wife with their applicable laws and regulations for implementation. The purpose of this study was to: 1) To determine the function of the marriage covenant can provide legal protection of the rights wife and children in polygamous marriages. 2) To determine the right of wife and children in polygamous marriages. 3) To know the legal remedies can be done to determine the rights of wives and children in polygamous marriages. Based on the results of data analysis concluded that: 1) The function of the marriage contract may provide legal protection of the rights of the wife and children in polygamous marriages as a certainty or limitation of rights received by his wife and children during the marriage took place and as a measure for husbands to act fairly in polygamous marriages , 2) The position of the right wife and children in polygamous marriages, namely the right wife by the husband proportionate balanced well after their second marriage and so are the rights of children still get their right in accordance with the provisions of the Act. 3) Remedies that can be done to determine the right istir and children in polygamous marriages with authentic mating agreements made governing the boundary between the rights and obligations of husband and wife in a polygamous marriage.Keywords: Marriage; Polygamy; Marriages Agreement; Wife and Children's Rights.

This research is an interpretive reflective research with ethnopragmatic symbolic study theory. The source of the research data was taken from the documents of two makeup artists from Yogyakata, namely the makeup dresser Lisandra and the makeup dresser Hj. Rochayati. The research data are in the form of Javanese traditional wedding document of Yogyakarta style. The data collection technique is in the form of observation of photo documentation to obtain data in the form of a marriage ceremony sequence that uses verbal and nonverbal language from preparation to the end. The data analysis technique is interpretive reflective. The concrete steps of data analysis are (a) identifying documents, (b) classifying the sequences of marriages, and (c) interpreting each stage of the ceremony. The objectives of the research are (1) to describe the form of nonverbal language in traditional marriage ceremonies, and (2) to describe the non-verbal symbolic meaning of non-verbal language in marriage ceremonies. The findings of the research are that (a) the form of Yogyakarta-style traditional wedding events there are 15 stages, ranging from paningsetan to reception, and (b) ethnopragmatic symbolic meaning in general in the form of prayer requests so that what is desired can be realized.AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian reflektif interpretatif dengan teori kajian simbolik etnopragmatik. Sumber data penelitian diambil dari dokumen dua orang juru rias dari Yogyakata, yaitu rias pengantin Lisandra dan rias penantin Hj. Rochayati (nama disamarkan). Data penelitian berupa dokumen foto perkawinan adat Jawa gaya Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dokumentasi foto untuk mendapatkan data berupa urutan upacara perkawinan yang menggunakan bahasa verbal dan bahasa nonverbal dari persiapan sampai dengan akhir. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara reflektif interpretatif. Langkah konkret analisis data adalah (a) mengidentifikasi dokumen, (b) mengklasifikasi urut-urutan acara perkawinan, dan (c) menginterpretasi tiap tahapan upacara. Tujuan penelitiannya adalah (1) mendeskripsikan wujud bahasa nonverbal dalam upacara adat perkawinan, dan (2) mendeskripsikan makna simbolik etnopragmatik bahasa nonverbal dalam upacara adat perkawinan. Temuan hasil penelitian adalah bahwa (a) wujud acara adat perkawinan gaya Yogyakarta terdapat 15 tahapan, mulai dari paningsetan sampai dengan resepsi, dan (b) makna simbolik etnopragmatik pada umumnya berupa doa permohonan agar apa yang diinginkan dapat terwujud.

The Merariq (Besebo) Marriage Tradition is a traditional marriage tradition in the Sasak Tribe, starting from the Memaling incident, also called stealing on the basis of the consent of a woman whose rights are still in the power of her parents, to prove as a form of chivalry as well as a form of the man's seriousness to marry the girl. Every Merariq profession has values ​​or morals of life that can become a guide for life for the community. The purposes of this study are to reveal the implementation of the merariq (besebo) marriage tradition in the Sasak tribe in East Lombok and the application of the merariq (besebo) marriage tradition according to Law No. 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). The type of research used is Empirical Law research with a statutory approach and case approach. Data collection techniques in normative legal research are carried out by literature studies on legal materials. Sources of legal materials used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique is done by analytical descriptive. The results of the study revealed that the merariq tradition in the Sasak Tribe area has a picture of the marriage tradition with various rituals, where the traditional rituals are able to provide social value, and a moral message that is very attached to the Sasak people in East Lombok.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the aspects of love that most influence on 101 subjects with husband and wife status. The subjects in the study were married couples whose marriage ages were 1 to 10 years. This study uses a love scale which consists of three aspects, namely, desire, intimacy and commitment. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis to see which aspects influenced love. From the results of the research,  from the data of the subject as many as 101 people, there were 20 subjects who had a love for the high category, (19.8%), the moderate category was 66 subjects (65.4%) and the low category was 15 subjects (14.851%). ). From the aspect of love, desire shows that the research subjects who have high desire category are 25 subjects, with a percentage value of 24.752%. Research subjects who have high category intimacy are 17 subjects, with a percentage value of 16.831%. The component of love, namely commitment, shows that the research subjects who have commitment in the high category are 16 subjects, with a percentage value of 15.841%. From the research results, the aspect of desire has a big influence on love.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek cinta yang paling berpengaruh pada 101subyek berstatus suami  dan istri. Subyek dalam penelitian adalah pasangan suami istri yang usia pernikahannya 1 sampai 10 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala cinta yang terdiri dari tiga aspek yaitu, hasrat, keintiman dan komitmen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat aspek mana yang berpengaruh dengan rasa cinta. Dari Hasil peneltian  dari data subjek sebanyak 101 orang, terdapat subjek yang memiliki rasa cinta dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 20 subjek, (19,8%), kategori sedang sebanyak 66 subjek (65,4%) dan kategori rendah sebanyak 15 subjek (14,851%) . Dari Aspek cinta, hasrat menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian yang memiliki hasrat dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 25 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 24,752%. subjek penelitian yang memiliki keintiman dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 17 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 16,831%. komponen rasa cinta yaitu komitmen menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian yang memiliki komitmen dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 16 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 15,841%. Dari hasil penelitian aspek hasrat yang memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap cinta.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><strong>Pendidikan susila merupakan salah satu pengetahuan yang wajib dipelajari oleh setiap manusia di dunia, tidak terkecuali suami-istri dalam kehidupan berumah tangga. Terlebih pendidikan susila merupakan salah satu pedoman dalam  membentuk keluarga yang harmonis. Dalam ajaran agama Hindu, kisah <em>Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna</em> merupakan cerita luhur yang menjadi bagian dari kitab suci Weda. Di dalamnya terdapat cerita yang menegangkan ketika Dewi Sītā sebagai istri dari Śrī Rāma, diculik oleh raksasa Ravana. Berkaca dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini tertarik mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai kisah <em>Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna </em>tersebut, untuk menemukan pendidikan susila untuk kehidupan rumah tangga. Dalam penelitian ini, dirumuskan juga beberapa permasalahan, yaitu terkait pendidikan susila dalam kehidupan berumah tangga, kisah <em>Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna</em>, serta pendidikan susila yang terkandung didalam kisah <em>Āranya Kānda</em> <em>Ramāyāna </em>sebagai jawaban dari tantangan kehidupan berumah tangga. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif,, dan studi kepustakaan, serta menggunakan analisis data dari Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, kisah <em>Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna </em>mengandung berbagai nilai-nilai etika dan moralitas baik untuk suami dan istri. Dengan mengetahui pendidikan susila tersebut, tentu bermanfaat sebagai pedoman dalam membentuk kehidupan rumah tangga yang harmonis.</strong></p><p><strong><em>Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Susila, Āranya Kānda, Rumah Tangga Harmonis</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><span lang="EN-IN">Abstract</span></strong></p><p><strong><em>            Moral education is one of the knowledge that must be learned by every human being in the world, including husband and wife in married life. Moreover, moral education is one of the guidelines in forming a harmonious family. In Hinduism, the story of Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna is a sublime story that is part of the Vedic scriptures. In it there is a tense story when Dewi Sītā as the wife of Śrī Rāma, was kidnapped by the giant Ravana. Reflecting on this, this study is interested in studying more deeply about the story of the Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna, to find moral education for domestic life. In this study, several problems were also formulated, namely related to moral education in married life, the story of Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna, and moral education contained in the story of Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna as an answer to the challenges of married life. By using qualitative research methods, and literature studies, and using data analysis from Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the story of Āranya Kānda Ramāyāna contains various ethical and moral values for both husband and wife. This study explains in detail the relationship pattern of a good husband and wife relationship to realize a sakinah mawadah and warohmah family in the nahdatul ulama community. This research is a field research. The researcher uses two techniques in gathering research data, namely: Interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative analysis using a flow model of analysis. After an in-depth study, a conclusion was found that to realize the sakinah mawadah warohmah family must be understand that the spirit or spirit of marriage is devotion to the creator who will be asked to answer in the hereafter. The impact of this understanding is that the Nahdiyyin community becomes more enthusiastic when carrying out their duties as a husband or as a wife. They now believe the better and more perfect in carrying out their duties to be husband or wife, the more the rewards will be obtained in the hereafter. Besides, they believe that if they do not get their rights after they carry out their duties as husband or wife, they are not hurt and become more patient. This happens, because now they understand that the reward or reward from marriage is not from a spouse, but the creator.  Marriage for them only becomes a means of attaining divine blessing.

This study aims to find out how the procession of surrender in traditional Betawi marriage and how a review of Islamic law against it. Is there a proposition that prohibits / forbids it or is required. This research was conducted in the area of South Kedoya Village, Kebon Jeruk District, City. West Jakarta.This research is a legal research that uses qualitative research methods with an ethnographic approach and is descriptive in nature. In extracting information, researchers use observation and interview techniques. Researchers used the snowball technique so that the information obtained could go as far as possible into Betawi cultural customs. Researchers position themselves as research instruments themselves so that the information obtained can reach its roots. The data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model data analysis, which is interactive and continues until the data is saturated. In this study, researchers found a philosophical, sociological and ideological foundation that was embedded in the culture of Betawi marriage customary marriage. Researchers also found the arguments underlying the implementation of these surrender activities. The evidence is sourced from the Qur'an, Hadith and Ijma 'and Qiyas of the scholars'. This research concludes that the culture of seserah in Betawi traditional marriage has a philosophical and ideological foundation that has been firmly embedded in the Betawi community in the South Kedoya region. So that this surrender event becomes mandatory for people who want to marry Betawi people. whereas according to Islamic law, basically customary law is mubah (allowed). But it can become mandatory

The aim of this paper is to discuss the view of Muslim people in Marawola, district of Sigi, towards unregistered divorce.  This study uses qualitative methods and data was gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, and written material. Data analysis was analyzed using grounded theory approach. The results showed that the understanding and view of the Marawola community towards unregistered divorce was that of divorce carried out outside a religious court involving only husband and wife and religious leaders. On other occasions, it also involved village officials, where the divorce was only confirmed by a letter of freedom signed by the husband and wife, two witnesses and sometimes also signed by the village head as the one who knew.

This paper discusses the cases of divorce and its settlement in the Religious Court of Palu. This study applied qualitative method with the data collection techniques that include observation, interview and written document. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. The result shows that the divorce proceedings handled by the Religious Court of Palu includes  the applicants filed for divorce applications to the Religious Courts. Then, the Religious Courts make a number of lawsuit or application for divorce and file a summons. Furthermore, the panel of judges appointed a mediator to mediate between the litigating husband and wife. Conducting the first hearing with the agenda of reading the suit. The second hearing, listening to the response of the respondent or the defendant then delaying the decision. Listen to the testimonies of witnesses from each party. The panel of judges gives a decision on the case submitted and invites the respondent or the defendant to submit an appeal. The causes of divorce are adultery factors,  drunkenness, drug consumption,  gambling,  leaving partner,  imprisoned, polygamy,  domestic violence. The majority couses of divorces are domestic violents and leaning parteners.

The purpose of this research is to describe the role of foster parents in instilling the value of character education. Of course, parents should be more concerned with the child in order to get maximum education, especially at the age of the children. Considering that mothers are the first madrasas for children, they are instead left to work for the reason that they want to improve the family's economy. That way, parents leave their children in the hope of getting maximum care from those who care for them. This study aims to determine the role of foster parents in instilling character education in Puspan Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency. The data for the study were collected by selecting by observation, interviews and documentation. The samples were selected using a random technique based on the area or region where the data analysis technique used was by connecting the data with one another and the sample was three families who worked as laborers. Indonesian workforce consisting of three husband and wife couples who leave their children with the family of Mrs. Sunarsih, Mrs. Sum and Mrs. Nur Fadila. Based on data analysis, it was found that the role of foster parents in instilling character education in Puspan Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency has been categorized as successful. Because children are able to implement what has been taught by foster parents, they are able to become children's motivators, as facilitators, as guides in instilling the value of religious character education, independence, tolerance in children.
