Abstrak: Konsep  pariwisata  halal  diharapkan  bisa  meningkatkan  jumlah  wisman  di objek-objek wisata tersebut. Konsep pariwisata halal diambil karena dilihat dari sisi sosial budaya agama masyarakatnya, banyaknya pondok pesantren, obyek wisata religi, dan kesenian Islam. Disisi lain Kepastian hukum merupakan hal yang sangat urgen untuk menarik minat investor dan wisatawan. Disinilah urgensi dari keberadaan legalitas pariwisata halal. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini pertama adalah untuk mengemukakan bentuk pengaturan pariwisata halal yang sudah diterapkan di beberapa daerah di Indonesia. Kedua akan berupaya untuk menemukan model pengaturan yang efektif,  efisien dan  mempunyai kepastian hukum  yang tinggi untuk diterapkan di Sumenep. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang berusaha untuk  memaparkan tujuan penelitian di atas. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah ketentuan mengenai pembuatan peraturan  perundang-undangan  dan   peraturan pariwisata halal di Indonesia. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penemuan sebuah model atau bentuk peraturan tentang pariwisata halal di Sumenep yang efektif, efisien dan mempunyai kepastian hukum yang tinggi.   Kata Kunci: legalitas, pariwisata halal, prinsip syariah   Abstract: The concept of halal tourism is expected to increase the number of foreign tourists in these tourist objects. The concept of halal tourism is taken because it is seen from the socio-cultural side of the community, the number of Islamic boarding schools, religious tourism objects, and Islamic arts. This is where the urgency of the legality of halal tourism. The purpose of this research The first is to give shape halal tourism arrangement that has been applied in several regions in Indonesia. Both will attempt to find a model setting of effectif eficient and have a high supremacy of law to be applied in Sumenep. This research is a literature research with a qualitative deskriptif approach, that seeks to explain the purpose of its research. The sources data that used is provisions about rule making and regulations halal tourism in Indonesia. The resault  of this research is discovery of a model or form regulations on tourism kosher in Sumenep effective, efficient and have a high supremacy of law.   Keywords: legality, halal tourism, sharia principles.

The development of Islamic education in Indonesia, among others, is marked by the gradual emergence of various educational institutions, ranging from very simple ones, to stages that are considered modern and complete. The research method in this article is qualitative with library research. Literature research through library research based on literature. This study aims to photograph the model of Islamic education in the archipelago. The results of this study indicate that changes in Islamic educational institutions, both classical and modern; starting from homes, mosques, Islamic boarding schools, schools to boarding schools and Islamic universities is a metamorphosis of Islamic educational institutions in the archipelago.

<p>The author’s interest in researching on de-radicalization of religion in the literature of islamic boarding school education was driven by the fact that religion de-radicalization are now starting to touch many aspects of society. Religious radicalism is often associated with terrorism, such as suicide bombers under the pretext of <em>jihad</em> (martyrdom), violence in the name of <em>amar ma'ruf-nahy munkar</em> (commanding the good and forbidding the evil), even now starting to organize religious radicalism in the establishment of the state. Ironically, some of the perpetrators of terrorism are graduates of boarding schools. This is due to the fact that there are several texts in the literature of boarding school education that are vulnerable to radical behaviors, such as <em>jihad</em>, commanding the good, or fighting against non-Muslims. It makes boarding schools are negatively affected despite the fact that they are institutions of Islamic education in Indonesia who spread the teachings of Islam which is <em>rahmatan lil Alamin</em> (blessing for the universe), tolerant, and contextual. Therefore, this study wanted to know about de-radicalization of religion in the understanding of texts in the literature of boarding school education, particularly related to the meaning of <em>jihad</em>, commanding the good, and Islam as the blessing for the universe.</p><p>This research uses library research, which is a pure literature research. This method is used for obtaining data on de-radicalization in the view of boarding schools using descriptive approach. This research is a study on religious teachings in relation to society, nature, character, and the influence of the thoughts and ideas in forming the character of a group.</p><p>De-radicalization of religion in the literature of boarding schools includes several things. First, boarding schools should not teach jihad with war, but with education. Next, the applications of <em>amar ma'ruf-nahy munkar</em> must be done through certain stages, so that the direction fits the condition of the object of the missionary endeavor. Violence must not be used as long as it is still possible to use subtle ways since violence is only legalized when the situation is extremely urgent.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> <em>De-radicalisation of Religion, Text, Literature, Boarding School</em></p>

Arabic is a foreign language for Indonesian people. Among the languages of Arabic that are widely taught in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia are the grammar of Arabic or nahwu and sharaf. Among the elements of teaching are books, books have an important role in the learning process. This study aims to find out the Arabic grammar books used in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, analyze their constructs, their models and their relevance to Arabic grammar learning for non-Arabs. This research is a literature research. Data collection uses documentation techniques, while the analysis technique uses content analysis. From the results of the study, it is found that the Arabic grammar books used in Islamic boarding schools are books compiled with the qawa'id ilmiyah approach instead of qawa'id ta'limiyah, so it needs the development of methods in learning so that the students (santri) not only memorize the rules, but are also able to apply them in language skills. While in terms of the drafting model, there are at least three models, namely, matan, syarah, and khasiyah.

Abstract Friedrich Kratochwil engages critically with the emergence of a global administrative law and its consequences for the democratic legitimacy of global governance. While he makes important contributions to our understanding of global governance, he does not sufficiently discuss the differences in the institutional design of new forms of global law-making and their consequences for the effectiveness and legitimacy of global governance. I elaborate on these limitations and outline a comparative research agenda on the emergence, design, and effectiveness of the diverse arrangements that constitute the complex institutional architecture of contemporary global governance.

Through comparative literature research and qualitative analysis, this article considers the development of Alevi identity and political agency among the diaspora living in a European democratic context. This affects the Alevi emergence as political actors in Turkey, where they have no official recognition as a distinct religious identity. New questions regarding their identity and their aspiration to be seen as a political actor confront this ethno-religious group defined by common historical trauma, displacement, massacre, and finally emigration.

New Santri Admission (Penerimaan Santri Baru) is an administrative process for the selection of new student candidates. The PSB process is always carried out manually at each school institution, especially the Islamic Boarding Schools, which will cause various difficulties from several related parties. Therefore the New Santri Admission System was created online or the term can be called the online PSB. . An idea emerged to create a new student admission information system based on the SQL database. With this system, pesantren or administrators can manage the implementation of student registration for web technology using the PHP programming language and new languages. such as rapid registration and announcements.

Ali Bin Abi Talib once said that children should be educated in accordance with the  development of the times. The Ali bin Abi Talib’s statement could be considered as his attention more to the development of human civilization. For that reason, there should be studies focused on the role of educational institutions in facing the challenges of the times. On this stand, the writer raises the existence of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) for being considered to have been able to survive amid the onslaught of civilization increasingly obscuring cultural identity. In addition, this study also aims to identify and discuss the role of pesantren in the modern era. This is a literature study using a descriptive and exploratory approach. It can be concluded that pesantren are non-formal Islamic educational institutions. Pesantren have permanent and distictive methods and learning models. The purpose of pesantren education is the same as Islamic education in general, instilling a sense of virtue, familiarizing themselves with courtesy, preparing for a holy, sincere and honest life entirely. Pesantren could be seen from three aspects: (a) pesantren that are seen from facilities and infrastructures, (b) pesantren that are seen from disciplines taught, and (c) pesantren that are seen from the fields of knowledge.
