This research was conducted because it was not known that shooting practice with the BEEF concept was to improve basketball shooting skills at the Magic Kid Foundation Club Lubuklinggau, therefore this study aimed to determine the application of shooting practice with the BEEF concept to basketball shooting skills at the Magic Kid Foundation Club Lubuklinggau. This research is an experimental study in the form of one group pretest-posttest design, a sample of 14 athletes was then given treatment in the form of training with the BEEF concept. The instrument used was a shooting skill test for the Lubuklinggau Magic Kid Foundation athletes. The data analysis technique used is Paired Sample t-test. The results of this study have a significant effect on the t value for basketball shooting results of 15.960 with a probability (sig.) of 0.000. sign value. (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect of the beef concept on Basketball Shooting Skills at Magic Kid Foundation Lubuklinggau Club. Based on the results of this processing, it can be concluded that the beef concept has an effect on basketball shooting skills at the Magic Kid Foundation Lubuklinggau Club.Keywords: Basketball BEEF Concept, and Shooting

A B S T R A C T Investor realized that the stock market gradually decreased during World Cup.The research aimed to analyze the return of market reaction which happenned before, during, and after World Cup 2014 on ASEAN stock market. The sample involved 181 companies were included in LQ-45, STI, FTSE BM KLCI, SET 50, PSEI index, which fulfilled the reseach criteria. The data analysis technique used was one sampel t-test with quantitative data. Based on the result, can be concluded that Indonesia and Thailand stock markets were higly effected by World Cup. A B S T R A K Investor mengetahui bahwa setiap piala dunia berlangsung, pergerakan saham melambat. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan terjadi penurunan return saham di pasar modal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa reaksi pasar dalam bentuk return terjadi sebelum, selama dan sesudah piala dunia tahun 2014 pada pasar modal ASEAN. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 181 perusahaan yang termasuk dalam indeks LQ-45, STI, FTSE BM KLCI, SET 50, PSEI dan memenuhi kriteria penelitian.Teknik analisa data menggunakan one sampel t-test dengan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bukti bahwa pasar modal Indonesia dan Thailand sangat bereaksi terhadap peristiwa piala dunia tahun 2014. JEL Classification: G14, M20

The purpose of this research are to knowing the differences of critical thinking skills using interactive module photoelectric effects  with printed module, describe the improvement of students' critical thinking skills after the interactive module is applied, describe science process skills in students who use interactive module of photoelectric effects, and knowing student responses to the use interactive module of photoelectric effects. The study was conducted in Natar 1 Public High School, in the even semester 2018/2019 academic year with research design nonequivalent control group design.The research instrument used was a questionnaire (questionnaire), Student Worksheet (LKPD) along with observation sheets and test questions. Data collection techniques were carried out by test techniques, questionnaires and LKPD contents. The data analysis technique of critical thinking ability is done by normality test, homogeneity test and N-gain. The data analysis technique of science process skills is done by calculating the average grade of the class then adjusted to the index classification table of science processes. Hypothesis testing is done by Paired Sample T Test and Independent Sample T Test. The results of the study show that (1) the application of the photoelectric effect interactive module is able to improve students' critical thinking skills, this is seen from the N-gain value and paired sample t test results, 2) there are significant differences in critical thinking skills between students who use interactive modules with printed modules, this is seen from the differences in the n-gain values of both classes and the results of the independent sample t test, (3) the value of students' science process skills is 82.6 with a high category, and (4) students gave a positive response to the utilization of the photoelectric effect interactive module.

Visionary leadership is a capability to make changes by having new visions and ideas, thinking ahead, carrying out stages of mutual interconnection that can influence and motivate teachers and their students. This research aims to find out the effect of leadership of Madrasah Principal Visionary to Teacher Discipline. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all 60 teachers in MAN 2 Samarinda. The data of this research is obtained from questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation formula, determinant coefficient (R²) and t test. The results of this study shows the results of the t-test value of 3.5090> t table 2.00172, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The meaning is there is a correlation between variable X and Y, product correlation 0.416. That means there is a strong correlation between visionary leadership variable and teacher discipline variable. Percentage of visionary leadership for teacher  discipline is 17.30% (strong enough), the factors that cause these results include: giving the best performance without analyzing / following new era, inability to change teachers knowledge into strategy, and treating teachers differently causing conflicting duties. The supporting and inhibiting factors in managing teacher discipline include: teacher personalitty, the headmaster teachers supervision.

ABSTRACTFatigue was the reduce in efficiency and endurance of body condition while working with data collection toolssuch as 30 fatigue item questionnaire. Musculoskeletal Disorder was the disorder of musculoskeletal pain in upper or lower extremity with data collection tools such as Nordic Body Map questionnaire. This study was an experimental study with the design was Pretest and Posttest Two Group Design, and the amount of sample were 24 people separated into 2 Group with the sport massage and workplace stretching-exercise (WSE) technique in PT. Uluwatu Gament. Data analysis was performed by Paired sample T-test and independent t-test. The result indicated that sport massage could reduce the fatigue and musculoskeletal disorder with the result p=0,000 and WSE could reduce fatigue and musculoskeletal disorder with the result p= 0,001 and p= 0,023; the sport massage better at reduced the fatigue (p<0,05) instead of WSE, and they were both better at reduce musculoskeletal disorder (p>0,05). The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of motivation, work environment, and work morale mediation on employee performance at Metro Kampus Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is part of the target population is 100 employees of Metro Yogyakarta Campus, where the sample is determined by the Slovin formula. The data was collected using a questionnaire or questionnaire collection method. The data analysis technique used is the regression technique which is supported by t-test and classical assumptions, the data that has been obtained are processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on morale or performance in accordance with the significance test carried out by the test. -t and obtained tcount> ttable (6.089> 1.67722) and (2.987> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on morale or performance according to the significance test which was carried out by t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (4.273> 1.67722) and (2.037> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, morale had a positive and significant effect on performance in accordance with the test. The significance was carried out by t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (2.560> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.

The Right

The Purpose of this study was to analyze the diffrences in financial performance before and after right issue. Right issue a corporate action by the company by issuing new shares offered to existing shareholders. Sampling in this study using method purposive sampling. The samples in this research are 33 companies that conduct period 2011 – 2015. The financial performance in will be analysis through the five financial ratios namely CR, DER, TAT, ROA, and PER. This research data analysis technique using paired sample t test and Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The results showed that significant diffrences in TAT ratio before and after the right issue. While the research for the ratios of CR, DER, ROA, and PER showed no significant difference before and after right issue. These result indicate that the company’s financial performance two years after the right issue is more efficient in utilizing company’s assets in order to increase sales.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Accountability and Functional Supervision on Regional Financial Management at the city Regional Financial Management Office (DPKD) in West Sumatera. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study is the City Regional Financial Management Office (DPKD) in West Sumatera Province. The sampling method used judgement sampling as many as 4 cities, namely Padang, Padang Panjang, Bukittingi, and Payakumbuh and 250 DPKD employees as respondents. Data was collacted by distributing questionnaires directly to the 250 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with t test. The result showed that Accountability and Functional Supervsion had an effect on Regional Financial Management.

Based on the observation in the field it shows that still lack of agility ability of athlete pencak silat tapak suci Lebong. This study aims to explain the effect of zig-zag run training on improving the agility ability of athlete pencak silat tapak suci Lebong. This research method is quasi-experimental with the population of this study a number of 17 athletes and samples taken by using the total sampling technique so that obtained a sample of 17 athletes. The test used is the Shuttle Run, which aims to determine the ability of agility. Data analysis technique used is t-test. The result of data analysis shows that zig zag run training method can increase agility of athlete pencak silat tapak suci Lebong (tcount (8,492)> ttable (2,110).

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan small sidedgame terhadap peningkatan VO2max pemain SSB IKC kelompok usia 11-12 tahun. Metodepenelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen menggunakan desain One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design.. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling didapatkan20 pemain. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bleep test. Teknik analisisdata menggunakan uji-t..Nilai tabel uji-t antara pretest dan posttest didapat nilai p = 0,000.Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan small sided game terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikanterhadap VO2max pemain SSB IKC kelompok usia 11-12 tahunKata Kunci: small sided games, VO2max.AbstractThis research method is experimental research using the design of One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design.
