The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of consumers of organic rice and to identify the factors that influence consumers to purchase organic rice in Selopuro District. The implementation of this research activity will be carried out in April 2021 - June 2021 in Selopuro District, Blitar Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables in this study include the price of organic rice, the price of non-organic rice, income, education, employment status, consumer tastes, consumer lifestyle, health and access to buy organic rice. While the dependent variable in this study is the number of consumer demand for organic rice. The results of data analysis found that the X2 (non-organic rice) variable was 0.042, X4 (Education) was 0.054, X7 (lifestyle) was 0.042 and X8 (health) was 0.038 very influential on the purchase of organic rice. The results of the t test show that some variables have positive numbers and some variables have negative numbers, while the F test simultaneously shows that the calculated F value is 2,951 which is greater than the F table of 2,420. This indicates that the independent variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions on Vaseline hand and body lotion products. The population is female students of University Samudra who use these products. Because the number is not known with certainty, a sample of 96 people was determined using the Cochran formula. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that partially, brand image, product quality and price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Vaseline hand and body lotion products. In addition, the results of the study stated that the brand image, product quality and price simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the product.

Influence of Marketing Mix Buying Decision Against Perfume at Perfume Azzwars Lubeg Padang". Research was conducted on Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang. The purpose of this study were: 1) to analyze the influence of the effect of variable products, the purchase decision perfume in Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang, 2) to analyze the influence of variables influence the price, the purchase decision perfume in Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang, 3) to analyze the influence of variables influence the place, Decision to purchase perfume at Azzwars perfume Lubeg Padang, 4) to analyze the influence of variables sale, the purchase decision perfume fragrances Azzwars Lubeg Padang. This type of research is qualitative research. The object of this study is Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results obtained the following conclusions: 1) The product does not significantly influence the purchase decision of consumers Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang. 2) The price does not significantly influence the purchase decision of consumers Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang, 3) place significant effect on the purchase decision of consumers Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang, 4) Promotion does not significantly influence the purchase decision of consumers Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang, 5) Marketing Mix effect positive and significant impact on consumer purchase decision Azzwars Perfume Lubeg Padang.

The purpose of his study aims to determine and analyze how much the income level of tuna fishing business is and what factors affect the level of tuna fishing business income in Manokwari Regency. The analytical method used is the quantitative descriptive analysis method with interview guides and questionnaires as instruments. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously and partially the variables of capital, length of time at sea, number of workers and experience at sea had a significant effect on the income of tuna fishermen in Manokwari Regency.

This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Refresho  in  Palu  City.  The  independent  variables  used  in  this  study  are  Exterior  (X1),  General Interior (X2), Store Layout (X3) and Interior Display (X4), while the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction  (Y).  This  type  of  research  is  quantitative.  The method  of  this  research  is  descriptive causal. Samples used in this study are 100 respondents and using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Store Atmosphere elements consisting of Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, and Interior Display have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Refresho in  Palu  City.  Partially  Store  Atmosphere  elements consisting  of  General  Interior,  Store  Layout,  and Interior  Display have  a  significant  effect  on  consumer  satisfaction  at  Cafe  Refresho  in  Palu  City. While  the  Exterior  element  partially  have  no  significant  effect  on  consumer  satisfaction  at  Cafe Refresho in Palu City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada  Cafe  Refresho  di  Kota  Palu.  Variabel  independen  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah Exterior (X1), General Interior (X2), Store Layout (X3) dan Interior Display (X4), Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kepuasan konsumen (Y). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif  kausal.  Sampel  yang  digunakan  pada  penelitian  ini  yaitu sebanyak  100  responden dengan  bentuk  pengambilan  sampel menggunakan  teknik  purposive  sampling.  Metode  analisis  data yang digunakan  dalam  penelitian ini  adalah  metode  analisis  regresi  linear berganda.  Hasil  penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak elemen Store Atmosphere yang terdiri dari Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, dan Interior Display berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Cafe  Refresho  di  Kota  Palu.  Secara  parsial  elemen  Store  Atmosphere  yang  terdiri  dari  General Interior, Store Layout, dan Interior Display berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Cafe  Refresho  di  Kota  Palu.  Sedangkan  elemen  Exterior  secara  parsial  berpengaruh  tidak  signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Cafe Refresho di Kota Palu.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job promotion and work environment on the job satisfaction of Civil Servants (PNS) teachers in Kendari 6 High Schools (SMA), both simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study were all PNS teachers in SMA Negeri 6 Kendari, amounting to 57 people, the method of data collection using documentation and questionnaires. The measurement scale of the data used is the Likert scale and the data analysis method uses descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous promotion of position and work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PNS teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Kendari. Likewise partially, the promotion of position and work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PNS teachers in SMA Negeri 6 Kendari.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

E-Commerce has a very high growth rate which the needs of quickly and precisely are the main target in the e-commerce business. This study aims to determine how consumers respond to the implementation of e-service quality website, e-promotion website which leads into consumer purchasing decisions at Traveloka using a descriptive quantitative design with data collection techniques through a questionnaire. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the effect of website e-service quality and website e-promotion on service purchasing decisions at Traveloka is positive and significant. The influence of e-service quality website and e-promotion website on purchasing decisions at Traveloka is 23%. While the rest is influenced by variables not included in this study.

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax socialization, tax system, and tax avoidance on the barriers to the tax collection. This research method was quantitative. The population in this study are all individual taxpayers who do free work in Jember Regency. By accidental sampling, the samples are fifty respondents of Individual Taxpayers who do free work. Data collection using a questionnaire, and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax sanctions, tax system, tax avoidance had a significant effect on the obstacles to tax collection, while tax socialization has no significant effect on barriers to tax collection. Since the tax socialization had no impact, fiscus should use the strategy to avoid the barriers of tax collection by using account representative assistance in active counseling to the taxpayer.

This research was conducted to determine the price and product quality towards consumer loyalty in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze how the price and quality of products provided by Xiaomi to its consumers, as well as the magnitude of the effect of product quality and price simultaneously and partially on consumer loyalty in Bandung. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling type, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis with SmartPLS software, it was found that the price and product quality factors together had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in Bandung..

The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test.
