The existence of open space in densely populated settlements in the city of Jakarta has a very important role in its function as controlling the environment, microclimate, sosial community, and economy of the population. Until now, the total area of open space in Jakarta is still below 30% as a requirement mandated by Law number 26 of 2007 due to a number of reasons, one of which is the very dense land used as a residence. in the condition of the lack of available green open space, the people living in dense settlements are not yet fully aware of the importance of the existence and efforts of structuring green open space around their settlements in supporting their daily lives. The community service program aims to increase knowledge as well as public awareness of the importance of green open space within inhabited residential areas.
This paper intends to see the extent of legal awareness of the community in the village area of the santri against family law derived from national legal products. The results of the study show two main points, first, the understanding of Islamic civil law (marriage and inheritance) of Mangkang region society is dominated to the accepted understanding of classical fiqh. The people of Mangkang region are not anti-starch against the civil law of Islam issued by the state in the form of positive law. Although the Mangkang area people see that both are ijtihadiyah products, but the existence of Indonesian civil law that has an administrative effect on others makes them accept a good denan. Second, a persuasive approach in the form of a cultural approach is more readily accepted by citizens. Mangkang area people feel comfortable when invited to dialogue and discussion related to Islamic civil law of Indonesia. In the end, by reaching the common point and the good that might be obtained, Indonesian civil law can be understood and well accepted.

The author studies the place of the family in the structure of family relations. The correlation between civil law and family law in Soviet, Russian and Tajik legal science is considered. According to the author, the family is a social unit of society with the help of which people seek to solve demographic, economic and cultural issues. It is stated that the family is an alliance of persons created on the marriage, kinship, birth and adoption of children, as well as their upbringing. Accordingly, such alliance leads to the development of certain personal non-property and property rights and obligations based not only on mutual interests and concerns, but primarily on the related ties. In this regard, it seems logical that the specific nature of these rights and obligations requires the use of special tools for legal regulation; the content of legal relations arising on their basis is considered to be independent family relations.

Television is an important part of our daily life. TV has become «one of the family» and we cannot imagine our homes without one, two or even several TV sets. This situation of privilege in our families may turn into a double-edged sword: depending on the use given it may determine the people development and even manipulate the youngest ones if it is not used correctly. Making all the viewers –and especially the most vulnerable ones, the children- aware of the need for the use of TV from a critical and responsible point of view is a common task for all of us, family, school and society. And the fact is that we cannot only use the media passively, but in a dynamic and active way.
