Companies that carry out social responsibility consistently will get broad support from the community to benefit from the various activities performed. CSR will enhance the company's image and for a long period, it will be accumulated into company's reputation. However, in order to enhance the corporate image, CSR requires a good planning. This study aims to determine the effect of CSR Desa Mandiri Energi on the image of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten. The object of this study is the occupant Boarding Sindangsari, Cijerah, Melong, Cimahi City. This study uses two variables, namely CSR (X) and Image (Y). The method used is the quantitative method. Data collected through questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analysis in this research is conducted through validity test, reliability test, Pearson correlation analysis, coefficient determination test, simple linear regression analysis, and t test using SPSS 22. The benefit of this study is to provide information about CSR programs that have a positive influence on the image of the company and can be used as references to complete further studies. The conclusion from this research is known that CSR has a relationship to the image of 0.718. CSR influenced significantly by 0.516, or by 51.6% against the image of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten.

Abstract: The large number of new companies offering a variety of similar products at lower prices raises intense competition to increase sales. Therefore, improving product quality is something that must be done in order to attract potential customers and increase the number of purchases. Based on the type of data obtained by the authors in this study, the authors used a quantitative method using descriptive research methods to describe the results of research conducted. In this study the authors used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Then the data obtained were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroskedacity test, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and determinant test with the help of SPSS version 25. From the results of the analysis carried out by researchers it can be concluded that there is a quality effect product to customer satisfaction on CV. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee performance at PT. PINDAD Persero Bandung. This research is quantitative research. The analysis technique used was Pearson correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis with 5% significant level. The results of research show that: (1). There is a positive and significant influence between organizational climate on employee performance in PT. PINDAD Persero Bandung. (2) The contribution value of organizational climate influence on employee performance is 32,7% while the rest equal to 67,3% influenced by other factor not observed.

The purpose of this research is to learn and understand the effect of job promotion on job satisfaction in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The object of this research is employee in Human Resource Division of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang with 45 employees as sample. The sampling method used in this research is sensus method. The method used for collecting data is by questionnaire. The data collected are tested by validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correletion coefficient (r) and determination coenfficient (R2) and t test by using SPSS version 22. The result of this research shows that job promotion has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Keywords : Job Promotion, Job Satisfaction

This study aims to determine the effect of performance allowances on the performance of staff in Minahasa District Agricultural Office. This study was conducted from May to August 2017 from preparation to the writing of research reports. Data used in this research are primary data andsecondary data. Primary data is collected by distributing questionnaires directly to employees for selfcompletion. The population in this study was all employees in Minahasa District Agriculture Office which amounted to 184 employees. Slovin formula is used to determine the number of samples so as to obtain the number of samples of 64 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression analysis, for hypothesis testing using t-test with SPSS version 20 program. The research results showed that the test result t probabilility value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Therefure, the performance allowances significantly influence the performance of employees in the Minahasa District Agricultural Office.*jnkd*

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation towards teachers’ performances in SMAN 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. The population of the research is the teachers in SMAN 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. Samples taken are 35 respondents by using census technique, which is a technique to determine sample by selecting data from all population and using quetionnaire as data collecting tool. Based on hypotheses in this research, it is assumed that work motivation has positive and significant impact toward teachers’ performance in SMA N 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. The methods that author used in this research are validity test, reliability test, variable descriptiveanalysis, simple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From the analysis that has been conducted, author found that the work motivation variable has positive and significant impact to teachers’ performance, that has been proven by the significant probability value 0,005 which is smaller than 0.05. Then, from the result of F test, it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict that the work motivation has positive and significant impact on teachers’ performance that is equal to 0.005, which is much smaller than 0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest on store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya. The method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were consumers of Mie Gacoan Solo Raya. The sampling technique used non-probability techniques with accindental sampling.The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2 with the help of SPSS version-20. Based on the results of the data calculation and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained, namely Y = 2.697+ 0.609X1 0.160X2 + 0.126X3 + e. This equation shows that consumer buying interest is influenced by store atmosphere, taste, and word of mouth. The conclusion that can be drawn is: "There is a simultaneous influence of store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" can be accepted. "There is an effect of store atmosphere on consumer purchase interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an influence of taste of food on consumer buying interest in Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an effect of word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.736, which means that 73.6% of the variation in the purchase interest variable can be explained by the store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth variables, while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study. This study focuses on the influence of advertising rates on customer decisions with the location of research on Radio Montini as one of the audio media by concentrating on promoting advertising rates or prices. The aim is to find out the extent to which Radio Montini Manado broadcast advertising rates affect customer decisions. The method used is a quantitative method with a simple linear regression analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that Radio Montini advertising rates have a positive and significant effect on Radio Manado's Montini FM customer decisions because it is supported by research results in accordance with the results of the validity and reliability test, the significance test, and the SPSS test results. The effect of advertising rates or prices on customer decisions on Radio Montini is not necessarily the only factor that influences customer decisions, but there are also other factors that could not be examined. Based on the results of this study, it is known that advertising rates or prices have a very strong influence on customer decisions at Radio Montini.

This research was conducted to analyze the influence and correlation of interest rates as one form of the implementation of usury practices on inflation and poverty in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia for the period 2005-2018. This study uses Simple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques and Pearson Correlation Techniques. The results showed that interest rates as one form of the implementation of usury practices had an effect and had a positive and significant correlation to inflation in Indonesia. The practice of ribawi actually will bring a negative impact on the economy of the people in Indonesia in the form of an increase in the level of inflation in society. Measures of monetary policy intervention in maintaining price stability and inflation in society have not shown a positive impact. Also, the results of the study showed that interest rate policy also had a positive influence and correlation on the increase in the poverty depth index. That is, when interest rates are set to rise, the poverty depth index in the community also tends to go up or get worse. The findings of this study reinforce the legitimacy of the word of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala in the Qur'an and the Hadith related to the prohibition of usury practices that can lead to injustice, wrongdoing, and economic destruction of the people.

Abstract: Competition in the increasingly stringent era of globalization companies are required to be able to win business competition with a healthy. The success of a company is determined by the extent to which leaders create and produce good employee performance to achieve predetermined goals. Providing compensation is an activity to improve employee performance. Satisfaction with compensation given by the company can influence employees to work more enthusiastically to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of giving compensation to employee performance in Dafam Hotel, Pekalongan City. The method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 16.0 and data collection methods by observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to employees of the Dafam Hotel in Pekalongan City with a total of 44 respondents using census techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested using validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test can be concluded that there is a real effect between the provision of compensation on employee performance in the Dafam Hotel, Pekalongan City. Keywords: compensation, performance, employees and hotel

As the pandemic of Covid 19 has directly affected the business industry, the business model has changed, including the logistics industry, especially the courier company. Courier company has benefited the most during this pandemic situation as the e-commerce business flourished. Enhanced service by courier company is crucial as stiff competition in the industry. Therefore, this study explores the impact of customer service, insurance, and luggage delivery on logistics customer satisfaction. A quantitative method was employed to analyse the effects of enhanced services of customer services, insurance, and luggage delivery towards logistics customer satisfaction, where 384 responses were collected from respondents identified as active users of courier services for the last 12 months. IBM SPSS was used to analyse the response collected using descriptive, reliability and Pearson Correlation analysis.
