Abstract: Erectile dysfunction is a problem experienced by many men in the world. Spermatogenesis in the tubules seminiferi influenced by various factors for example, hormonal factors, inhibiting the function of epididymis, radiation and temperature. Spermatogenesis will be disrupted in the event of an increase in testicular temperature a few degrees of normal testicular temperature, that is 35ºC. The same effect can be found in daily activities when there is an increase in the heat of the environment such as a restaurant chef. This study is a descriptive study conducted in November 2013 to January 2014 with a sample size of 66 respondents. Interpretation of the 66 samples, obtained chef with normal erectile function by 7 people (10.6%), mild dysfunction none, mild-moderate dysfunction as many as 40 people (60.6%), moderate dysfunction 19 people (28.8%), and no severe dysfunction. The conclution of this study found that the chef job can cause erectile dysfunction, prevalence of erectile dysfunction in a chef that 89.4% with mild-moderate and the longer the men exposed to high temperatures can cause persistent erectile dysfunction. Keywords: chef jobs, erectile dysfunction.     Abstrak: Disfungsi ereksi merupakan masalah yang dialami oleh banyak pria di dunia.  Proses spermatogenesis didalam tubuli seminiferi dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor antara lain, faktor hormonal, penghambatan fungsi epididimis, radiasi dan faktor suhu. Spermatogenesis akan terganggu atau terhambat apabila terjadi peningkatan suhu testis beberapa derajat saja dari temperatur normal testis, yaitu 35ºC. Dampak yang sama dapat ditemukan pada rutinitas dan aktivitas sehari-hari ketika terjadi peningkatan panas dari lingkungan seperti koki restoran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah dapat terjadi disfungsi ereksi pada koki dan pengaruh pekerjaan koki terhadap terjadinya disfungsi ereksi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan pada bulan November 2013 sampai Januari 2014 dengan besar sampel sebanyak 66 responden. Interpretasi dari 66 sampel, didapatkan koki dengan fungsi ereksi normal sebanyak 7 orang (10.6%), disfungsi ringan tidak ada, disfungsi ringan-sedang sebanyak 40 orang (60.6%), disfungsi sedang 19 orang (28.8%), dan disfungsi berat tidak ada. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pekerjaan koki memiliki pengaruh terhadap disfungsi ereksi, prevalensi disfungsi ereksi pada koki yaitu 89.4% dengan derajat ringan-sedang hingga sedang dan semakin lama pria terpapar suhu tinggi terus-menerus dapat menyebabkan disfungsi ereksi. Abstract: Consumption of alcoholic beverages in the world led to the deaths of more than 3.3 million people every year, or 5.9% of all deaths, if not preventable, the number of deaths will increase annually in line with the increasing number of drinkers. A smoker who consumes alcoholic beverages can cause a variety of health problems, one of which is erectile dysfunction. The purpose of this study was to find the effect of consumption of alcoholic beverages to the erectile dysfunction in smoker drivers. This study is an analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted in Karombasan Public Transport Terminal from October 2015 to January 2016, with a population of 60 smoker drivers. The sampling of this study uses purposive sampling method to determine which sample meets the criteria. The number of samples obtained is 48 people. Erectile function was assessed using IIEF questionnaire (International Index of Erectile Function). This study showed that from 60 smoker drivers who consumes alcohol beverages, 80% of them had sustained erectile dysfunction with the degree of dysfunction at most is mild, i.e. 45%. This shows that there are significant effects of alcohol consumption on erectile dysfunction in smoker drivers with a value of p = 0.001 (p<0.05). It can be concluded that smoker drivers who consumes alcoholic beverages can significantly influence the occurrence of erectile dysfunction.Keywords: erectile dysfunction, consumption of alcoholic beverages, the driver smokersAbstrak: Konsumsi minuman beralkohol di dunia menyebabkan kematian lebih dari 3,3 juta orang setiap tahunnya atau 5,9% dari semua kematian, bila tidak dapat dicegah maka jumlah kematian akan bertambah setiap tahunnya seiring bertambahnya jumlah peminum. Seorang perokok yang mengkonsumsi minuman alkohol dapat menyebabkan berbagai gangguan kesehatan pada tubuh salah satunya adalah disfungsi ereksi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi minuman beralkohol terhadap disfungsi ereksi pada sopir perokok. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Penelitian dilakukan di Terminal Angkutan Umum Karombasan Manado pada bulan Oktober 2015 sampai Januari 2016 dengan jumlah populasi 60 sopir perokok.Penentuan sampel penelitian yaitu yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel yang didapatkan yaitu 48 orang.Fungsi ereksi dapat dinilai dengan menggunakan kuesioner IIEF (International Index of Erectile Function). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 60 sopir perokok yang mengkonsumsi minuman beralkohol didapatkan 80% mengalami disfungsi ereksi dengan derajat disfungsi paling banyak terdapat pada disfungsi ringan yaitu sebesar 45%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konsumsi alkohol terhadap disfungsi ereksi pada sopir perokok dengan nilai p<0,05 atau p=0,001. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sopir perokok yang mengkonsumsi minuman beralkohol dapat berpengaruh signifikanterhadap terjadinya disfungsi ereksi.Kata kunci: disfungsi ereksi, konsumsi minuman beralkohol, sopir perokok

Aim: To investigate patents related to the invention of robots for use in nursing care. Method: An exploratory, descriptive study with a quantitative approach into the INPI, LATIPAT, Espacenet, USPTO, FPO, CIPO, JPO and WIPO databases, with no restrictions  regarding  the  publication  year  of  patents.  Results:  35  patents   were identified: 40% related to the creation of robots to aid in the mobility of patients; 28.5% regarding the development of robots to aid daily activities; 23% about robots created for physiological  assessment  and  monitoring  of  patients;   and  8.5%  regarding  those designed to participate in the process of patients’ rehabilitation. Conclusion: the patents related to the invention of robots for use in nursing care are, mostly, suited to the needs of elderly or disabled people. Also, the world regions more focused on the development of robotics in the field of health care are Asia, Europe and North America.

ABSTRACT Objective: to describe the bodily awareness of people with stomies. Method: a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, carried out in the Ostomized Association of the State of Ceará, through semi-structured interviews with ten people with intestinal stomies, according to Merleau-Ponty's phenomenological thinking. Results: two categories of analysis emerged: The body that I have, in which the sensations of deficiency, imperfection and bad odor add to the feeling of strangeness towards one's own body, affecting the way of being in the world of each deponent; and The body that others perceive, in which the stoma is seen as an embarrassing and complex experience, since it hampers daily activities and conviviality with other people. Final considerations: The corporeal consciousness of Being-Stomp-in-the-world requires the movement to reconstruct the senses of the body from the body I have and from that which others perceive.

IntroductionThe drug addiction in the buprenorphin with high dosage (BHD) by injectable way, represents a real plague in Tunisia, consequently, we are confronted with diverse complications including the sexual dysfunctions.ObjectivesIdentify and determine prevalence of the sexual dysfunctions among this population.MethodsIt is a transverse, descriptive study. We looked for sexual dysfunctions by using the international index of the erectile function (IIEF 15), among a population of 52 male users of BHD by injectable way.ResultsThe average score in the IIEF-15 was 36.65 with a standard deviation of 20.87, a negative correlation with duration and the quantity of consumption was noted.The average erectile function (EF) was 15.63 ± 9.26, which corresponds to a mild to moderate erectile dysfunction, whereas 31% had a severe dysfunction.The average score of the orgasmic function (OF) was 6.35 ± 3.52.The average score of the sexual desire (SD) was 4.27 ± 2.90.The average score of the satisfaction with sexual intercourses (IS) was 5.77 ± 4.54, an alteration was noted in 96% of the cases, which was correlated with the severity of the consumption.The average score of the global satisfaction (OS) was altered at 92% of the subjects.The majority of the subjects brought back the chronology of their disorders in after the consumption of BHD. No patient consulted in sexology.ConclusionIt is thus important to educate stakeholders, on the frequency of sexual dysfunctions and the importance of their screening to improve the management of this problem.Disclosure of interestThe authors have not supplied their declaration of competing interest.

Backgroud: The World Health Organization (WHO) explained that the number of Hyperemesis Gravidarum cases reached 12.5% of the total number of pregnancies in the world and the results of the Demographic Survey conducted in 2007, stated that 26% of women with live births experienced complications. The results of the observations conducted at the Midwife Supriyati Clinic found that pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum, with a comparison of 10 pregnant women who examined their contents there were about 4 pregnant women who complained of excessive nausea and vomiting. Objective: to determine the hyperemesis Gravidarum of pregnant mother in clinic. Methods: This study used Qualitative research methods by using a case study approach (Case Study.) Result: The description of excessive nausea of vomiting in women with Hipermemsis Gravidarum is continuous nausea and vomiting more than 10 times in one day, no appetite or vomiting when fed, the body feels weak, blood pressure decreases until the body weight decreases and interferes with daily activities days The factors that influence the occurrence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum are Hormonal, Diet, Unwanted Pregnancy, and psychology, primigravida does not affect the occurrence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Conclusion: Mothers who experience Hyperemesis Gravidarum feel nausea vomiting continuously more than 10 times in one day, no appetite or vomiting when fed, the body feels weak, blood pressure decreases until the weight decreases and interferes with daily activities, it is because there are several factors, namely, hormonal actors, diet, unwanted pregnancy, and psychology.

Tea is an imperative beverage elsewhere in the world.  The need and demand for tea are increasing day by day.  Tea Association of USA expects continued growth in tea sales due to awareness on its health benefits. There are more than 3000 kinds of tea varieties are there but only four varieties are widely used. The authors investigated the opinion on sustainability perspectives and problems faced by them while they intend to buy. Willing Participants are included in survey with the sample size of 237.  The correlation result revealed that there is a positive relationship between educational qualification and sustainability perspectives of tea products among consumers. .  It is also found that lack of information and high price were the major problems faced by tea consumers while intend to buy sustainable tea. So the tea manufacturers and processors must throw light on these issues to improve its preference among consumers.

The data analysistechnique in this study is an interactiveanalysis consisting of data reduction, datapresentation and conclusion drawing.Check the validity of the data using sourcetriangulation and method triangulation.
