This study aims to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of farmers with the level of adoption and application of technological innovation in onion farming in Tonsewer Village, Tompaso Subdistrict, Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted from February to March 2017. This research used primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected by interviewing onion farmers using questionnaires. Sampling of 48 people. Analysis method using Descriptive Analysis. The study found that the technological adoption rate in Tonsewer village is very high and has adopted the technology. Factors influencing the adoption rate are land area, farming, income, formal education, non-formal education, age, and cosmopolitan level. Spearman's correlation value of land area, income, formal education, non-formal education and cosmopolitan level shows the direction of positive correlation, while age shows the direction of negative correlation to the adoption rate of onion technology.

This study examines coffee shops’ marketing mix and its impact on customer satisfaction and word of mouth (WOM). Also, analyzing customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between the marketing mix and word of mouth. This study used a quantitative approach with 100 sampling of coffee shop’s customers across Malang City. Primary data collection is done by distributing questioner containing several questions using a Likert scale to the respondents, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies. For analyzing the data, this study applied descriptive analysis and statistical analysis employed WarpPLS 7.0 software to perform the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analysis. This study proves that marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the same relationship was found between the marketing mix and WOM. An important finding from this study is that customer satisfaction plays a mediating role between marketing mix and word of mouth.

Abstract Aquaculture in Indonesia is one of the important components in the fisheries sector, one of the nile tilapia farming. North Sulawesi is generally known as a producer of freshwater farmed fish. The purpose of this study to the location to see the general state of research, the general state of tilapia farming, and to determine the existence of farming nile tilapia fish farmers. This study took place in the village Warukapas North Minahasa regency of North Sulawesi province, starting from September 2012 until January of 2013. Existence is a dynamic process, the cultivation can be said to exist if the activities had been developed in terms of both quality and quantity. The method used has research base descriptive case studies, data collection is the purposive sampling method, the data type used is primary data and secondary data. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Size of the pool for maintenance between 1500 m2 to 15,000 m2 Seeds was originally purchased from the Institute of Freshwater Aquaculture Tatelu (BBAT) and Surabaya, now the seeds of its own cultivation. Farmers in the Warukapas village most have their own capital, the initial capital used continuously (sustained) farmers have 1 person workforce. Income earned any tilapia farmers depends how many fish are harvested. Spending just to buy food and basic necessities for daily family life - today. The magnitude of the average profit was 35,604,333. Nile tilapia aquaculture farmers in the Warukapas village which can be said to exist is a farmer who has been farming activities ± 2 years, and still exist in the culture business until now. Sulawesi Utara umumnya dikenal sebagai penghasil ikan budidaya air tawar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk untuk melihat keadaan umum lokasi penelitian, keadaan umum usaha budidaya ikan nila, dan untuk mengetahui eksistensi usaha budidaya ikan nila dari petani ikan. Penelitian ini bertempat di desa Warukapas kabupaten Minahasa Utara Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, dimulai dari bulan September 2012 sampai dengan bulan januari 2013. Eksistensi adalah suatu proses yang dinamis, usaha budidaya dapat dikatakan tetap eksis apabila kegiatan tersebut mengalami perkembangan baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitasnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan memiliki dasar penelitian studi kasus yang bersifat deskriptif, pengambilan data adalah metode purposive sampling, Jenis data yang dipakai adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Ukuran kolam untuk pemeliharaan antara 1500 m2 sampai 15.000 m2 Benih pada awalnya dibeli dari Balai Budidaya Air Tawar Tatelu (BBAT) dan Surabaya, sekarang benih dari hasil budidaya sendiri. Petani di desa Warukapas sebagian besar memiliki modal sendiri, modal awal digunakan secara continue (berkelanjutan) pembudidaya mempunyai tenaga kerja 1 orang. Pendapatan yang diperoleh setiap petani ikan nila tergantung berapa banyak jumlah ikan yang dipanen,. Pengeluaran hanya untuk membeli pakan dan kebutuhan pokok untuk kehidupan keluarga sehari – hari. Besarnya keuntungan rata–rata adalah 35.604.333. Petani budidaya ikan nila di desa Warukapas yang dapat dikatakan eksis adalah petani yang sudah melakukan kegiatan usaha budidaya ± 2 tahun, dan masih eksis dalam usaha budidaya tersebut sampai sekarang. The phenomenon of dating in adolescents is considered common nowadays. The data shows that 84% of male adolescents in Indonesia claim to have been dating, 4% higher than female adolescents in 2017. Dating has a big risk, which leads to premarital sexual behavior. The attitude of men towards premarital sexual behavior in Indonesia varies widely, from agreeing to disagreeing. This study aims to describe the relationship between the level of formal education and attitudes of male adolescents towards premarital sexual behavior in Indonesia in 2017. Kendall's Tau correlation test was used to determine whether there was a relationship between the two variables tested, namely the level of education and attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior. The data used is secondary data from the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS). The sample in this study amounted to 12.987 scattered throughout Indonesia. Quantitative descriptive analysis and spatial analysis were used to describe the distribution of correlation results in each province. Through this research, it can be seen that nationally there is a significant and positive relationship between the level of formal education and the attitudes of male adolescents towards premarital sexual behavior in Indonesia in 2017. However, when viewed from the distribution in each province, the correlation results vary.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Nunkurus Village, East Kupang District, Kupang Regency. Data collection was carried out in April-June 2019. The purpose of this study was to: determine the level of dynamics of farmer groups in Nunkurus Village, East Kupang Subdistrict, Kupang Regency, and to analyze the relationship between socio-economic factors and the level of dynamism of farmer groups in Nunkurus Village, East Kupang Subdistrict, Kupang Regency in trying to farm. The location of the study was determined intentionally (purposive sampling), while the respondents were determined by means of professional random sampling of members of farmer groups, and intentionally towards the chairmen and secretaries of each farmer group. The number of respondents was 48 people. The type of data collected is primary data and secondary data. Data collected was analyzed using a Likert Scale, and Sperman Rank nonparametric statistical tests. The results showed that: (1) the dynamics of farmer groups in Nunkurus Village, East Kupang District, Kupang Regency was classified as "quite dynamic" (65%). The atmosphere of the group contributes the most, namely 70% while the element of developing and fostering the group contributes only 60%, and (2) the socioeconomic factor of the level of education has a significant relationship with the dynamics of the farmer group in Nunkurus Village. While socio-economic factors of age, experience of farming, land area and number of family dependents have insignificant relationship with the dynamics of farmer groups in Nunkurus Village, East Kupang District, Kupang Regency.

The purposes of this research are: (1) To Identify Application of Management Function of Maize Farmer Group in Lembean Village and (2) Analyze Application of Management Function of MaizeFarmer Group In Lembean Village. This research was conducted for 5 months from February to June 2017 and located in Lembean Village, Sub-district Kauditan, North Minahasa Regenct, North Sulawesi Province. The data used in this research is Primary and Secondary data. Primary data obtained through observation in the field and directly interviews. Interviews were conducted with farmer groups related to farmer group activities to find out the description of the implementation of management functionsundertaken by farmer groups. In addition, researchers also conducted interviews with maize farmers and collectors to determine the current condition of maize prices and the flow of maize seeds from farmers tosuppliers. Secondary data is obtained from relevant literature, as well as documents and reports ownedby farmer groups and related agencies. This study focuses on the management of material flow as well asthe flow of information from the implementation of the management function of maize farmer groups inLembean. The results of the observations and interviews were analyzed by descriptive analysis method.The result of the research shows that the implementation of the management function in the maizefarming group in the sub-district of Kauditan, with management functions measured and obtained inLembean maize farmer group, Tumaratak maize farmer group and maize farming group Waleposanimplementation of management function on the implementation and evaluation well in research this is invery high category whereas for the Implementation of Management Function Planning And FunctionManagement Monitoring is on high category, on the three groups of maize farmers in Lembean village.

This study aimed to find out the understanding of cattle farmer in Lengayang, Pesisir Selatan West Sumatera about the relation of sexual desire symptom with the success rate of artificial insemination on cattle. The respondents of this study were the cattle farmer on Lengayang base on the result of the method of this study was field survey. The data were collected interview the farmer using structural questioner form. The data consist of secondary and primary data. The secondary data were obtained from Animal Husbandry departement and Animal Health on Pesisir Selatan. Data were analyzed descriptively. Result showed that from 100 respondents there were 15 respondents from Lakitan village, 16 respondent from East Lakitan, 14 respondents from East Kambang, 35 respondents from West Kambang, 9 respondents from Kambang and 11 respondents from North Kambang. Based on the study result the level of  farmers knowledge about understanding relation sexual desire the symptoms with the success of artificial insemination in cattle is 2% excellent, 33% good, 56% fairly good and 9%. Less Good. Based on Regression test formal education, non-formal education and experience effect of to the knowledge of the success of artificial insemination 6.6%

            Internal Control System is a system of business or social system that the company consists of organizational structure, methods and measures to maintain and direct the way the company to move in accordance with corporate goals and programs. The internal control system is used to control all activities undertaken by the company including the grant procedure. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system of grant procedures in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion Affairs of North Sulawesi Province. In this study the type of data used is qualitative data, while for data sources using primary data and secondary data, and the method of analysis used is descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that the grant procedure in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion Affairs of North Sulawesi Province has been effective because it has fulfilled the existing components of internal control.Keywords: Internal Control, Grant Procedures

This research was conducted in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The data in this study are in the form of primary data obtained from questionnaires, observations and interviews. Secondary data obtained from non-formal education and training institutions are in the form of administrative documents. The population in this study were all education and training institutions (LPPNF) in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sampling method utilizing total sampling Qualitative data processing uses descriptive statistics to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of objects appropriately. Correlation analysis uses SPSS 22.0 to determine whether there is a relationship (correlation) between variables and if there is a relationship, see the size of the relationship between variables. This study found the unique management of LPPNF management, which is management featuring one-man show. From the results of the analysis conducted, of course, inaccurate management will certainly have less than the maximum impact in achieving the goals of an organization. This is evidenced by the low number of human resources participating in training at LPPNF in Indragiri Hulu Regency. In the management of LPPNF, the objectives that have been well established should be regulated by these principles so that the objectives of the institution can be realized. The manager should run his LPPNF by following the good and correct management functions so that he can answer the need for human resources from the Business and Industry World in Indragiri Hulu Regency.   Keywords: LPPNF Management, Human Resources

Capture fisheries competitiveness may be used as a standard for regional development planning, mapping, and development. The goal of this study is to assess the competitiveness of capture fisheries in Indonesia's thirty-four provinces. The literature survey approach is used in this study. Ten respondents provided primary data in the form of expert judgment. From 2005 to 2018, secondary data in statistics data was collected from the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Center. Quantitative descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. According to the findings of this study, DKI Jakarta, Central Java, East Java, Maluku, South Sulawesi, North Sumatra, North Sulawesi, and Southeast Sulawesi are the eight provinces with the highest competitiveness. DKI Jakarta Province is ranked first in the country, with an overall score of 8.87. The indices of output and production value, and productivity are DKI Jakarta Province's advantages. Meanwhile, West Sulawesi, Banten, Central Kalimantan, South Sumatra, Bengkulu, Jambi, North Kalimantan, and DI Yogyakarta occupy eight provinces with poor competitiveness.

This study aims to describe the supply chain performance of coconut flour at PT. UNICOTIN by focusing on supply chain flow. This research was conducted from December 2019 to September 2020 at PT. UNICOTIN, North Sulawesi. The research method used in this research is case study method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis method to describe the supply chain performance at PT. UNICOTIN. Supply chain actors are (a) Suppliers of coconut raw materials including farmers, concurrently farmers, collectors, (b) PT. UNICOTIN in Airmadidi, (c) Head office of PT. UNICOTIN in Jakarta, (d) large importers in Germany, Holland, England, Poland, Egypt, Russia and China, and small numbers of other importers who have their respective roles. The supply chain flow consists of information flow starting from the need for coconut flour from the importer to the Jakarta Head Office, the flow of products starting from the supply of raw coconut materials from the supplier, and financial flows in the form of payments from the importer to the Jakarta head office.
