Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen usaha restoran ikan yang ada di River Side Resto and Cafe, meliputi manajemen produksi, manajemen pemasaran dan manajemen keuangan.Metode dasar dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, sedangkan pengumpulan datanya dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive Sampling).Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer dan data sekunder sedangkan analisisnya menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa manajemen usaha yang ada di restoran ini belum berjalan dengan baik, karena susunan organisasinya masih bersifat individual. Kata kunci : Manajemen, Usaha, Restoran ikan Abstract The study aims to know management business a fish restaurant on the River Side Resto and Cafe, including production management, marketing management and financial management. Basic method in this research is a case study, while data collection by deliberately (purposive sampling). The data are collected in the form of data, primary and the secondary while analysis using analysis of the sort of descriptive set of qualitative analysis and descriptive quantitative. The discussion showed that management business in this restaurant hasn’t been going well, because his organization is still individuals. Keyword : Management, business, fish restaurant

Muzara’ah is the contract between farm workers and farm owners in which, cost of cultivations, seeds, and fertilizers are provided by the farm owners, meanwhile the farm workers have responsibility in giving their best efforts on cultivating the farmland. Later then, the harvest will be shared according to the contract that has been agreed. The purpose of this research is to describe farmer’s welfare in the village of Sodo after implementing Muzara’ah Contract with the Maqashid Sharia approach. This research approach is qualitative descriptive and uses case study as its strategy. Informants in this research are administrator from Krido Tani Farmers Association, The farm workers, and the farm owners. These informants determined by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques are carried out through interview and direct observation. According to the research, it was shown that agricultural cooperation with Muzara’ah Contract has a role in improving farm workers’ welfare, viewed from the indicators of Maqasid Sharia.Keywords : Muzara’ah, Welfare, Farmer, Agricultural Cooperation

The purpose of this research was to determine strategies used by 8th grade students in Number Sense problems. This was a case study of 28 8th grade students at three similar secondary schools in a city centre south of Turkey. A Number Sense test consisting of 25 items designed according to five main Number Sense components was used as a data collection tool. The data were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. The students preferred Strategies Based on Rules while solving the Number Sense test compared to strategies based on number sense or Strategies Partially Based on Number Sense.

This study aims to determine the adaptation form of the Bajo tribe in case study farming activities in the Bajo community in Jawi-Jawi Village, Bungku Selatan District, Morowali Regency. The research was conducted in March 2019 in Jawi-Jawi Village, Bungku Selatan District, Morowali Regency. The informants in the study were people who knew the problems to be studied, namely 8 people consisting of fishermen from the Bajo tribe who did farming, village heads, village secretaries, and community leaders. The technique of determining research informants using the purposive sampling technique. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the form of adaptation of the Bajo tribe to farming activities was conducting land processing, selecting seeds, planting, fertilizing, controlling weeds, and harvesting in cultivating cassava, corn, and vegetables as one of the basic needs of the family in the southern season.

The research titled "strategy of subak community in reducing land alternation of ricefields due to tourism (Case Study Subak Umadesa Lodtunduh Village, Ubud)", aims to understand subak strategy in reducing land alternation of ricefields due to tourism in Subak Umadesa, Lodtuduh Village, Ubud, Gianyar-Bali. This research uses SWOT analysis techniques, with data collection techniques of observation, in-depht interviews, literature study, and documentation. Moreover the technique of determining informants using purposive sampling technique, which determines the sample with a certain consideration which is deemed enable to provide the data to the maximum results in accordance with the criteria of the research objectives. The result of this research after conducting interviews and observations based on SWOT analysis matrix is creating agro-ecotourism activities. Forms and types of activities of agro-ecotourism that can be implemend in the territory of Subak Umadesa include: trekking, directly agricultural activities such as plowing, planting, harvesting, interaction with local people directly, etc. Hence the agricultural sector is not being marginalized by the development of activities in tourism sector.

This study aims to explain the financial management practices of the mosque. Specifically, the focus of this study is to explore and investigate how financial management practices in the mosque. A case study of one Malaysian mosque is undertaken. To achieve the objective of this study, the researcher used vari­ous techniques of data collection, including interviews, observations, and reviews of the documents. The findings reveal that the SHAS mosque has four mechanisms to manage financial management practices. The tools are performance assessment and evaluation, participation, regulation, and social auditing. This study concludes that financial management practices are a necessary process to support the accounta­bility of the mosque. Especially, secondary accountability relates to the responsibility of mosque managers toward capital providers of the mosque. The results of this study give some implications for the improvement of financial management practices, particularly in the mosque.

This study aims to determine the application of sharia principles contained in the investment of livestock conducted by PT Ijadgrup Rahmat Semesta in his company called Ijadfarm. The approach used is qualitative approach with case study strategy. Data collection is done by interviewing with related parties. Analytical technique that is done is source triangulation technique, pattern matching technique and descriptive qualitative analysis technique. <p>Abstract : The recognized sexual orientation in Indonesia is heterosexual. This makes gays often get discrimination from people who are causing gay difficulties in interacting and seeking sexual relationships, so they should find ways to interact safely. Qualitative research with case study approach conducted in Surakarta aims to find out the utilization of social media in finding gay sexual relation. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted with in-depth interviews with gay as the main actors and documentation of recording interviews, screenshoot chat and gay activity in social media. Data analysis was conducted with the basis of four activities: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification using source triangulation. The results showed that social media became a safe enough tool for gays in searching for sexual relations. Gay feel their identity is more awake when interacting in social media. Social media is also instrumental in expanding the network of gay friends, this is considered quite important because gays assume that the more friends they have the greater their chances of getting sexual relations. Gay has a special trick in order to attract the attention of the same social media users by installing exciting status, installing photos and videos with seductive poses, and posting location information for easy access. Like no human is perfect, using social media to search for sexual relationships of gays also has some weaknesses. Nevertheless, social media has remained the main vehicle of most gays in Surakarta in search of sexual relations.<br />Keywords: Gay, social media, exploitation, sexual relations.</p><p>Abstrak : Orientasi seksual yang diakui di Indonesia adalah heteroseksual. Hal ini membuat gay sering mendapatkan diskriminasi dari masyarakat yang mengakibatkan gay kesulitan dalam berinteraksi dan mencari relasi seksual, sehingga mereka harus mencari cara agar dapat berinteraksi secara aman. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dilakukan di Kota Surakarta bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatn media sosial dalam mencari relasi seksual gay. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam bersama gay selaku pelaku utama dan dokumentasi berupa rekaman wawancara, screenshoot chat dan aktivitas gay di media sosial. Analisis data dilakukan dengan berpangkal dari empat kegiatan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial menjadi sarana yang cukup aman bagi gay dalam mencari relasi seksual. Gay merasa identitas mereka lebih terjaga ketika berinteraksi di media sosial. Media sosial juga sangat berperan dalam memperluas jaringan pertemanan gay, hal ini dinilai cukup penting karena gay beranggapan bahwa semakin banyak teman yang mereka miliki maka semakin besar kesempatan mereka untuk mendapatkan relasi seksual. Gay memiliki trik khusus agar dapat menarik perhatian gay pengguna media sosial yang sama dengan cara memasang status menggairahkan, memasang foto dan video dengan pose menggoda, dan memasang informasi lokasi agar mudah ditemui. Sepertihalnya manusia tidak ada yang sempurna, menggunakan media sosial untuk mencari relasi seksual para gay juga memiliki beberpaa kelemahan. Meskipun demikian, sampai sekarang media sosial tetap menjadi sarana utama kebanyakan gay di Surakarta dalam mencari relasi seksual.</p><p>Kata kunci: Gay, media sosial, pemanfaatan, relasi seksual.</p>

This study aims to investigate the influence of store atmosphere, which consists of anumber of variable such as exterior, interior store layouts and pointr of interest display, onthe consumers interest to purchase in the Indomaret store in Mataram City. This study usesthe theories of marketing management related to store atmosphere and consumers interest topurchase.This study employed an associative approach. A purposive sampling method wasused to collect data from 100 respopndents who had already visited Indomaret stores inMataram City. The instruments for data collection were a questionnaire and documentationstudy. The data collected were analyzed with a multiple linear regression method.Result of the study show that the variable of general interiot of MataramIndomaretstores influenced very significantly on the counsumers interest to buy. Meanwhile, othervariables, such as the shop exterior, store layout, and interior displays a point of interest, didnot affect the consumers interest tu buy.Key word : store atmosphere, eksterior toko, store layout, interior point of interest display

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the management of the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School in detail and thoroughly from the research subjects on the background of the study with existing characteristics. The case in this study is the application of management in the field of education which includes curriculum management, student management (students), personnel/member management, management of educational facilities and infrastructure, financial management, management of school relations with the community, and management of special services. This research uses a phenomenological qualitative approach with a case study design at the Kuala Lumpur Indonesia School located at No. 1, Lorong Tun Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which consists of elementary, junior high, and high school. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection techniques with triangulation, data analysis is inductive, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization. Based on the analysis of the data it was found that the supporting factors were that the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School was already running and giving a good role in the implementation of the cultural diplomacy function in Malaysia and the School Financial Management was running well. When teachers whose contracts have expired and must return to Indonesia while substitute teachers have not yet arrived. In student management there is a problem of residence visas, teaching teachers not in accordance with the educational background result in professional competence.

Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. is the oldest Japanese car company known for its small car products or more agreed. The number of Daihatsu car consumers is quite a lot, in making purchases. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand identity and brand image on customer loyalty. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and questionnaire distribution. Using the nonprobability method with a purposive sampling approach. The population of this research is Daihatsu car consumers with a sample of 60 respondents. The analytical method used is SPSS v.20. Based on the results of this study concluded that brand identity and brand image have a significant effect on customer loyalty.
