Tumpok Lampoh Village Office, Kuta Baro Subdistrict, Aceh Besar District records the data of the poor and orphans according to the direction of financial assistance for the poor as recipients of government assistance and in accordance with the recommendations of the Aceh Qanun Draft Empowerment of Orphans and the Poor. The limitation of the problem is only on the Information System for Data Collection of the Poor and Orphans at the Tumpok Lampoh Village Office, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency, in order to realize the information system using Visual Basic applications and the purpose of writing here consists of general goals and special objectives. There are two methods that the authors use to collect data, namely Field Study and Library Research. Based on observations and writers can draw a conclusion Information System for Data Collection of the Poor and Orphans at the Tumpok Lampoh Village Office, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency is expected to help make data collection of the poor and orphans who are accurate and effective and built using Visual Basic and Microsoft Access as the database.

In its use, computer is not only used for office activities, but also used in designing and developing an application, of course, with the assistance of applications such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Access and others. In this study, the authors try to design and create a database application relating to motorcycle loan payments. Developed application contains forms such as employee master data form, a form used to add, edit, and delete data related to employees, the motorcycle master form, a form motorcycle used to add, edit, and delete data related to motorcycles as well as the transaction form that serves to enter data related to credit payment transactions in the company. Goods Distribution Information System is one of the data processing activities at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar, to get information about the distribution of goods to be more directed and easily obtained. In this study, the authors only discuss the problem of goods distribution and data management mechanisms of PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar and designed the Information Distribution System for PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar by using Visual BASIC.NET. The purpose of writing is to understand the problem of Information Systems Distribution of Goods at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar as well as making aids application on the Information System of Goods Distribution at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar uses Microsoft Visual BASIC.NET. Data collection needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely a literature study relating to the literature of library books and other scientific works, field studies by carrying out interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this research. The Goods Distribution Information System is carried out by one of the administrative staff and is assisted by 2 (two) administrative, warehouse, and financial administration staff to record and input the distribution of goods. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Goods Distribution Information System has followed the procedure and uses a computer with Visual BASIC.NET programming language and Microsoft Access 2010 as its database.

<p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>OPI (Ogan Permata Indah) Jakabaring Mall Palembang is a modern shopping center integrated in the OPI Business Center (OBC) area </em><em>and not yet maximally in fulfilling information needs and computerized programmed still using manual in the form of Microsoft Word, namely in terms of storing tenant data into the rental archive. All </em><em>tenants who will rent a business place in Ogan Permata Indah (OPI) Mall, the administration section will look for the tenants 'data which will require a long time because the tenants' data has not been well integrated. So this research will make an information system for leasing business places in Ogan Permata Indah (OPI), Jakabaring Mall, Palembang. Researchers use the Microsoft Access 2007 database, with applications using Visual Basic 6.0. Maka saya akan membuat suatu sistem informasi penyewaan tempat usaha pada Ogan Permata Indah (OPI) Mall Jakabaring Palembang. Peneliti menggunakan database Microsoft Access 2007, dengan aplikasi menggunakan Visual basic 6.0. Implementation of appropriate information systems in universities can be a competitive power (competitive advantage) for universities to exist. Almost certainly this time, colleges that do not have a touch of information technology slowly but surely will be abandoned by prospective students. In this research methods in research reports that is data collection and direct observation on the processing of student registration information system as well as interviews with the administration that is still manual in processing student data. Therefore created a new information system using Visual Basic Program, This aims to address the problem of processing student registration information system at High School especially in the administration section, to obtain an advantage in providing information quickly and precisely in processing student data.

PT Arpan Bali Utama as an industrial company must always be responsive to the company's needs, because the company's production supplies the existing inventory. In this study, the design of an inventory information system for stock opname and warehouse card activities at PT Arpan Bali Utama. The design of this inventory information system is intended to solve problems related to the management of stock opname data and warehouse cards, both in data input and in computerization of stock opname reports and warehouse cards. This system was developed using the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming language and a database developed using the Microsoft Access 2016 application. The results obtained from this study are an inventory information system designed to assist accounting and warehouse departments in carrying out stock opname activities. data input, data search, and production of stock opname reports and warehouse cards. In addition, this system can also help the accounting department through warehouse cards to see the movements of goods in the warehouse.

Abstract – Sejahtera Bersama Credit Unions is one of the co-operative in Bandung, which is engaged in the savings and loan. Organization should be a place for the growth of community's economic still has some drawbacks so that performance is not optimal. Kind of Information systems in here is still not effective because it is used combination with a manual process for the loan process, it takes a long time for any transactions, but along with the rapid development of technology, then it should be the cooperative problem given a touch of technology as a solution for example as built system information to enable any existing operational. Design method loan information system created using ancillary equipment such as methodology of waterfall, HIPO diagram and three kind of UML diagrams which is usecase diagram, activity diagram and class digram, and then design of database relationships using Microsoft Access 2007 and programming language using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Loan information system is expected to improve the performance of the cooperative itself, because the system is designed with the aim to shorten the time of the transaction so that the cooperative operations can run more effectively Keywords : information systems, Credit Unions, Technology Abstrak – Koperasi Sejahtera Bersama Bandung merupakan salah satu koperasi di Kota Bandung yang bergerak di bidang simpan pinjam. Organisasi yang seharusnya menjadi wadah untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat ini masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan sehingga kinerjanya belum optimal. Sistem informasi yang berjalan disini masih belum efektif karena masih di kombinasikan dengan proses manual untuk proses pinjamannya, hal tersebut memakan waktu lama untuk setiap transakasinya, namun seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, maka sudah seharusnya masalah perkoperasian tersebut diberi sentuhan teknologi sebagai solusi contohnya seperti dibangun sistem informasi untuk memudahkan setiap operasional yang ada. Metode perancangan sistem informasi simpan pinjam yang dibuat menggunakan metodologi waterfall, diagram HIPO, serta tiga diagram UML yang terdiri dari usecase diagram, activity diagram, dan class digram, kemudian perancangan relasi database menggunakan Microsoft Access 2007 dan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Sistem informasi simpan pinjam ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja koperasi itu sendiri, karena sistem ini dirancang dengan tujuan mempersingkat waktu transaksi agar operasional koperasi bisa berjalan lebih efektif.
